Understood -
I was looking at MSRT originally as a short play. When I saw this go down to .88 yesterday, I thought it might be a play as past history has dictated a jump back over a dollar.
Ah, I see.
Understood.
So, unlike Sleuth, you don't hate potheads or weed. You look at the company as a whole and the players involved. You do the necessary DD and decide whether or not this is a play. Do you have any thoughts on the drone industry or stock MWA and NWPX?
Now, we are on the same page. I apologize for coming at you strong... I just like to know people's reasons for not buying a stock rather then what someone posted earlier... "It's going to ZERO"... without staying the reasons why it is.
Cheers.
After reading through the majority of your post on this message board and others, I have come to the conclusion that you don't necessarily have an issue with MSRT but more the MJ industry as a whole. You make several references to potheads and MJ industry. So, I get it. You dislike potheads.... you dislike weed.
The beauty about the USA, everyone is titled to their opinion. Now, I completely understand where you are coming from. You absolutely hate the "product".
Just so I understand -
So, if a company is public, and they use social media such as Twitter or Facebook to advertise their product.... Under your definition/opinion, they would be consider a "P n D"?
Can you please verify?
Thanks!
So, shouldn't you be attending to your clients needs instead of wasting your time posting on a "garbage" stock?
You only live once and it seems you spend way too much time on this message board... just sayin'.
TGIF!
You think? It's going to go all the way down to NO BID?
Can you go into more detail on your prediction? Do you have any hard facts that would lead consumers to your analysis?
"Get out while you can" - Can you maybe take a few minutes to explain rather than sending out a message with little to no substance?
Man, I wish I had as much free time as you. Unfortunately, I have a real job that requires me to work. You, on the other hand, have over 22,000 post.
Nice! Well done, sir! Well done!
Wait, you have M&Ms and you aren't sharing! C'mon Guy! I love the peanut M&Ms!
I see the MM hitting up several OTC stocks such as Boreal.
Would you consider this a short play especially if you were able to capture some of the .89 and .95 today? I'm just curious to how you think on playing this short? By the looks of the chart history, this stock seems to average around $1.25-$1.50 range. If you were able to capture enough shares under $1.00.... Would it be worth it?
BRWC....
If the plant is operating at 5%, and Boreal has all these private deals with all these huge US companies... and last year the #1 CEO signed a $24 million contract with 300 stores in China. To date, 80 stores have the product in-stock (Jim, correct me if I'm wrong... 80 stores in China have Boreal.... That is what Chloe told me way back when)..... Keep following me... I'm almost at my point....
so.... private deals... 80 stores in China with your product.... How in the heck are you only at 5% capacity? Unless, the #1 CEO hasn't been completely upfront or the water from those private and China deals are being produced and shipped out of Canada?
I just can't wrap my mind around the fact the plant is running at 5% capacity with China and all the individual private contracts with US Companies. Why does 5% sound off? Please help me understand.
In review of the unaudited financials, past PRs, 8Ks and text messages, the numbers in several areas don't add up.
Lastly... one unrelated thought, I have read many a of post on this message board that states the CEO of Boreal is #1. I have googled and search the internet and nowhere can I find the CEO of Boreal listed on ANY TOP Business CEO List. None. Zero. Please help me clarify this.
GO BRWC! BRWC is h20 San Pedro Sula GOLD!
I'm looking to possibly invest some dough into MSRT. Outside of Sleuth's opinion on this company, which his thoughts on MSRT are pretty obvious, what do other think of the stock? I would like the thoughts of both shorts and longs on MSRT.
Thank you and have a great night.
At this point in time, you have a better chance of finding a pot of gold at the end of rainbow than BRWC going above a penny.
This could all change if the #1 CEO (which by the way, I couldn't locate Fran in Forbes' Top 100 CEOs... odd) could (a) Close the UAE Deal (b) Produce ACCURATE financials for the past 4+ years.
If those two things occur, the sky is the limit. If neither of these two items happen than BRWC is on the slow death crawl to NO BID!
GO BRWC GO! #1 CEO ........... BRWC is h2o San Pedro Sula, Honduras GOLD!
