It's amazing how the dumpers disappear on these boards when they know they can't drive price any lower. Whoosh, gone as quick as they appeared.
Generating electricity with the energy from that spinning roof vent is a time that has come. I remember in 6th grade when the first digital watch from Timex came out people thought it was a passing fad just like the iPhone. If this company doesn't make it another one will.
My stop is way down at .108. Good luck taking that out. This is classic shakeout for lower price before a big event. .125 is about as low as this goes today. A green close would be nice but unexpected unless we can maintain the volume.
It's time to BUY BUY BUY
From the last 10q:
On March 1, 2014, the Company entered into an employment agreement with the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Under the agreement, the Company will pay an annual salary of $177,000 for 18 months with a 25% increase after 18 months. The agreement will be in effect for 3 years.
On March 1, 2014, the Company entered into an employment agreement with the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Under the agreement, the Company will pay an annual salary of $104,000 for 18 months with a 25% increase after 18 months. The agreement will be in effect for 3 years.
On May 1, 2014, the Company entered into an employment agreement with the Executive Vice President of Fuel Cell Operations of the Company. Under the agreement, the Company will pay an annual salary of $112,000. The agreement will be in effect for 5 years.
The question was actually, "How many SolarMills does it take to get to $100 million?" Until predictive text stepped in and pulled the trigger too quick.
Yes yes but can I get enough price action to trade it?
I say I will buy because I see someone has been covering and snapping up every share that's offered. How many float mills goes it take to get to $100 million in revenues?
Thanks, if it gets .0018 then I'll buy a boatload.
The product is solid and in the right hands could be a game changer.
Will we see another 8k after close today or are they done diluting?
Can we see .50 next week?
Do you buy before .0088 or .0080?
Covering?
It's not an off the shelf proposition. He was correct in answering the way he did because each unit or group of units and their setup would depend on the scale and fuel type.
Actually think we have worked through the majority of the shares offered for conversion. I'm still of the opinion that dilutions will not take place through the earnings report. Imo.....The t-trades at the end of the day are an indication that they want to get through it as quickly as possible. I'm long with an average of .03 pps and Im wondering when they will let this up. The shorts have increased to hold the sun penny prices for conversions. But if you notice they don't let it stay sub penny for more than 5 minutes.
IMHO the last move took
Out some stops and accumulated nicely. The 480,000 sitting at .07, yea.
IMHO we're in the storm and have been for 2 months. Question is do the dilutions end or do Bates and company spiral this into total oblivion or do they wake up and turn this around?
Forgive me for my intuition but smokey you show no posts prior to 7/15/15.
So you're guessing?
What's the name of the spin-off? Scares me in a good way. GE can't do it all by themselves. They will need many partners.
Could it be possible that there is a silver lining to all of this? That the conversions have actually reduced the debt and they will have good news to report? Could the rumor that earnings will be disappointing have been on purpose? Could there be anything positive from this? Surely any company that would present on the Today Show in conjunction with Popular Science magazine has some upside?
Wasn't someone from this board told a couple of weeks ago that there was only one dilution left?
None of those giant trades above 2 million have ever displayed on L2 that I have seen and I am pretty diligent when it comes to watching bid/ask in case I'm able to trade. This is some of the strangest price action I have ever seen. The really strange thing is that someone is buying the shares. My question is for anyone out there, can a penny company be taken over? Are a leveraged buyout or hostile take over in the realm of possibility? The product is golden and has a future especially with constant improvement and the addition of more efficient PV's added to it.
Interesting how all the "noise" stopped.
Wow! Volume goes from 4 million yo 12 million with the snap of a finger. SNAP!
I've never felt so far away from .03 before.
I did notice the very substantial after hours volume.
Look at that volume with no increase in price. It's criminal.
That's outrageous and unacceptable. I'll be expressing my displeasure, although since they are laughing all the way to the bank, they probably won't care.
