Anyone notice the huge spread on the bid/ask? Lovely.
I'm finding today's candle to be very intriguing. Opened right on the 100sma, closing slightly below the 50sma, while the 50sma/200sma crossover is right around the corner. Thoughts?
Did Stephen Keen say a couple Thousand lights in their recently finished project? In one grow facility. They are also building in Canada.
Anyone notice the 4mil share offering and 4mil warrants offered? 8k released yesterday. Dilution coming, wait for the cheap shares.
These debt agreements are concerning; however, because it appears as if a lot is for financing inventory costs and fulfillment, if Surna is able to deliver in revenue, sales, and higher margins, this debt will be minuscule in the LR.
Anyone notice that David Traylor is no longer a part of the Surna team?
I wonder why. Fired? Quit? Took another job? I sent an email trying to find out what happened.
You're right, wrong choice of words. They're operating at a 6mil loss.
Agreed that they should have an incentive based structure to keep everyone honest and motivated; however, one could argue that the keens sales are quite small relative to the amount of shares they own. I do agree though that they should be more aware of their fellow shareholders before making such sales. Makes them look questionable.
Also, in addition to the 500k in revenue from the reflectors, NuLeaf is also installing a full Surna Climate Control System, which is not included in the 500k, so there's more than just that generated from this deal.
What a lovely way to start the morning. Half million in just pre orders.
Found their financials... They have more than 6mil in liabilities and less than .5million in revenues. They're at .04cents for a reason...
Anyone have financials for this company?
So far today is showing more consolidation and a continuation of the uptrend. Today's candle along with the past two candles are showing a pattern.
Why wouldn't GE just acquire a company like Surna?
I agree that finally monetizing is great, but they are burning cash at a monthly rate of $250,000. Revenue is nowhere near operating costs and the need for financing is imminent. I truly hope they produce massive revenue asap but in the mean time I see a significant drop in pps coming, especially when they release their next earnings. I could be wrong, but a lower pps would be lovely for entry.
"Already" profitable? Please explain. They have significant cash burn which = operating at a loss.
I think it's interesting that SRNA appointed Stephen. He is very knowledgable in his field, but I also see where others are coming from in terms of his qualifications as CEO; however, his products are clearly effective and valuable, especially with his patents. On the other hand, he has no significant experience in such a position, and I think questioning his abilities as SRNA reaches new levels is justified.
Other thoughts?
One thing to note: a significant portion of notes are not exercisable until SRNA hits $3.00.
Look at the form 4 filed by Tom. He sold all preferred stock and 10million shares at a price of .025. He retired 21million. If you do the math it makes sense that he settled his $192,000. The shares he sold at .025 was probably to Poseidon among others.
Tom Bollich sold over 33million (all) of his preferred stock. Soon after, Morgan Paxhia acquired the exact same amount of preferred stock that Tom sold.
Couple things: Tom Bollich still owns 2 million shares. I think Tom Selling to Poseidon Asset Management was a strategic move, as Poseidon is a significant institution and is focused on developing nascent industries. Surna's technology appeals to the entire Controlled Environment Agriculture industry, not just pot growing. The exec team has significant experience, I know one of them being a part of the technology development for the Mars Rover. Surna still has significant ties with Agrisoft, including intellectual property ownership and AR.
Source please?
So the date of filing for the nt 10-k was April 1st. Does that mean it's due tomorrow? or is it from the earnings report deadline, March 31st.
