Last tick was .145125 - 6 digits. My KEYBOARD doesn't have that many numbers.
Its going to curious to see what happens because I thought (incorrectly, go figure...) that their cash burn was a lot less than what it was. I guess they really need the next airdrop of cash.
The whole FDA thing is certainly sexy talk, but I'm doubtful the dough is going to be available to get THAT done soon. Curious what the REAL path forward is. Gene is clearly tighter lipped than he leads on.
Your timing is funny, USA Dave. You were expecting the 10K on Friday, according to your post. You (of all people) should know, its always a day late and typically a dollar short.
How bad does the 10K look?
I wouldn't be surprised if Gene has the monthly cash burn rate even lower. Except for rent and paying for health insurance, I don't think they have actual bodies working there right now, probably just a part time accountant (or Quicken). The share count increased so there has to be money somewhere. He's got to be announcing something soon. Right? What's the timing on that?
Finally, some sort of movement somewhere. I may have picked up some below $0.15 a share. But that's between you and me. Please don't tell anyone on the message board.

And punctuation? Well, that shows your personal failing and incompetence in its own light.
And your capitalization is questionable.
I hope you lost it all! And if not, I hope it drops to a dime. And if that doesn't clam up your FANDI A$$, I'll pray for a nickel. At this point I don't give a crap where the share price goes in the short term. I just pray your pain and loss increases... every... single... day...
But, in fairness to you, hahahahahaha!

Nice dump of 41.7K. My order executed.
Thank GOD GTHP is "range-bound" right now... Apparently after looking at my 401K and IRA's, its the only safe investment that I've got.
Interestingly enough, cervical cancer hit very close to home and affected my life. Years ago it killed my mother. However I also bought this stock to make money. The fact is you still haven't called and talked to the CEO. He's very accessible. Other people that are on this message board and people have been this message board in the past have always had an open line of communication to Gene. That same line of communication that you say is closed. I guess I should just ignore your comments going forward. I just find your comments superficial and without due diligence. However, I do wish you well.
I look forward to your posts. You understand that Guided Therapeutics currently is not Tesla but has great potential, not just for cervical but for other applications.
I feel sorry for you. You should never bet the rent on a penny stock. Now your parents are out a hundred bucks. If it looks like s*** and it smells like s*** and you're certain it's s*** then why did you buy this stock? Tell us all oh, great one... Why did you buy the stock? You've got an answer for everything. Why did you buy this stock?
$100 in stock.. That's really not very much. But to some I suppose it could be. Well good luck to you! I hope your expectations come true.
You should sell and get out. You don't need this aggrevation. You're better than this. You're far more successful and better than the rest of us. Besides you get the same schtick everyday. Rich Little isn't popular anymore either because he could only do Ronald Reagan.
I don't mean any disrespect but your remarks are quite childish for this pinkie. This isn't GE stock that you bought. Once you figure out what planet you are on, you'll remember that you BOUGHT THIS STOCK ANYWAY. Fool....
To be this vitriolic is really telling. You may want to consider letting go.
By the way, I bought yesterday and have another order in today. Please.....sell me yours..... cheap....
Ed, that was sarcasm that I was using. You see, someone here had claimed that Gene is lazy, failed and incompetent. I tend to disagree with those thoughts and used sarcasm in my post to highlight the difference. For instance, The headquarters is in a place where they pay a monthly maintenance fee for someone else to do the gardening, not an employee of the company. Besides the only negotiating a gardener would do would probably the ratio of phosphorus to apply to the lawn or percentage of cutback on the hydrangeas outside.
So with seven total employees who is doing all this negotiating? The Gardner? Oh that's right, The lazy, failed and incompetent CEO. I can't even fathom what the share price would be if Gene announced he's going to retire. If you think you're screwed now..... Wait till that day.
so your prediction? Which comes first, cart or horse?
So, where's all this dilution and $$$ new found money $$$? Oh, that's right, not really here yet. Yachts? Caviar? Sure, sure, but no.... But clearly this FandI CEO Gene is rolling around in a closet full of all the pennies!
"Outstanding Shares 3,319,469 as of 03/05/2020"
Oh no! Here's some new info for those here that are new and/or/also not following along... So, getting rich is not guaranteed? WTF?

Bud, you are so weak if you can't call the CEO of a zombie biotech. Seriously, time to get 'your own place' rather than the basement of your folks home. Grow a set and speak to the CEO.
Perhaps you should think about reading the cut and paste just released and adjusting your contact information. Nobody who wants to talk to Gene can't get a hold of him, except you......
As far as your witty quip about 'direct access', yes, I know how the phone works. Believe it or not, It works in both directions. Yours probably calls out too. Don't be lazy, pick up the phone and make a phone call. By the way you can also shoot him an email. Until you do so feel free to b**** piss and moan on this message board because all of the people on here for more than a year arent listening.
All I said was I would see if I could help. I'll have Faupel do the cafeteria dishes and I'll grab the lawn and the hedges. That should free Gene up to borrow a Bic and fill in some forms.
I'll see if I can get the 10Q out by this Friday. You're not going to see the s1 until we finish up the annual.
I plan on flying down to the shareholders meeting in October. I'd be happy to share your concerns if you're still around.
It's all going to be ok. Sure... We can all lose money. I lost a ton. Some of us more than others... Try to keep some perspective here. Ask yourself the following questions and answer honestly....
1. Is the company profitable?
2. Does the company have sales?
3. Is the company filing on time?
4. Is there regular communication from the CEO?
5. Has there been over the past 5 years?
6. Did you buy the stock anyway?
If you answered 'no' to all of the questions above then you're in good shape.
Fandi, perhaps you should give him a phone call and speak to the man. It may offer some alternative perspective to what you write on here. If you haven't already, but I assume that you would have by now, please also consider checking out who the board of directors are.
It's not misdirected frustration. It's called making fun of these chart kids when they're playing with stinky pinkies and the charts don't mean anything, but they'll always swear that they do until they don't and then they fade away. You see, I'd have astute observation skills if I didn't have ADD.
They always rush in afternoons when volume spikes and then quietly disappear after they've been proven wrong on the stinky pinkies, once again.
Curious where all the "Chart Masters" went. Haven't we hit some sort of a quadruple double beluga bottom thingy? Or maybe it's some sort of a triple pointy polarimeter reflex chart action. Hmmmm. Silence?
2. ? Where's number two? I'm waiting with bated breath!
Excepts from the book, "Comments from My Crib in my 'Rents Basement"....
10Q, please!
And that's why it makes me very curious on why the big delay? Could it be that they will group filings together and get them all cleaned up at the same time? Could it be that they're going to pair it with possible other good news? or did they pay off so many people that they were owed money that now they're broke again and can't afford to pay the guy to file the 10 q, lol.
No info, no 10 q follow up...wtf..... Pffffft.........