>>>>ARE YOU NEW HERE? LOOKING FOR DD?<<<<The stickies at the top of this board tell the story of the future of $DNRG. Anyone repeating the same thing over and over after it has been addressed by members here is an obvious attempt to manipulate and obfuscate facts to their advantage. Don't listen to spammers because they are more than likely in a foreign country and paid to post negative propaganda in order to try and affect share price. $DNRG management has been clear and transparent. According to long term investors they have delivered on everything they said they would do to date.
From canuck12:
I do not usually write a lot on this board other than it is a long term hold but feel it is time to share with the good people of ihub.
I have been a shareholder for 2 years. Long before likely almost all on this board. I was here before taking over Western Standard and before the ticker DNRG even existed. I can assure all that it has been a long haul and a lot of patience to get to this point but as many agree on this board....we are finally getting there and this will be a stock that others will wish they had invested in.
Some of the things that have happened over that time:
1. We were told in early stages that a company would acquire Dom and would change the name to Dom so that a listing could happen sooner than later---a few months later it DID OCCUR.
2. We were told the listing would start on the OTC- DID OCCUR
3. We were sent e-mails updating on the trips to Africa as well as some of the first letters from Africa extending appreciation for the trips and looking forward to further talk regarding contracts.
4. After a few trips we were told that contracts were looking very good and should occur within 2 years.----UPDATE to now there are 2 CONTRACTS in place----DID OCCUR
5. Shareholders were told that they were working with the USA Gov't on Power Africa and trying to become a part of it-----DID OCCUR
6. In an e-mail toward the end of 2014 we were told that 2015 would be a bullish year with lots of changes and movement with DOM---IT IS OCCURING.
I do not care what any of the bashers have to say about this post as they are just shorters looking to scare people and have nothing else to do.....well I guess some should spend their time figuring out how to gain back control of Twitter.
I only write this to assure those that are with me in thinking long term and also to share from someone that has had to wonder many times if the things we were being told were really going to happen. As you can see above that this is kind of a skeleton with how DNRG is where it is at today. It has at times been a "hope thislives up to the hype and thoughts DOM has", to now where it is..."wow, things are really starting to shake out in here."
Trust me guys and gals.....this is looking as good as many of you type on here. This used to be such a ghost town board that it is completely unbelievable to see how many posts are on here daily.
Ne
To me, the best thing to happen has been Mr. Fresh coming on board. I have spoke to Mr. Neal Allen a couple of times and this was one of the major moves that was needed to get the financing. I am not by anymeans someone that can just contact him but as I stated, I have been in this already for a long haul....and as you can see these guys do deliver on what they say. The people behind Dom are leaders, game changers and that call will be one that will likely cause more and more investors to see the big picture.
These guys deliver. Period. Glad you are all on board and get ready.....it is only the true beginning to a game changing company.
DNRG all the way!
>>>>>IGNORE THE SPAMMERS<<<<<
Highest volume on the bid and the ask
What does Canter Fitzgerald know that we don't?
Did he answer your email?
I'll talk about the 10q. I see conservative decisions made by management at a start up. I see management keeping debt low by foregoing full pay in order to save money. I see that they are in "technical" default on their lease because to spend $100,000+ prior to receiving revenue would be a bad decision. I see a lack of inventory as positive due cost savings, time till install and this makes good business sense when you take into account that SOFC's are put together from parts that are sourced from different partners such as Delphi. I see good hires with outstanding resumès. I see compensation to the right consultants and the utilization of the R&D to be found in the University system. To summarize? I see Dominovas Energy and their management making all the right moves ahead of 2016 when the almost $1.5 billion in PPA's begin to be delivered upon in the giant ripe marketplace that is Africa.
I don't understand this price action at all.
"Effective July 24, 2015, after the issuances described above, the Company had 196,247,932 shares of common stock issued and outstanding."
If earnings are bad they should just go ahead and get that out there too along with the dilution. They are chasing investors away in droves. What a f&$king waste of good PR.
If all the shares are diluted and we have some good PR it might be a good thing. It's also in the back of my mind that earnings are due to be reported and that could work against the share price if they haven't deposited any revenues.
