~HOT~ Received call from PV w/updated O/S #s.
Phillip swears up & down that there has been no change in the issued and outstanding common share count following the last reverse split on December 27, 2010 whatsoever!!!!!
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ APRIL FOOLS ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
I must have been out of my mind to think it would take until April 1rst for the PPS to drop down into the triple zero range. Dang, as whats seemingly indicated we will close at 1/2 of that today April 1....from my guess of just breaking below .001 all the way down to .0005.
You are correct Sir, my bad. Thanks
Failure to file on time with the SEC results in an "E" not a "D".
What’s the answer to the original question....Will NWMT file in time not to get another letter attached to their ticker...?
Does Pink Sheets even require another letter... "E"?
Does Pink Sheets require timely filings to even remain listed?
Onward Thru the Fog!
LOL!!!
I like Pork!
Does Japan like pork? Is Japan’s pork industry in jeopardy and needing Pork Support?
[Suppressed Sound Link]
ROFLMAO!!!
You guys crack me up.
Separately I think I’ve forgotten something but can’t recall for sure if I ever knew it or not so therefor not sure if I forgot it so here goes….do Pink Sheet listed companies get a “D” attached to the end of their stock symbol when they are late filing SEC reports? I recall Newmarket Technologies wearing a “D” for failing to file on time in the past yet don’t recall if that was prior to them being booted over onto the Pinks?
If so, will they once again get another “D” attached for being late filing the currently pending 10-K report? I’m curious what the current issued and outstanding common share count is so looking forward to seeing that report.
(Great news about your Brother-in-law, Herbie! Thanks for letting us know. You start rebuilding the barn you lost during the quake yet?)
Naw, nothing new…still whining over past losses.
As you will recall we use to be able to post up to 25 indicators within one chart. What does that work out to now at 3 indicators per chart… over 8 separate charts to be view separately? I’ll stop bitching now, probably :o)
Regarding Bigcharts, is it that your original ibox picture link default changed on you or that the “interactive chart” options itself changed? ....bigchart/AKAM
Oops, meant MTW..“cranes”..not WFT in prior post
:o)... Clay
My chart templates were damaged ;o(
I‘m cut off at the knees…. no longer a team of multiple mini-weeee indicators arguing amongst one another in unity. I haven’t taken the time to try and rebuilding the chaos in what might hopefully end up to be rational?
How much of what TRID actually produces is/was duplicate produced inside of Japan…competition inside of Japan? Sorry, I should know enough about TRID by now to know the answer to that. Yahoo designates the following as TRID “competitors”…. http://finance.yahoo.com/q/co?s=TRID+Competitors
Is TRID’s SEC nose "clean"? Is TRID’s flag flying …“Don’t TRID On Me”!....No, wait a minute, is TRID’s flag flying ”Do TRID On Me”! Again, I don’t know the answer to either?
I found your mention of not breaking below the bottom B-20 bollie both interesting and insightful.
(Sorry I didn’t respond in a more timely manner. Not that my doing so would have been more productive. I’m currently spread a bit thin. My hope is that the “market” answered your concerns and that TRID’s bottom has been found? I’m thinking your public reference to TRID’s all time low of .76 Dec 2002 …. #msg-61209082… will remain historical, I don’t guess TRID will revisit that number…only my humble opinion though).
GSI is responding favorably
and as we touched on, WFT could ultimately realize support as a result of this nightmare that Japan is going through. I thought that the Chinese based dairy related product producer distributor ADY (use to be American Dairy changed name to Feihe International, Inc. later part of last year) might see some positive energy yet nothing so far.
I agree with you…what Japan is being put through is awful and heartbreaking. In fact, I simply can’t wrap my head around it, all so much more than I am capable of comprehending.
Excellent!!!
Hopefully just some weekend tweeking/maintenance as you suggest.
Wishing you a good week!
Congratulations Clay, You win 1rst Prize…000# Contest
As the winner You may excitedly anticipate to be contacted directly by Philip Verges to arrange for a two family get together at a 5-star steak and lobster dinning experience of your choice along with being personally updated and discussing any questions you may have regarding the most current real time issued and outstanding common share numbers directly with Philip Verges himslef.
I suggest that the two of you have the discussion well before eating anything, well before the dining experience lest you regurgitate all that fine food right there in public at the 5-star dinner.
(You and Herbie have been cracking me up laughing…LOL!!!)
