What do you think( IDVV) PPS will be in 2-3 Weeks after this transaction is completed? Just Wondering.

Arnie, We basically do not excist anymore. I am starting to believe Caren Currier and Acropolis want silence so they can sell the LLBO Shell without making it PinkCurrent. There has to be some form of Protection for Shareholders. How can anyone not be worried at this point?

Another 3 Weeks gone by with nothing happening with LLBO. Anyone a little worried out there. LLBO's been Hijacked. Has everyone given up on this. Maybe that is what Caren Currier and Acropolis wants.
I believe Caren can Merge LLBO with another company and make her money without making LLBO PinkCurrent. Wouldn't she have done the PinkCurrent already if she needed it to be trading to sell it? Basically we do not even excist to her.

Arnie, Hope and Pray you are right, but if LLBO gets PinkCurrent after the Merger, the Genie will be out of the Bottle and PPS won't even be close to what it would be with anticipation of the Merger. This is why I believe PinkCurrent should be done before. That's All.
It's Only 8 months away, Arnie, and I usually am very Positive or I would not have still been here with LLBO since 2008. I know I keep asking you basically the same question, but What could be their reasoning for ZERO Communication with the Shareholders. Remember it has been almost 4 Months since they said to Judge they would have results in 2 Weeks. Then when you called he(COPPEDGE) said he knew nothing about LLBO becoming PinkCurrent.

Arnie, After Acropolis was given the go ahead by LLBO's( Holmes Team) to take over, why didn't they make LLBO Tradeable with OTC like they promised. They did not need the Merger Company to help or Negotiate to get this trading. LLBO should have been an empty shell and made PinkCurrent. The Judge should have pushed for this(PINKCURRENT) but he really did not care about the Shareholders.
Maybe Financial Records were so Bad, or they want to keep PPS extremely low so new Merger company can do Buyout at almost .0001. Caren and Acropolis will make Hundreds of Thousands no matter what PPS is at. That is why their is no hurry to make PinkCurrent with OTC. They lied at 1st Custodianship Hearing about Shareholder Value First to Judge, just to get the Custodianship. They have not talked directly to Shareholders in years. I Hope I am Completely wrong, but right now signs are something seriously wrong.
Arnie, Doesn't it make you wonder why LLBO is not Trading yet, can things be so bad for OTC to reject LLBO? Have to wonder what happens to the Shareholders if they don't make this PinkCurrent. Something should have happened already.
Only thing that may go wrong with LLBO Merger, is what happens if new Company does a Reverse Split. That would be very bad for Shareholders. R/S are usually Death for a PennyStock. This is why I'm saying we should be able to trade this now before new company takes over. Think about it Arnie, this would be trading right now similar to the stock ASTA. Our PPS right now is only .0002, and if LLBO were trading , it probably would be between .0030-.0050 then a Merger. That's all.
But Arnie, Look what's happened to KAST and KATX after they Merged them, their PPS has plummeted and they were trading. I Wonder Why they cannot get this PinkCurrent even if they have a buyer. Lots of Bad signs here.
Arnie , What happens and can Acropolis not have to make LLBO Tradeable again(PinkCurrent). Is that possible and can they still do a Merger? Thought there were rules that protected Shareholders during Custodianship process. The Judge basically gave Acropolis the LLBO Custodianship and Dropped the ball on Shareholders Rights. Legally, something is wrong here.

And how can the Lawyer for Acropolis not know anything about making LLBO PinkCurrent(Tradeable Again)/ Are there Rules and Laws, and Responsibilities a Custodian must go by for Shareholders. There has to be Rules.

Tom, Read Arnie's recent message, he also called The Acropolis Lawyer Coppedge from the Hearing that told Judge he would have answers in 2 weeks, back in July. Arnie asked him about LLBO becoming PinkCurrent with OTC and he said he knew nothing about that. He told Arnie to Email Requests and he would send them to Acropolis. Did you get Acropolis' Email address? Are they still in Business? Sorry to ask you the questions, but something is not right here. Also, What happened to Caren Currier?

Coppedge Signed the papers from Courts and said in July to the Judge it would be a Couple of Weeks. How is it possible he has to ask Acropolis. Something does not sound right.

You are Correct, but didn't they tell the Judge during Custodianship Hearing that Shareholder Value would be a Priority. Do Shareholders have any Legal Avenue since they proposed that to the Judge just to get the Custodianship. Any Thoughts?
Nice to hear from you GetSerious, you make a ton of great points. What I cannot understand is why Acropolis Lawyers and Caren Currier do not let shareholders know what is happening. And I Blame the Judge and the Courts for letting this slide along without Guidance. What a Mess.
The Acropolis Custodianship was supposed to straighten out everything you stated, they made a lot of Promises but nothing has happened for the good of the Shareholders. 3.2 Billion Outstanding shares is not really bad for a Custodianship. Lots have 5-10 billion OS Shares.Problem has been COMMUNICATION with Shareholders and Acropolis Lawyer Coppedge.
In U.S., LLBO cannot be purchased but can be Sold only. And Worldwide most do not know about LLBO pennystock. Once this eventually goes PinkCurrent, .0002 PPS will be long gone. Everyone that knows of LLBO will try to get the low PPS.
Arn, I'm starting to get the feeling Acropolis Lawyers are Lying to us. They keep saying 60, 90, 120 day delays, then say 2 weeks and it's 2 Months. No Communication at all with Shareholders and case is INACTIVE in Courts. Aren't you a bit worried about this?