NRTI = POS!
Buyers Beware - Do not buy this stock.
UAE Deal = Another CHINA DEAL! Buyers Beware! China contract promised 300 stores and $24 million in revenue. This never happened... not ever close! Just beware this could be the same kind of overpromising and under delivering by the #1 CEO with the UAE deal.
There's no doubt about it.
The best part of all this is.... We'll never know the results of either contract....why?
Because there hasn't been an accurate audit completed in over three years. Without accurate financials, this puppy will NEVER move to Pennyland.
NEVER.....EVER!
How can you judge the financial condition of a company without accurate financials? It's blocking and tackling 101!
BWMG = AWESOME STOCK TO BUY
SNL = POS!
At these prices, I will say there is money to potentially made here. You want to buy now and sell once the Real PR or even a Fluff PR that seems to be "real" is released. Either way, once a deal is announced you will see an immediately bump.
If this goes any lower, it will be a steal as it will increase on whatever positive news is announced... Fluff or not. China deal is a good example of fluff news bring the stock price UP! As we know now, the China deal was an epic disaster, but nonetheless, BRWC experienced an increase in SP from the initial release of the PR and the weeks following. If I recall correctly and correct me if I am wrong, it jumped a good bit the day of and weeks following the release of the China "deal".
All this being said, my feelings haven't changed on what has occurred in the past year and longer. Really, what drives me nuts is the lack of an accurate audit. This would be my top priority so the shareholders have an idea what the heck is going on financially within the organization. One thought I recently had was maybe the CEO is also having an audit performed. I'm not sure if this is something that would have to be released to the shareholders upon signature of a CPA engagement letter but is only a thought. Outside of the audit, sales...sales...sales... would be the next goal.... followed by establishing a Board of Directors. Being straight forward with the shareholders would eliminate a lot of the negative comments on this Board.
For once, I am trying to put aside my "negative" feelings for the CEO and the issues I have with some of the items going on within Boreal.... I'm trying to focus on the positives for once. If this sees 3s, I'm all-in for some more shares... shoot, at .0004s... you could double your money on fluff or real news bring this to .0008. This is all just my opinions but again, I'm trying to look on the bright side of what hasn't been the best 9-12 months as a stockholder.
Now, if no news is released or the deal falls through... that's a totally different story so I must add this disclaimer. My positive thoughts are based on real or fluff positive PR being released. If a PR announcement of "No Deal" is released.... well, the outlook will be bleak.
GO BWMG! GO!
#FreeNYCIan
Agreed - 100%!
Too bad, we can convert him to BWMG! This is a great stock. BWMG!
SL - I'm going to stop posting in BRWC. Would you consider doing the same here?

More Facts on BRWC!!
Boreal Water Collection (BRWC) was awarded the “Superior Taste Award” from The International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi). Boreal Water Collection (BRWC) won this award in 2012 with “Two Golden Stars" (please see below about the Golden Star Rating). Posters have made mention of this Award numerous times.
Has anyone on the message board taken the time to do research on this award?
Here is what I found out:
- There is an entry fee. So, you must pay to be considered for the “Superior Taste Award”.
- In 2012, over 75% of submitted products were given an award. This is the same year BRWC won the award.
Awards Status Level:
All products with a minimum score of 70% are awarded in the following way:
• One Golden Star with a score between 70% and 80%: Products are awarded for “Notable Taste“
• Two Golden Stars with a score between 80% and 90%: products are awarded as “Remarkable“
• Three Golden Stars with a score of 90% and above: products are awarded as “Exceptional“
In 2016, a total of 1,662 products were tested among which 72% received at least one Golden star.
