Best part of GREAT interview, bargain...
"Back in May, we had our shareholder's meeting and I promised I would get the audit done within 90 days," Michaels told MN1. "We're having this audit completed and becoming a fully reported public company. This is going to create huge equity for our Hop-On shareholders."
thx for breakdown, will look for podcast on Thursday.

Something to note...
from AOL Market news...
In corporate news, Apple Inc. will be in focus as the technology powerhouse debuts its iPhone to consumers on Friday. Trading for mobile phone makers like Motorola Inc. and Nokia may be erratic as investors determine how much of an impact the iPhone will have on their business.

Imagine Hop-on MOVING UP TO BETTER EXCHANGE!!!
ie., Amex or Nasdaq (NOW THAT is REALLY SOMETHING)!!!
Also need to consider AIM exchange (in UK), Peter, imo..
Go, Peter, King of the cellphones!!
dcs
Please advise...
Up to now Hop-on has been planning to get into the 'gaming' business in Europe through Dubai (AND Skye phone)???
But now it is trying to get into the gaming business through the US via SMS???
Is that the crux of the matter? Thx, dcs...
'Graffiti' Wireless = 'Freedom of Speech' Wireless... eom...
Dan Gannon was a VERY EFFECTIVE spokesperson for Hop-on, imo, Mathias; whereas, Peter has always been the one to come up with the INNOVATIVE and CREATIVE ideas (disposable phones and market niche come to mind). 'Graffiti' wireless was (AND IS) a VERY EFFECTIVE (and recognizable) marketing concept in the latter 'niche' category... dcs
I disagree, Mathias...
I think the name 'GRAFFITI' Wireless was a VERY CLEVER marketing ploy, as apparently did Palms. WTG, Peter...

Sorry for the abuse, Bargain... although...
I must admit I DO appreciate the contribution of Mathias who has kept us informed of the dilution that 'was' taking place with Hop-on... Even if Mathias does (or does not) live in a trailer park, his contribution to this board is much appreciated, as are the comments of your nemisis, HGHamberlin, lol... Good luck to ALL THE LONGS... PS... Thanks to your ongoing debate with Rock solid, have also put a thousand into ONEV and am happy to say that I am IN THE GREEN on that one... Keep up the good work, dcs...
Great interview, Bargain; thanks for the link... eom...

Yes, but ain't it GREAT to have Hop-on BACK IN THE GAME, Mg!!!!
Whatever, it's GREAT to see you back, Mg. I'm sure Joker will be happy to see you as well, lol... GLTA... dcs...
Motorola hurting, while Hop-on is BACK ON TRACK...
Motorola Inc. replaced its chief financial officer Wednesday in a shakeup of top management as it slashed its first-quarter sales forecast, blaming weaker-than-expected revenue from its cell-phone unit. The world's No. 2 cellphone maker behind Nokia of Finland said it now expects sales for the January-through-March quarter of US$9.2 billion to $9.3 billion, down more than $1 billion from its January forecast of $10.4 billion to $10.6 billion.

