He just got a sales leader. How can people expect reviews. Recently stated some current pilots from Ecrypt one not revenue. Just hired salesman. Give the sales leader at least a month to work his magic.
Viking is the current revenue stream. Only question is if it's turning profit or not.
As far as Ecrypt one Tom has only spoke on why it's needed, and how great it is. Not that contracts have been signed. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Agreed. Only 2 chances on getting trips. The co is either a complete scam with no products or proof of concept. Or the company is in the beginning stages of launching. May take time to build a large subscription base..... But as word spreads more will join.
There is a large competition but the market is huge. We just need a few % or even less for massive growth.
As advertising and word of mouth ramps up so will our subscription base.
With proper equity investors a RS will not be needed. Only way to obtain proper equity investors is proving to them a strong business plan and potential for major long term growth. Hint of a pr coming soon could be an agreement of terms with an investor. Time will tell...
I don't think the new Ecrypt one under BVTK has been implemented yet. He just hired a sales leader. Income has been through Viking. It's been 2 yrs since Tom took over and hired Ian. Now Jim. Imo he had a lot to fix from ECRY and is finally ready to aggressively hit the market.
Just a guess but has Tom has been working on this strategically since he took over and we are witnessing the rise of a major company.
Why would people switch overnight? Trust. Tom is trusted and respected. I would expect many of his "friends" will switch to his service as long as it's as good or better.
Another case of a new CEO still taking the heat for previous mistakes imo.
Since 2015 I don't see where co announced any revenue from Ecrypt one. Only Viking. Until recent tweets of converting pilots to contracts a week or 2 ago.
Yes. What he's done was take a dying company in ECRY and hire the right "Microsoft" engineer to develop the tech into today's standards. Change symbols and relaunch from the old debacle he was left. Now implenting a dynamite sales force with connections of his own this should be any easy layup for these guys.
Viking is a vehicle to help keep the lights on while developing the new BVTK. Coming soon to a penny near you!!!!
It's possible we won't see revenue from Ecrypt one yet. Only Viking. I believe Viking was purchased as a tool to generate income during the redevelopment stage. That would explain holding of on financials. I may be wrong but Tom has only recently spoke about revenue coming in from Ecrypt one. All revenue was from Viking. He's only been speaking about the need of Ecrypt one and how great it is. May be wrong on that but what I gather.
BVTK
Ok. Here's something. In beginning stages of Ecrypt technologies inc. Ecrypt one was originally designed to run on blackberry. CEO Dec 8 2009 was Brad Lever.
Tom didn't join BoD until March 27 2014 and quickly moved to CEO June 17 2014.
1 year later March 2015 reorganize BoD and appoint former Microsoft Engineer, Ian Treleaven, as VP of Product Development.
June 2015 expanded portfolio with the acquisition of Viking Telecom Services, and sign a worldwide exclusivity deal with Kaspersky Government Security Solutions.
November 2015 name change.
So it's been just 3yrs since Tom took over.
Hires Microsoft engineer to create up to date platform and apply for patent. This takes time. Likely product in design for a long time. Buys Viking telecom to create some type of cash flow as the middle man. Notice he doesn't even have a sales force yet at this time. Only a financial manager and engineer. After every step he adds the next piece. Only to hire the best available when it's time. It's only been just 2 years since hiring the engineer. Just got a salesman. Sounds like he's finally ready to roll.
Until recently there hasn't been a great need for Ecrypt one in public sector. With the recent attacks and the attacks being bigger the demand is only starting.
Nobody got lifeloc until hackers started stealing millions of identity at a time. Then mass implementation. Only time and Q financials will tell us the truth imo.
U got me there. But Pirelli is a major product to the worldwide public. Ecrypt one is obviously geared towards major private entities. Doubt they tell anybody what types of security tools they may have In place. Reviews are for public consumer products. Not cyber security companies patented software that appears to be geared towards global govt and major corporations. My wife works for Pepsi. They run programs I've never heard of and will likely find no information on. Which is upkept by a software firm earning millions off that 1 account annually. So just because you can't find reviews doesn't mean it's not implemented in some areas.
Also. 1 co or entity could cover literally millions of dollars. So maybe 5 sales could net $10mill annually. So what nobody blogged about there review of a product the public sector doesn't even know exists. The avg consumer has no idea of the companies involved with day to day computer crap. They just know Windows and power on and shit just works.
