Back in, Rounder?
Last week had a few good entry points.
I'm scared, should I sell?
It depends on what the buyer offers the shareholders and the investment goal of the investor. I've never been involved in a buyout...I'd assume a tender offer, cash dividend, or stock dividend. Someone else with more experience will probably chime in, I hope!
1. It's better for investors concerned about their initial investment. A buy out would be made at premium alongside many people hopping into the stock to join the rise. I'd like for SGLB to have significant contracts before a buyout occurs. Otherwise our valuation will be significantly less.
2. GE would be my bet.
Whoa. Thoughts? Primed orders around 10 cents?
Beat me to it.
SPECULATION ALERT:
Goodness, the language used here makes me excited.
Seems like SGLB has the laser vision to see through the fog while other companies are just starting to understand these issues. Either that, or SGLB just happens to know the right language to use to make them seem relevant.
Happy -12%+ returns!!!
They just plan to read that description, the rest is to release deform, provide a demonstration, with fireworks in the background. I'm sure they will cater Hooters as well.
I think it'll be up to Honeywell.
Can we just meet again in a few weeks instead?
Gotcha...I think we're on the same page. We just use different verbiage.
Or from all the emails that Mr. Witty received. I think they did not see this as large as an event as everyone speculated it to be. The dot connecting has been getting us shareholders into a unwarranted fervor at anything that could be something larger. Not everything is gloom and doom, but that seems to be your daily emphasis.
I just reviewed the conference call transcript...
It's confounding how often I've done the very same thing...NFLX, QCOR, and the worst AAMRQ. Like chef said, we're still very early in the game.
Also to mention, specific signs if...
--> reverse split, then
--> hiring independent board of directors
= likely uplisting to a higher exchange.
or
--> history of reverse splits
--> followed by share issuance/warrants
--> butt raped with dilution (thank you Windbag for the phrasing)
--> rinse/repeat
I researched it a bit and found what I was referring to...a speculative write up by hotstocked in July 2013. Also, the Sigma Labs facebook page was discussed at length too (for phony accounts and likes). But I digress, it's a non-issue.
What a silly close.
Self-deprecating and informative. It's enjoyable. Thanks Windbag.
Is anyone concerned that with the sharp rise in PPS will allow them to exercise the S-3? Didn't they mention they'd be able to exercise the warrant with a 75 mil market cap?
Don't mean to add paranoia here, but I do vaguely recall SGLB being a part of a couple paid promos. I'd hate to believe that's what's going on though.
Oh, yeah. I understand that the company is more than a promotion. I meant specifically today's move.
Sorry all...I haven't done my disclosure. I've been invested in SGLB since Summer 2013 and have been watching the board ever since.
I'm conflicted. The more eyes, the better...I just hoped this was more than a promotion.
Wouldn't that imply only those that have mirror trading set up are being duped?
LOL, you called that one. Do you mind helping me with the wording to keep my post public so my question may lead to an answer?
Tbf they weren't even on the list earlier today...that is weird though.
Right, I was just curious if the they were already experiencing those benefits through collaboration with GE, Honeywell, etc?
I'm not saying it's a bad thing. I honestly just don't know.
Hmm ok. A form and 15k/year for the silver membership. Seems like an elbow rubbing move even though they have been collaborating with these companies and organization for years? Maybe it just looks better to be an official member.
What's your ideal entry?

Don't have it yet either.
As for the release...feels like non-news so far.
I know it's a bit late for this suggestion, but...
Is anyone approaching the CC with a list of questions as done during previous CCs?
Perhaps someone who has been communicating with Mr. Witty on a regular basis (although it shouldn't matter...).
Gaaaaaap back up, is this part of the dance?
Maybe a "sporty" entity ;)
Don't you know? If it goes up, it's manipulation, if it goes down, it's fundamentals ;)
Showing...sorry, no timestamps.
