Bruh.... ya'll been saying that for over a year now. Come on now.... time to admit Fernandez has dropped the ball.
Wrong again, push the technicals out a month and STILL it's a strong sell. Navigate the website accordingly, not just what you want to see at a quick glance.
Perhaps another cup of joe will help this morning.
Wake up Counselor.... RXMD barely traded more than 500 shares on any given day this week.
Pathetic. Told ya'll last year he was not the CEO Progressive Care needed. He's a Jabroni
14 months with no significant company communication, yet some still defending him. SMH
Chucky Fernandez wishes he could be as productive and effective leader as Zuckerberg.
A CEO half his age is making strides for the company and helping us shareholders become weathly. Thank you Marky Mark and the FaceBook Bunch. 😉
Progressive Care Technical Analysis
Overall Consensus: STRONG SELL

Politics is a topic I chose to never discuss with family or friends. The country is much too divided right now. We all should be coming together for the greater good of our nation, as opposed to judging others on their political views.
Yep... par for the course under the lack luster leadership of Fernandez the Flop.
All major averages recovered nicely after yesterday's Fed meeting.
S&P 4,900 is a huge milestone for markets overall. Watch Trump try and take credit for the stock market gains, I know it's coming, that's how former President Orange rolls. 🤣
Yessir, before you know it we'll be poppin' bottles on New Years Eve again.
What's the over/under on breaking 57 shares today? If there was a line in Vegas on the odds of Fernandez's communicating with investors, I believe the Bookies wouldn't even take that bet. 🤣
Yesssir.... a Heinz 57 trade day. He probably wouldn't be successful at swinging a hammer either CM. What a pathetic example of a CEO.
Word on the Street is he was last seen on the Miami strip selling cuban shaved ice outside RXMD Headquarters; raising funds to make payroll & keep the lights on. 🤣
NXPL shareholders equally as dissatisfied with him, 90% of NextSplat shares traded today where SELL orders.
That's unfortunate Turbo, you have a great sense of wit & humor. Some folks need to lighten up, life is short... we gotta laugh everyday and remain young at heart.
Hahahahahaha.... 🤣🤣
That was your best one-liner yet, Turbo. Your co-workers must be in stitches all day long working along side you.
Fernandez's box lunch.... a bottle of Pineapple Boone's Farms with his Flamin' Hot Cheetos, a perfect match. 🤣
Oh very nice!!! Not bad at all, thank you for the additional insight JS 👍
Agreed, CM. It's baffling to say the least. Fernandez is the antithesis on being the "Wizard of M&A", more representative of being the "Wizard of BS".
I suspected he was a hack from day one, that's why I bailed on all the hype from cheerleaders on what a great asset he would be to RXMD.
Jabroni CEO is the killer of dreams & miracles.
26 shares thus far today tells us interest is dwindling due to self inflicted company gag order. Shame on Fernandez!!
Hahahaha. If that's the case, you're going to need that safety harness and a courtesy flush before midnight strikes 🤣
You too Turbo. Treat yourself to a fine dinner of fava beans and sweet bread with a glass of Chianti 😉
Those shares are too rich for my blood to make a decent profit. I'm playing Rivian again. Bought and sold twice last summer and back in again at $15.
The RSI indicators telling me over sold, hoping for another $5 -$8 pop again this year for additional profit taking. I have been seeing alot more on the roads lately here in NY.
Fernandez needs to face the firing squad at this point. He's a friggin' mook and fleeced shareholders big time.
$3 BID support is now gone. Someone grabbed a small lot of shares at $2.04 this morning, a new low for 2024.
😉 Cheers my man!! YellowTail and Barefoot (reasonably priced) make a fairly decent sweet red Moscato that's rather tasty for folks that don't care for the drier side of wines like Merlots or Cabernet
LMFAO 🤣🤣 that's priceless my man. Well played.... did the Indica kick in? That's hilarious, I literally laughed out loud.
Armen should administer the NARCAN to get Fernandez's keister moving.
Like sand through the hourglass, RXMD is now approaching 14 months of radio silence without a single update on what this incompetent CEO plans to do with all that cash infused onto balance sheets. Not to mention investors want a much deserved explanation as to why the RS was executed w/o uplisting to NASDAQ.
Stick with an Indica or hybrid strain Turbo. Some of these new Sativas have as much as 30% THC which would give anyone a heart racing "panic at the disco" attack. LOL
Indicas give that mellow "sinking In Da Couch" feeling of relaxation and calming. Great for sleep and chill-axing 😴
Sativas have more of a racy feeling for folks that need energy to rock out at a concert or run laps around their houses. 🤣
Never been better Spudz McClueless....
All major averages sitting at record highs; savings APY interest rates are wonderful as well & my portfolio is more flush with cash than ever before due to my crypto investments.
Joe doing just fine, how's that NXPL and RXMD investment doing for ya, both down YoY.
Step away from the mirror if your still seeing jack wagons around ya"ll.
Went down to $2.60 yesterday, DC.
Cheerleaders doubted me when I forecasted $2.75 or lower in December. Eventually they'll realize I know what I am doing, I have been trading equities for two decades and learned alot from a Quant Analyst whom worked beside me.
You're welcome Turbo. As you know, there are always risks associated with any investment type. Ultimately the goal is to set your sell price and stop loss threshold after purchasing to minimize the downside risks.
