By the way it’s not New Leaf. That’s another company. I was specifically asking about Pure Leaf Oil Company and where to find the names of the retail outlets and online retailers they claim to be in partnerships with. Pure Leaf Oil Brand launched in January 2019 so they were not at the oyster festival.

Canbiola Launches Dedicated Canbiola-Branded CBD Dispensing Machine Initial 25 Units Will Target Medical Offices
HICKSVILLE, NY -- August 5, 2019 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Canbiola, Inc. (OTCQB:CANB) (“Canbiola” or the “Company”), a developer, manufacturer, and seller of a variety of Cannabidiol (Hemp) based products such as oils, creams, moisturizers, chews, isolate, gel caps, and concentrate announced today the launch of its own Canbiola-branded CBD product dispensing machine. An initial order for the first 25 units has been placed with the installations expected to occur in August and September.
The initial focus of this new direct-to-consumer marketing strategy will be to place the product dispensing machines in MRI locations, outpatient surgery centers, urgent care, and physician offices. Each product dispensing machine will dispense a variety of up to 10 Canbiola’s Branded CBD products and a total of 150 units, including hemp oil drops, CBD salve and CBD Cryo Gel. The product dispensing machines include a video screen with an explanation of CBD, a doctor interview/tutorial on the effects and benefits of CBD and certificate of analysis copies from a third-party lab. Based on traffic and usage, the product dispensing machines can easily be moved or have additional SKUs added.
I’d really appreciate seeing a pic or an update of these machines in the medical offices.
Accountability.
Try it. Google PureLeafOil cbd.
Resulting Websites:
PureLeafOil.com
IHUB postings - all posts talking about Pure Leaf Oil launch
Global Newswire-PR talking about the launch of Pure Leaf Oil
Bezinga- PR about the launch of Pure Leaf Oil
Guru Focus.con - PR about the launch
Etc etc
Then when you exhaust all the PRs about the launch of PureLeafOils, the next results are Pure Leaf Iced Tea.
I know how to find PureLeafOil.com by typing it in. My point is if they are in fact selling at retail outlets, then maybe they should make a list of them on the website. Ya know put their money where their PRs are. So I don’t have to ask here or call them asking where their products are. I did write them- no answer.
Marketing. I shouldn’t have to call them for them to clarify which retail outlets PureLeaf CBD products are located in the supposed brick n mortars.
And if they were in retail outlets, then an internet search should tell me just by typing in PURELEAFOIL CBD. The fact is, there is NO list of retail outlets to give because PuteLeafOil CBD products only exist at PureLeafOil.com.
Shouldn’t we as shareholders know which retail outlets sells PureLeafOil Consumer products?
If Canbiola.com is solely for medical personnel, why have some shareholders here been able to buy Canbiola products for listed and advertised non wholesale prices? How do you explain the consumer reviews on Canbiola? Didn’t they buy the products they’re reviewing?
Not entirely correct. I’ll leave CANB out since you don’t believe that average Joe consumers can purchase products on Canbiola.com for those outrageous prices for the same product found way cheaper on PureLeafOil.com
7 Chakras and PureLeaf wouldn’t have to pay for advertising IF their products were actually being picked up by brick n mortars and retail outlets like they claim to be. THE brick and mortars like CVS or the donut shop for example would carry the product and advertise that you can find PureLeaf’s or 7 Chakras CBD Product there. They do the advertising. Lol. Like CVS does for Charlottes Web. Everyone knows you can shop for CW at a brick and mortar if you live near one.
Example:
https://www.cvs.com/shop/brand-shop/c/charlottes-web
As for Pure Leaf or 7 Chakras, all it takes is a page listing within its own site listing where consumers can find their retail products. Guess what that costs?. Nothing. I mean if the product is out there in retail outlets why wouldn’t they less potential consumers where to find them?
How are consumers supposed to know about Pure Leaf if they can’t Google it, buy it at brick n mortars or won’t even show up Googling Shopping for where to even obtain it. I mean after all CANB got that private placement for 4mil, I would think a bit of advertising budget would be in order.
