I am happy for the reprieve today. Barring a media blitz of great news they will still have to r/s and based on their abysmal news record we all need to prepare for the inevitable.

They hit the triple digits it is an instant demotion...

The Company needs to do a media blitz of accretive activity. If nothing newsworthy is happening the stop BSing and R/S within 60 days from now. The management team is not entirely forthcoming because with the price sub-penny like this they can't even leverage share based deals. So what they are selling a few jars of tomato sauce. They themselves don't deem that news worthy. So execute this

I would rather he not just stitch something together and accomplish and execute a cogent plan. Lines like "Di Turi added that "additionally, Kisses From Italy envisions the potential for another corporate-owned restaurant. We are actively exploring opportunities." sound like a stitch other than a real business direction. For now it is good to see the bleeding seemingly stop. GLTUA