Yessir, my latest buy was Apollo Commercial Real Estate (ARI) I flipped it twice last year getting in around $8.50 and selling near $12. Grabbed more this month for a similar pop. The chart rises and falls somewhat predictably; so you can make a decent profit buying anywhere around $9. Even if it dips below your purchase price, you'll still be reaping a nice dividend.
As of Dec. 2023 ARIs Current Dividend was .35/share, 11.96% annual 😉
He's a superb ditch digger, "Unlucky Chucky" should stick to what he does best and continue driving NXPL into the ground; no need to take RXMD investors for the ride down also.
Being a communicative / shareholder friendly CEO is clearly not his strongest suit. RXMD is in desperate need of a quality CEO like Ms. Shital Mars was.
That's where Charles Fernandez belongs, in a ditch for the buzzards. 🤣
Perhaps more appropriate would be in the Everglades for the Gators and invasive Burmese Pythons. He's such a snake in the grass and would feel right at home there; probably becoming their partner in crime.
An absolute disgrace is correct CM. Someone threw in the towel 10 minutes before end of day and dumped 3,300 shares; equivalent to 660k shares held pre-split.
Cant say we can blame them for doing so. Many mocked me for dubbing CEO as "Fernandez the Flop" last year, however he's lived up spectacularly to what I saw coming many months ago. What a mess he has created for insider and retail nvestors by reducing their investment by 60% or greater.
Hope your doing well CM.... is hunting season officially over for your area?
Bulls are on Parade, 11 out of 12 days with major averages gaining higher momentum; meanwhile Fernandez remains stuck in the Everglades with no sign of potentially communicating with shareholders.
Furthermore, with gag order being inforced on their Investor Relations Dept the saga just grows older and shareholders more and more frustrated.
PPS lower than some wind chills here in the North East. LOL
Agreed VP. Those of us living in reality vs. fantasy can clearly see the truth of the matter. Fernandez is not the leader RXMD needed to further their growth, nor is he a shareholder friendly CEO. He pulled the same routine with NXPL investors....which is reflected in that tickers share price as well.
However, when we state the obvious downfall of RXMDs share price under Fernandez's leadership we are deemed "nonsense" slingers as opposed realist. Must be the same group of folks who still believe the last Presidential election was stolen. 🤣
That's Fernandez in a nutshell for certain. Don't hate the ones who trade RXMD as opposed to all the cheerleaders that fell in love with the pipe dream management sold ya'll about uplisting.
Fernandez became a multi millionaire by shafting investors.... no different this time around. He's NOT the CEO Progressive needed to advance the company.
FWIW, a word to the wise.... never go LONG on an any OTC stock, they should be traded not held in hopes of bountiful riches someday.
Markets hitting record highs week after week on earnings from companies that have reputable CEO.
Nah, it's more fun getting under the skin of those who failed to heed my warnings about where share price was heading.
This is no longer investable with a lack luster CEO running the show. Gag order in place on IR team now continues to prove Fernandez is not a shareholder friendly CEO. Going on 13 months and still no words from his mouth as to why sneaky RS was executed w/o uplisting, as Jay promised would happen.
I'm here to flip as many shares as I can. Fernandez continues to give ya'll the silent treatment. Some chose not to see the obvious because ya'll in over your skis on RXMD.
Time to face the music and realize he's NOT going to pull a rabbit out of the hat to make shareholders whole. Investors sitting on 50%+ losses for anyone who held shares after the RS.
Caveat Emptor
Not nonsense at all, believing RXMD has a quality CEO is the nonsensical part. Selling for a loss happens all the time, the longer folks continue to wait on Fernandez the Flop to follow through the more value they lose on their investment. That threshold of willingness to wait is different for each individual investor. Over a year of silence from a company is unprecedented, especially since there was an extended quiet period when Jay was CEO.
At some point folks will decide to cut their losses and move to a better investment where a reputable CEO with pharma experience will not keep shareholders in the dark after executing a massive RS.
How many time can I forecast the price action before you become a believer that Fernandez is not a good fit as CEO. Called $2.75 or lower last month and it printed yesterday. Been investing for over two decades, I know what I'm seeing and doing.
His parent company is suffering just as much as RXMD. Both under his management, clearly he's the common denominator as to why both companies share price continues to fall.
Good luck, going to be a long ride for some to simply break even and reinvest in a better managed company.
Agreed, VP.... it's hard to make a valid case that it was retail sellers taking a 60%+ loss on their investment when they could have/should have sold before EOY to claim their losses this tax season.
More than likely it's been insiders holding gifted shares. Today's volume would be equivalent to 2.4M shares traded at pre split valuation. There was only a handful of us that held more than 2M shares before the RS.
Good advice, indeed. Ya'll should be looking at those trades very closely. There has been more selling volume during the first two weeks of January than all of December, which is when most folks sell their poorly performing positions to write off losses.
The bearish trend continues; as I have been telling folks for months. Additionally the $3 support level was shattered today, I will gladly take more $2.70s for flipping. Told ya'll that $2.75 or lower was coming..... still not a believer, huh Gedi?
NXPL not doing any better either ($1.53 after hours), it is performing as poorly as RXMD. The common denominator of both is the less than impressive CEO Fernandez. He's not the "genius" ya'll thought would turn RXMD around.
