I still believe there is Very valuable “digable and gettable” mineral assets here, but with that being said if New Management just continues down the same rabbit hole as the last group did with almost zero communication other than required filings the word toast comes to mind.
They have a REAL GOOD OPPORTUNITY to change some Very tired OTC investors minds with some real good old up front Honest Communication. The sad thing is that 30 to 40 years ago things were very different with company CEO’S they communicated, and go figure the PC and social media was pretty much a dream.
Volume before price is alway a good sign!!
I believe the new management has a Great opportunity to start out new with a clean slate with little to no real baggage, but it starts with common sense communication. My gut says they will knock it out of the park, but my gut is getting a little older, LOL.
That is Exactly what I believe. Plus my little intuition feels that the New Management was probably behind the scenes a lot longer than we knew of.
This definitely is a good start due to the fact that just those two little letters put uncontrollable chills in every investor whether it is needed or not, LOL
In reading the OTC Disclosure Statement dated 8/9/22 I am excited to see that at least they are Not anticipating any stock split. Naturally that can change down the road but for now that is a major move forward in My book!!
Well structured communication in my book is Everything for a new management team. EVERYTHING.
I agree a month is a enough time to give Even a soft update via different communication outlets. New Official fillings may and can take longer which is fine in my view, but Not for new vision updates!!
I only supported Perry because I believed in their mineral assets and the ability to utilize them in new ways and I still do. For Me if the needed updates and fillings go in a different direction then I will probably flip to the dark side, LOL.
Kraken or no Kraken, we need general plan and vision communication even if it is just thru social media, we know filings take time and work but other forms of “reaching out” would do wonders for long term investors!!!
I personally believe news is coming Soon. Totally hope it is no Razzel Dazzle Pie in the Sky type, which will only bring in the “Pumper brigade and the one tick wonders hoping to cash in and buy their 2 cans of Diet Coke and leave.
If the New Management is straight forward and asset based with their News and filing disclosures we can stair step up and Management can build much needed trust which is seldom seen in the OTC.

If I was consulting the new management which I am not, LOL. First thing would be to be “Up Front” and “100% honest” with their shareholders which would have a Long Term positive effect in this major non trusting OTC frontier.
A lot of things can be communicated to shareholders via social media and still be in the “safe harbor” even if they are not ready for official filings. “Fluff” will destroy but an honest asset based game plan will help blow the socks off this.

Again we are in the time warp pinky land where your 80% figure is totally normal and even excepted. If and only if our new management can stay 100% focused on how to extract or JV their potentially life changing assets we can then break this crazy environment.

For Me time is irrelevant here because it will never be fast enough here in the “pinkies” because trust is so rare.
I couldn’t care less about a few tick swing here or there because it will only bring in the well oiled “pumper brigade” and then the crash.
All I care about is that the new management stays LASER FOCUSED on their current assets with a “Well Thought Out Plan” to tap into these much needed minerals, then and only then is when we are truly off to the races. Appeasing Fluff news will only send me on a long hike, LOL.

I believe you are spot on about the Magnesium. Perry was pretty darn certain about that extremely valuable asset “hiding”in their property. If our new management really hits the ground running your thought of .30 seems less of a fantasy every day!!!!
Agreed. What has kept me here for the last two years is the incredible foundation that has been developed here where a lot of pinkies could only dream of. If the New management stays focused on the present mining asset’s the term mining behemoth might be truly fitting!!!

Funny you bring up Tesla the electric car maker who needs specific minerals for batteries, now look at the assay reports. One never knows who is around the corner.
I guess your due diligence is different than mine. Covid effected a lot of that time frame, due to office closures, staff reductions, ect. It can take 3-5 years in most countries to get a mining permit, and I believe they have done ALL their part in getting it!!!
I think Perry did a great job getting everything set up and was able to prove without a shadow of a doubt the incredible resources they have, now it’s time for new energy to knock it out of the park!!!
For Me, Putting out price predictions in the “pinkies” is foolish 101. All I know is that making phone calls, writing emails, and reading just about every report out has made me feel Extremely Excited about North Bay especially when you throw in the new management which for me is a game changer!!

NBRI is anything BUT a shell. Their REAL company owned asset’s in my opinion is better than 90% of the companies on the OTC.

I just checked their website for the first time in awhile and it now shows under Management Robert Reynolds, President and CEO. Looks to be Less grass under their feet daily. I will be reaching out to them and My Gut says there is a 90% chance they will listen!!!
