Checking the Signals on Shares of Lifeline Biotech (LLBO)
https://thestockrover.com/checking-the-signals-on-shares-of-lifeline-biotech-llbo/
Doing some trend analysis on shares of Lifeline Biotech (LLBO), we note that the trendspotter opinion is currently Buy. This signal uses a system combining volatility, momentum, and wave theory to help identify the general trend. The trendspotter strength signal is currently Average. This signal is compared to the historical performance where maximum would be considered the strongest, and minimum would be touted as the weakest. In terms of direction, the trendspotter signal is currently Weakest. This signal may indicate if the Buy or Sell is weakening or gaining strength, or if the Hold is leaning towards a Buy or Sell.
Investors are often focused on stock price support and resistance levels. The support is simply a level where a stock may see a bounce after it has fallen. If the stock price manages to break through the first support level, the attention may shift to the second level of support. The resistance is the opposite of support. As a stock rises, it may see a retreat once it reaches a certain level of resistance. After a recent check, the stock’s first resistance level is Buy, and the second resistance level is Strong. On the other side, investors are watching the first support level of Weakening, and the second support level of Buy.
Changing lanes, we’ll look at what some of the short term technical indicators are reading for shares of Lifeline Biotech (LLBO). The signal from the 20-day moving average is revealing a “Strongest“. The 20-50 day MACD Oscillator, which can be used to identify bullish or bearish directional movement is currently showing a “Maximum” signal.
Lastly will look at the Bollinger Band signal, specifically the 20 day reading. This indicator can be used to identify short-term overbought and oversold zones, to confirm divergences between prices and indicators and to predict future price targets. The 20-Day Bollinger Band currently is signaling a “Buy” for Lifeline Biotech (LLBO). Bollinger Bands are among the most popular and powerful of the many indicators that traders can choose from. As the name implies, Bollinger Bands are price channels that are plotted above and below price. The outer bands are based on volatility in price, which means that they expand when price fluctuates and trends strongly, and the Bands contract during sideways consolidations and low momentum trends.
Lifeline Biotech (LLBO) currently has a 1 month MA of Strong. Investors may use moving averages for various reasons. Some may use the moving average as a primary trading tool, while others may use it as a back-up. Investors may keep an eye out for when the stock price crosses a particular moving average and then closes on the other side. These moving average crossovers may be used to help spot momentum shifts, or possible entry/exit points. A cross below a certain moving average may signal the start of a downward move. On the flip side, a cross above a moving average may suggest a possible uptrend. Investors may be focused on many different time periods when studying moving averages. The stock currently has a 3 month MA of Strengthening, and a 6 month MA of Buy.
We went from $0.0015 to $0.0052. If we subtract 50% we have $0.0033, that is my low prediction for today.
People who want to be inside for the Friday party better start buying because they will not go much lower than here.
As soon as they notice we go up again.
This is what happens when you invest money that you need to live.
Others take advantage of your weakness and you lose money.
Some are desperately trying to lower the price to buy cheap before the storm on Friday morning when the market opens. Some fearful are selling. It's always the same story.
My forecast is that we will be above $0.0050 tomorrow at the close.
As soon as the transfer of patents has been completed, he will be obliged to inform. This must happen before the end of June according to the agreement in force for more than a year. I doubt he will do it sooner.
Only the fearful sell at these levels.
From my point of view, the documentary will show a finished product that works, with clinical trials completed, and with the application for FDA approval in progress.
In another case it wouldn't make sense to premiere the documentary now. It was already a year late. They had no obligation to make it public at this time. If they have done so is because the product is tested and ready.
Of course, I may be wrong.
Breast cancer incidence rates worldwide
http://ww5.komen.org/BreastCancer/Statistics.html
Asia is a big market, but the US and Europe is far most interesting in terms of breast cancer incidence, awareness and purchasing power.
The iTbra will prevent the death of thousands of women all over the world!
That is what will generate media awareness.
Only in the US alone 40,610 women will die of breast cancer this year, and 252,710 new cases of invasive breast cancer, and 63,410 new cases of in situ breast cancer, will be diagnosed.
http://ww5.komen.org/BreastCancer/Statistics.html
At the moment what we need is media awareness so that the hundreds of millions of people who don't know about LLBO/Cyrcadia can discover us. We need fresh blood to get to $0.01.
I am sure too Jim Holmes wants the price of LLBO to rise
But to be precise Jim Holmes owns 181,666,699 shares according to the latest filings:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=LLBO&id=168390
I disagree. LLBO patents are in the process of being transferred to Cyrcadia US in exchange for a higher percentage of ownership over Cyrcadia. Once LLBO patents have been transferred, LLBO will not earn anything from sales royalties.
But that doen't matter if Cyrcadia has more value each day, because the value of our shares will increase proportionally without any dilution.
Read the last page of the latest Annual Report:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=168393
Read the latest press release:
http://www.prweb.com/releases/2017/04/prweb14273437.htm
I disagree. I see the iTbra as a luxury product not accessible to most citizens in Asia, except Japan, South Korea, Singapour and some other country in the area.
