I finally have my position at just over 3 mil shares. Ready for the rocket boosters to kick in.

Again, isn't what LVVV is doing EXACTLY what is in their philosophy;
The Company is focused on specialty real estate acquisitions, licensing and management of fully compliant turnkey

They have NOT strayed from that statement at all.

This Was a Huge Week for Cannabis
By Greg Miller
While cannabis stocks have had a turbulent week, the U.S. cannabis industry may have had its best week ever.
There were several momentous announcements from both federal and state governments that will help the cannabis industry as it grows to an estimated $30 billion by 2025.
Let's start with the big one...
The House of Representatives has passed the SAFE Banking Act!
This bill would normalize cannabis banking, offering lower costs and increased opportunities to every cannabis company in the country.
The bill now goes to the Senate. I've written a lot about the SAFE Banking Act and about how the Senate is the real key.
I'll have more on that soon.
But there was more good news, and I'll be sending you detailed reports about that down the road.
The governor of Pennsylvania and lieutenant governor both came out in favor of legal recreational cannabis in that state.
Governor Andrew Cuomo (NY-D) announced that he'll be coordinating with other governors to set policies for legal recreational cannabis. He'll be working with the governors of neighboring states to take a regional approach to cannabis. A regional approach increases the chance of adult-use legislation in each state, and it will save companies in the region a lot of hassle when they design and package products. Perhaps, most importantly, they can stop Cuomo's nightmares.
One of those regional partners, New Jersey, now hopes to pass its adult-use legislation this year, after local elections in the state. This is a faster timeline than many had expected, and it makes recreational cannabis an election issue. With over 60% of New Jersey residents favoring cannabis legalization, the voters will have a chance to enact their will.
Massachusetts made news because of its ill-considered ban on legal vape pens. But the very next day, the state's Cannabis Control Commission announced that it will start to allow home delivery of cannabis. The first deliveries should start in a couple of months, but there are some details that still have to be ironed out. It could be that delivery will not only be a benefit for those making the deliveries, but it could speed the application process for new dispensaries - if customers in an area can have cannabis delivered right to their doors, opposition to a local store to collect profits and pay taxes will go down.
Massachusetts is also setting the stage for cannabis lounges. That would put normally-conservative Massachusetts ahead of cannabis trendsetters like Colorado and Washington.
The U.S. is moving toward widespread adult-use legalization of cannabis, but I've never seen so much good news on the regulatory front crammed into just one week.
During a week in which the stocks were down, I thought you'd want to know that the news is positive.

Don't know about y'all but this is fantastic. With the SP down here I just keep on loading waiting for the Explosion that's going to happen.
GO LVVV!
Just look how many Multi-Billion dollar companies started right here in the same spot. Amazon for instance. If you would have bought in at pennies just think where you would be now. YES, there is a risk of losing everything. I get that, but the reward, if you have the intestinal fortitude to go long, could pay off handsomely. My million + shares are long and strong.....
I just need 1 more day at these levels to collect my 1 million.
And LVVV still owns part of it?

