trueblue, you have it pretty close there. At $1 / share that would give a market cap of way over 1 billion$. Sales altho climbing would not support such a large market cap. My take on it is a slow but steady climb to 5¢ as we approach next year. It's far more reasonable.
And one last thing, someone wanted me to mention that the former shell company before being merged into by this company did do a name change and a reverse split. It's no big deal as it reflects nothing on ETIM or current management as they weren't even in the picture back then. It's really a non event but someone found it and thought I should mention it to the investors here in case anyone was interested. FWIW

Hello all, interesting concept, a military board. It seems no matter where we go if we meet another vet, there is comraderie. It is a good thing. Unless one did their time he(she) would never understand it. My step daughter is active army right now. She been in 4 years and just returned from her ist Iraq tour. She's MI. I used to kid her when she was going in that military intelligence is an oxymoron. Can't do that anymore LOL. I did almost 9 years active and got out when there was no more RVN. Peacetime army was not my thing. You have my boardmark and looking forward to some stories. One of my favorites- we were in the Mekong delta clearing strips of land(that's a whole nother story) for search and destroys. It was monsoon season and we'd return to our small base to find they couldn't get in any food or water, but never fear the beer pallet showed up like clockwork or they knew they were in trouble. So we'd have to move base every 2-3 days as we moved on. Had to police up the beer cans because charles would get them and use them against us. So we would pick up all the cans and put them in a pile and just leave. All we ever did was gather them for charlie so he wouldn't have to work too hard to get them himself. It was a real trip, the whole deal.

baseball season opening and the press for the baseball urns is enormous. Go to google and use the search terms: baseball urn. You will be amazed at what comes up that you've never even heard of before.

this recent PR is really right on the money. The question is, can they survive against better capitalized competitors?
http://www.voipdeals.org/20060713/snail-tv-has-weakest-ratings-week-ever-while-internet-tv-grows-say...
howdy, is it a coincidence that that pr came out on Mar 21, beings that between mar 19 and Mar 22 over 87 million shares were added to the OS? Does that smell of anything to you? Just another question.
It may be a good thing applying for a listing in London. Perhaps then we would get audited financials that would show the revenue growth predicted from this Sept, 2000 PR

looks like I'm not the only one that thinks Alex puts out fluff PRs. Seems like it's been going on for quite a few years.
http://www.streamingmedia.com/article.asp?id=7561
howdy- just one question for you now. Isn't it a lot better having civil conversations rather than ragging on each other? I do think it contributes a lot more to the learning process also.
.......al
howdy- bravo, that's the spirit, don't let anyone take advantage if you can. Trouble is playing down here almost everyone from the day traders to the pump and dumpers to even many of the schmucks running some of these companies are all trying to profit at your expense. The playing field is not level at any of the stock exchanges and it's far worse down here as the SEC looks for the bigger fish and rarely pokes around down here. It's why some of these companies can get away with so much and continue to do so. Sometimes they even get a nominal fine but the games continue because it's profitable. Just trying to stay ahead of them takes a lot of work and effort. I don't think Alex will try and rock the boat with the SEC. It would only bring their attention to the comapny and no one wants that kind of scrutiny. Even if you're doing everything right they'll find something wrong. It's not a good thing.
.........al
superbee- I have just heard the company had a name change and went thru a reverse split at one time in the past. I haven't ran across anything like that in my dd. Can you verify any of that true or false? Thanks
......al
you already have the answer - giving info to a select few vs. giving info freely to anyone that inquires. I asked the same question many years ago and the rule of thumb seems to be just that. Information has to be available whether thru a pr, a filing, and the grey area- thru IR to anyone that asks. It's never been prosecuted to my knowledge.
.......al
howdy, agreed a 12 bagger is nothing to sneeze at. Swing traders made money and they can on this stock, I've always said that. It's the long term investors that get left holding the bag waiting for the "big" run up. And you're right there are a lot of unscrupulous traders that pump and dump. They are the bane of penny stocks. I'll swing trade and have even day traded occasionally, but I don't need to pump and dump to make $.
.......al
howdy- It may be a grey area but I don't think that the giving of that info by the IR guy to anyone that calls is insider info, as long as it is freely given to all that call. I can't confirm as I didn't make any calls myself except to the TA. One thing I have learned (the hard way I might add) is that the IR people on these penny and sub penny stocks will always paint a rosy picture for the company line. It's their job. They won't tell you if anything is wrong or things aren't going as well as planned. They won't tell you they are diluting the stock or they have entered into death spiral financing. It's why I rarely call the companies about anything. To me it's not real dd. All you get is the company line. I guess you have noticed I do reference the TA a lot. I also read a lot of filings. When I see a pr with another company referenced I would call the referenced company to verify the pr info put out. I communicate with many people all over the country, and if I can I'll ask a favor of someone close to the company to stop in and nose around, give their opinion of the operation. And yes you can get some good dd right here on these boards as there are many investors that think like me that are here and willing to share their dd, but unless you know and trust the poster always check out their dd independantly before investing.
Have I bent your ear long enuff? LOL