BVTK
The larger market is corporate not private.
With corporate software many private citizens don't even know what products actually exists. Promise there are thousands of programs running that we've never heard of in the private sector. Just a thought.
BVTK
Look!! Pirelli tires don't have any reviews on Amazon. Guess they don't sell any tires....... Lol
People and there faith in reviews on the internet........ no reviews.... no problem..... see Jim n Tom!!! The special man!!!!
BVTK
Right. Even a trashy used car salesman wouldn't sign up on a sales gig that can't produce sales. Gotta eat!!! No doubt he sees the massive growth potential. He's the kind of guy closes millions on 1 deal. What we call heavy hitter.
Realistically he only needs a few big contracts to get some major revenue rolling in. I suggest at least grabbing a starter before agreements 2 and 3 come out. I'm expecting the contract sizes to be bigger as more come out. That 2mill the other day is more than likely the smallest first. No way we see trips again!!
BVTK
Cyber security has been around for a long time. But it adapts. The need for Ecrypt one is only starting recently. Imo it's design is b4 it's time in a way. The need was always there but demand is only starting. As more and more of these global attacks through email happen the bigger and faster we will grow imo.
I compare to lifelock. One day nobody heard of it. After a few major hits on identity theft...... It's a household name. Even though identity theft been around forever it took major havoc to become a household name.

There are literally thousands and thousands of products we use every day that have 0 reviews. Companies that deal with government and big corporations Will not get reviews on Amazon. This isn't a product geared to the public. Major corporations and gov't use product we never heard of and can't even get.
Also these companies and gov't would be stupid to order this product through Amazon and leave a review.
That's like a personal invite for hackers.
Hey Amazon. I just signed a $500k contract for this cyber security software and I'll give it 4 stars. Hey hackers. All my info is in my Amazon account. Feel free to gather all u need to infiltrate my system.
Better yet. In my review i will post offers for strangers to come install it 4 me.
After all...... I'm a govt office and buying cyber security through Amazon for a $1 million contract instead of dealing directly with the company cause I'm an idiot!!!
Lol
Well.... smart people don't waist time and money when there is no reason. Go dark. Get some contracts. Pr them. Make $ but spend more to grow. Once in line then pay fee and get current with respectable financials. Imo it's better to not show financials if they show losses in beginning stages. Would be at .0001 with no bid. He is extremely intelligent in doing things this way. When we break penny on strong financials we will hold and climb.
Opposed to your typical otc dump fest.
Most of these CEO are just not allocating resources correctly and kill themselves.
In my opinion it comes down to who you know. Govt known for giving deals to friends. Raises given to the bosses daughters friend b4 a person been there for years. Etc..... not always the product that makes the difference but many other reasons.. for instance the sales approach. Or price reduction, guaranteed services, mass volume control, location is a big one, some restrict themselves to small businesses, others only corporate and so on. The contacts and relationships BVTK has access to as a whole is incredible. Imo that alone is what will eventually drive our product to the top.
If you already buy something and all of a sudden someone you know n trust opens a business and provides the same services majority of people would switch to the person they know n trust.
All about who u know!!!
BVTK
When you write presentations and influence the directors at the DHS I'd say u are pretty high ranking.
When the DHS even listens to your opinion you have a high rank in the pecking order.
Agreed. Although all shares may have been converted, that doesn't necessarily mean the institutional mms have sold all there shares. Main reason no CEO will ever tell u dilution is over. Cause they don't know.
As shares are purchased from the dilutive mms we will start really climbing. Along with going current with even mediocre fins I think we see copper quickly.
Damn..... Tom and or Jim prolly on the phone with him now!! Lol
Yes sir!!! Can't think of a better all around team in any business. Between them all they are extremely successful as individuals. It's a team of all stars. With a great leader in Tom. Each with there own major player contacts. No doubt they could together run any business in the corporate world and be successful. Just so happens cyber security is one of the hottest sectors right now. With deep ties to the Trump administration!! Coincidence? Yeah right. Big $ coming in with govt subsidies and kickbacks through lobbying is what comes to mind. All perfectly legal in the good old USA!!!
BVTK
Agreed 100%
Proof of contracts through financials will send us to instant copper.
If all previous stated contracts by the company are in fact true the revenue stream should be pretty healthy!!!!
