A filling was made with the sec of state of Colorado to reduce the A/S to 12.5B, don't know when it will take effect though
A R/S is not going to happen
This has nothing to do with DNA Brands
so how can you say it's a share selling scam?
But did you notice that not 1 new share as sold in the 3 months from March to June
Not much of a share selling scheme

DNAX no longer has any presence at this address
Level 2 is only @ 90M, down from 300M after hours yesterday
All the MM's on level 2 are under 100M, first time for that in almost a year.
362M on level 2, it is also staying down from 600M. Even with the volume being up

BlockStrain Opens For Trading As $DNAX:TSX-V. BLOCKStrain Technology Corp. (TSX-V: DNAX) has developed the first integrated blockchain platform that registers and tracks intellectual property for the cannabis industry.
Also, the Company will immediately file for an OTCQB listing to open the shares up to better access for US investors
Can they do that on the Canadian Stock Exchange?
How could Adrian possibly fool the OTC markets into believing this when his name is not on any of the releases?
The releases from the past day were supplied to the OTC by Blockstrain Technologies.
This was in the Uptick Newswire “Stock Day” Interviews DNA Brands Inc. CEO on TokenTalk and the Potential in the Blockchain Industry Press Release | 01/08/2018
CEO Adrian McKenzie concludes the interview with a final statement, “Last week I was in Montreal and I was interviewing some very large international firms and once we bring the international firm on that I’ve been looking at the Company is going to do very well.”
Could Scorpion be the company he was discussing? Scorpion was faltering, and was halted for some reason. Maybe Adrian only supplied a way out of their dilemma, by joining up with an U.S. holding company

Possibly DNA brands?
If this is a Canadian company, why would they mention the SEC in their forward looking statements
The SEC does not govern Canadian stocks if they have no connection to a U.S. stock
https://web.tmxmoney.com/article.php?newsid=8563222848473916&qm_symbol=DNAX
This release contains forward-looking statements within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. All forward-looking statements are inherently uncertain as they are based on current expectations and assumptions concerning future events or future performance of the company. Readers are cautioned not to place undue reliance on these forward-looking statements, which are only predictions and speak only as of the date hereof. In evaluating such statements, prospective investors should review carefully various risks and uncertainties identified in this release and matters set in the company's SEC filings. These risks and uncertainties could cause the company's actual results to differ materially from those indicated in the forward-looking statements.
Why would a Canadian company need to file with the SEC?
Can the Canadian Exchange and the American exchange have identical stock symbols?

Do your DD, and anwer my question
I need a name
500M 1s, 13M vol, a long walk
DNAX was a failed company before Adrian took over.
I believe he is turning it around as we speak.
Give me another
Fact,
I can't because I don't know what other companies he was involved in. He hasn't made it public
He said he was a turn around specialist, not that he actually did.
If you can tell me the names of the companies that failed under Adrian, I will look into it.
Obviously untrue because I know it's not
ED,
I thought you were smarter than that.
I understand the intricacies of business very well.
Adrian tells me nothing beyond what has been published. I have said to no one "Buy this stock", whereas you say "get out while you can", that is up to each individual. I rely on facts, and the fact is Adrian is a business man who owns DNAX, he can change his mind about the direction he wants his company to go in. If plan A doesn't work, let's go with plan B, or plan C, or plan X, if needed. And no amount of crying on your or my part will do any good. We have absolutely no say in the matter
We are just along for the ride, If you don't like our destination, get off the bus and find a new direction. I happen to like where we are going.
You cannot change my mind or any other on the bus who want to go with Adrian, so find your new direction, and pursue it.

Pink Limited Information
Warning! This company has posted limited financial disclosure through the OTC Disclosure & News Service or is late in their filing obligations with the SEC.
All the SOS does is say he can do it
When you file to get a building permit, you don't get it right away, you have to wait for the permit to pass inspection. Adrian has to wait for the permit to clear before he can do it.
If he doesn't do it for 6 months, it is still valid.
It's not fact until he reports it as such
I agree the forms he filed are correct, and they will become fact soon enough
I do not agree with the scam part of you statement
Put 'I suspect' in your future posts and I will not say anything about them
I base my opinions on published facts
But in you previous posts, you don't say 'I suspect', you say 'I know'
Put 'I suspect' in your future posts and I will not say anything about them

Realistically, he can use any address he is associated with, even a P.O. box as a corporate address.

The Company was formed in the state of Colorado with the filing of Articles of Incorporation on May 23, 2007 with the name of Famous Products, Inc. At formation, the principal operations of the Company were as a full service, brand-marketing organization whose activities are centered around its client's products, principally in the liquor industry. Brand marketing builds the value of the brand by connecting it with target audiences to achieve strategic marketing objectives. It was comprised of one corporation with a wholly-owned subsidiary, Fancy Face Promotions, Inc., a Colorado corporation. All of our operations are conducted through this subsidiary. Its marketing efforts were organized into four operating segments, composed of promotional products and marketing services. The marketing services segment includes promotion marketing, brand strategy and identity, presence marketing and consumer event marketing. Each one of the segments has similar products and services, production processes, types of clients, distribution methods and regulatory environments. On January 22, 2008, the Company filed a registration statement on Form SB-21 reporting $26,648 in assets which however consisted mostly of cash, $24,170. The company’s operations however consisted mostly of providing services out of one principal location in the downtown Denver metropolitan area. These operations continued until July 7, 2010 when the Company changed to its current name, DNA Brands, Inc. Through to this name change event, though it was never profitable, the Company was current in its filings requirements with the SEC reporting on its assets and operations in its fiscal year reports for 2007, 2008 and 2009 (it has a fiscal year end date of Oct. 31). For its period ending Oct. 31, 2007, it reported losses of $47,850 from its operations2. For its fiscal year ending Oct. 31, 2008, it reported total revenues of $35,825 but reported a net loss of $18,4883. For its fiscal year ending Oct. 31, 2009, it reported total revenues of $6,214 and had operating expenses of $33,3614.
On July 6, 2010, the Company changed its business plan acquiring Grass Roots Beverage Company, Inc. and all of the remaining assets, liabilities and contract rights of DNA Beverage Corporation5, and the Company amended its name to DNA Brands, Inc. on July 7, 2010.
The Company’s operations changed to producing, marketing and selling a proprietary line of three carbonated blends of DNA Energy Drinks®, as well as a line of meat snacks made up of two beef jerky flavors and three flavors of beef sticks. The Company maintained inventory and generated sales as its significant business activity reporting inventory of $228,639 and sales of $287,459 in its first quarterly filing after the change in its business plan – period ending July 31, 20106. While its sales steadily declined through 2014 the Company maintained the same level of inventory throughout that 4-year period reporting inventory of $271,725 and sales of $48,073 for the period ending March 31, 2014 – its last SEC filing before it de-registered and became a voluntary filer under the alternative reporting standard.

The Company’s principal – and significant – asset consists of the intellectual property of the proprietary formula for its energy drinks, assets that the Company still owns and has continuously owned since July 7, 2010. The amounts the Company reported as paid in capital of $23 million USD was almost all paid towards research and development of its proprietary energy drink. Its formulas have won multiple awards at the World Beverage Competition. Thus these formulas comprise significant assets for the Company that alone make the Company not a shell. The Company has had multiple offers to buy its formulas, which it has refused because of its plans to ramp up production and marketing. The Company is currently entertaining an offer to joint venture in the sponsorship of e-sports, or gaming.
The Company has 4 employees and maintains a contract with its beverage science company, Park Side Beverage7. These activities are listed in administrative expenses on its annual report.