???…Am I going to need a “Luna” siggy-pic?

....NWMT....I’m thinking the pps will triple “0” right of the decimal either tomorrow or on Clay’s pick…Tuesday March 15th. Clay might actually end up with "bragging rights" :o).
Interesting, thanks for sharing...does look to be 2005?
If I’m interpreting this correctly it doesn’t seem super favorable for MTW…if Kobelco is under contract by MTW to manufacture equipment that they will then market under their MTW brand in that part of the world would not the locals rather do business directly with the locals, larger percentage wise? Yet then again by doing business with MTW the locals are doing business with the locals…hummm? Given their history and experience in that part of the world MTW should certainly be in a position to help Japan out to some degree?
“The agreement covers a range of Kobelco-manufactured cranes under 110 metric tons” … wonder what percent of cranes are rated under the 110 metric tons, (110 x 2204.64lb = 242,508 lbs.?
MTW connection began in 2003? …. http://www.kobelco-cranes.com/southeast-asia/company/history.html
Looks like MTW has a red dot mapped in Japan although I’ve not been successful zeroing in on the map provided to confirm it…. http://www.manitowoc.com/en/OurCompany/InteractiveMap.cfm . Wonder if that’s Kobelco’s location? Strange no foreign international addresses are provided on MTW’s home site?
Dang you were up late last night!
The NWMT .000# PPS Contest
Herbie couldn’t have been any closer? "Herbie's pick ....Friday, March 11th"
I find 14,942,000 shares traded (sold) at .001 yesterday…Friday 3/11/2001.
I’m thinking both Herbie & claymolly…claymolly who’s contest game pick was for NWMT’s PPS to drop to triple zeros….000# by 3/15/2011, will split the Contest Winnings down the middle...both smart and both winners!
Heck, I didn’t think NWMT would hit triple zeros …000# until April 1rst. No doubt I lost! PV took NWMT down faster than I thought he could .
Can MTW help Japan rebuild?
Are they going to need any Cranes over there?
Oops, I’m embarrassed by my prior #1029 post…
the DRYS yellow-sticky chart was/is… #msg-59193937.
And my embarrassment grows…. I should have taken an extra few minutes to play more directly with Stockcharts before suggesting confusion why the templates are different between the charts mentioned.
Turns out clicking the “Range” drop down arrow and then clicking any of the available options other than auto “Fill the Chart” changes the format over into ...yr=#, mn=#, dy=#. But then You already knew that …silly me, lol!
Regarding your previous mention of “bigcharts”, I don’t know? What are you seeing that’s changed, what's different now?
AKAM Pinching…You know Me... :o)
I’m wanting to see the double stacked ADX(7)s separating…
Looks the quicker PPO(6,13,9) has grown green while the quicker double-stacked ADX(7)s have yet to show separation yet? Well, at least not on the "daily". Perhaps others are seeing something different on a much quicker intra-day chart? I KISimply like to see the “daily” double-stacked ADX(7)s start to separate :o). Seems to be looking close to making a move though, huh?
hOwEvEr!! Is the Full-Sto making a move up off the standard PPO(12,26,9)?
Hummm, OK I'll bite ...“chart-wise” I’m thinking AKAM is wanting to bottom.

Chart stuff …
Hey J, have you signed up yet and if so what are your thoughts?
Humm...What appears to me, not being signed up yet...to be consistent with the two other chart template setups I’m seeing as long as one stays stock symbol specific to the original chart post one can make changes to the time increments and to the duration, although, I'm finding one of the two much easier for increments than for "durations".
I’ll take the leisure of identifying the two charts off yellow stickies from DRYS #msg-58803932 (also CaptWhizbang’s charts #msg-60548615 same template as DRYS)… the easier template/s… and then TRID #msg-58803932 which I find much more confusing for duration.
When it comes to time increments both templates are alike …… sc/sc?s=SYMBOL&p=D . The letter &/or number following “p=” determines the increments… "D" for daily. "W" for a weekly, "M" for monthly or, 60, 30, 15, 10, 5, etc for intra-day increments. Again, as long as the chart remains "symbol-specific-from-the original-poster" one can make these time increment changes.