There seems to be a core of folks who are 'waiting and hoping' for Peter to serve his time, wistock, while another group seems to be 'waiting and hoping' for Peter to avoid jail time so that he can run (revive) the company. Was never convinced, myself, that Hop-on was (is?) a scam company, even though its predecessor (on-line casino) may have been. Hop-on was (is?) an 'upstart' company, imo, that took on the likes of Motorola with a cheaper cell-phone, but could not penetrate that market sufficiently to sustain itself without issuing (diluting) its share pool (ie., causing a 'death spiral'). Personally, I hope that Peter is successful in INDEFINITELY 'continuing' his incarceration date, because it is the only thing that 'continues' the existence of Hop-on, imo; and where would we be without Hop-on (or Peter) to 'kick around' and give us hope for a 'new tomorrow'? DC...
Wistock, good to see you are still here. Like yourself, I've been following the talk on RB, and only Joker seems to be cognizant of anything of import happening with Hop-on; but, he will not relate what that is. Maybe he will do so on this board if we're nice, lol. Check out Wireless Xcessories new website in the meantime; much nicer than the old, I think, except that the old site had a picture of the 1806. Accumulation by who, pogie?
The shareholders? Hop-on? The market-makers?
Thanks, dixiecats...
All that bickering on the 'other' board, Wistock...
is of significance in itself, imo. Reasons given by participants in the bickering there, range from it's supposed 'entertainment value' to 'warning newbies' to stay away from Hop-on. The REAL REASON for the bickering, I suspect, is that all the participants 'still believe' that a buck can be made by keeping and/or trading Hop-on. In essence, it is an 'healthy' sign for a 'very volatile' stock. Another 'healthy' sign, I suspect, is that the dilution appears to have abated (if not stopped altogether). Let's hope that both these trends continue during PM's sabatical, and, of course, THEREAFTER...
dixiecats...
Made $110 on my 100,000 shares today... Was nice for a change...
dixiecats...
Hop-on's 'demise'???
I suspect Hop-on is in the last throws of its demise. Of the 59,800 shares sold yesterday, I, myself, purchased 25,000. This gives me a position of 100,000 shares in total @ approximately 7 cents 'average cost' per share. Yes, I believe it is 'SWAN SONG' time for Hop-on; but did want to go out with an appreciable position as the 'death knell tolls'. Why? I 'still' like Hop-on for some stupid-ass reason, lol... Good luck to all fellow bag-holders... dixiecats (aka bubbabrew2 on RB)...
Wistock, it's great to see that you are still around. Yes, I still have my HPNN (HPON) shares. Right now they total 75,000 and are valued at $180 for which I paid $6,982.50. No, Hop-on has obviously NOT been one of my BEST investment ventures, but did enjoy the ride and certainly the personalities, including yourself, I encountered along the way. I DO miss Entirely25, however, whom, I suspect, everyone, including yourself, did not appreciate for his 'sense of humor', lol... I also miss MGHamberlin, who Joker, on RG, assumes is See-the-facts, but I am sure that See-the-facts is NOT MG... Am still averaging down on HPNN, but nothing like I used to. For example, I now have a buy order in to purchase 50,000 shares @ .0017 while it is presently quoted at .0024, which would cost me less than $100. So, I still have a position in Hop-on, and am HOPING for a 'rise from the ashes'; but obviously things look bleak to say the least. Whatever, I like to think that my experience with Hop-on has been a great 'learning' one, but, at the same time, cannot afford too many of these so called 'learning experiences' to survive in the stock market. Right now my MAJOR stock position is in ENOV (Enova Systems) that makes Hybrid drive systems for trucks and buses, and, am happy to say that it is doing VERY WELL and expected to do EVEN BETTER. Let's hope that HPNN continues to 'survive', Wistock, because, frankly, it would be a sad state of affairs for all of us, I suspect, if we did not have it around to place our so-called VENTURE CAPITAL on, BUT ONLY A 'VERY' LITTLE BIT AT A TIME, to say the least from now on. Great to talk to you again, Wistock, and again it is encouraging to see that you (like myself) are still hanging in there. Take care, dixiecats...
Good to hear from you, MG... The boards for Hop-on have not been the same since you departed... dc...
I agree, ragtime, that pps is being manipulated. If you watch a 'live chart' at end of trading day and see 'last few trades' of only two or three hundred shares at 'ask' or better, you get that impression. Wintec, by the way, still features Hop-on, but basically as a 'giveaway' (instant rebate) item as far as I can see.
Note that Hop-on is no longer on Wireless Xcessories home page:

Bagholder response to LATEST PR???
http://www.funlol.com/pictures/do-not-test-me.html
It was 5 million o/s AFTER SPLIT, so if 5.5 million NOW, then .5 million dumped AFTER SPLIT, so, 500,000 X 2000 = 1,000,000,000 per PRE-R/S equivalent....
So since r/s there has been .5 million dumped, or per PRE-r/s: (.5 X 2000 = 1 billion....
And yet the company has continued to survive after all of these revelations; Why?, because there is a demand for a cheaper phone. How?, thanks to 'average-downers' like myself, who are not necessarily 'doe-eyes', but realize THERE IS A MARKET FOR A CHEAPER PHONE. We are getting 'tighter' with our support, however, and it will be interesting to see what happens after July 7. If Hop-on survived February 2002, will it also survive July 2005? As of now, I think so...
This line, mathias, in article 1, I suspect, tells it all as far as ' the financials' are concerned, "Bob Rubin, a Sacramento tax attorney said, 'small, publicly traded firms occasionally neglect to file tax forms if they lack competent in-house attorneys and accountants'." Also, the fact that Nokia never sued Hop-on over the 'Nokia in an Hop-on shell' fiasco is interesting as well. Is it possible that Nokia was afraid that Hop-on was 'on to something' with its 'cheaper phone' and didn't want to push it? Very revealing articles, Mathias, even applicable today. Thanks, dc..
It says she's do COMMERCIALS for Hop-on, Mathias; how 'bout that!!!!
Where you been, bargain? We need your POSITIVE input once in a while, lol...
How about jonitsonol, billy, is he not bigspecre on RB, now??
Well, lou, let's see... You are definitely a long, so I'll say, "PETER MICHAELS"....
Entirely25...??
No, did not catch @ .08. Is similar behavior to pre-r/s. Even though pps would dip below my 'limit' order, would not catch that day, but would always do so later if order left in as 'good till cancelled'. Expect same to happen post-r/s unless I cancel or lower bid tonight. Will keep board posted. Thanks for help, billy... dc...
I use Charles Schwab... just checked, but no buy yet..
Just checked, but not filled as yet... will keep posted..
Was able to pull this up.. Apparently no insider trading thus far for HPNN since reverse split and name change.
http://www.insidercow.com/
may have to enter: hpnn
Yes, billy, when it hit .075 I checked with broker website, but did not catch my 1,000 shares @ .08. If PM is doing the dumping, I wonder if it is his 'own' shares or Hop-on's a/s that were sold @ market this morning.
I suspect Joker has 'not' moved on, Mathias, but is now posting under the alias of Kath_aleen and/or Jamie7613 on RB. Just my suspicion, dc...