Here are more details on the Entry Fee:
- As of 2012, entry fees are as follows (reduced fees apply if more than one product is submitted):
• Euro 750 (company turnover less than Euro 250,000)
• Euro 1090 (company turnover less than Euro 10 million)
• Euro 1650 (company turnover more than Euro 10 million)
Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Superior_Taste_Award
How to participate in the “Award” - First item listed on iTQi’s website is: “Entry Fee”. Again, 75% of the companies that paid the entry fee won an award. 72% of those companies received at least one golden star.
http://www.itqi.com/en/how-to-participate/?utm_source=itqi.com&utm_medium=liens&utm_content=menu+principal&utm_campaign=registerform
Here is the CEO’s spin on winning this very “prestigious award”:
http://www.borealwater.com/boreal_water/awards.php?var=awards
So, not only did the shareholders have to pay for the entry fee into this “prestigious award”. We also had to pay for the travel to and from Brussels which consists of airfare, hotels, meals and probably flights for family members, etc. etc.
This money would've been better well spent on marketing, servicing existing relationships, creating new opportunities, improving shareholder value..... this is just my opinion on how I would've utilized the money.
BRWC
Correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't the auditor that was dismissed when he "questioned" Fran paid with Boreal Shares? I could be mistaken but I thought for share the CPA was paid in shares of stock.
Does anyone recall? If he was paid in shares.... why? Why would she do that instead of doing what normal businesses do... pay for the audit!
Just a thought.
PS: I'm finalizing some research that I've uncovered on the China Deal. I hope to have this post up later this weekend.
PLEASE READ – This is a must read before you purchase stock in BRWC.
The Facts on BRWC and the CEO:
1)Since April 2011, the SP (stock price) has decreased from .018 to .0005. The stock price has tanked under the leadership of the current CEO. FACT - If you don't believe me, checkout the charts. Not only has the SP tanked, the toxic debt and dilution has increased!!!!! FACT!
2) 2015 – Shareholders Letter from Fran in regards to creating a Board of Directors:
Board of Directors - "Over the next twelve months we want to add additional board members as well as partner up with well-established brokers to expand our US sales and distribution. We expect these initiatives, coupled with the successful execution of our growth strategy, will drive shareholder value along with financial and operational growth.
It's 2016, there has been no announcement of adding members to the Board of Directors. When can we expect this news since was suppose to be delivered in 2015, no?
3) Audited Financials – In the last three plus years, BRWC has yet to produce an accurate audit. As a shareholder, this scares the hell out of me.
Audited Financials - Is that too much to ask? It's been how long since the last audit? 3 years, no? How can we judge the success of the contracts in China without seeing financial data? How can this stock skyrocket without financial data?
4) Auditor Dismissed by #1CEO – But why?
“Our current registered independent public accountant (for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2015), Patrick D Heyn, was dismissed on November 4, 2015. Mr. Heyn was so informed by the registrant in a letter as attached hereto as an exhibit, sent by email attachment and regular mail. Mr. Heyn was engaged by the registrant pursuant to an engagement letter dated July 24, 2015. Mr. Heyn did not issue a report that would cause the following disclaimer to be applicable: during the past 2 years the accountant’s report on the financial statements did not contain an adverse opinion or a disclaimer of opinion and was not qualified or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope or accounting principles. The Company’s Board of Directors (consisting of one director, Mrs. Francine Lavoie) approved of the dismissal of Mr. Heyn.
During the time of Mr. Heyn’s employment from July 24 to November 4 of 2015, less than the preceding 2 fiscal years; there were disagreements with Mr. Heyn on matters of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or disclosure, which disagreement(s), if not resolved to his satisfaction, would have caused him to make reference to the subject matter of the disagreement(s) in the report; should he have completed one.
Mr. Heyn was preceded by Mr. Terry Johnson as the Company’s auditor; who was suspended by the SEC on October 6, 2015 from practicing as an accountant for entities regulated by the SEC. Previously, in an 8-K dated September 25, 2015, we had stated that we were no longer relying on audit reports and previously issued financial statements that Mr. Johnson was involved in for fiscal years 2012 and 2013 and were investigating whether we could rely on the same for fiscal year 2014. We terminated Mr. Heyn in part because we were not able to obtain a comprehensible, definitive answer from him on how to proceed regarding the problems caused by Mr. Johnson; and in that regard, we were not satisfied with his explanation of the scope, cost and procedure for re-audits to bring the Company compliant. There were disagreements on the valuation of stock issued for management compensation as well as for convertible debt. We also were not satisfied with the scheduling and what we perceived to be a lack of speed and priority involved in Mr. Heyn’s work for us.”

