Sounds like your fingers are going to be sore lol.
It does blow the confidence level, but the one thing that holds mine is the fact that the insiders have stuck with their agreement by holding their shares, I have yet to see any unloading by the insiders unless they are doing it under the table or unreported.
Yes, pinky land, I am done with the pinks all they do is trend down to .0001 and will only go up on a pump and if you don't unload in time you are hung. Oh well I will continue to chip away with reputable stocks and try to recover my losses, I made a small dent in it this week thus far lol
The OTC needs to be shut down for sure, and not just because of this flop either I have been burned twice but never again lol.
all OTC stocks are good for is Short selling, shorts are the only people that actually make money on them unless a pump comes up and longs can dump.
Oh well that anchor went through the center of the boat as usual with OTC stocks, as I see it at this point Baltia management is holding a bunch of worthless paper unless they were unloading in small amounts along the way with a par value of .0001 they are almost there, tax loss for Christmas across the board.
Screwed blued and tattooed
I caught the anchor in the head.
In the best scenario, your holdings appreciate and you sell them for a nice, and lower-taxed, capital gain. Even when a few assets don't do as well, you always have the silver lining of being able to use those losses to offset your taxable gains.
But what if your shares of a corporation dropped off the stock market radar before you were able to unload them? You might be able to write off the holding on your tax return as a worthless stock.
wasn't that the same game GM played a few days ago, "I sent the link bud" and never would post to the board
You are still not providing any proof of your claims about Baltia's 747, so how is one to verify your claim?
I didn't think so, no further correspondence needed on this subject, so it must stand that Baltia's 747 is in fact "Intact" and Airworthy until proved otherwise. Remember it was in service before and is still very capable of flying for many years to come.
Can you provide proof of this LT0?
Probably not, can we just put this post in the file with the others to follow up on later?
I seriously doubt that Baltia's 747 is sitting in the boneyard disassembled .
But by who? I don't think it's Baltia in this case.
Speckulater, as always Thank You for keeping us up to date on true factual information in a well laid out format.
I am not going to ask where you heard this, I am asking that you produce documentation stating this.
There has not been anything issued by Baltia or the FAA verifying your claim of another mini.
9 million not 90 million
Good post Robo,
It sounds as if Baltia had a solid case and we know they did, so it sounds as if the proposed denial was dis-regarded and they went with what was expected, earned and deserved. Sounds as if the discussion went rather well.

Thanks for the info Choover, I knew if we hung in there good things were going to happen.
Say no more, I got this one (GM) going to the Holiday Inn.
I don't understand?
You were thinking that they were holding the meeting in an actual "Room" and I was letting you know that Holiday Inn has meeting rooms, how is that unacceptable or unprofessional?
Here in my Country (USA) our holiday inns actually have meeting rooms for meetings, as a matter of fact most of our hotels in the USA have meeting rooms available for companies to hold meetings in.
I would bet Baltia has scheduled the meeting to be held in one of these large meeting rooms.
Baltia's communication is for sure not the best I agree, honestly they are not the only company like that either, what company says anything that may affect them until they absolutely have too? so Baltia is not doing anything differently from any other company. Be honest here, is that true or not?
Yesterdays meeting will get this guessing resolved and on Monday after 6 p.m we will all know what is going to happen next but now all we can do is speculate.
It is what it is.
as far as your sell off comment how much of that was normal buying and selling? yes there are some heavy volume days there but nobody has thrown the white flag as of yet.
Those other airlines may have got their slides to deploy 100% but those are still subject to failure and they do in actual emergency situations.
I am just saying the FAA is putting to much weight on a piece of equipment that can't be tested unless you deploy it but then you have to repack it, that's my point.
Had other slides on this mini failed I would agree, had it not deployed at all I would agree but it did deploy. once deployed a slide is in a crap shoot yes more times than none it will go 100% but there will always be a chance ofit not being 100% and there is absolutely no way to guarantee it.
Why would a slide issue warrant a fraud response towards Baltia?
I think the outlook of the FAA over a packed slide is fraud, there is no way anybody could guarantee that a slide is going to deploy perfect 100% of the time, it is packed and the only way to test it is to deploy it again and there you are again it has to be repacked so it is a never ending cycle.
There is a history of slide failures in actual emergencies involving Airlines and planes that were certified, why? all their slides deployed in certification but failed after being repacked and in actual use.
At this point nobody knows the outcome of yesterdays meeting with the exception of those in attendance.
So let's get this straight., you are saying the shareholders meeting was tonight "ok"
Question:
Is this an attempt at humor or is this related to Baltia Airlines?
I would imagine this is the most critical meeting Baltia has ever had with the FAA, I am going to stay positive about it just due to the fact it has taken so long to get to this point, I would imagine something good will come out of it.
GLTA
Short volume today 30.17%