Advertising outside of stock conferences that is. Or dang, maybe instead of paying all that money for 25 Vending Machines with touch screen and video, they could’ve used that for advertising anywhere besides in PR’s.
Lastly, if CANB is the first and only US traded isolate stock, why not make sure everyone else knows that outside of this otc board. Start with free advertising on their own sites telling people WhICH retail outlets they can buy their products.
Like how Charlottes Web shows up on Google Shopping. Aurora Cannabis does as well.
I wrote Pure Leaf Saturday afternoon via the website contact form asking to direct me to the closest storefront/retailer to my hometown where I can buy their products. I also gave my phone number.
It’s noted on the webform that most replies occur within 24 hours.
<<<crickets>>>
Given I wrote on a weekend, I’m giving them adequate time to respond today, or tomorrow or at least some time this week? But I will update as soon as I do or if I get a reply.
Google Shopping can’t even find Canbiola Brand or PureLeafOil Brand.
Not sure which doctors and therapists are promoting the products. Or shelving them. Or buying them wholesale. Or searching for Canbiola or PureLeafOil Brand period.
Go to on Google search under Shopping Tab and type in “Pureleafoil.com CBD” and this is what you get:

Facts.
Volume isn’t awesome. I wish CANB, Pure Leaf, Radical Tactical and 7 Chakras can tell us more about their products in actual stores, sports offices, medical offices or actual vending machines. Maybe more eyes would be on this?
Can anyone with better DD find a link to product placements and brick and mortar names of where consumers can pick these up in person?
Even doing an Google shopping search for any of these products by Labeled name (7 Chakras Cbd, Canbiola Cbd) directs me to either their website or a CANB PR.
Searching for “Radical Tactical LLC” show NO RESULTS besides A CANB PR.
Forget typing in “Pure Leaf Oil Cbd” on Google shopping. All you get is other companies or iced tea. Not even Pureleafoil.com or a PR.
That’s pretty alarming.
Also wanted to add that yes, CANB says they offer wholesale pricing for businesses or those who want to sell Canbiola Products themselves. And that info is under the “About us” tab but not on individual or group product listings. Any of us can go to the Canbiola.com, convince ourselves that $699 for 1oz of isolate Oil is worth it and freely hit the “Add to cart” button and buy it.
I propose if Canbiola is just for medical personnel, and offers special pricing to the medical field, (which you have to make and account and write them directly to discuss wholesale pricing) shouldn’t the average consumer be locked out of spending triple the amount of $$ on Canbiola.com for the same product and way less expensive than what is offered on PureLeafOil.com?
Shi Farms sells their own isolate and other products starting at $25. I just realized that CANB, 7 Chakras or Pure Leaf doesn’t even sell isolate. They just sell products with someone else’s isolates and formulations. I get it now. The labeling, website domain and pricing is what makes CANB, Pure Leaf, and 7 Chakras differentiate from each other.
I haven’t found any news about Canbiola’s Radical Tactical LLC which is another subsidiary mentioned last month. Here’s a recent PR article:
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2019/08/05/1896869/0/en/Canbiola-Launches-Dedicated-Canbiola-Branded-CBD-Dispensing-Machine.html
Can anyone find sales for Radical Tactical LLC?
“Canbiola’s Radical Tactical LLC subsidiary provides the marketplace with millennium targeted product lines including such products as vapes, gums, and kratom.”
Don’t know what kratom is?

{{yawn}}
Roughly 140k shares bought today around 650k shares sold.
Many said buying in at 7 cents was a steal too. Hey at least they supposedly got that placement at .029! Lol. If this was really going to the upside, they could’ve raised way more at that “it’s a steal” price. Last 6 months says a lot.
The only people who know about CANB are this board, it’s officers and the website designers.
Where’s the products on shelves?
If you want to compare other cbd companies with this one, start with on the shelf placement. Actually confirm sales from the bodegas and donut shops would be a great PR.
