Nice find...thx..Are you still going to grab some .04's??
Not too sure how many more we'll see...Ask looks kinda thin up to .06...

Looks like AYME dumped their shares..not on ASK now..
more importantly...WOW...that ASK is paper thin to 6
Sounds good...They already sold 3 mill or so today...
Last time I came over here after AYME had left the ASK, so I didnt know how many shares they typically have....Could be interesting---except if the company or one of its debtors converts/sells a ton of shares in the next few days....
This stock is always a crap shoot that requires proper timing...
GLTA
RICO
Need to get MM "AYME" off the ask @.0011...
cold have easily moved to .0012 or possibly .0013 today otherwise...
GLTA
RICO
hmm...are you sure you didnt type .0052???
I did that once.....Otherwise, thats just crazy...although the bid/ask are the same price right now....hmmmm....
Bearslayer...glad you got an answer to your questions..
I did not fare as well....Essentially it was a "can't comment at this time" type of answer....But I'm glad at least they are finally replying to others with more info....I fully expect some sort of informative PR before year end for sure....

VERT is back...finally....
I think VERT has system problems...
I dont see VERT even listed on any of my L2 penny stocks right now...hmmmm
RICO
No...THANK YOU..for your very substantial purchases!!
Looks like you were 20-25% of the volume !!!
RICO
No form T....but we did have an a/h trade....
hmmm....interesting day...lets see if a form t shows up
Wow ! Why didnt they tell us about this? From September?
Just curious...did anybody see L2 right at the open???
I'm just wondering if there was an ask of 100k @.051 at 9:30 or if the MM filled that order themselves.....May have happened too quick to see....
thx
RICO
Green Days? Maybe with very, very small daily increases...
We need volume....we couldnt even take out NITE w 31k@.051 today...Of course, it's the 2 giant blocks just above it today that were looming over like a nasty thunderstorm that will stop much upward movement...
...unless we get some kind of company PR/news/recommendations
or somebody that wants to take a very large position at .05 or above, we will be fortunate to tread water here...I know this stock is worth .10/share mininum looking forward, but most of trading world has no clue...
I still have my very sizable position and I plan on keeping it well into 2015....Fortunately my avg p/s is only .0495 so I am not stressing out in the least....It looks like the .05 price/pivot point is really staying firm right now...
Well, tomorrow is another day..
GLTA
RICO
There were 2 reasons I suspected it....
First, was that the volume seemed to be a bit too small to me...
2nd is that at about 11:45 AM, I believe LFAC was the high bidder at 135k @ .049, then NITE joined in with 102k@.049....
When the first sale came thru, 99k made NITE disappear, Not LFAC...Typically, bids are filled in the time order they come in unless LFAC was an "ALL or Nothing Bid" ....So the 99K came thru at 11:49, then the 141K in either on or a group of sales came thru @ 11:52 and the MM grabbed it @.04829 and resold it to LFAC for .049@135k shares in one big chunk....The other remainder shares went either to the MM or to smaller bidders that did not show on L2....
2K shares went to me (out of the 99K I'm assuming by timestamp), but my individual purchase did not show on the L2 sale screen...
If none of the "Blocks" was over 135K by itself, the MM had to gather them up and then sell them in bulk to LFAC to fill the order....
I could be wrong, but that's what made me suspicious..
Just remember...MM does not have to display his sales/purchases until after close..and frequently just lumps them together with an average price attached...
GLTA

