PUMA is now on the bid.
As of Feb 22nd, the outstanding share count was around 130mil. January of last year the share count was around 190mil.
BMAK has released the ask for the past several days. Back to the normal wholesalers and TD Ameritrade. Great to see.
He owns a sub penny water stock with very sketchy management.

I'd rather have an app than open up my browser.
The low was .02 on the 19th. The low before the run to +$1 was .02. Today it is .0196
Broke its 52 week low today. Be careful.
Lol wouldn't that be lovely. If I remember correctly, there are about $600k worth of notes due this month. BMAK has been diluting all month so it appears they are paying them back with shares.
BMAK has been in charge here all month. Lots of dilution.
CFO was terminated, according to Trent, in order to successfully facilitate Surna's growth and to help them take their business to the next level, hence why they brought Ellen White on as CFO. She was at Microsoft for 13 years and the CFO of several other organizations.
NY Times article. Very nice.

Spoke with Trent today. The change was certainly a positive step.
It absolutely is a money making company; however, their financials in terms of growth are struggling. Obviously earnings coming up will paint a clearer picture, and surging sales will help.
That jump to 8 dollars was the result of a reverse merger agreement, not hype. Their recent run to .25 from .04 was based purely on technicals. No news or industry hype caused it. Last week there was a 6mil volume day because someone put in a market buy for 4mil shares at .08. This stock definitely runs on technicals. GRNH definitely runs on hype.
I have actually traded this, thankfully selling at the 200ma. This is a good company don't get me wrong, but my due diligence brings up bad financials in terms of operating losses, negative cash flow, and cumulative net loss, as well as discrepancies on their website and overall online presence that really make me question their legitimacy.
My #1 pick is SRNA. I have looked at the books of almost every public mj stock and SRNA has by the far best financials, and as a company overall is killing it with big money backing them.
Financials are awful. Worth no more than a couple pennies.
For those saying this is the best mj stock, please do your research. This is far from it. A stock based on hype and pumping. No financials to show for it.
It closed below its 50ma. No support.
BMAK has been on that 10,000 ask all day. He's diluting. Every time it's filled he replaces it.
Not really the ideal golden cross were looking for (when the 50ma crosses above the 200ma and sustains it), but a cross nonetheless. Wouldn't call a cross too soon as it surely has to sustain it.
That is quite concerning. Was he aware of the China market halt? The numbers look good, but as with many Chinese stocks there are more discrepancies to take into account. Strictly number wise, this is incredibly undervalued; however, are there some things were not seeing?
Please show where they're cash flow positive...
BMAK and VERT, both known dilutors, were on both the bid and ask today for periods of time.
Just a little tid bit of information, to show one of the reasons why indoor growing is better and financially smarter than outdoor growing in the long-term:
Indoor growing uses less water than out outdoor growing and greenhouses.
From Surna's website:
"It is estimated to take 6 gallons of water per day per plant.
It is possible to save water when growing indoors due to water reclamation, which is not possible when growing outdoors or in greenhouses. All water not directly consumed by the plant eventually makes its way into the air as humidity. In indoor cultivation, it is possible to collect condensate pulled from the air and reuse the water, which is not possible when growing outdoors or in greenhouses. This ability to collect condensate and reuse the water means growing indoors requires less water than other growing styles."
Lovely.
I don't disagree, as the PAR SAR and bollinger bands are very positive, just concerned about what appears to be significant selling.
What shows you that there is accumulation? unless everyone is buying at the bid, causing them to look like sells. Someone sold 150k today, unless that was a buy at the bid.
Level 2**
Level to is wide open for a run. A positive pr would send this through the 200ma resistance.
Looks like MAXM's order was filled with a final 200k buy at .044
MAXM is a non-retail market maker. Only deals with big money/ institutional level money. With MAXM here means we have big money wanting in.
A close above .04 with the RSI below 70 is ideal.
Major bollinger band squeeze forming.
Where do you see profit?
Have you not heard of Surna?
Agreed. Looks like another form 4 came through. Doug sold 140k shares at .075 this month, but acquired via stock options, 1.25mil shares. So he sold $10,400 worth of stock and acquired $93,750 worth of stock at current the share price.
Still owns over 2.5mil shares and now owns over 800k of derivatives.
Form 4 just filed by Morgan Paxhia. Bought over 269k shares in November at $2.70. Either that's a typo or a massive statement of confidence in the company. Either way insiders are buying.
How do you figure .0375?
RSI at/above 70, cup is near completion, handle will lower the RSI and consolidate the chart, leaving plenty room for a run. Very exciting.
I see significant resistance at the 200ma, assuming that is where the cup will be completed.
I'd be more convinced if there weren't so many spelling errors on the website and an actual functioning checkout system for the solar kits. Lots of pumping. #pennyland4life
