A stock is worth whatever someone will pay for it. EVIO has 11 labs - using the metric that it costs 1-1.5mm to open a new one - there is like 12-15mm value in labs. the IP of over 100,000 tests performed (more than anyone on earth). There is value in the research and bio tech opportunities. Awaiting the opening of the California nad Canada cannabis markets to deliver record revenues and EVIO stock price languishes?
Why - Leadership, vision, communication, ability to raise funds, ability to deal with market makers and brokers relationships. ALL of these skill are lacking, greatly, in EVIO current leadership.
WW has to go - the company needs a REAL ceo to taker it to the next level of worth and expansion. The market and its players HATES WW - and thats not going to change
Cannabis is about to breakout in a massive fashion. Revenues are poised to skyrocket. Yet because of WW complete lack of leadership or ability to inspire investors, the market or the brokers/ market makers to defend the stock. We the shareholders are sacrificed at the altar of both WW outsized incompetence and bloated ego.
WW the market has spoken. and it doesnt like you. so take the hint and your bloated ego and go
Needs new leadership - This group has done the startup thing - the next stage needs experienced management. Its stale

Cannabis Industry Is Donating More to Political Campaigns Than Ever Before
The legal weed biz has learned from the alcohol, tobacco, and pharmaceutical industries that lobbying and political contributions are the best way to change laws in its favor.
As support for cannabis legalization grows across the country, more and more politicians are standing up in favor of cannabis reform. Even old-school politicians like former Speaker of the House John Boehner or current Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, once fervent champions of the War on Drugs, are now advocating for cannabis prohibition to come to an end.
The number of pro-cannabis politicians in office may be soon grow even more, thanks to financial support and lobbying efforts from the cannabis industry itself.
A decade ago, it was rare to see politicians willing to accept money from a business dealing in federally-prohibited drugs, but today, many political groups have realized that cannabis reform is a hot-button issue that will bring voters out to the polls.