5) $24 million China Deal – Does anyone recall seeing a signed contract? Does a contract between the China companies and BRWC exist? If so, I would love to read the details of the contract and see Fran’s signature on the deal.
From what I’ve read, the China deal was a complete disaster. How much revenue did the contract/deal actually produce? It sure as hell wasn’t $24 million. If I had to guess, BRWC suffered losses selling and shipping water to China.
6) UAE Deal – If the deal is done…. Will the CEO disclose the SIGNED CONTRACT for us shareholders to see? If she doesn’t provide a signed contract, will this end up being another fluff deal like China?
7) The share structure is beyond bloated. This will have to be addressed in the near future. What is set to occur? R/S?
8) Past News – Please take the time to read some of the past PRs. The CEO has a past history of over promising and under delivering on news and shareholder value.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BRWC/news
One of the most recent promises is the shipping dates for the UAE deal of April 1st….. which has come and gone…. Promise after promise after promise has been broken over the years. Just ask RJ – He’s been here for years. “News next Tuesday…. No, the Tuesday after that”
9)BRWC HAS NOT turned a profit in YEARS!!!!!!! FACT, FACT, FACT! YEARS of NO PROFIT = #1 CEO?
10)Shareholder Value? For a number of months, the email address for investors has not worked (investors@BorealWater.com) and the CEO will only respond to one poster here on the message board. She will not return phone calls of the concerned shareholders. 1,004 shareholders and A LOT OF THEM AREN'T HAPPY! I'm seeing more negative posts lately than positive. The shareholders are becoming restless.
11)February 25, 2015 – CEO’s letter to the Shareholders - Please tell me how much of this actually came true?
“KIAMESHA LAKE, N.Y., Feb. 25, 2015
KIAMESHA LAKE, N.Y., Feb. 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Boreal Water Collection, Inc. (OTC: BRWC), an established water bottler of premium private-labeled bottled water products tailored for each client's particular need, today issues the following letter to Shareholders from the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Francine Lavoie.
Dear Shareholders,
I would like to take this opportunity to share several noteworthy achievements our Company made during 2014.
Boreal Water's mission is to provide high-end private labeled bottled water and last year we were very successful at gaining multiple prestigious and high-end accounts. We expect to continue to increase our sales and earnings for years to come.
Notably, in 2014 our baby water product line successfully entered the Chinese market and is now in many high-end retail outlets and online retailers. Our baby water is recognized in China as being pure, sodium free, BPA free, and bromate free with low mineral content and a balanced PH. Those are all perfect conditions for quality baby water!
As well, we now have on staff a full-time representative in Shanghai by the name of Miss Zhao. In 2015 she will expand our presence in China and aggressively continue to build our sales.
During the last quarter of 2014, we were able to increase our sales by 23% as compared to last year's fourth quarter while increasing gross margin 15%. Our team worked at positioning Boreal for consistent, profitable, long-term growth. Focusing on the fundamentals and building a stable business will drive revenues and earnings upward in years to come.
Our company is committed to bringing more public transparency and information by devoting resources to investor relations and awareness. We hired QualityStocks for that mandate. They specialize in broadening the influence of micro-cap and small-cap companies to help attract growth capital and improve shareholder value.
When I reflect on how far we've come over the past few years, I couldn't be more motivated and optimistic about what we will achieve in 2015 and beyond.
As CEO, my primary responsibility is to deliver shareholder value and to ensure the ongoing growth and success of the Company. We are excited about the numerous opportunities at hand that we will be pursuing this year and in the future. Over the next twelve months we want to add additional board members as well as partner up with well-established brokers to expand our US sales and distribution. We expect these initiatives, coupled with the successful execution of our growth strategy, will drive shareholder value along with financial and operational growth.
On behalf of Boreal Water Collection, I look forward to you sharing in our success for years to come.
Francine Lavoie