Yep....Form T..141k shares @ .04829....thought so
I smell a Form T....let's see in a few minutes...
Tut....#5--Verified expansion into other states/growth...
I'm hoping that last sell was the 200k+ from yesterday..
It's been around for a few days on CSTI and also once or twice on ATDF....kept showing up for 5 or 10 minutes than disappearing...
I hope that is who that was....If that seller had been watching or had a clue, he could have just left them at .05/.0505 instead and got more $$ out of it...
GLTA
RICO
No...I don't have L3..I just knew...
L2 only shows the lowest price on the ASK so any higher ones from the same Marketmaker do not show on L2....I knew that there are 100k @.0531 on Nite from yesterday, and CSTI has had those same 216k offered a few times now....Trust me, there's more shares than even 500k at this point...
Of course you can see many of them now that they have lowered their asking prices....
Sometimes people back off and hide above waiting for the bid to rise high enough to jump over and either sell at bid or just undersell current Ask price....happens all of the time..
GLTA
RICO
Nahhh...at least 400k hidden on L2 for sure until .06
500k bid guy is back on NITE...
Not seeing much support/buying at this level...
Yesterday there was a bidder on NITE for 500k @ .044 in the morning and .045 in the afternoon....not here today....
There's definitely a half dozen people trying to sell a bunch of shares simultaneously....this morning someone dumped 75k to start the day....need to eat through about a million shares to get any traction right now....at least half of those would have to be on the ASK....That's a tall order right now...Short trading day today anyway and Black friday is always a crap shoot...
Hang on...GLTA
RICO
Would've closed @.05 today, but order not filled...
I put my order in at 3:59:01 for 50k @ .05 and I got 20k @.0485
The balance of 30k didnt fill....CSTI was on ASK w/100k shares too...
I do see 30k on form T @.0499 after the close though....hmmm
Anyway....it doesnt matter I guess.....because...
I JUST BECAME THE NEWEST MEMBER OF THE MILLION SHARE CLUB !!!!
@.0495 avg cost !!!!
GLTA
RICO
40k @.046 was me...couldnt resist
Looks like 2 very desperate sellers today .....now they're gone..L2 looks pretty thin until .06 --- Hopefully we can claw back up to .053 today....especially if MM's would get off the ask...
RICO
VERT off the ask (back up to .06)...just need buyers now...
I agree in that Ed has too many responsibilities...
Garbino is great but he's too busy being CEO of Trestle (TPS) and is doing business with many others...lucky to have him on the board of directors....
Ed is basically CEO, CFO, and COO simultaneously in a growing company....He cant just hire/contract a controller to make it all better, but it's not a bad start...He needs to find another person to take over at least half of his duties....
The guy is helping settle litigation, settling/restructuring old debt, trying to decide on new products to market, trying to manage cash flow/receivables, trying to secure reasonable financing, and handle many more aspects of a growing company...Too much work for one guy
Finding a CEO type that is media friendly and very knowledgeable with Pharma would be great...Not sure they have the $$ to acquire someone like that yet though...
In time, I hope they can make it happen...burying forward looking statements in the filings isn't real accessible to lure in new investors...At least have them put out a release with something for everyone to read as a summary...maybe a quote or 2 from management would be nice...and sharing a snapshot of the big picture...
Love the company, the product, and am here for the long haul..

Their late filing notice says anticipated 11/30 !!
CFO filled in date of anticipated filing is 11/30/2014....
I guess they are taking off next week for Thanksgiving so they can dream up some new Pr's to convince others to invest in this ever growing, money pit...Gotta feed the fam peeps !! HAHAHA
I think ATDF will pull some shares back @.06
As we get closer to .06 they may retreat back up and just leave a small pile of shares there...I doubt they will leave all of the 1.2 ml to be sold at that price...
JMHO
RICO
Actually ATDF has been dumping shares for awhile...
They originally had 3 mil@ .10, then 2.6 mil @ .08, then 2 million @ .08, then 1.x million @ .06 over the last month...
It seemed they like to bring down blocks and sell only over .07 and even more so over .075 before....
I'd love it if they just backed up to .08 again or if its just a fake wall....I'm happy to see it drop from the original 3mill myself...
GLTA
RICO
200k shorted today at least....
Too bad it hasn't worked out for them so far....whenever CSTI is on the ask for 100k , all of the sudden 10k blocks star getting sold at the bid....then CSTI disappears....3rd time someone bought the the whole 100k block so shorting today hasn't really worked out...
The bottom on this is easy to figure out...
It is the price just before several lofty, glowing PR's come out !!!! HAHAHAHAHA.....
Seriously, It may bounce back tomorrow or soon thereafter...If it gets too low, I may actually have to take another gamble and purchase a small position...and either flip it or just wait for incredible news !!!!!