“Do not expect any sudden movement by the FDA”
“No one knows whether CBD isolate will be approved vs CBD full spectrum”
https://www.foodnavigator-usa.com/Article/2019/06/03/What-s-the-regulatory-path-forward-for-CBD?utm_source=copyright&utm_medium=OnSite&utm_campaign=copyright
120 days is the time frame that McConnell asked for FDA to make a decision to FINALIZE RULES ON CBD. That’s about it. I don’t know where you’re getting October from. More like we’ll get an FDA update ON THEIR DECISION around early 2020.
Facts.
“The hemp industry is eagerly – and anxiously – awaiting federal regulations on hemp production from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). Those rules have been promised by the 2020 growing season.
According to Washington DC-based cannabis attorney Jonathan Havens and the National Hemp Association, the USDA has completed the rules and submitted them for review to the White House Office of Budget and Management, which reviews all regulations adopted and implemented by a presidential administration.
This means once approved, the USDA regulations will likely be released within a MATTER OR WEEKS.”
As for the FDA, Mc Connell has asked for FDA to consider his plea within 120 days.
Sooooooo that’s more like 12 weeks regarding any FDA regulation and that’s just making a decision to ease guidelines. Then there will be more paperwork, trials and reports to look over.
“If approved, the FDA would have 120 days to adopt an enforcement discretion policy. The agency would also have to provide Congress with an update of its progress after 90 days.”
Facts.
FDA regulations out next week?? Link please.
This post should be stickied along with Simps list of questions and Penny Masters.
I dunno tho Penny. I can’t imagine that CANB would deceive their shareholders or make up these vending machines?? That’s good $$ to bring in to the space and they’d be the first to be in medical offices. That certainly got my attention as well as others! We have a little more than a week until end of September. I’m sure they’ll update that PR. It was only last month that they announced the vending machines. They still have time!
Oh since my last post got deleted, I wanted to acknowledge your DD (the sticky above Sliders) and I appreciate it.
Relevant news!
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2019/08/05/1896869/0/en/Canbiola-Launches-Dedicated-Canbiola-Branded-CBD-Dispensing-Machine.html
Penny, I agree that this particular PR is exciting to read! Do you think the 25 vending machines made that will actually be permitted in medical offices like they said? I mean CANB would be the FIRST U.S. traded cbd isolate stock to have their products in medical offices via the on screen vending machines. That’s some major news I hope they follow through on.
25 machines made with hundreds of products in each machine? That’s a lot of potential revenue to bring in.
Maybe we’ll get an update on the progress and how much revenue the vending machines have brought in!
Fingers crossed they give us an update!
Would be great to see Pure Leaf on here. Marketing. . .
Why do you insist on comparing CANB with other cbd companies anyway? If CANB is the only US traded isolate stock, wheres the comparison? I was here for CANB not CVSI or CW or Aurora or any other company you use as examples.
Last run??? Cute. Also if the vending machine install was a lie, then that’s considered a pump. I’m entitled to my opinions anyway. And please refer to sticky no. 2 if you’d like to nit pick those questions by answering a question with a question there.
“To Canbiola Management”- the second sticky up top by poster simps. That says it all. A comprehensive list of legitimate questions and concerns mainly asking for FOLLOW THRU to all these PRs they’ve put out in the last year.
Glad I’m not the only one who actually cares about what the company publicly says in every PR or shareholder meeting.
“To Canbiola Management:
I’ve been holding this stock for a very long time and even accumulated lately but while I see many positives, I feel there’s a need for the company to focus and also bring clarity to some of the PR’s and statements made during the shareholders meeting.
I find it very positive that Revenues are growing tremendously for such a small company and am impressed of money raised in the last two private placements, the latest being about $4M at $0.029.
For clarity maybe you can shed some light in a stockholder memo or other public fashion about a few items:
1. SAM’s units – how many have you purchased and what is the adoption rate and usage utilization on a monthly basis? If you have not kept buying additional units per the company’s commitment announced, then why not?
