Great catch, Mike. I remember those days when OvaDX was going through all of the same hype now. I hope they learned their lesson from then and are being more meticulous with the process (probably why financials are taking longer).

The good news is that Pinnertest/AllergyGo aren't the only products being sold by Arrayit. They are just a small fraction of all their other microarray products. Their long experience in the field is a huge advantage over the other startups.
I think so as well. Before we start looking too far ahead, I think we need to calm down and wait for all the financials to fall in place first. We can't even remotely consider NYSE if we can't be up to date with the SEC. We should be concerned more with getting back into OTCQB then OTCQX and build up from there to $1.00 for the NYSE.
BOOM.
we believe that our test will receive FDA approval
Just finished "Bad Blood" book by John Carreyrou about the rapid rise and fall of Theranos. Very good read if you're into non-fiction.
I see a lot of similarities and patterns regarding how Theranos promised the world to pharmaceutical companies and large retailers. Elizabeth Holmes promised quick and easy blood testing using a single drop of blood - AND large companies ate it up. The big difference, however, is that Arrayit is a real company with factual science to back up their claims. A lot of people laugh at their numerous tweets, but at least they're not committing fraud and delivering products that don't work as promised. They have a long list of customers and are still constantly bringing in new orders every day. Theranos was a company that grew rapidly on hype with fake products - and fell just as fast. ARYC is growing slowly with actual products (I don't blame companies to be skeptical at this point with blood testing) - but all signs are pointing in the right direction. Big news will come. I'll be holding and glad I've been for years. GLTA
Probably going to be posted here or in the allergenics section of the website:

lol! Not to mention getting a suit properly tailored for the right fit - but totally irrelevant to the bigger picture. Hopefully news from the meeting comes soon
HA! I totally know what you mean. This thing is going to absolutely FLY once FDA gives the green light and financials are released as well
I'm thinking the relevant department(s) you would probably want to reach out to are the allergy and/or food/nutrition. It'd be great if you had direct contacts to the Chiefs of those departments
Hello fellow competition ;) Depending on what products Kaiser will start offering on behalf of Arrayit, I'm almost sure Sutter will follow. It would be beneficial for us that Arrayit's products are spread to as many companies - having all healthcare organizations on board means more patients
Sad and Depressing, right? LOL

Sorry guys - no updates from Kaiser Permanente yet. I am not privy to these types of large deals in my lowly position. I can just speculate that KP is most likely waiting for the FDA approval before moving forward with a deal. Just know that it is another potential revenue stream on top of all the other deals in place. And yes - we are the nation's largest health plan serving 12.2 million patients. :)
The CE caveat emptor and skull and crossbones has been on ARYC for a long time now. The SEC is aware of the lack of filings and RRBB was brought in to coordinate the audits. I myself, as a stockholder, already reported the lack of filings to the SEC years ago out of frustration. Nothing happened. So I purchased more because that tells me that the SEC is aware and that RRBB must have a deal to avoid suspension. At this point I can just about guarantee that suspension is NOT COMING. If suspension were to happen it would have happened MONTHS ago already. If it does - you can pull this post up and throw it back at me.
The high visibility will bring in new investors and hopefully encourage releasing the financials - which potential investors will be looking for. Gotta take the smaller steps before bigger things can happen. Once that info is in place this will jump exponentially
Exactly. They never stated the dinner was with the FDA. It's most likely as you stated a small get-togther of the CLIA staff to celebrate their hard work and upcoming milestones
Agreed. The timing is not coincidental that they have a buy-side financial deal completed before FDA approval. There's a lot of things in the works they cannot fully disclose. I'm sure it will all come together with the financials as well.
Finally. Some helpful insight from someone with actual experience with the process. THANK YOU
I bought in 3 years ago in June 2015 at 0.0042. I noticed the price crash and got in hoping they can rebuild after they were trying to gain capital but made poor business decisions with toxic lenders. It's now at 0.04. I have nothing to complain about. I don't as many shares as a lot of you here but I am pretty happy about x10 growth

Not just the tests alone Mike. Considering I was told that each test takes about 4 days to receive the results - we (Kaiser Permanente) like to have most lab results back within 24 hours. If we were to hold ARYC to those same standards, I believe some collaboration has to be done where KP may purchase the processing equipment from ARYC along with staffing and training to expedite the results of the allergy tests. Just speculating but I believe there's a lot more than just purchasing of the tests alone :)
No new news coming from Kaiser Permanente yet. I believe a deal is in the works and hopefully we'll be able to offer Arrayit's allergy tests to our 12 million patients. Please keep in mind this most likely won't just be a one time per patient test. We handle a lot of population care where repeated (frequent) testing is necessary for some patients with conditions that need it (ie immunotherapy). I'm sure we'll release a PR (or ARYC will release the news) once everything has been signed. GLTA
Yeah agreed - that's why I'm anxiously waiting for that FDA meeting in July. The fact that there are already ongoing meetings is a very good sign along with the CLIA mediCal/medicaid accuracy certification. Get ready for this to make astronomical jumps soon
Yes - I'm speculating that KP would sign a deal where Arrayit would be the supplier of the blood cards and we would pass those savings on to our patients by having it available as an alternative allergy test option. So yeah as an HMO - KP would cover that cost. What I'm not sure about is how the processing/reading results of the cards would work. Not sure if Arrayit's small lab would be handle processing all the cards or if KP would purchase Arrayit's equipment (think even more $$$$) to do the testing and have Arrayit's staff work with our regional labs for training (even more $$$$)
FDA approval just means it's available to be ordered or prescribed by a doctor/specialist. Doesn't really have anything to do with insurance coverage. That's totally dependent on whatever coverage the patient has whether it's paid for out of pocket, employer coverage, medi-cal, Medicare etc.
yup fully aware but don't think we ever offered or utilized the convenience of dedicated blood cards. We'll see what happens $ARYC
*infectious Sorry spell check autocorrect
Yes indeed! I've sat in a few meetings with our infectors diseases department and allergy departments and it was pretty cool to listen to the newly FDA-approved drugs and products we're adding to our services. Serving 12 million patients is no small task :)
Regional Kaiser Permanente employee here. I'm hoping once we sign a deal with ARYC, that they will be able to keep up production of blood cards or whatever else products we will be purchasing from them. They will also need to ramp up processing at their labs(which luckily they just got medi-cal and Medicare approved). I'm thinking we might need to collaborate or have some of their staff work out of our larger regional lab in Livermore if needed
This is how much the technology is valued. If this fraud made this much in valuations using blood test technology that didn't work, can you see how much REAL micro array technology will be worth?

I'll try to get more info on this deal but I'm still on vacation in Maui. I'll see what I can dig up when I get back to the office
Like I told Ace - I can confirm this as I am a regional Kaiser employee (reporting and clinical analytics). Also correction...we surpassed 12.2 million patients
Thanks for this Ace. I can confirm as I am a regional Kaiser employee (reporting and clinical analytics). And minor correction... we've surpassed 12.2 million patients. :) :)