howdy, each time this company changes its name and reverse splits I see the same hopeful posts. I try to warn people to really check this company out, and wish them the best and hope it's different for them this time. It hasn't been yet and altho I do hope for the best for you and the others that are in this stock, I have many doubts it will happen. I was lucky on my win. I can't call it a lotto play as it wasn't at that time. I saw what you are seeing now and was fortunate enuff to ride it. There was no dilution and convertible debentures to deal with back then. It had a real chance. Other than day and swing traders it was the last time anyone ever made a nice profit on an investment in this company. Will history repeat? Yes I'm sure it will, but which way will it repeat. Another run up to many dollars or more dilution with another reverse split? I don't know for sure but if I thought the former I would be buying millions of shares right now.
........al
howdy a few references as I didn't call myself. I remember more references but cannot find them right now.

by double do you mean a forward split or 2 reverses? eom
howdy- re read my post, yes the TA only knows the OS. My point is that no matter what I or the company or anyone else may say or speculate, when the OS starts to approach the AS, the next RS is usually not far away. I said usually because they could just increase the AS and fool everybody. Alex himself has voting control over those type decisions.
.......al
IMHO there won't be a reverse split anytime soon. There are 30 billion authorized shares and last TA count was 575 million outstanding. That's a long way to go before getting to the point where another reverse split will be necessary. Don't take my word nor the company's word. Colby stated several times last year to callers inquiring about another reverse split that there would be none last year. Best place to get the real scoop is from the TA. When the outstanding starts getting above 25 billion then I'd think to start looking for the next one.
........al
howdy- perhaps joelegs thinks there will be another reverse split because they've done 4 in the past 5 years. History has a way of repeating itself. Even so the fact that there have been 4 reverse splits in the past 5 years is just information, neither good nor bad. It is all in the interpretation of the observer.
......al
trueblue- the TA is a self gagging company only releasing share info if authorized. Several people have contacted Jim, myself included, explaining this problem and requesting it be fixed. No one has heard anything back as of yet.
......al
fastfingers and oppertunistically- just a polite disagreement here. I am long this company and have had concerns also. I posted them right here and was responded to with info, possible scenarios, agreement and disagreements with my concerns. At no time did I ever feel that anyone was lambasting me for stating my opinions and concerns. You are both right. This is still a sub penny stock and history has told yourselves, me, and probably most everyone else here that extreme diligence is an absolute necessity. I would hope that any concerns you may have in the future would be treated by all with the dignity and respect that anyone's legitimate opinions should be. Best of luck to you
........al
realdutchman- I probably missed the post for this but how do you go about getting these flyers to distribute? Thanks
................al
budgetcuts- yes, I was just as shocked, but it could have been those 87 million from 3/19-3/22 that were possibly banked and sold into these last 2 PRs. The volumes for those 3 days did not coincide with the increase. The MMs selling for the debenture holders could be not accepting any more until the supply is gone. It's just one theory.
.........al
may be some good news here for a change. just called the TA and the OS share counts is the same as 5 days ago. Things may be looking up.
.............al
Howdy, did you call the TA today? eom
howdy- can you call the TA this morning at 8 pst? I've got a lot of wine to bottle up today and won't be able to do it right then.
...........al
superbee- I just did several searches and found no data or forms filed to support any insider sales of shares. FWIW
.........al
points of interest here- it's great fun to speculate about new and different things that could be added to the company's product line. Keep in mind that each new item will require additional costs to get started (there goes the stock repurchase money), and there is such a thing as growing too big too fast. It's been the downfall of much larger companies than this. Personally, I think I'd rather see the company expand the product line(albeit slowly) that buy back shares. I know they put out the PR on it and they are great at keeping their word on these things, but thinking longer term ask yourself what would be better for the company? Spending cash on share buyback or expanding the product line? I don't think at this stage of the game that they can do both. JMHO

