Woah!!! Four new blending shops in q 3 that they didn't tell us about. Three new ones and The flagship store will be in London. Plus another 20 new kiosks. A new partner in Bulgaria. Freeze these.. Can you give us some insight..... Teach us.
Dude. Come on. You just listened to the call. No dilution. It's the OTC. Just flippers for chump change. Just wait it out.
Haha you are ridiculous. Go ahead and keep flipping pennies. The majority owner of those warrants you keep squawking about literally recruited the CFO and CEO. Yeah let's recruit them and then dilute the company to nothing. You make so much sense. How did you get so smart flipping shares from 20s to 30s. What a huge profit.
I'll save your profile so I can chat with you when it's above a dollar in 6 months to see what you have learned.
What exactly do you mean be the pps being low for now puts them in a bad spot? How is this price relevant for the business operations? They do not need to dilute shares right now for cash. Please help me understand your thoughts?
Haha oh lord calm down. That would have already happened. I thought you had better insights then that!
How can you tell it was a "cash trade"?
This is hilarious. The company will likely come out with numbers close to the most they have made in a quarter (15.9 mill) and the share price is almost the lowest it has ever been. I swear this is trading on no principals at all. The volume over the past 90 days has been way too small except for bizarre days like today to = any kind of significant dilution. Maybe the OS is at 80 mill. Still 15 mill x 4 qs = 60 total / 80 mill shares = is still 0.75! Imagine if the market did 2 x yearly revs. Such a joke this price is!
That is a year away AND if you notice the term date was pushed back for the total loan by another year. 2017 to 2018. That's a good thing. And the monthly Payments went from 500k to a million. It's an increase but we get more support. It's a give and take
I believe a two times yearly revenue divided by OS would be most appropriate for now. You can't ask for 4 or 5 times the yearly revenue just yet. So that would be 20 x 3 = 60 times 2 = 120 divided by 60-100.... $1.2 to 1.7
I can't wait for the day we are valued more than VPCO. Today they fell 11 percent and we went up just a little. It's getting closer and closer
What should the revs expectation be is the question? I believe 15 mill would be just great. 13-14 mill would also be alright, just show a steady increase in revs. The loss from operations is also a biggie. 7.6 mill last Q. If they reduce it to 3-4mill in the red then I think ppl will def start to see this as something big.
Anyone have moderated opinions of what would be exciting to see?
Sky storm ??
Hey check it out. Hot stocked actually posted somewhat positive news about ecig. Not exactly glowing but hey it's not the worst.

Guys, read between the lines. They are expanding VIP and rolling out vapestick. This is also an indicator that this new event in the pipeline is likely being prepped. Notice the loan increase is only for the next 4 months. And they got permission without giving anything in return. Additionally they gave 6 mill shares at 20 cents to hold off in 1.5 mill in interest and don't pay for one year. Obviously the loaners must see that 6 million shares later is worth more than 1.5mill now.
Has anyone really given this a good read?

It is truly old news but what is important is the analysis and business model explanation given.
VIP will always be the biggest mover. And just listen to how much they tout it's potential. They will increase revenues if they continue increasing VIP shops. 53 in January + UK internet sales = 80 is total Q1 revenues. Now we have 100 with another flagship store coming by October.
Simple
Woah guys, look at vpco. They might come down to our level. Would be cool if we pass them in pps soon. Then vapor investors may start to look at us!
What state is this so I can double check
I am a floater pharmacist and i go store to store everyday and always ask. In general they do not sell very many. That is the same for blu as well. They only sell a few a week. None of them sell very well.
This is not true I work for walgreens in Arizona. They actually did a complete reset with all new fin product. Less e cigs more of the fin vapors. Again. No walgreens in AZ is pulling their product.
Mods please consider sticky posting this! Very nice to see.
Haha come on! 100% yoy! Eps of 5! That won't happen quickly. Be serious. If that is your requirements then you will be seriously disappointed. I have 150,000 shares and I don't expect that until maybe 5 years from now. Eps of 5.
The big thing to remember is those shares are not gonna just be exercised all at once. And they would not benefit from that. No, I don't think that is the case at all. It's all about the debt.
What do you consider real improvement?
Right I get the costs but if you look they went from total operating costs of 23 million q-1 to 13 q-2. That is a big reduction and they still increase revs by 16 percent qoq. And what do you think signifies significant increases in revs?
Has anyone tried to compare this company with any other company that makes the same yearly revenue and may also had some debt issues? What would their pps be? The revs and the CEO is what keeps me from questioning the pps today. They have not made less than 11 million a quarter for 5 quarters now. $1 pps share is really not stretching it. VIP is a strong name and they continue to expand it. Vapestick hopefully can gain some traction here in the US and expand revenues overall. $15 million for the next coming quarter would be a nice bump and that is still not asking a lot.
You realize that no one cares about your petty bag holder comments right? Nothing productive comes from it and it just makes you look obnoxious. Go play with one of your oil stocks losing millions.
Rip Douche bag
It's about 80% of all revs
So they started with 53 direct outlets at the beginning of the year and now have 100. Not bad. Expanding at a good rate.
Did anyone see the revenue release for vpco? Only 3 mill for the past quarter and they are more pps than us and on the Nasdaq (for now). We really need to get off the OTC. They may have better debt structure than us but we have more than 3 times the revenue. Can't wait for the true market cap to come for ecig.
Almost a million shares traded and no change in pps?! What the hell is that about.
Someone please explain the volume today? This is more than the day after revenues and more than recent press release. This bloody stock makes no sense at all.
Wow this volume on no news is concerning. If we would be green then great but red like this even slightly makes me wonder if new shares are somehow hitting the market.
Five bucks says it runs right back up to maybe 3% red at the end of the day. This stock is so silly. Follows no rules.
Stop your complaining. You have nothing valuable to say. Positive or negative.
Less than 3 percent red. Wow this stock is ridiculous. 11 red all day and then jumps up at the end. Go ecig!
Most of that sounds right but you still only get the share at 0.45 cents I believe idk where you came up with the 32 cent price. How did you get that?
If you look at the 10q they used less than 1 million in cash. Started at 2.09 million and finished with 1.88.
Shows they can make it last plus the credit line is paid off with cash from revenues.
What should the market cap be for this ticker? Is it 12 million a quarter times four or 2 times the total yearly revenue? We are so undervalued it's amazing.
It's clear that the revenue will stay at this level of 11-12 a quarter for now. Once they actually start to move on expanding VIP and put out PRs about it I would anticipate an increase in the pps.
I am excited to see how they expand distribution and continue to cut and control cost.
This is a real company with real long term goals. The pps should be back to 1-2 dollars first and foremost. Once from there we can see an increase in value as the revenues increase and cost control progress.
