Paid stock promos are public information. If there was a paid promo, you should have proof.
They can move it several hundred percent on zero paid pump, and they’ve done that. So your question doesn’t really have a definitive answer.
If they really wanted to pump it on that news, they could’ve easily taken it to .25 on news like that with a good pump. But they didn’t.
Do you have any link that states your information?
MM’s, I would agree they are holding it down.
Warrants, I don’t think so. I imagine warrants would get exercised when the R/S and uplist happen. The O/S did go up 4m recently, but that’s nothing compared to the almost 100m volume day we had recently. And I think the O/S has to go up when warrants are exercised. Being that it barely has gone up, I don’t think it’s that.
I think just MM’s, but that’s just my opinion. I don’t know.
Actually, IMUN's equity stake in Cytocom is worth many multiples of IMUN's current market cap. IMO.
I didn’t hear a single bad thing. Neither did you.
Not true, Cytocom always had US rights . Imun just has their stake.
How do you figure?
Noreen Griffin, she's the ex-IMUN CEO, and ex-Cytocom CEO. She's like the witch of this whole operation. The witch puppet of Plotnikoff? She had been planning on exiting the positions for a while before it actually happened. I believe she's still president of Cytocom?
True that Noreen owns significant shares / warrants in IMUN (as well as other insiders) that you would certainly expect that they are trying to get a good deal for their IMUN shares.
I was under the impression that Noreen has a bigger stake in Cytocom though, not that that would mean that she doesn't value her IMUN shares.
The O/S went from 455m to 457m (now 461m) over an 18 month period. That’s a company that’s in the business of selling shares??
That’s probably the smallest rate of change I’ve ever seen for an OTC company over an 18 month period.
Plus 1% of sales as a royalty.
They have to R/S in order to uplist to Nasdaq. That is the reason for the R/S. The reason it didn’t happen last year is because Finra did not approve the R/S because Iliad Research and Trading (John fife) is a shareholder and he has previous SEC violations that kept Finra from approving the R/S.
This is my understanding of the matter anyway.
Lol.
Yea I agree
My bad, yes, I meant of the merged company.
I’ve been taking LDN since late February as a prophylactic. I haven’t gotten Covid yet, so I can’t say if it’s working or not, but I’ve had no side effects other than some sleep troubles for the first 2 weeks when I started taking it. LDN is the real deal. The question is will the FDA give them phase 3? Big pharma influences the FDA, and big Pharma wants LDN to fail because they will lose big money if LDN makes it. The drug is superior, and they know it.
If Cytocom gets phase 3 trials for LDN for covid or crohns, it should be worth at least $1b. More is possible. At least $1b though IMO.
15% of $1b is $150m, but 1% royalties should be worth at least 2-3% extra.
Plus it should overshoot if they pump it good.
.50+ is certainly possible IMO.
Nothing posted yet for IMUN.
Only an 8-k posted for CBLI...
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=14447855&guid=UIzeUFDAvds_Yyh
IMUN owns 14-15% of Cytocom +1% royalty of sales. Cytocom will own 61% of CBLI after merger is complete.
16m shares traded premarket for CBLI. O/S is only 13m.
Make that over 60x
Insane volume here Premarket , 40x the 10-day average volume just in premarket alone.
And the news has not yet posted for IMUN.
CBLI 10-day average volume 238k. So far premarket over 10m shares traded, $3.85 now. Wow.
Interesting that this was posted for CBLI after today’s close, but IMUN saw its biggest volume day in 2 months today (before any news was released).
Certainly nice to see Cytocom merge with a Nasdaq company. Adds legitimacy here.
Exactly, just my opinion
There’s nothing in that statement that suggests “bad blood”. Not just that, but I would assume that statement is a lie - I don’t believe it when they say that it was because of any disagreement. If it was because of a disagreement, they would not have admitted it IMO.
In fact, when Saiid Zarrabian was let go, the 8-k specifically said that it was NOT because of any disagreements, when in fact, I’m almost certain that it was because of disagreements. They just say the opposite IMO. Always lies.
So you’re saying the IMUN board of directors would not be interested in merging with Cytocom?
That doesn’t make sense to me, but the board of directors are IMUN shareholders too. And they obviously know more than we do, so I wouldn’t question their decision. They are acting in the interest of money. They want IMUN’s stock to go up too.
Only reason I can see is if Cytocom was expecting a revenue stream at some point, and had whatever reason to want to keep it private. I guess that’s possible. IMUN would still have its stake.
I don’t see any evidence that they fired Handley “with bad blood”. What makes you think that?
I don’t know what you’re talking about “bad blood” between them. Perhaps you know something that I don’t, but I would be surprised if they let “bad blood” be a deciding factor when money is on the line.
Perhaps Handley has his money in Cytocom and might not own any IMUN shares and doesn’t care, but Noreen has plenty of IMUN shares / warrants and I’m sure she cares (as well as others with IMUN shares that care and have a say).
I am in full agreement with you.
Huge spread today. In the early morning, the spread was .0125 x .02. I’ve never seen IMUN’s spread so large. Not sure what it means. Perhaps it’s to discourage people from buying, I have no idea.
Why do you doubt IMUN could merge with Cytocom?
That would be sweet if there were big news tomorrow, but I'm not going to get my hopes up until it actually happens.
www.fortebiotech.com still says "Maintenance mode is on" which it has said for over a year. If that site starts running, then MAYBE it's time to get excited.
https://www.immunetherapeutics.com/ is no more, it appears. Hopefully, that’s good news.
Agreed. And they mentioned $15m needed in a 10-q or 10-k a while ago (maybe a year ago?)...although I was looking for it and couldn’t find .
Definitely great to see that confirmation in the Form D though. And I like it even more that there was no PR or any notification about this.
Why’s it moving? Anybody know? I don’t see any news.
Bigger volume too.