charts, candlesticks, doji's, triple bottoms, cup and handles, all good info. I swing trade a few stocks and use charts to help make decisions all the time. The ETIM chart? I look at it every day make mental notes to myself as to how it seems to be going, but trade based on it? Not anytime soon. Ladies and gentlemen(not meaning to be insulting to anyone here) this is the company that only comes along once in a decade. A pinkie with a ceo that actually cares about stockholders. A pinkie that actually does what they say they will do. Not a broken promise yet. A brand new expanding niche market protected by licenses and patents. Merchandise almost sold out before its even delivered. National media coverage on products, and for free. Do I need a club to get anyone's attention about this company? I always like to wish everyone the best of luck, but if you're holding this stock for the long term, you won't need it.
..........al
budgetcuts- I tend to disagree with your reverse split scenario. With 30 billion A/S they will sell most of them first before R/S. After 10-12 billion are sold and the pps goes down to .0001 the rest will go quickly. That has been the historic pattern and I see no reason that it will change now. Gee I guess we don't agree om everything GL2U

sandvet- I see a scary thing happenning with TAs. It seems more and more companies I research are using TAs that automatically have a gag as company policy and only release info if the company specifically OKs it. Just yesterday I was trying to find out the OS for CBEL after the R/S. It seems they also changed their TA along with the split and are using Transferonline as a TA. I called them and their policy is no info w/o company approval. They were with Pacific prior to the split. Why change TAs if not for the purpose of hiding behind the TAs skirts so to speak to keep info from getting out to investors. I've played with penny stocks for many years and my most reliable source of info was always the TA(never bought the company line). It's scary to think that TAs are now shielding companies from investor inquiries. It may be wise to vote with your feet when coming up against it.
.........al
smitty- sell the google and buy more ETIM , and then sell a smaller pop at 2¢. You could have over 50 million free riders. Now that's the way to go!!
.......al
jason- LOL LOL LOL. Now why would anybody want a rush delivery on their urn. that was a good one. I think we ought to send that one to Larry the Cable Guy. Git er done.
........al
easymoney- agree totally. Charts are great and I use them myself, altho I'm not near as good as I'd like to be. Then along comes fantastic news and blows all the charts out the door. LOL. What did Forest Gump say? "It happens." LOL
easymoney- it's true. I am one and freely admit it. Take some profit when you can. I'm going to sell enough to take my investment off the table, make a small profit on it and have 20 million free riders. Those I plan to keep for the long haul. Capital gains are always better than ordinary gains. Good luck to you
.........al
easymoney- by the end of the summer we'll be saying gee I hope it doesn't drop to a penny. LOL
...........al
howdy- you know what I say 575m down and 29.4b to go LOL. It would be a good thing to see this spike. I know there are a lot of people holding shares at 3-8¢ from the last spike and would like to get out with at least a partial skin. It is penny land and the risk/reward ratio is much higher, almost like a lotto play . Been watching you here and am glad to see no mindless pumping going on. I am still in disagreement with censorship(to me the use of the delete button is censorship), but it's not my board and I'm not in control, so I can only state my opinion. I am still down on this company and will be until the management shows more consideration for their shareholders. So play the spikes and try and take some of your own cash off the table. The best shares of any company to own are the free riders.
Good luck to all here.

Guys(and gals) - volume is a factor but how much? I've seen stocks trade half their normal volume and have a significant gain on the day. I've seen others have twice the normal volume and not budge an inch. I'm sure there are reasonable explanations for most of it. I'm also sure of constant manipulation especially down here in penny stock land.