Cannabis research.—The Committee recognizes that continued focus on the discovery of treatment alternatives for veterans diagnosed with various conditions such as chronic pain and PTSD are essential to reducing the number of veteran suicides.
For this reason, the Committee urges VA to utilize funds, in an amount deemed appropriate by the Secretary, to prioritize investments in research on the efficacy and safety of cannabis usage among the veteran population for medicinal purposes.
The Committee also requests a report, within 180 days after the enactment of this Act, by the Secretary containing a detailed plan on how the Department expects to pursue this research
. The Committee also urges VA to ensure any research conducted or supported by VA on cannabis therapy is preserved in a manner that will facilitate further research.”
Major Canadian supermarket chain Loblaw plans cannabis sales
Loblaw joins an increasingly crowded field of marijuana retail hopefuls across Canada, which already involves hundreds of entrepreneurs, joint ventures with licensed marijuana producers and independent chains.
Vahan Ajamian, a Toronto-based analyst with Beacon Securities, said Loblaw’s entry is a signal “we could see enhanced competition” in provinces that allow private retail.
“It shows that wherever private retail is allowed, Canada’s big retailers like Loblaw and Couche-Tard are going to want to get in on the action, one way or another,” he said. Couche-Tard is a convenience store operator.
Loblaw said its plan to sell recreational cannabis in Newfoundland “has nothing to do with Shoppers Drug Mart or our application to distribute medical cannabis, which remains our focus.”
Earlier this year, Loblaw became one of the first major companies in Canada to cover cannabis in its employee medical plan.
Keep it up - it’s the same nonsense over and over and over again. You come in here to trash the deal and it’s strategy every time. Your agenda to trash the deal while appearing benovlant is obvious to everyone who has followed your act here. Here you go again. Taking what is a normal course of business for a pubco and painting it in a negative light. There is no breakdown of what the deal is. Who’s being acquired. What their capacities are. What are their relationships. The market size. The research and bio technologie potential.
Nope. With you it’s the same rinse and repeat story.
....if only you poor deluded sheep following EVIO could see the light and the truth you might be saved
- brought to you by the great ball of tar - here to gum up your life and poison your water supply with noxious fumes and toxic memes.
We get it. It’s your self appointed job apparently to breeze in here and trash the deal over and over and over. 2-3 times a week - at market open and again at the close. Never ever ever ever anything positive. Almost close to positive with the breakdown of events. But always always always back to the same negative beat at the end of the tale. For months and months now. Maybe over a year if I did the research closely.
Why would anyone spend that much time. That regularity. On the same theme. Always pointing to the possibility of success. And yet every time a bad ending is painted. Who does that? Not a shareholder. Not someone who is breaking down a deal pragmatically. It’s a one trick pony to your storytelling theme which reeks of someone else’s agenda.
Dont bother explaining- some people have a single minded agenda for some reason. Pretend like they support the company but take every opportunity to give it a backhanded compliment and express sympathy for how; while its a strong sector, and the company has every intention of success. in the end. it just wont happen. and stay tuned because the random news posts always arrive pre market and at the close seeking the most attention for their poison letters as possible. #transparenttroll
It clarifies the price that $EVIO - the public company - paid for the established, cash flowing asset, located 20 minutes from one of the largest cannabis cultivation facilities in the world which happens to be located in only the second country on Earth to legalize recreational cannabis. HAlf full or half empty. Its poisoning the well or drinking the water.
When you consider that the recent 9th Circuit ruling reinforced the legitimacy of the Farm Bill that Oregons Hemp Industry operates under. Meaning that the business of CBD can operate in a state where its legal as long as the proprietors are operating within the legal guidelines of the jurisdiction - theyre gtg. - kind of a cole memo for hemp.
What the ruling means -for the time being- is that no: federal/ interstate commerce of CBD products is not yet defined... wait for the appeal... but at the same time, Yes: California, Oregon, Colorado, Washington can all produce hemp to generate cbd products that will require testing. They just cant sell the products across state lines, yet.
A "domestic" marketplace of 40 million people like California is going to generate some serious players, with serious money who will be more than happy to PAY to take it all the way to the Supreme Court. Even though it was the 9th that ruled on it - They just need to regroup - maybe get some smarter attornies and get this done. Its only a matter of time. The argument of the drug warriors is nonsensical at its essence.
Singular Research Initiates Coverage on $EVIO Buy Rating
Preparing for appeal - We’re encouraged that the court found that the Farm Bill is in fact valid,” attorney Garrett Graff said.
CBD production and the DEA rule “can coexist for those growing and processing industrial hemp pursuant to the Farm Bill,” he said.
The hemp industry has 45 days to ask the 9th Circuit to take a second look at the case, the first step to an appeal. Assuming the 9th Circuit again sides with the DEA, the decision may be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court.
and like a bad penny - but right on time, the tag team trolls show up to play the good cop/ bad cop routine at the market close. Have you already run out of spray cheese?
EVIO Buys Critical Lab Testing License in California
$EVIO Labs expanded its presence in California thanks to the acquisition of Leaf Detective, a testing lab based in Humboldt County.
Cannabis testing business model