2. Vending machines, what is the strategy? What is the investment of the ordered machines? What is expected revenues? If to place them in doctors’ offices, then I question why visitors wouldn’t just buy the products from the staff instead.
3. Northwell Hospital, is there an agreement with them or are they considered a regular customer? Where in the hospital are the products sold and which products? Does the hospital also sell competing CBD products or does Canbiola have an exclusive?
4. BOD member, advisors et all: What do they bring to the table in return for stock?
5. Expenses and Profit: Even though revenue has exploded so has expenses, will this continue, or do you see a path to profitability/positive cash flow? If so, when?
6. Seed to Oil: what is the strategy for controlling the entire process? Do you envision buying land and starting from scratch or is the goal to purchase/lease parts/all of existing facilities with production capabilities? How about building relationships with growers who can supply raw material?
7. Lab reports: Will these be updated to more current dates?
8. Any plans for product expansion within CBD and beyond (adding THC for example)?
9. Pure Leaf: Any plans of taking this onto Amazon and similar platforms?
10. Nasdaq: what is the strategy of meeting the requirements, especially min stock price and asset and/or revenue requirements? Expected timeline?
11. Investors relations firm: what are they doing to firm up the base and bring new investors?
12. Anything else that you think will benefit shareholders?
I have not sold and continue holding but getting a clearer picture would benefit my self and surely others.
Thanks”
-(posted by simps)
They should do what they started doing in the beginning. Try and get noticed as a cbd company period and for all I know maybe they still are. And maybe more people will buy in. If there’s $$ to be made I may buy back in as well. With just a different mindset though- I’d just like to get my initial loss back. I’m one of the idiots who bought in at 6. Sold on the way down at 4. So if it hits 4’s I’ll look for one of those irrelevant PR pumps and dive in on one of those irrelevant runs. If one happens that is.
Penny I’d give up as you’ve made your point. Some claim here that the vending machines are irrelevant which in turn means, no one here cares where the thousands of $$ to make them went- or the potential $$ they could’ve brought in according to Marco. Who cares about the “demand” for such a contraption right? We’re all here to make $$ as well, but it appears the only people who know about CANB are this board, the officers and past advisors who got their $$ or shares and have left and sold them.
I’ve learned here that If CANB PR’s something but doesn’t mention it again, like the “Northwell Deal”, or NASDAQ, or the private placement then “it’s irrelevant” news weeks later.
One last mention on the “Ghost machines” - that was the only way CANB could get their products in an actual medical office to date. It appears today though, the demand for then might not be as high as the PR touted. And so now..... that idea and the potential $$ behind it is irrelevant.
You were correct about the machines being a PR fill though. There are no machines as they’ve run into road blocks to get them placed in medical offices. Why? My first guess is they never made them in the first place. Second guess is, medical offices CANT allow them in there offices due to FDA restrictions (which aren’t new to CANB). Can you imagine seeing a CBD machine at your doctors office?? Christ, you can’t even find a healthy snacks or filtered water vending machine at a doctors office. So why in the heck would they agree to a CBD isolate machine where they’d have to slap stickers all over it with an FDA statement saying “ This product isn’t cleared by the FDA and is not intended to treat or cure a medical condition”.
Everyone here knows this including you and me. CANB or Pure leaf doesn’t have a very good chance or getting known in the main stream. 7 chakras? Are they still connected?
Probably irrelevant too.
Moot point. Not the debate in the least.
This is why I sold at mid 4’s - lack of follow thru or recorded progress we can chew on. But sure I was a shareholder because CANB seemed to have their shit together and I figured it would be a matter of time before they’d start getting noticed. Read Sleeks first stickied post. That’s what drew me in specifically. That post contained nothing about isolate. But everything about getting in ground floor on the CBD industry also comparing CANB to the potential likes of CVSI.
Since then we’ve been told about:
Northwell Deal
Nasdaq
Pure Leaf
Then came the isolate talk
Vending Machines
Big placement financing at .029
Big orders sent out
Now everyone is sooo focused on isolate approval it seems revenue from online product sales and consumer activity has become nil.