Then things change between the two….(Duration indicators and/or at least what I’ve found that does have an impact on the duration in bold) ….
stockcharts.com/c-sc/sc?s=DRYS&p=D&yr=0&mn=9&dy=15&i=p18314929148&a=222266764&r=3402
stockcharts.com/c-sc/sc?s=TRID&p=D&b=5&g=0&i=p75642585638&a=196193122&r=7035
The DRYS Chart template is KIS…yr for year, mn for month, and dy for day/s. Above DRYS clearly shows a duration of 9 months and 15 days.
The TRID chart template’s b= and g= both impact the duration but in ways I find confusing. The lower the # the longer the durations…ie, a “2” results in a much longer chart than a “20”, and, I’ve yet to figure out how the b= and the g= interact with one another? And, changes in increments “p=” directly effects the b= and g= duration/s. ?
In my lazy K.I.S.S. world I wish You to find Your stock symbol specific charts just the way You like them in the format found in the DRYS and CPST charts…your color, your MAs, just the way you want in that format that is easier to interact with should you wish to.

Enjoy the Ride! .... :o)
?..What’s the thoughts about the recent chart alterations to the ancient historical …
[ chart ]stockcharts.com/c-sc/sc?chart=intc,uu[w,a]dhcly[db][pb2!b5!d20,2][iut!uo8!ub5!ua5,15,10!uv8!lk9!ll5!lc15!up5,5][j20444984,y]&r=3555[ /chart ] … now defaulting to only show the first three of each.. in order listed. Only the first three in the Chart and first three Indicators?
Scov... :O(
Hummm…StockChart.com subscribers can see the charts from iHub?
One subscribing to iHub can not see the StockChart.com chart in its entirety yet those that do not subscribe to iHub can see the charts as long as they subscribe to StockCharts.com? Or, must subscribe to both iHub and StockCharts.com?
Over my head either way... not a clue how StockCharts.com can know what personal ID info is given and logged into iHub while by chance looking at one of their charts, from another message board and/or vice versa?
In any event, I believe you will enjoy what’s ahead, enjoy learning more about the wonderful options available to subscribers over on StockCharts.com. Hey, J….You’re going to become a “Chart Annotator”…. :o)
Only other option I can come up with is multiple charts with different “wees” and indicators to collectively makeup for what was lost. Maybe smaller side-by-side charts, etc. Not a wonderful solution.
I would so like to know what events led to their decision to kill/default that old ancient template. So Suxs! So many of the old charts posted … like kgoodrich’s historical standard … [ chart]stockcharts.com/c-sc/sc?chart=intc,uu[w,a]dhcly[db][pb2!b5!d20,2][iut!uo8!ub5!ua5,15,10!uv8!lk9!ll5!lc15!up5,5][j20444984,y]&r=3555[ /chart] … has bit the dust.
….post seems almost O/T for a board titled ….Keep It Simple….wish the old charts were left KIS... :o)
(I was extremely pissed-off yesterday. Needed to cool down a bit before responding. It’s all good. I like StockCharts.com and iHub and wish both the best...nothings changed)
Very sad event! I’ve always worried that this day might come?
Wonder what particular activity/event resulted in StockCharts.com’s decision to effect this change to these much older templates? After all this time for them to go all the way back and default that ancient setup?
In any event, looks like the “default” is set to 3 signals/activities and or 3 “!” in both the chart and indicator sections. Looks like “U”pper and “L”ower still function in the Indicator section but again, only 3.
I noticed that the full quote “T” takes one of the 3. For example, if you [iut!ue!ul!up!] you end up with a full quote on top along with your PPO/ADX on top but if you drop “T” and [iue!ul!up!] you end up with the smaller lesser quote field and pick up the next indicator… PPO, ADX, and StochRSI. (Note: [iue!ul!lp!] would have placed the StochRSI below the chart. I lean towards loss of the larger quote display in favor of a 3rd indicator
Anyway, looks to me that the default is based on 3 “!” be em in the Chart section or the Indictor section…the first 3 in the order in which they are entered… [pb14!b5!d!] will apply MA14, MA5, BB to the chart, etc.
Very disappointing!!
What are you seeing? You picking up anything I’ve failed to catch?
...(sorry it took so long to respond)
J
I don't want to resopond to that right now.
Good to see the Authorized Shares reduced.
Looks like a 1/10 of the O/S and only a 1/2 of the A/S but hey, even if not an equal proportionate ratio at least imho they made the positive gesture and did in fact go the extra mile to lower the overall potential A/S dilution ceiling somewhat. Suggests to me that serious major dilution is not their number one goal!
