Not saying you're wrong. All depends on what type of deal they end up striking with a partner
Optimism is awesome, but just playing devils advocate here...
Why will it be a superior product based on factual data available right now? How up to date are you on cannabis medical products being introduced to the market without any sort of approval process being that each individual state has its own laws?
I'm not bashing a company, im just having a healthy discussion, which is very very uncommon on ihub.
Totally agree if it falls in the 7%-9% of all FDA drugs that actually make it through trials 7-10 years from now.
It's worldwide! Everyone's seen it and is interested in it! The pps keeps climbing!
I think its cool, interesting, neat, but 50% of the US market you can't sell the product in and market penetration will not be some overnight success. If they can actual get the product out, revenues could be generated, but just in my opinion, even if its an amazing product by the time its actual developed, it will be a fairly decent period of time before revenue that makes one shiny point in a financial statement for a company going through FDA trial spend
So, if i read that opinion piece correctly, Mcafee positioned himself very intelligently and we should be worried?
Here's some other great predictions from the author
-http://seekingalpha.com/article/3969855-micron-10-floor-hold-long - April 30th - Micron is currently up 55.8% since he wrote that piece
-http://seekingalpha.com/article/4003967-general-motors-cusp-breakout - General Motors (NYSE: GM) is on the cusp of a bullish breakout and investors can hope for at least 10 percent gains in the coming weeks. - GM is currently down 4.45% since he wrote that article two weeks ago
-http://seekingalpha.com/article/3992207-crude-staring-35-barrel - July 27 - Near term prediction of $35 support and also claims a near term US $ index of 106-108 levels. Oil is currently trading $4 above when he wrote that piece and US $ index dead even or slightly below at 95.41.
Explain why anyone should consider his article's on MGT to have any validity? That took me 10 minutes.
I took mine from .87 back somewhere in the mid 4's, ain't nothin wrong with that. Markets are about to correct anywhere, there will be red across the board.
I personally have my IT department looking into Sentinel for two server locations on the east coast, so maybe me?
Cost & Time. Why spend the ridiculous cost trying to patent a drug before you have an idea whether it could be successful? If you patent before you start trials you commit to losing future profits on the low low chance that your drugs gets FDA approval. You get 20 years on a patent and it take 7-12 to get a drug to market. Once that patent runs out a lot of drugs lose 50%-90% of profit due to generics. The pharma industry is just bananas.
I think this is a longer term correction across the whole market
In all fairness, whole market is down fella. Dow is down over 300 points
$300k+ in premarket already at this level, im not sure that will be the case. Anything's possible though:)
I almost shorted on the 22nd but i was on vacation and didn't want to be watching. If you get to .75-.77 today i'd hop out unless its just blowing throw the 20 EMA on the 1min and 5min around that time. Holding through the weekend right now is a little sketchy.
You been invested here long?
FDA approval could be tuesday morning, i know that. I also well from personal experience that the FDA can do whatever they please for however long they please and in the world of billions in profits, sometimes some signatures get a little postponed or put-off and its not as straight-laced as it should.
I stated pretty clearly i was bullish long. Just sharing my opinion. I've cash out with profits twice and bought back in within a few weeks, but i've been in this ticker for 19 months now.
couple hundred thousand in AH is convincing. News is neutral in my opinion because it could mean 10 different things, but $700k in AH volume says im wrong.
If its not public information, i wouldn't go fishing for it on a public forum trading a public company.
outside of a release of any sort, i see a fall off tomorrow. break .84-.86 range and there really isn't any chart support until the mid .6's. macd will cross under ema tomorrow and pss has bounced twice off the 20 EMA the past few days. couldn't break .88 for the life of it today.
Just my thought. bullish long. If this fella sees .83 tomorrow, i wouldn't buy until the 70's.
If there's one solid thing i've learned about social interaction on the internet over the past 15 years, it's never trust anyone that types in all caps.
FDA could take 500 days if they so choose.
There's the doc, have a read

SCAMS don't have 20MM in revenue you doofus. Grow up, your tactics are embarrassing.
Atlanta, you're a mod. Just delete all his woa is me shenanigans as "off-topic".
Not real sure of that fellas intentions, but if he's a legitimate trader, he's a doofus.
If there was real loading at these levels, it wouldn't be consistently returning to these levels. $600 in volume today
pharma?
This part actually really surprised me. Maybe someone else here involves themselves directly in that type of work and can confirm this is normal practice, but from my point of view, if I was a company that was running tests at that facility, my lawyers would be very busy at the moment looking for approvals for use of their drugs for comparison purposes by a competitor.
I currently don't own shares, but I listened to it.
My thoughts... he tried to address the dilution issue and did a good job explaining how they aren't guilty of any wrongdoing and how most people don't understand funding and the cost of this type of venture, but he didn't actually comment around the current price action or any timeframe. I personally do not like leaders of organizations coming out and saying where they think their stock price will be or mentioning that he got a call from "one of the worlds largest" or something to that affect pharma companies. It's misleading and it creates a very black/white environment of success. AMDA did the same thing in relation to an FDA approval whereby the FDA approval became the only important factor and they've lost 75% due to a delay while other positive news occurred. I think its good to keep people informed, but assuring investors that you're working diligently and giving regular updates is WAY better than saying "in the next few weeks THIS will happen" because if it ends up taking two months you've failed.
I like his acknowledgement of cash burn and his explanation of funds usage, i disagree with his confidence in getting a pain med to market by Q1 of 2017, i think he's being way too optimistic. That's a biggie for funding purposes and i'd be interested to see their estimates on revenue. Unless you're a true true 5-10+ year long, patents are just good for pops, but its good to see the stream. Seems like he's working, but they have a long long long way to go.
Overall just middle of the road for me. I was actually expecting something over the top thinking that the delay in the quarterly may be intentional, but doesn't seem to be the case.
well, i'll be dumping my shares at whatever point today seems best, goodluck all.
Somewhere around 120 million in volume the past month. This should have been over awhile ago and the news that I was hoping would have come out two weeks ago did not come to fruition, so I shall give it another few days and move on. Doesn't mean I think its a bad investment, I just don't like stagnant money.
i'm giving it till friday then im out
It may not be cleared....happens all the time
they gonna allow us to have a green day?
threw in another grand @ .01
"news this week"
there's no catalysts in the near future to look forward to, just fluff pieces like recent releases while they dilute. best case scenario for real news in middle/late fall.
It's a way for them to generate revenue in the very short-term. From a stockholder perspective, if they can generate cash to fund the ridiculously expensive pursuit of running cancer drug trials, it would be a helluva lot better than awful financing agreements.
My point was more along the lines of raising capital to fund the pursuit of an additional Phase I will be quite hefty
So that 1.2MM may cover 1/10th to 1/100th the cost of Phase I?
I'm well aware.
will be back to .03 by the fall. R/S later in the fall.
I would surely appreciate it if they did:)
