I actually added a few yesterday.
Just amazing
That’s really nice of you howdy. Some here are really hurting and you continue to talk crap. Just unreal.
You may be 100% correct Truth.
It's absolutely ridiculous. Sub-penny presplit. Makes zero sense.
No problem garrox. I just don't want people here to get over excited about it. It's not an easy thing to do even if it was in the pipeline.
I understand that it does sound a bit conflicted, but the talk about a possible buy back is just that....talk. It would have to go through the proxy route and of course be voted on by shareholders. At this point it is just an idea, nothing more.
There is no guaranty that it will happen. I believe that it would have to part of a proxy statement and be voted on. If a buy back dis happen it would be a good thing simply because the Company would be purchasing shares. Again - there is no firm commitment that it will happen.
You're welcome Turbo.
Just spoke with Michael Glickman. We will see the 10K by Monday, April 1st. He said that release time could happen next week, but the release is a function of the Lawyers, Auditors/CPA completing their work. Mr. Glickman said that they are still working on the fins. He didn't thing that the 10K would be release on Friday, March 29th because of the Easter weekend holiday. He also said that we are in an earnings blackout until the 10K is released. He also said that Mr. Fernandez is well aware of the shareholders' concerns and complaints. When I mentioned to him that most shareholders are down 50%-60% he also said that management was aware of that and in fact management is down significantly with respect to their investment.
Lastly, there is talk of a share buy back. Nothing confirmed yet, but it is a topic of discussion. We'll see.
Of course not. Never said he would.
Let’s see what he says
Been busy with work but I’ll try and get in touch with IR tomorrow. I’ll post any info I get
Haha I grew up in Dorchester and had friends in Southie. Yes that’s the code for Southie, Charlestown and Dorchester.
Turbo I wish I could do what you do. Being able to fix and build things is amazing
He didn’t say but that would be my guess. We should be just about there.
Turbo yes I saw it. Premarket 1 share trade @ .53. Strange for sure.
Spot on MrMike.
Sorry to hear that SilentWolf.
Yes they are.
lol. Now let’s not get carried away.
Yes, the time is close. Next week or the week after.
That’s exactly what we need to get this moving
I’m hoping next week we see it
I agree JS...just makes no sense
Yes the shows name was the Beverly Hillbillies. Way before your time my friend.
Ole Jed Clampett. That show was a hoot.
lol. I think it starts Tuesday. Great fun for sure
Celtics v Suns just starting
There are 748 shares for sale @ $2.75. If Howdy is telling the truth and he is selling 748 shares, he would make a whole $561.00. not counting commissions. Frankly I have my doubts.
Can't see that happening Holt. Fernandez and Friends have much more skin in the game than us. Fernandez and Friends would be taking a huge loss in money and shares. Plus the share count would be ridiculous.
I'm with you 100%. So hard to watch this drop. Only takes a small sell to drop it 20%. I was looking to add more earlier, but someone beat me to the $2.18. Hopefully in 10 days things will be much different.
I was ready to scoop up those $2.18 shares and someone beat me to it. Oh well.
Anytime Ronie.
Truth, I believe we opened at $5.90 on the first day. At least that's my recollection
You may be right, but that's not the sense that I got from our conversation.
You're welcome.
Bear I just reported what was said. He actually seemed surprised at that question
Exactly
My pleasure JS