The ITbra can have a big impact in Asia if it is used through health centers that can not offer mammography services. But people will not buy it, because at the cost of purchase (say $100) you have to add a monthly fee for the data analysis. To expensive for them.
This is a product especially aimed at countries with a high purchasing power. Mainly USA, Canada, Australia and any of the countries of Europe. At least during the first 5-10 years of commercialization.
It is not so much about the size of the market, but about the purchasing power of that market.
If LLBO/Cyrcadia US has the rights over the top purchase power markets it has more than enough to be a huge commercial success.
The sale in Asia will have obstacles like:
- Low purchasing power per person.
- Little education of women about the need to control breast cancer.
- Excessive commercial, cultural and linguistic fragmentation.
Great post Change!. Let's assume that LLBO increases its ownership percentage over Cyrcadia thanks to the transfer of patents. And what? This is something we already knew since a long time.
The only things that will increase the stock price of LLBO are:
- Confirmation that clinical trials are finished and are a HUGE success.
- Confirmation that Cyrcadia US has initiated the FDA approval request.
- Confirmation that the FDA has approved the iTbra.
- Confirmation that Cyrcadia has initiated commercialization in the US.
- A PRESS RELEASE REPORTING ALL OR PART OF THE ABOVE.
Cyrcadia US has reproduced with Cyrcadia Asia the same pattern already done by LLBO with Cyrcadia US. This way LLBO and Cyrcadia US investors don't get diluted. Which is great for us. But this is not business. This is only more and more of the same theater. I don't care about Cyrcadia Asia because their sales or milestones won't be reflected in our stock price.
No one in the world cares about press releases like the last one distributed by Cyrcadia. They have no media interest.
Question for Rob Royea, Matt Benardis or Jim Holmes:
WHERE IS THE REAL PRESS RELEASE THAT WE ARE WAITING FOR?
I still cross my fingers:
Will the Detected documentary provide the news we are waiting for?
Will we see that press release before next week?
If yes, see you at $0,01-$0,05
Otherwise see you at $0,001-$0,002.
IMO
Relax and wait to see the documentary on Thursday.
You may be positively surprised at what you see.
CISCO has funded this documentary with $1,000,000!
Is you who need to read back the posts.
I am here since 2009 and I have read all the posts since then.
Nice try to push the price down.
I'm not scared.
Approval is coming.
I wouldn't be surprised if the documentary shows that the FDA approval process has already begun.
I agree. This is good to consolidate the current levels in preparation for the rise that should occur between Thursday and Friday.
MM are trying to frighten the weak.
Once those who have bought in the last week are gone we will be able to see the price rise again.
Fear and mistrust is a bad counselor when investing.
Those of us who have been here for 8 years know what we have on hand and also that the price will be above $0.01 very soon.
I hope we can have the Detected documentary posted in Youtube by Friday night. Then there will be no doubt about the great potential that this product has to be sold internationally.
Cyrcadia Data Services (Cds) Limited was set up only 5 days ago in Ireland:
http://www.vision-net.ie/Company-Info/Cyrcadia-Data-Services-Cds-Limited-602697
Enough to appear in the CISCO Feature Stories section of their newsroom:
https://newsroom.cisco.com/home
Believe me at least that's going to happen on Friday.
I prefer a CISCO press release on Friday reporting on how this technology has confirmed its effectiveness and will change the detection of breast cancer worldwide starting this year.
CISCO has financed this documentary because the iTbra demonstrates the incredible economic potential that the Internet of Things (IoT) has.
Wake up people, we have a product that has proven its effectiveness and is ready to be sold. This will be confirmed Thursday in the documentary.
The price of LLBO will no longer be based on speculation about FDA's effectiveness or approval. From now on it will have to adapt to the huge market that opens before us.
The current LLBO valuation at $ 14,000,000 is just ridiculous and you'll soon realize.
Our ownership percentage over Cyrcadia means that we also have an equivalent proportion in the new entity of Cyrcadia Asia.
IMO.
Exactly. We should expect a huge media impact in the days after the documentary launch.
According to the statements of the press release the clinical trials would be finished with a huge success. This will be confirmed with the Detected movie that will explain the whole story of the process.
The clinical trials has been a success according to the latest press release
http://www.prweb.com/releases/2017/04/prweb14273437.htm
No one in this forum has all the answers to all possible questions. I would recommend that if you do not feel comfortable with your investment in LLBO, you take advantage of this rise to sell all your shares.
It is absurd to base your buying decisions on speculations of people who in most cases have less idea than yourself of what is going on here.
After patent transfer LLBO will own more stock of Cyrcadia. Read the last page of LLBO latest annual report:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=LLBO&id=168393
Jim Holmes only owns 6% of LLBO. He can't negotiate unilaterally with Cyrcadia.

DD: On the FDA approval process for the iTbra
For those who do not want to waste time in reading the official documentation, here are my conclusions (IMO):
- Cyrcadia "should" publish the change of status "within 30 days of a change". But they are not obliged to do it.