EVIO Makes Another Acquisition in Lucrative California Cannabis Market
$EVIO Eureka, CA has the distinction of being the first licensed cannabis testing facility in Humboldt County - Emerald Triangle - California
SANTA MONICA, CA / ACCESSWIRE / May 1, 2018 / California is about to undergo a paradigm shift in its cannabis industry that will create a boom for certified testing laboratories. Come the first of July, licensed retail stores can sell only lab-tested cannabis products, meaning there could be a log jam at the laboratory level to keep up with testing demand. That’s not a bad problem to have if you are a cannabis-testing lab owner like $EVIO Inc. (OTCQB: $EVIO), a company on an acquisition bender as part of a goal to end the year with 18 lab locations compared to the 9 it had at the start of the year.
The company has made two acquisitions in two weeks, one of which gives the company a lab in the cannabis-growing heartland of the U.S. and the other that taps into the burgeoning Canadian cannabis market. On Monday, EVIO said it acquired 100 percent of Leaf Detective, a lab specializing in analytical laboratory testing for medical marijuana dispensaries, cannabis manufacturers, producers and consumers. The buyout marks EVIO’s second location in the state after previously acquiring a lab in Berkeley, CA.
Leaf Detective is located in Eureka, California, about 300 miles northwest of Sacramento and 350 miles southwest of EVIO’s headquarters in Bend, Oregon. Leaf has the distinction of being the first licensed cannabis testing facility in Humboldt County. Humboldt County is part of what is referred to as the “Emerald Triangle,” the largest cannabis-producing region in the U.S.
As a holder of one of only 28 licenses issued by the Bureau of Cannabis Control of testing facilities, Leaf Detective – and now EVIO – finds itself in an enviable position surrounded by cultivators that in two months will by law be required to have their product tested for safety.
EVIO is making the acquisition for total consideration of $500,000 via a convertible promissory note, convertible at $1.25 per share.
Keeping with EVIO’s theme of only the highest caliber labs in their portfolio, CEO William Waldrop said, “The Leaf Detective lab will undergo upgrades to meet new testing standards. The improved facility is expected to be operational during the third quarter.” Each of EVIO’s nine labs has either already received accreditation or is currently in the process to receive the distinction.
BDS Analytics estimates that cannabis sales in California will reach $3.7 billion in 2018 and rise to $5.1 billion in 2019. With conservative estimates that the analytic testing lab market will run at about 5 percent of sales, EVIO is looking to get a piece of a market that should be valued more than $250 million in California alone next year.
EVIO two weeks ago expanded outside the U.S., setting up EVIO Canada and taking a 50 percent interest in privately-owned Keystone Labs, an independent contract-testing laboratory specializing in quality testing for regulated industries located in Edmonton, Alberta. As Canada is staring at full adult-use legalization of cannabis in the coming months, EVIO is positioned to collect market share by taking the stake in one of only three laboratories in Canada that holds both a Dealer’s License and a GMP Drug Establishment License for cannabis testing.
EVIO is relentless in its pursuit to build value and grow sales, which Singular Research pegs at $10.0 million for EVIO next year. Singular last week initiated coverage on EVIO with a “buy” rating and a $2.00 price target.
Thats a really great idea - Its like a bulletin board of bullet points- easy reference.
Any MODS around to stickie Canada acquisition $EVIO? There has been a ton of news out - majorTV and LA Times interviews and podcasts that the board would love to know more about. Stickie please. Thanks.

Feinstein drops opposition to legal cannabis, giving legal marijuana a new ally

WASHINGTON
Sen. Dianne Feinstein, a longtime opponent of legalizing recreational marijuana, now says the federal government should not interfere in California's legal marijuana market.
In comments to McClatchy Tuesday — in the middle of a 2018 campaign for her seat in a state that has settled into the legal pot market — the California Democrat said she was open to considering federal protection for state-legalized marijuana.
Feinstein's office said her views changed after meetings with constituents, particularly those with young children who have benefited from medical marijuana use.
"Federal law enforcement agents should not arrest Californians who are adhering to California law,"

You guys do actually follow the deal right? Arent just shills dropping in at opportune times to reinforce and agenda?
Evio Q3 begins Jul 1 - A mention of being ready Q3 means they intend to be operational - By the California launch date.
Yes a somewhat confusing and unclear PR but nonetheless the purposeful obfuscation of this pretty easy detail by so many on the board gives evidence as to their true sponsors and ultimate motivations. None of which bear any resemblance to informed shareholders who have the best interest of the company at heart.
You are correct. your pal loves to always trash the deal while proclaiming love