Just a few million a year would make us undervalued as a whole. I expect more than that on financials though.
Easy copper soon imo!!!
I don't think patent is necessary at all.
Doesn't hurt having it but it only protects so much. All it takes is a tiny change in design and features and it's a new invention. So what really matters is having the biggest, best company in your field. Great customer service, fair pricing, negotiating skills, contacts, capital etc.
There are already tons of products in our sector. What makes us better isn't the patent. It's our CEO, BOD, SALES, CONTACTS, ETC. that makes BVTK the powerhouse it can be.
I don't think so. It's going to take current financials to really move.
I'm perfectly fine waiting.
Every deal they make adds income.
You're already delinquent as Fu...
Stack that revenue stream high as you can before releasing them. Imo we get 1 or 2 news releases next week. This latest was the first of 3 agreements to be released.
So I expect those 2 agreements to be announced and then current financials and fully reporting current status given.
All my own opinion but a pretty damn good one!!! Lol
BVTK
Nobody will know anything about details until a deal is done and released to the public. If one happens. As far as pps going up or down? It's all in the details of said agreement. So it would depend.
Typically equity investors are in for long term growth. So even if not restricted it would be doubtful they flip shares. These type of investors are not day traders. They believe in the long term growth of the company.
Because there are no financials proving estimated income. A CEO in pinks can tell you he has 20billion dollars in contracts and In actuality not even have an operating business. Sad but true.
When financials are released we should see a major jump in price. Instant penny kind of run. Happens all the time. Tom has delivered 100% so far so I doubt he would blatantly lie about the company's income just to put out financials with nothing. No way. Not this team with BVTK!!!
Major deals are being discussed.
When financials are released we will run and run hard.
Even at $5mill a year this company is undervalued.
Look at our team. These people don't come together to be splitting up no measly $5million between everybody.
Some of these guys were probably earning that themselves per year in previous employment.
I have no doubt this will grow into a $100million a year company in a pretty quick timeframe.
Research other otc companies CEO and or b.o.d. usually you find all kinds of info on there past scams and or failed venture.
Not here. All are well respected in there profession and have worked with or for some of the biggest companies in the world. No scam artists here.
A person or entity that invests in the equity of something.
Basically people throw backing money for equity (a piece of the pie).
as an investor it only makes sense to purchase equity in something that you are as certain as one can be will raise in value.
Basically a private purchase of stock.
Only thing I could think he might mean....
Sell Viking to someone with x amount of shares taken out of BVTK and give to Viking as a separate entity.
Could put 75% of shares of BVTK into Viking. Then sell Viking for profit to whoever wants it.
Now your left with BVTK with 75% share reduction while maintaining its main source of income. Making the pps shoot up dramatically.
Maybe?
Not only does he keep us informed.....
He keeps his foot on the gas pressed to the floor 24-7!!!
BVTK may just have the best B.O.D. And TEAM in all the corporate world!!!
Just look at the group. each person's individual accomplishments in helping build some of the biggest companies in the world!!
No doubt they want to stamp there own names in stone instead of doing it for someone else all these years.
And Tom is a great leader in managing all these great and genius minds behind one company!!!
BVTK
Any guesses on the actual os?
1.5 B? More or less?
Good post.
What's uncalled for is claiming relaunch for years. Then after the date of production he throws out a whole shift in business. That proves that he has been lying since day 1. I'm not doing anything. Can't even write the loss off cause it's impossible to sell!!
Geez. How can anybody support this crooks actions?
Agreed. Almost unheard of down here.
Don't talk if you can't follow through.
Tom is a man of his word as of now!!
Creates investor confidence. Not his first rodeo.
Nope. Possibly after close. Who knows?
I got nothing but time though!!!!
BVTK
Exactly. Karma ah bitch!!!
His reputation is over after this. Hope it was worth it. Dude sold his soul for a cpl hundred grand at best!!! Lol. Pathetic.
Karma ain't even started working on this dude. She still tallying up points!!!!
I wouldn't shit in Adrians mouth if he was starving to death!!!
DNAX
I'm not getting any of those channels on Google play app. What's up?
It's down because no filings. It will remain in this channel until then. Use dips as a chance to average down if possible. Otherwise just hold and wait. It will go back up. And once current we should test .002 relatively quick. Imo
Who stole tech?
Looks like .001 is the new .0007.
Get in or pay more next week imo!!
