this is a bio for Hill.

Excellent! Only two of the top five FFB apps have video, and they seem to be a little buggy according to reviews. Could this be STTKs niche?
It's like anything else, better tools have a higher price. People pay that price for that advantage.
Market Cap = PPS x OS
LOL! No kidding! Has everyone taken their Lithium today?
The only way this could be voted down is if the directors split their votes. Any scenario where that would happen?
NP! Not sure if this is a real drop in OS. It would be a real shot of adrenaline for me if I knew they were buying back shares. Also, it would fit Admirals theory about CEO Driving PPS down to buy back. Somebody bought 190m shares today, wouldn't it be great if it were the company/ principles!
E Trade shows a drop in OS, how else would this occur? Just askin...
A purchase on Jan 23rd for 61.88M is almost a perfect fit for the change in OS. HMMMM????
Was there a buy back by the company recently? OS has dropped back to 778M from 839.6M on E Trade.
Didn't they handle the release of the android app upgrade in a similar fashion? Ran it for a couple of days before the announcement?
How many shares?
Thats where the real money is. Auto makers are much better suited to take on risk than farmers. Where as the Hydrogen generator could provide a near term gain if it is picked up by a manufacturer, the growing system, if proven to be benificial, would probably assimilate into its market at a much slower pace.
What I'm seeing is a company that has the potential to continue growings for the long term. Not just quarters, but years.
JMO-GNPG
160mm on the bid
16mm on the ask
Even after a flood of discouraging news a lot of shares seem to be held tight, must be something to that. My gut feeling is to hold.
I'm siding with the lemmings on this one. With just .0001 possible left on the downside, that cliff is pretty small!
JMO
I agree,
I would not take advice from somebody who spends the majority of their day rolling on the floor laughing!
Still more than 500,000 on the bid!
GO STTK
WOW HUGE VOLUME!
Yea, this is a case where no news is bad news. Although there is still $10K sitting on the bid not filling.
Go STTK
That's right, that's figured as net capital gain/ loss. 3 thousand in net capital loss per year if you file single, can be claimed against your other income. If you end up with more than 3 k, You can carry excess losses over to the next year. Btw, another consideration when choosing lots to sell is whether they are short term( owned less than one year and taxed very high) or long term capital gains.
On etrade, go to accounts/statements/tax records and you will end up on a page that you can search by date range. This is the info Turbo Tax mines, like Duffy said.
Also, pay attention to your settings for sells. Securities lots that you have purchased over time, DRIPS etc, all have different purchase prices. I usually choose to sell highest price lots first to maximize the write off.
Hold em if you got em!
Anyone who wants to bail could, tens of millions left on the bid again today and less than 30 mil on the ask on L2. Seems that 92% of the OS IS NOT FOR SALE
Fer Shizzle! I've got my red Solo cup ready to go!
I remember it well. I was hoping for a sustained run at that time, but the bad news just rained down. ( increased AS and the flat quarterly report). My hopes for multiple pennies here has thinned out, but I still believe there is value here. A PR would be benificial to all.

EPS (Trailing 12 mo.) × Earnings Per ShareHow much profit a company has made per share within a given period. EPS is a fairly arbitrary number by itself, because the company can control the number of shares outstanding through splits and buybacks. But comparing a company's most recent EPS to its EPS in previous years and quarters (adjusted for any splits) is one of the most common ways of telling how fast the company's profits are growing.

I'll take a bite
If there is a bright side......They were operating at a loss of about $20,000 per week last quarter. Sounds like a lot, but in reality it is the cost of a handful of ad contracts. With all of the new advertisers that came on board in December, they should be operating in the black now.
I hope you are right...
I just hope he is SMART and greedy! A profitable company with a solid share structure can borrow money at favorable rates and terms, facilitating the acquisitions and product development agenda that he seems to aspire to. I do believe they are on the cusp of that, and that would pay off much better for Hill than selling cheap shares day to day. I'm hoping for the best.
I'm not unrealistic about the risk here. I know this may not pay off, so I also have a Mega Millions ticket for a solid plan B. LOL
Guess thats all she wrote?
a viable/ proven product with a growing list of top notch advertisers. It's all very easy to prove that the business is NOT a scam. However, that does not mean investors could be treated unfairly by management. If Hill is a man of his word, we may do very well. If he does take advantage, I still think there is value here. I don't see it going down the drain any time soon.
I believe you are right. Just too much nonsense the last week or so to be a coincidence.
Agree!
$40.00 worth of red rustoleum! Some good news will make all the difference.
An operator??!!
Too funny!
Immediately following the 1/1200 split on 3/7/2013, until early April of that year, it traded right around $1.00. After April 2003 it fell quickly to low pennys.
Excerpt from an interview with Ed Lonergan from last October. If they are still on track to begin placing these units in consumers hands early this year we may finally see some action here.
GLTA
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------“We are eager to see these diesel engine test results,” added Lonergan. “Our hydrogen generator is designed to work on all engines, gasoline or diesel fueled. We anticipate diesel test results that will equal or exceed last month’s gasoline engine test results. We have already begun assembly of generator prototype production models. We know we’re onto something big here and expect to begin generator sales in early 2015.”

Is there an action required date on the reinstatement filed last march? IE re-file or fee payment due date?
Same here. The information cuts off at the point where they failed to meet thier loan obligation last summer. No follow up from there.
The phone number in Raleigh is still going to an answering machine, but the website is non op.
I guess at this point am am just going to sit on my shares until there is news. My only hope would be Chap 11 filing, and hope they emerge from that.
