MACD almost fully relaxed, the RSI broke through oversold territory and the 50 DMA is now 2/4 cents. We may see a retest before the next cycle up. But when it happens the technicals will indicate that may be enough to test a dime...

It is a waiting game - nibble nibble. Dynamics changed and volume flowing.

Hopefully we see a late day null rush. But if the bear comes that's fine as well. The next leg up should get this to a dime after a little more churn.