MAGA: USA Exports of “Freedom Gas” Skyrocketing
Luke Burgess Photo By Luke Burgess
Written May. 03, 2019
American exports of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Europe are skyrocketing.
And it's creating an incredible opportunity for energy investors to make huge profits.
The European Commission (EC) reported earlier this week that LNG imports from the U.S. have increased by 272% since 2018.
EC data shows record LNG imports coming from the U.S. in March totaling 49 billion cubic feet (Bcf).
That's already a big jump. But it's only just the beginning.
Yesterday, U.S. Energy Secretary Rick Perry signed two export orders that will more than double America's LNG exports to 112 Bcf by next year!
Yes, you read that correctly: The United States will more than double LNG exports to Europe next year!
Starting to see dollar signs yet?
Referring to the liberation of Europe from Nazi occupation, Secretary Perry said to reporters, “The United States is again delivering a form of freedom to the European continent... And rather than in the form of young American soldiers, it’s in the form of liquefied natural gas.”
President Trump’s $2.6 Trillion “Fed-Proof” Plan Could Make You Rich...
President Trump has called the Fed “crazy,” “out of control,” and “loco”... Because despite keeping rates near zero the entire time Obama was in office... and inflation being within just .1% of their target… Under President Trump, the Fed hiked rates not once, not twice... But six times. And with it, ushered in the worst December for investors since the Great Depression.
Now, President Trump will have his revenge...
Click here for the full details.
Freedom Gas
The recent export order is a follow-up to a joint agreement made back in July 2018 between European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker and President Donald Trump. In a joint statement, they said, “The European Union wants to import more liquefied natural gas (LNG) from the United States to diversify its energy supply.”
The United States has been exporting LNG to Europe only for a few years. Right now, the largest importer of American LNG is South Korea, which bought 248 Bcf from the U.S. last year. Other major importers include Mexico and Japan.
But these new orders are very likely just the beginning of more LNG exports to Europe and promise to open up an entirely new (and massive) market for American suppliers.
The latest export orders will double America's LNG exports to Europe to 112 Bcf.
But the European Commission says LNG imports could increase from there to 282 Bcf by 2023!
This $4 Stock Is Disrupting a $1.2 Trillion Industry
In a few short years, every car, truck, plane, train, bus, boat, and drone could be powered by this new technology. And it's all thanks to a breakthrough in the depths of a secret Army research lab in late 2017.
Click here to discover the engineering breakthrough that stands to revolutionize the $1.2 trillion energy industry and the stock primed to net 1,587% gains from it!
Miguel Arias Cañete, European commissioner for Energy and Climate, said, “Energy security is one of the key success stories of our transatlantic cooperation and one where we both have a keen mutual interest. Given our heavy dependence on imports, U.S. liquefied natural gas, if priced competitively, could play an increasing and strategic role in EU gas supply.”
By now I'm sure you see the massive investment potential here. This series of agreements and orders opens up a huge new market of U.S. LNG producers and promises incredible returns for their investors.
The natural gas market is shaping up to be one of the most exciting sectors in the energy field. Just a few weeks ago I wrote to you telling you about Mexico's natural gas crisis and how U.S. producers are planning to help.
The United States was blessed with a wide abundance of natural resources. And natural gas is one the most abundant and important.
The U.S. is home to the world's fourth-largest natural gas resources. And right now, it is also the world's #1 producer of the fossil gas.
Fact is, demand for natural gas is soaring all around the world. Just here in the U.S., natural gas demand hit an all-time record high totaling 31 quadrillion Btu during 2018 — an increase of 10% compared to the previous year.
As we've been urging, take another look at natural gas production stocks you've got in your sold portfolio. It appears to be a great time to open a new natural gas position.
Until next time,

FYI, I know it doesn't mean much in Cali but good for the industry as a whole:

Honestly, and sorry guys, but being this low helps my buying power, which is not that much to start but .02 buys more than .04 and above. I just need a little while longer to get it accomplished. Thanks to all the naysayers I might get it done.
I, for one think the numbers are in line with where they are at this stage of the game. I do not look for astronomical revenues in Q-1 and maybe not in Q-2. There are still a lot of build-out and outlay that has to occur before we really turn the corner to pure profitability. You have to have the facilities in place before the real returns begin to happen then you want to see a good company continue to grow as they age. It's a matter of time. Rome was not built over night......
Texas NORML
April 02, 2019
Today was a busy day at the Capitol! There were hearings on industrial hemp, decriminalization of marijuana possession and a joint resolution that would allow Texans to vote on legalizing the adult use of cannabis. Here is an overview for you.
Please support our priority legislation that would remove all criminal consequences for possession of small amounts.
Industrial Hemp Hearing
From the dais, the Chair said that all testimony was in support or neutral on the hemp bills scheduled for hearing. Testimony from specialists, farmers, Republicans business interests and Texas farmers who left the state to pursue hemp and want to come home to grow this agricultural commodity. It is imperative that the Texas legislature passes hemp regulation so that we can control our program as opposed to being under federal regulation.
Decriminalization Hearing
Chief Hunter of the Texas Police Chiefs Association (TPCA) registered as neutral on HB 335 as they support a bill that changes the charge from a B to a C criminal penalty but did mention many concerns that they had. This is a first as they have previously opposed these measures. Watch TCPA’s press conference from last week. Many Texans showed up to support changing the harsh penalties we currently live under, including the Chair for the Texas GOP.
Legalization Hearing
Texas NORML’s Executive Director was at the Capitol today to refute some of the common misconceptions and distortions we hear from those that misunderstand this issue. Read the testimony on HJR 108. It is important that Texans have a fact based dialog surrounding this complicated topic and understand why law enforcement is invested in maintaining that status quo.
Please support our work at the Capitol today!
We have a lot of more work ahead, let us have the endurance to complete this session strong!

Marijuana policy should be evidence based. Dispel the myths with the NORML Fact Sheets.
Listen, both sides are correct, except samIam, they are doing it right. Slow and steady from the ground up. You don't build a great company overnight (look at Apple Computer), it took several years to realize a sustainable outlet for the product. LVVV is pushing through and are doing exactly what they promised. Dealing with the government, California and the Fed, takes time. Yes, now we need to produce but not at the risk of throwing the product into the market when it's not ready. That could kill a good company quickly. Just my 2 cents. GLT ALL