Serious marketing to the public about individual CANB products would be where I’d start. Make some revenue selling products at events. Sample Handouts even. Get the product in people hands by going to THEM instead of getting lost in a vast sea of the CBD vendor sites. Waiting months or even years for FDA to approve specifically isolate for medical placement or marketing abilities is really a waiting game. Still is.
Setting up a tent at music events or sporting events without a stock symbol as the main focus is an idea. CANB has most things that a company who wants to be taken seriously needs. Except follow thru and consumer brand placement.
But considering lots of other companies already sell and provide isolate today, wouldn’t it be better to at least be known on the shelves samples or taken home after attending an event? Then people can go purchase more online. Am I missing something? Isn’t bringing in revenue from more sales of products also something CANB or Pure Leaf would like to achieve?
Great promise here. So now While we wait for affirmations and progress of more cbd political support, (which will still take months) let’s get those products in the public eye at festivals, cosponsor public consumer events, find a well loved celebrity to market to the proper audience for consumer branding, or have Pure Leaf take the interstate commerce route. Canb has plenty of time to get more known and exist outside this message board and stock conferences. Yes?
Just announced. Mitch Mc Connell is on CBD’s side. So that’s a plus. This article explains a lot of current FDA info for all of us on here. We don’t have to agree on what CANB is doing right or wrong, but here’s a good well explained read on recent news I think we can all appreciate.
https://www.marijuanamoment.net/mitch-mcconnell-tells-fda-to-clear-a-path-for-cbd-products-with-new-amendment/
Quoting a prediction from CEO of Canadian CBD company like Aurora believing FDA approval is around the corner is the same as Marco touting 5 and 6 cents were a steal. Because he said it it MUST be true? It’s all opinions and grasping at straws.
Why can’t CANB just get on a shelf? Or even tell us they’re trying to be in brick n mortars? Even providing monthly online sales from their websites would be a great start while everyone is waiting on FDA. Those would be relevant PRs.
Not quotes from OTHER cbd companies who aren’t even registered in our country.
Lastly if Charlottes Web wanted to announce vending machines, IMO they’d have a better chance of being recognized since they’re already on the store shelves. Company proposed Vending machines are supposed to give the impression “Hey, were so much in demand right now, we’re now putting our products in vending machines so more people can directly buy our cbd on the spot.”
And actually CANB did say that their products were in demand. But where’s the proof besides a generalized quote from a supposed medical office?
It appears what CANB did is use the vending machine announcement as a “look at us, we’re making vending machines” PR fish. Without knowing who Canbiola is, with or without the video screen, any one who would come across a Canbiola Vending machine would look and say “Oh cool, a Cbd vending machine. And wow they’re expensive. Next!”as there’s no demand or much knowledge today on the interstate consumer highway for the actual Canbiola name.
But yeah, lots of people know Charlottes Web. But I wouldn’t compare CANB to them because Charlottes Web isn’t trying to make a break in the medical arena like CANB claims to be trying to do.
And even though the FDA is on its way to approving cbd, it has not differentiated if whether it’s going to be isolate or full. They have ONE drug with isolate mixed with OTHER ingredients. There’s still soooo many trials and regulations to be made before isolate or full spectrum by itself will be “Approved” for consumer health benefits.
So in the mean time, IMO, it would benefit CANB promote its products in festivals not just investment conferences. Get Canbiola or Pure Leafs Brand Name our there on the shelves like CW instead of just focusing on making PRs about who’s running the current positions on the board this month.
Was really just pointing out the possibility of why there won’t be any more talk from CANB regarding the machines. IMO they jumped the gun on even announcing it.
The point of marketing Canbiola products or Pure leaf is to make consumers aware it exists. That’s first and foremost. But most PRs are about how it benefits stock price or who was just added to the board or got promoted to a higher title. Charlottes Web is a well known name on actual shelves and in the consumer arena. Why? Because they market their products and not the stock symbol.
