Hope it works out this time. This could go viral with the right marketing strategy and 1700 shareholders is a good start
Rlh good question
Can you name anything he has accomplished for the company in those 15 years? What impact do you think he will have now as a "spokesperson "?
Rlh
Yes, tech looks interesting but it was launched on google play in February and hasn't done anything for the stock. Empath is also a good product and hasn't helped. Why do you think it will be different this time? Not being negative, have been a shareholder a very very long time
I got you beat by a year.
For I am lord of the idiots
Rlh Things are looking up?

About VERTICAL COMPUTER SYSTEMS, INC.
Vertical Computer Systems, Inc. (VCSY) is a multinational provider of administrative software, Internet core technologies, and derivative software application products through its distribution network. VCSY's main administrative software product is emPath 6.3, which is developed and distributed by NOW Solutions, Inc., the Company's subsidiary. VCSY's primary Internet core technologies include SiteFlash, ResponseFlash, NewsFlash, and the Emily XML Scripting Language, which can be used to build web services. Information on VCSY and its products can be obtained on the World Wide Web at www.vcsy.com.
About ResponseFlash(TM)
ResponseFlash(TM) provides a unique solution through its "massive affiliation" technology for supporting hundreds of Web sites that may have complex relationships with each other. The ResponseFlash(TM) architecture is based on VCSY's underpinning SiteFlash(TM) patent-pending proprietary web technology, which is a dynamic Web-based content management system that separates form, function, and content. A typical ResponseFlash(TM) installation will create a main portal site for emergency services and multiple departmental Web sites for related agencies, such as local fire, police, health care and other entities. Each agency or department using the system can have complete control of its own Web site content, as well as discussion forums, user security profiles, event calendars, look and feel, and structure without being forced to purchase or maintain its own applications for these functions. At the same time, the main portal can retain the ability to "flash" emergency content updates to each departmental site as necessary, depending on its relationship with each agency. Individual agencies and departments can also share content and design templates among themselves.

Vertical Computer Systems, Inc. Is Granted a Patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office for the 'Transmission of Images over a Single Filament Fiber Optic Cable'
FORT WORTH, Texas, April 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Vertical Computer Systems, Inc. (OTC: VCSY - News) announced today that the United States Patent and Trademark Office granted a patent (No. 6,718,103) for an invention for "Transmission of Images over a Single Filament Fiber Optic Cable" on April 6, 2004. In essence, the patent provides for the transmission of real time whole images over one single filament of fiber optic cable. The process is optical and does not necessarily require electricity. This system makes use of non- linear math and has the potential of increasing the capacity of existing fiber optics by many orders of magnitude, as well as the transmission of true live images in real time with only the use of optical devices. Today, only digital video can be transmitted over a fiber optics bundle and the final result does not achieve movie-grade quality.
Richard Wade, the President and CEO of Vertical Computer Systems, Inc. commented, "Vertical Computer Systems is fortunate to have been granted this patent. This patent has the potential to dramatically increase fiber optics capacity and achieve transmission of true images over a single filament of fiber optics. We believe this patented technology will create new revenue opportunities for us. Vertical is looking forward to licensing this breakthrough technology."
"This is very exciting," said Aluizio Cruz, the inventor and a consultant to Vertical Computer Systems Inc. "We're specially proud of having been granted all 46 claims of our patent application, without the need for any narrowing amendments. We are filing related applications because we believe there are more claims to be issued for this invention."

The VCSY technologies are revolutionary and Now Solutions has a great product. This year could be very interesting. IMO.
Re-listed on OTCBB, but Cornell Capital is having a negative effect on this stock, IMO. They do the death spiral convertible debenture thing and manipulate the price until they bleed what they want out of the companies they "fund". And this is one of them.
I challenge anyone here to name any clinical stage compound in the drug development universe that has the incredible potential and safety profile of Panzem NCD. The broad reaching indications from cancer, to inflammation, to Alzheimers's could be monumental. But then again, I'm partial; I'm a significant shareholder. However, I'm "in the industry" and I have the opportunity to see what going on in drug development in a broad range of companies, and I firmly believe that ENMD is highly undervalued and generally undiscovered. In this time of patent expirations and horrible safety issues with the "big boys", ENMD is poised for...Well, I guess we will see.
Norm or others, what is due by the 15th? I own VCSY.pk and it was recently suspended from trading for ten days in December. It came back trading on the "greys". Management is working hard with their auditors and SEC to rectify the situation and get current with their filings, but now I'm concerned about the 15th.
Thanks. They do seem committed to getting listed on a better exchange, which should help. That coupled with a reveune producing licensing deal would really help.
Any VCSY investors out there? The company is starting to show signs of life. Perhaps some life on this board would be nice to discuss VCSY.
I'm considering a significant investment in BIPH's common stock. In the $50,000 - $75,000 range. I've done my DD, know the industry well (work in it), talked to the company and I believe there is a teremendous amount of potential here. I've heard and read the positive, now I'm looking for a negative to get the whole picture. Any thoughts from any longs?
