Lesson learned......don't trust Russians.
I don't understand this trades listing on IHUB. I bought a few shares at .017 and I see it in the trades but it shows up in red as a sell?
Didn't Hybrid bring on that former executive Pat Morrell or something like that. He used to work for one of the big multi-nationals. He was at the Indianapolis Coatings show with them. You would think these collaborations with the EPA, Cushmac, Morrell, Figovsky would eventually amount to something. I still can't believe that all of these parties are in cahots with a scamming dilution machine.

Wish they would be a bit more forth coming on what her contribution is.
Doing ok.....trying to get these companies to paint the power plants with iso free coatings
It appears they are going after the actual manufacturers of isocyanate not the users of it. Just a guess.
I just slapped the asked for another 40,000
oops thats Oleg Figovsky
If a major news agency looks into it and "stumbles" across Hybrids name I can hear the tag line. "Yet, there is a little know company, Hybrid Coatings Technologies, that has a non-isocyanate replacement formulated by the world renowned scientist Igor Figovsky."

Here's what I just wrote to the WSJ:
Dear WSJ,
I recently came across an article on a website called EcoWatch about a 90 billion dollar lawsuit against four of the biggest chemical companies in the world hiding the dangers of isocyanates from the EPA and the public at large, yet I have not seen anything on any of the major news agencies about this. This is the same stuff that killed 4,000 people in Bhopal. I’m just curious as to what constitutes news worthiness?
I'm looking into the WSJ and 60 Minutes right now. Basically just asking why such a big story about multi-national chemical companies, the government and public health and safety is getting no major coverage. Is it a cover up??????
Good idea. Didn't think of that. I looked at PBS but didn't see anyway to contact them.
Crap, when I sent those emails to CNN and Fox News I should have thrown in there that this is the same stuff that killed 4000 people in Bhopal. Hope a big news agency runs a story or does an investigative report.

TD Ameritrade has the OS at 11.1 million
Between myself and NegativeForce we probably own 11% of the OS shares. With the other people here we are probably pushing 40-50%. Those big investors will be fighting for the remaining shares!
If anyone does write the news outlets I would refrain from mentioning Hybrids name. They will think we are trying to use them to pump a stock. In the one I sent Fox News I questioned why the majors have not picked up on a big whistleblower lawsuit brought on by the government against big chemical companies and are there not safer alternatives to these harmful chemicals? Hopefully on of them will do a full investigative report and maybe Hybrids name will be discovered by them.

I agree more news should be coming. I'm hoping it has something to do with the foam markets.
Just sent an email to the news manager at Fox questioning why a big whistleblower suit has not made the news and sent the link to the Ecowatch article.
Let's make this happen!

I just went to their website and filled out the story idea form with the subject of "Big Chemical Companies Coverup Hazardous Chemicals" and gave them the link to the ecowatch article

This is another MDI case Dow settled on.
Law360, New York (September 28, 2010, 7:30 PM EDT) -- On the eve of trial, Dow Chemical Co. and Flexible Products Co. have reached a settlement with nearly 1,400 Alabama miners who alleged they were exposed to the asthma-inducing chemical isocyanate.
Judge John H. England Jr. of the Tuscaloosa Circuit Court in Alabama said Monday that the case had been settled and that there would be no trial, according to the Associated Press. The terms of the settlement, which came after four weeks of jury selection, were undisclosed.
“I have not been a part of a case wherein a citizen served on a jury for four weeks and heard not one minute of testimony," Judge England told the jurors, the AP reported. “You've done something extraordinarily unique in the state of Alabama.”
Dow confirmed Wednesday that a settlement had been reached in both the Alabama case and a related West Virginia case.
“Flexible Products and Dow each believes that the settlements represent a good outcome to these cases, which have been pending for a significant period of time,” Dow said in a statement.
“We continue to believe that these are good products which, when applied properly, make mining safer for those involved and continue to be used in coal mines across the country,” it added.
The complaint, which dates back to 2001, was originally filed against about a dozen defendants, but Dow Chemical and Flexible Products were the only ones remaining, the AP said.
The suit alleged that isocyanate-containing products manufactured by the defendants caused injury to the coal miners. Those products are widely used for filling cracks and voids, stabilizing mine roofs and walls and controlling ventilation; however, inhalation and skin exposure to isocyanate can cause skin rashes and lesions, asthma, respiratory illness and possibly death, according to the plaintiffs.
At least five similar complaints were filed in addition to the Tuscaloosa complaint. One of those, lodged in Montana federal court, was dismissed with prejudice in 2004. Another one is in West Virginia state court, two are in Alabama state court and one is in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
That case, a proposed class action, alleged that the manufacturers of isocyanates such as methylene diphenyl diisocyanate — commonly referred to as MDI — have conspired to use trade organizations including the American Chemistry Council and The Isocyanate Institute Inc. to conceal the true health effects of exposure to the chemical.
Meanwhile, in March, Flexible Products launched a suit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan after Employers Insurance Co. of Wausau — now part of Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. — denied coverage for the defense costs of these product liability suits.
Flexible Products, which held primary comprehensive general liability insurance policies with Wausau from 1984 to 1994, alleged that its insurer was responsible for part of the roughly $15 million it had incurred defending itself against the suits, which involved about 1,675 plaintiffs.
The company said its other insurers had acknowledged their duty to defend.
Counsel and case information about the settlement were not available.