But as for them touting on their site about benefits, it’s a no no. Canbiola.com does have an FDA disclaimer which is good. But yes it’s a gray area and the FDA will catch up eventually.
So are we trying to be Charlottes Web? All anyone has to do is point the website to FDA and they too will get a warning letter. It’s CLEAR AS DAY on the FDA site. Just because charlottes web hasn’t been slapped with a warning doesn’t mean the FDA will think it’s ok to market vending machines with an on screen video touting benefits. It won’t happen.
What was the price of CANB per share when the private placement of 4mil at .029 a share were made again?
This is why CANB’s vending machines with proposed video screen is in clear violation of the FDA and FD&C Act. So that’s $$$ paid for these machines down the tubes. All $$$ spent on any marketing (whether it’s relevant to shareholders or not) should be handled wiser than this. Can’t imagine 25 vending machines are cheap.
https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/statement-fda-commissioner-scott-gottlieb-md-signing-agriculture-improvement-act-and-agencys
“In particular, we continue to be concerned at the number of drug claims being made about products not approved by the FDA that claim to contain CBD or other cannabis-derived compounds. Among other things, the FDA requires a cannabis product (hemp-derived or otherwise) that is marketed with a claim of therapeutic benefit, or with any other disease claim, TO BE APPROVED by the FDA for its intended use BEFORE it may be introduced into interstate commerce. This is the same standard to which we hold any product marketed as a drug for human or animal use. Cannabis and cannabis-derived products claiming in their marketing and promotional materials that they’re intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of diseases are considered new drugs or new animal drugs and must go through the FDA drug approval process for human or animal use before they are marketed in the U.S
Oh yeah that’s old news. I thought someone posted that they had seen them or CANB PR’d that one made it out so far.
I will say to have an on screen video introduction on the actual machine informing potential buyers all about benefits of CBD is a nice thought. But here’s the thing, (and you’ll appreciate this Penny) according to the FD&C act of the FDA, companies selling cbd oils are not permitted to tout health benefits in the marketing of their product. Because the FDA HAS NOT officially cleared CBD as a consumer drug.
Sure anyone can sell it and will continue to do so with the FDA or not, but once companies start making claims about the health benefits of their products, that when the FDA will step in and slap your hands.
Although there are online companies that make public claims about CBD, the FDA is slowly finding them online and sending Warning letters to those companies in violation.
Even posting consumer reviews claiming the health benefits of CBD will be in violation. It’s just a matter of the FDA becoming aware.
Although I’m a firm believer in health benefits of CBD, the FDA isn’t so firm....yet. But when the FDA does clear cbd, it will still be heavily regulated, only cleared for use in the pharma industry and used as an additive in pharmaceuticals. After more extensive research. - Like the drug Epidolex for example. First one out the gates. But it’s still a pharmaceutical.
This is why the the vending machines (at least those with videos suggesting the health benefits of isolate) won’t be appearing anytime soon.
https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/statement-fda-commissioner-scott-gottlieb-md-signing-agriculture-improvement-act-and-agencys
And I Quote:
“In particular, we continue to be concerned at the number of drug claims being made about products not approved by the FDA that claim to contain CBD or other cannabis-derived compounds. Among other things, the FDA requires a cannabis product (hemp-derived or otherwise) that is marketed with a claim of therapeutic benefit, or with any other disease claim, to be approved by the FDA for its intended use before it may be introduced into interstate commerce. Cannabis and cannabis-derived products claiming in their marketing and promotional materials that they’re intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of diseases (such as cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, psychiatric disorders and diabetes) are considered new drugs or new animal drugs and must go through the FDA drug approval process for human or animal use before they are marketed in the U.S. Selling unapproved products with unsubstantiated therapeutic claims is not only a violation of the law, but also can put patients at risk, as these products have not been proven to be safe or effective. This deceptive marketing of unproven treatments raises significant public health concerns, as it may keep some patients from accessing appropriate, recognized therapies to treat serious and even fatal diseases.”

Is there official news posted about the machines? Point me?