Why A Company Would Buy Back Its Own Shares
Since companies raise equity capital through the sale of common and preferred shares, it may seem counter-intuitive that a business might choose to give that money back. However, there are numerous reasons why it may be beneficial to a company to repurchase its shares, including ownership consolidation, undervaluation, and boosting financial ratios.
The Stock Is Undervalued
A major reason why businesses repurchase their own shares is to take advantage of undervaluation. Stock can be undervalued for a number of reasons, often due to investors' inability to see past a business' short-term performance or sensationalist news items.
If a stock is dramatically undervalued, the issuing company can repurchase some of its shares at this reduced price and then re-issue them once the market has corrected, thereby increasing its equity capital without issuing any additional shares.
For example, let's assume a company issues 100,000 shares at $25 per share, raising $2.5 million in equity. An ill-timed news item questioning the company's leadership ethics causes panicked shareholders begin to sell, driving the price down to $15 per share.
The company decides to repurchase 50,000 shares at $15 per share for a total outlay of $750,000 and wait out the frenzy. The business remains profitable and launches a new and exciting product line the following quarter, driving the price up past the issuing price to $35 per share.
After regaining its popularity, the company reissues the 50,000 shares at the new market price for a total capital influx of $1.75 million. Because of the brief undervaluation of its stock, the company was able to turn $2.5 million in equity into $3.5 million without further diluting ownership by issuing additional shares.
Improve Financial Ratios & Boost Investor Confidence
If a company is buying back shares, it can also be viewed by the market that management has enough confidence in the company to reinvest in itself. Investors typically see share buybacks as a positive sign that growth is likely to increase in the future. As a result, share buybacks can lead to a rush of investors buying the stock.
sneaky Stock buyback and cancelled shares #staytuned
They are both trolls from the same group to come and talk trash about evio. honey nut is the bad cop jerk tells you straight up he hates erverything and it all sucks, and the guy poisoning the water supply is the good cop. He tells everyone he really does support the idea of EVIO but darn it to heck if its just never going to go anywhere with an always confident price prediction of at least 30-50% off whatever the days close was.
You can also notice that the poison oil times their posts for market open or at the close.... makes sure to get to the top of the pile with some wordy nonsense about some miracle proprietary analysis mechanism that just goes to show how bad everything really is. Just enough buzz words to grab the attention of the low info investor. Theyre both trolls of a different breed. Definitley want to wash your hands, eyes and face after reading their posts to avoid infection and disease
Blah Blah this company sucks and the price will be trading at 12 cents a share because the sticky, noxious tar poisoning the water table told us so. ... we know we know already. So now that the market has blown up your thesis. Go back to the people at the toxic note fund or brochstein or whomever is obviously been paying you off in bacon grease the past 12 month to keep dropping into the message board to arrogantly tell eveyrone how terrible the deal is and how low the price is going to drop. Go on. And we are all awaiting the explanation of how youre misunderstood and that calling for 50 cent price target is because everyone in Canada is going to dump all their papaer tomorrow . Youre so misunderstood. How much is a paid shill in a small stock on ihub worth these days? One can of spray cheese ... maybe two?

BUY $EVIO Rating Report Coverage was made before! Canada announcement. Reading the excellent report which drills down into the business model, the sector, the structure very nicely. (Any one with any small interest in $EVIO it is MUST READ report!)
https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/research/191576/content
The report focuses on the growth, the ISO/ORELAP accreditation and California...and mentions the overall opportunities across the US and into Canada. Their 2$ price target was issued BEFORE the Canada announcement closing on May 1.
The 2$ target is an "average" they have a low of $1.74 and a high of $3.05 and use some internal formula to arrive at $2.08 which they rounded down to $2 WITHOUT factoring in the Canadian acquisition.
The newly initated BUY rating of $EVIO Research Report does mention the capitalization of the Private Placement and the big impact that the Pesticide testing will have on the overall performance of $EVIO long term -
Singular have not seen the Q2 financials obviously... they are only going off of what they believe might occur because of these two factors near term.
The fact is the balance sheet is going to look a lot better with that cash in there and of course how much was that sub contracting actually taking out of evios pockets and putting in 3rd parties. Never mind that EVIO is probably now acting as a 3rd party sub for a number of other testing labs in Oregon.
Big surprises to come for everyone imho.