- Cyrcadia must submit summary results no later than 12 months after the date of final data collection for the prespecified primary outcome measure. So, in this case it is compulsory and clinical trials results could be public at any time before or after the documentary release.
- It may be that Cyrcadia has already made the application for FDA approval and that it has already obtained the approval. But it is also possible that this clinical trial is considered an improvement of the previous product already approved, and that does not require the approval of the FDA to initiate the commercialization.
- From my point of view the clinical trials are finished and are a success. Cyrcadia will be using this documentary/film to start their communication campaign all over the world.
- Not having the clinical trials finished by the time the film is released would be crazy for CISCO. Remember that is CISCO who has paid for this film. And that the film was intended to show the entire process from conception to approval by the FDA according to statements from all parties involved.
DD REFFERENCES
When Cyrcadia will publish the results?
Just as a reminder of what they stated when they announced the clicnical trial expansion to The Ohio State University, in Columbus, Ohio (press release APRIL 05, 2016).
http://www.prweb.com/releases/2016/04/prweb13312355.htm
Neither the journalists, nor the potential customers, nor the LLBO investors are interested in Rob Royea's history or ego.
What journalists expect is to have confirmation that the new iTbra works and that this has been proven with the clinical trials that have been performed over the past two years.
Women want to see one or more real cases documenting how this technology has potentially saved the lives of one or more women thanks to early cancer detection. And how this has been possible only thanks to iTbra because mammograms are not useful in the case of breasts with high density tissue.
Investors want to see that the clicnical trials are over and that the current management team has been able to raise the investment needed to apply for international patents, apply for approval by the FDA and CE, and start marketing a product that has been in development for 30 years. It's time to sell the product and I wan to see if this management team has been able to connect the dots for this to start happening during this year!.
I really hope that in this documentary there is a response, in one way or another, to these questions because otherwise CISCO will have thrown away $1,000,000 and the possibility of creating a great media impact.
Change I am glad that you are the person who can inform us about what happens next April 27th, because I consider you a mature and objective investor, and I know that you have plenty of knowledge of what is going on behind the scenes.
But I also hope that both CISCO and Cyrcadia have invested a few thousand dollars in hiring a professional communications agency. Because that is the only way to take advantage of the huge media repercussions that this documentary can have both in the US and internationally. It is sometimes incomprehensible to see how companies spend millions of dollars in research and development, but are unable to use a small part of that investment in making a correct communication to sell the product to the masses.
I cross my fingers. The match really starts from next Friday, not before.
If the clinical trials have been successfully completed and the application for FDA approval has been initiated, we will have a winning team. Otherwise...

So now you know, don't forget to put the LLBO ticker in the text of all your messages!
dabuten44, which is the broker you are using in Spain.
I am using ClickTrade but it has blocked LLBO for buying (only selling authorized since some days), and I am looking for an alternative where buying is still authorized.
It's a pity because we people from Europe have plenty of problems to buy OTC-Pink stocks. All banks I know have blocked buying on most of them, and I don'd arrive to find an online broker which has still LLBO active in their buying portfolio.
If other people from Europe can give other alternatives I would appreciate.
Thanks.
Waiting for the press release announcing the premiere next week.
From Friday 28th we should see hundreds of news stories in the media around the world if they make a professional press release distribution at an international level.
Well this is the typical case in which those who enter late will pay more. It is curious how human nature leads most people not to do things until the last day. The last 4 days before the premiere of the documentary will be interesting and the day afterwards even more. If the documentary shows that the clinical trials are over and the FDA approval process has begun, the price will double regardless of the price of the action on Friday 28th.
Revenue projection for 1% and 0.01% market penetration
Variables
- 3,749,510,222 women in the world.
- 1% = 37,495,102
- "Expected" iTbra price = $250
- "Expected" monthly fee for data analysis = $20
Calculations
37,495,102 * $250 = $9,373,775.500 in iTbra sales
37,495,102 * $20/month * 12months = $8,998,824,480 in recurring revenue (increases every year the more iTbras are sold)
ONE YEAR REVENUE FOR 1% PENETRATION = $18,372,599,980 = 18 BILLION $
Obviously, to get to the 1% worldwide penetration is not evident, but just think about a little fraction of that.
ONE YEAR REVENUE FOR 0.01% PENETRATION = $183,725,999 = 183 MILLION $
The reason why CISCO has financed this film with $1,000,000...
This product works and the film SHOULD be showing that clinical trials has been completed, are a huge success and fast clearance can be obtained from the FDA very soon
They have selected this company, among thousands of other possible, to illustrate how the Internet of Things (IoT) + an affordable wearable device will revolutionize the detection of breast cancer worldwide.
If CISCO has seen the future come true in this company is because very soon we will be in the mouth of millions of women around the world.
Sales of this product could be counted in millions in a few months.
Do you see the litle CISCO logo? Do you wonder why?
This is a winner!
