Also, there's much to be said about allocating funds to finally get their accounting in order and consolidating all of their old debts. It's almost like they're listening to their meetings from mergers and acquisitions teams and are staying quiet so they can work with potential buyers. As stockholders we want to see the 10q but not as bad as potential buyers of the company... So they have to focus on getting their audits straight
They just hired a new accounting firm in October to fix their prior 10q filings and get all of their financials current. Management wasn't happy with the prior filings because of inaccuracies. Once the new accounting firm releases audited sales numbers from 2014-2016 this stock will fly
I updated the wiki so that clicking on Arrayit goes to the company website :)

I agree
Look again. There's a short dip to 0.0085 at 9:30:10.
As long as the new levels of support are going higher and higher, it will have its dips here and there which is fine. I think the more exposure the company and its REAL products are getting, potential share holders will see the value of this biotech company. It's products are so useful in the rapidly growing diagnostics market. I just saw this article today:
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/transplant-diagnostics-market-growing-cagr-093000711.html
Here's some highlights that are relevant for ARYC's business:
The global transplant diagnostics market is estimated to grow at a CAGR of 7.0% during the forecast period and is expected to be valued at USD 4.36 billion by 2021 while North America is expected to hold largest market share during the forecast period.
CAGR = compound annual growth rate
The transplant diagnostics market is fairly competitive, with growing number of global and local manufacturers of transplant diagnostic products. Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc. (U.S.), Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. (U.S.), and F. Hoffman-La Roche Ltd. (Switzerland) were the top three players in the transplant diagnostics market in 2015. Product launches; approvals and product enhancements; agreements, partnerships, and collaborations; geographic expansions are the major strategies adopted by most of the market players to achieve growth in the transplant diagnostics market.
This competitive market is ripe for any one of these larger companies to absorb Arrayit, its patents, and their products
IMO here's my list of potential buyout candidates:
Thermo Fisher (They bought Affymetrix)
Roche (Genentech)
Google (https://verily.com/)
Illumina
Agilent
Celgene
Biogen
Gilead Sciences
Amgen
These are the top BIOTECH companies I can think of. Arrayit's products serve the BIOTECH community.
wow. Something's definitely up. IMO I think they're in a quiet period while they wait for the new financial auditors to complete the 10Q and fix all the prior year 10Qs. They don't usually do a PR on finances but I think reporting out domestic and international sales via social media is fine. Extremely undervalued company given the new laws to expedite finding cures for chronic diseases
Great post!
Why do some folks keep talking about "real products" as if Arrayit creates vaporware? Ridiculous. Any simple Google search will lead to a TON of medical research using Arrayit's products. Look at the following:
National Database for Autism Research:
https://ndar.nih.gov/ndarpublicweb/Processing_Kit.html
Arrayit microarray platform used by top lab at Rowan University to develop early stage test for Alzheimer's Disease:
http://www.clinical-innovation.com/topics/clinical-practice/early-blood-test-alzheimer%E2%80%99s-shows-100-accuracy-trials
And the patent for that is here:
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-bool.html&r=1&f=G&l=50&co1=AND&d=PTXT&s1=%22Arrayit+Corporation%22&OS=%22Arrayit+Corporation%22&RS=%22Arrayit+Corporation%22
I would rather have Roche (Genentech), Illumina, Thermo Fisher, or Amgen since they are the big dogs in BioTech take a look at Arrayit - but won't complain if Verily (Google) or Apple want to take a slice out of the pie as well. $$ARYC
That's a good question. IMO I think this company has brilliant scientists and researchers who were not necessarily the best company managers. I think they fell into the trap of toxic lenders to fund their early ventures which dragged them down further. I also think they lacked the direction to properly market their products to the correct customers because they have such a wide diversified product portfolio. Also, they didn't have an audit committee to make sure their financial auditors were providing the correct news to shareholders (which you can see in their latest 8-K they are finally rectifying). I think the latest 8-Ks from December shows a strong commitment to consolidating their debts and bringing their financial information current.
They already have an established relationship:

Search for Arrayit's extensive list of patents. They are worth more than the products themselves - especially if the giant companies can use the patents to develop newer tools etc.
Here's your answer:
https://verily.com/
Verily is under the Alphabet Umbrella (aka Google).
If you click on Partners > Hardware it states the following:
Verily is building devices intended to be smaller, more powerful and more convenient than existing technologies. Our team of engineers is developing tools that can collect meaningful, and sometimes previously inaccessible data that can be used for therapeutic intervention.
and under their "Science" section:
Science
Our team is pursuing research in systems biology, nanotechnology, and biomedical systems engineering, with potential applications for immuno-oncology and other areas. We combine experimental capabilities with computational biology to support data generation and analysis across our clinical programs.
Hope that helps. Arrayit already holds the patents for most of these tools and products
The technology itself is worth billions. Affymetrix was a similar company with similar products. They are now part of Thermo Fisher:
http://www.streetinsider.com/Corporate+News/Thermo+Fisher+Scientific+(TMO)+Completes+Acquisition+of+Affymetrix+(AFFX)/11463418.html
Illumina is another giant company purchasing smaller companies to absorb them into their portfolio of genetics testing, development of cures, etc:
http://www.xconomy.com/san-diego/2013/01/07/illumina-acquires-verinata-health-prenatal-testmaker-for-350m/
It is a rapidly growing industry especially with the current 21st century Cures act:

Hey Jimmy - I didn't get to visit ARYC corporate building today as highway 101 south was flooded from our heavy rains and traffic is hell right now. I did however pass by BioDesy (one of the companies that purchases products from ARYC) across the street from my daughter's gymnastics school:
http://www.biodesy.com/products/
Also Thermo Fisher's new building is a few blocks down the street (the company that bought Affymetrix for $14.00 per share)
I will call to schedule a visit with ARYC soon
According to the recent 8-k filings, ARYC is not only working to update the current financials but going back 2 years to fix whatever filings were provided by their previous accounting firm. Their new accounting firm RRBB was just hired on October 2016 and they have a lot of work to do to go back and retro fix filings from 2014 and 2015 along with 2016. So not only will 2016 be current, but their prior years will also be fixed. Until all this is fixed they, as Jimmy has stated, are focusing primarily on continuing to make sales internationally and domestically
Probably just talking about otcmarkets
I'm going to buy more on Monday's dip if there even will be one. Trying to get more before this hits .10
Yes I definitely will do that soon. I've been meaning to and I live fairly close by north in San Francisco (ironically near the biotech companies in Brisbane) $$ARYC
Cool! I work a couple of miles from there in Pleasanton and wondered if they did business with Arrayit
Thanks, Jimmy. I didn't realize their online shop had a whole different design than their front page. Perhaps they could just spruce up the cover then to make it look consistent with their shop. Maybe Thermo Fisher or Rosche will change it up during the buyout (my opinion only)
I understand, but a corporate website's presentation would help sales even more IMO
Just an irrelevant sidenote...Arrayit should dismantle their whole web page and make it look as professional and updated as AvantDX. Seriously
Once the company becomes current, along with current initiatives such as this:
https://www.congress.gov/bill/114th-congress/house-bill/6
Larger companies are going to start bidding on purchasing $ARYC. A company with this much revenue will start to get the attention of larger ones the same way Affymetrix was purchased by Thermo Fisher. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Thermo Fisher purchases Arrayit later on. Just my opinion
This is pure speculation but in 2015 there was a company about 5 miles from Arrayit called Affymetrix. They produce similar products and do similar work:
http://www.affymetrix.com/estore/index.jsp
This is what happened to Affymetrix:
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2016-01-08/thermo-fisher-agrees-to-acquire-affymetrix-for-1-3-billion
So keep that in mind - same can happen for Arrayit. Just my opinion
Are you talking about the 10-Q financial statements? That's what I'm waiting for. 8-Ks are just company information and I haven't seen a 10-Q from ARYC since 2015
Does anyone have access to this report (published February of this year) ?
http://www.marketresearch.com/MarketLine-v3883/Arrayit-Corporation-formerly-Integrated-Media-9937019/
Thanks
Jimmy - I'd be curious to see what an estimated dollar amount would be if we look back a year in their twitter history and total up all of the "reports a sale to..." and multiply that amount by say $1000 or $5000 (or higher depending on the machine) because their devices and tools are not cheap. They definitely have been making a lot of sales.
Just wanted to wish everyone here Happy Holidays. Hoping for a BUYOUT or news of FDA approvals or financial updates - exciting times!
Just found one of Arrayit's products when searching food allergy information:

Interesting and exciting to be a part of this

Excellent points!! Now where's the financial updates! ?? Hptg$$$$$
Well Astoria Capital changed it's name to Quark Ventures.
In April of this year, they purchased 6.4 mil shares:
http://www.reuters.com/article/idUSFWN17409G
Then earlier this month they started selling it off:
http://www.reuters.com/article/idUSFWN0Z400020150618
Until my most recent post where they sold the entire holding...
Just curious since venture caps selling off entire holdings is not a good sign..
just my opinion
All good points and perspective! Thanks for the reply. I'm not really sure how many adults still have their Michael Jackson dolls but I do know there are a lot of adults who collect "action figures" and super hero toys, sci-fi figures etc. I just don't see a huge market for Empire doll collectors personally, but who knows. That's just my opinion
I'm hoping $OWOO pps goes up but just my opinion on the Empire license/dolls...
I'm hoping they did a test panel on people who would even be interested in such dolls. Just because the show is popular doesn't mean that automatically a large majority of viewers are going to want dolls of characters from the show. I'm just saying...it's a show for an adult audience so that eliminates a lot of younger viewers in general. Then you take a subset of those adult viewers and see who's a doll collector. Anyways, just my opinion