somebody must be finding a way to short.
That sounds like a very good question, myself have a vested interest in Baltia Airlines and like reading the thoughts of those that are shareholders as well.
Thank You for clearing that up because I haven't seen anything written from the company or the FAA stating it was a failed attempt.
The meeting on the 16th should give us some kind of clarification as to what to expect.
Thanks speckulator for all the time you have invested into your updates, they are always informative and professional in appearance.
Gotta Love MNGA
A little turbulence but she is still flying in the right direction
GO MNGA!!!!
I guess we all saw this
MagneGas Wins "Best Alternative Fuel Solutions Award" from The New EconomyGlobal Publication Selects MagneGas as Overall Winner for 2015 in Alternative Fuel Category
Have you honestly been to the office at Term #4? if another airline was operating out of it then it should be of adequate size for the stage Baltia is at.
It doesn't mean Baltia has failed the mission, if they had they would not have bothered staying on airport property, they would have broke the lease and moved on (Always doom & gloom)
Keep your head up Darth it's not over.
Baltia Air Lines Expands into New Headquarters at JFK

NEW YORK, June 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Baltia Air Lines (OTCBB: BLTA) -- Russell Thal, Executive Vice President, stated today, "Baltia has entered into a five-year lease agreement with Japan Airlines Management Corp (JMC) to lease office space for Baltia's headquarters. Baltia's new headquarters, which used to be the headquarters for JAL, are five times larger than our current office space and the space was needed as we gear up for flight revenue service. The new office is equipped to house the entire company, including our reservations and operations control." Mr. Thal further stated, "In conjunction with the new headquarters we are also leasing from JMC our own maintenance facility located adjacent to our new Headquarters. We are retaining the station office at Terminal 4 for passenger service."
Cars, I know that, it was just wishful thinking out loud. Honestly surprised it is still posted.
I am sticking with Baltia Airlines (To be taken Seriously by all)
I agree 100% JPC.
Seriously? I think if that were the FAA's intentions it would have been done a long time ago.
Why can't the meeting be viewed as getting both sides together to discuss the outcome of mini #7 and planning on moving forward, it is not like they failed this mini in a horrific fashion as being rumored, in fact there has been allot of feedback opposite of a fail.
In a nutshell I do not see all the dismal opinions being credible if they were, this would have been over long ago, The FAA has to be taking Baltia seriously and it's not a game.
(Of course these are my opinions and I have been invested in Baltia Airlines for the better part of 2015)
My only reason was to up my stake and I did exactly that but don't think I will try that move again it is like trying to catch a moving train lol.
I will leave that to the pros.
That is what it is sounding like, (I am taking it as an upside move) why else would they move? they moved closer to the action not further away.
Seriously they could have downsized and went elsewhere, just wished we could get official word to put the downside speculation to rest.
I have broke even a few times trying to play it that is why I am not a day trader and have a regular job lol. Normally I just ride the roller coaster and hold and add as I can, there is too much happening and they are getting so much exposure that I am afraid I will cut my own throat if I try and play it (just going to hold and add and watch it climb the ladder)
It very well could be, that is what I am banking on, it won't be easy but it is possible.
Mag II has proven on several occasions it's superiority to other gasses and you can run a car on Magnegas products.
That $ 2 billion may sound far fetched but all things are possible, MAG II alone is not per say in direct competition to acetylene because it is not the same, Mag II is superior to acetylene, Mag II is a replacement (All the marbles) sure they will not replace acetylene 100% but they have the attention of some major companies (less expensive, more efficient, cleaner cuts, quicker clean up etc. and a major feature it is "SAFER", that is what larger companies look for, most companies are safety driven because accidents can cause lives, health and a bunch of money).
Safety records can also cost these big companies, customers & future customers.
This is the main thing that caught my eye with Magnegas (Mag II) plus there are many more benefits with Mag II and co-co on the horizon.
It won't happen overnight but they are making waves now.
Hope this is what you were asking.

CO-COMBUSTION
cocombustionMagneGas is currently developing and verifying a Co-Combustion technology that results in unique combustion characteristics, namely burning MagneGas with less efficient fuels and wastes results in improved emissions, improved efficiency and a dramatic reduction in CO2. These combustion improvements are related to the extremely high flame temperature of the MagneGas fuel as independently verified by the City College of New York.
Working with one of the largest US power company’s independent laboratories MagneGas Corp and it’s partners have been verifying these claims since early 2014 and is nearing conclusion.

I wouldn't say I panicked but I wanted to make a few bucks to add to my holding, I was slow reacting on the sell but got my shares back plus at 1.80 after market, I wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything if Monday was the day lol, MNGA always throws an unannounced surprise, that is one of the reasons I stay long.
