No, this one was disclosed because it was an amendment to the Prospectus.
Try again, jackal.
Correct. They never disclose the amount until the 'closing' PR is issued.
See historical PRs from overnight offerings.
They're obligated to disclose the amount once it is completed.
I agree with these thoughts and hope that it's a big chunk of change. I would hope for a minimum of $15mm.
CUIN, why do you say based on volume you think it's a $3-5mm grab? I don't follow that logic. Thanks
Pricing, but no $ amount

As stated, if they can adequately address our capital needs then it is good news. If this is another smokescreen, then we will flounder into the OTC graveyard and this is a major blunder.
By the way, most institutions will not yet lineup for many reasons, 2 of which are glaring right now, i) the timeline is not yet fruitful for short-term shareholder focus if they are public (or private for that matter), and ii) they won't go near the stink stank stunk of the OTCs
Good point by IITF on the Longtai Jugu dilution.
Dilutive or not, we have a fairly quick resolution to our capital needs given this was put together just 3 or so weeks after getting left at the deal table.
All will depend on terms and offering amount, but if we get the cash we need to turn the lights back on and turn on the Sony monitors, then this is great news.
ST - I sent you a note on FB messenger. Didn't realize a buddy of mine out west was at AORN and snapped a bunch of pics of what appears to be new slides from Titan. Feel free to post them on the FB group. Thanks!
Let's go Titan! Up 9%!
Fowler specifically refers to this company as a contract manufacturer which is a different list than the big boy OEMs that we've been harping on.
Yea and here we need to find the OEMs these companies are employing.
Shouldn't we be thinking large OEM for med device companies, as in mass production capacity, global footprint, assembly line type stuff. Why don't we compile a list of potential OEMs? Can't we look up the largest US med device companies and see their contracts highlighted in IR materials and go from there?
Also the googleplex theories need to rest until we have something more tangible than an indirect response from Hargrove. Holy shit, team. Focus on the facts and reasonable speculation.
Good theory but I have no idea. I'm exhausted. Titan fatigue. We need a win. L&S.
I've also talked to Randall. There is news. Timeline was actually supposed to be end of March for the PR. Randall is pretty transparent, he's happy to talk non-material general info, just have to frame the conversation the right way. Not sure what has caused the delay.
Thanks again
Last q on 8621, employer ID used is CIK: 0000840551? I took from the offering filing on EDGAR. Thanks!
That confirms my thoughts. Many thanks.
Apologies for beating a dead horse, but can someone who filled out form 8621 who is both i) making the deemed sale election and ii) was sitting on an unrealized loss at year-end is completing the form. I assume there is just a zero for the realized declaration and I want to be certain I'm completing all the sections required. I need to remove the taint and begin the QEF election in 2016.
Hope to put this conversation for good. And I'm so far down on this and oil that I can't afford an accountant!
I've also bought electronically
I feel like jetuomi is getting warm.
IITF, you're missing the logical chronology.
The writing is on the wall.
JMAC was right all along! No robot at AORN.
Not 100%, but I believe this would mandate an EDGAR filing by Titan for the US company. Does anyone know?
I thought human trials were supposed to commence in Q3?
Agree with you guys. However, from what I can see JMAC has typically had good intel. Maybe we need to reach out to the company again to confirm that plans haven't changed. As we know, it is a very tight liquidity position and that would be an expensive trip, whether the cost has already been contemplated or not.
Jman- great insight. Thanks for your contribution. May this be the culmination of everything we wish for.
Minor website changes:
1) Summary section on main page of website updated with more current information
2) Company>Partners section, it is now empty. Hopefully they are preparing to update with the new list of heroes.
3) Product section, Intellectual Property. Updated as of 1/31/16. 11 US patents and 29 pending patents! I don't remember it ever being that many.
4) I may be forgetting names, but have there been changes to the SAB?
Anything else, Team Titan?
L&S
I can't see this as good news. They hardly raised any money, probably just enough to get past SAGES timing and at a price significantly discounted to when the news of the overnight broke.
I do not understand the rationale behind this move. To me it shows once again, poor execution by management and little to no public interest.
What am I missing?
Thanks for clarifying JMAN
Recent video of Fowler "the giant"
Nothing new, but he is certainly making his rounds
IITF, great DD! Great to hear confirmation of SAGES presence!
Let's hope for building chatter starting in January and into the conference.
I can find one good connection for Titan to this conference. In the link below, which is the agenda for the 2016 meeting, see page 20 of 72.
Lee Swanstrom from the SAB will be covering 'A Look at the Future,' on Wednesday during the 'The Future is Now - How Technology is Changing Surgery' Panel.
Have to believe that his involvement in Titan may play a part.

What about the QEF election in the year gains are taken?
Thanks IITF!
Can anyone better explain the functionality of the insertion tube?
It's laid across the patient in the large picture (is the purple item on the patient an entry port?) and shown attached in the smaller pictures at the bottom. Seems a little sloppy?
Thanks!
I still see the Titan case study on there. What references are you referring to? See link.

Recently posted Ximedica video with patient cart footage at 41-43 seconds and 46-48. It really does exist!

The base profile of the end effectors on pg 9 looks different than the ones on pg 10. One would think that those on the SPORT represented with the camera are more accurate. Hard to ignore the Microline similarities here though.
Does anyone agree?
Also, at what point would Titan need to start implementing a sales distribution force if sales are to commence abroad in 2016?