Incredible Penny Stocks: What is a Form T-Trade?
There is much confusion and rumor regarding “T Trades” in the penny stock market. Nasdaq Pink Sheet stocks often close at a certain price and, within 3-10 minutes after the closing bell, will show a large final trade that gets labeled as an “after hours” trade. Simply put, this is an inaccurate description of that trade.
To understand how this trade works, one must understand the role of the market maker. The most frustrating aspect of investing in the pennies, is market maker manipulation of the stock price. Anyone that claims this manipulation doesn’t happen truly does not understand the OTC Market. Market makers are in place to “control” the price of a stock and, theoretically, to ensure that the market reacts properly to supply and demand for a certain stock. Unfortunately, when large sums of money and a lack of regulation are involved, more often than not, there is manipulation that suits the needs of certain investors or the market makers themselves. After all, they are in business to make money as well. If the average investor is purchasing stocks in the OTC Market, that investor is truly at the mercy of the market makers involved in the purchase and sale of that security.
When researching this article, The response from the SEC defined a “Form T Trade” a “trade reporting form used by broker-dealer members of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA) to report equity trades executed either in the OTC market or during extended hours trading. Recent amendments to FINRA rules will expand the types of situations in which Form T is to be used, but they are not yet in effect.” The response also recommended contacting FINRA. Notice the first portion of the response. “either in the OTC Market or…” Once again, it is confirmed by the SEC that ”after hours” trades do not exist in the Pinks.
FINRA was much less transparent in their response and essentially spewed the same limited information regarding T Trades that is available on their website. None of which, accurately reflects why these trades occur in the OTC Markets. (http://www.finra.org/web/groups/industry/@ip/@reg/@notice/documents/notices/p123750.pdf)
Trying to decipher the meaning of these trades with the limited information that is available on the subject led down several dark paths. Clearly, the average investor is not meant to understand the concept or its rules. Even more disconcerting is the second part of the SEC message “Recent amendments to FINRA rules will expand the types of situations in which Form T is to be used, but they are not yet in effect.” That means there is even less transparency about this mysterious T Trade.
After months of due diligence, there are a few poorly publicized uses for a T Trade. The most important factor here is that the only requirement of market makers by FINRA is that they must report all trades in a day. They are not required to do so when the actual trade occurs.
To avoid creating “an unbalanced market”, market makers often do not report certain trades during the day to the public and then use a T Trade not to “scare” investors into thinking a market for that stock is going in one direction or the other at the spurring of one large investor.
If a market maker wants to accumulate a large amount of a stock in one trading day, that market maker may actually not report any of the trades that occurred until the trading day has ended so as not to alert the market to the collection. This practice is completely legal under the FINRA rules of the OTC Markets so long as the trade is reported at the end of the day.
To execute a Market on Close” order, a market maker may have an order to purchase the stock at a certain price at the end of the trading day. This is the most unlikely scenario because it needs to be assured that someone selling the stock and someone buying that stock are agreeing upon a price. Simply put, this is more likely with insider buying and selling.
The T Trade that the public sees is nothing more than one or all of the above scenarios. The T Trade reported at the end of the day can be from one market maker or many involved market makers. It can be a single purchase price but is usually an average of all of the previously unreported purchases from that business day.
Penny stocks are an exciting and lucrative business. As most everyone will tell you, it is not for the weak of heart. There is definite money to be made in the OTC Markets and more penny stock millionaires are made every day. But the best way to win the game is to know the rules!
One additional fact surfaced about market makers while researching T Trades. Did you know that market makers are not required to honor their offer price? That is correct, because the OTC market is essentially a “best offer” market. If a buyer meets the asking price for a security, the market maker can, and often does, decide to rescind the offer, not sell the security and adjust the selling price.
Happy Trading.

There was a huge trade after 4pm - 20 mill shares!
Might be a MM trading/selling/dumping to another.....maybe BKRT is out...
Can we get a company released PR here ???
I think you may be mistaken here....
Kelly Reynolds was appointed CEO of NEXTGEN, not Praxsyn
She was CAO of Mesa, but I'm not sure she is still in that position...
NEXTGEN is a wholly owned subsidiary, but she wasn't appointed until October....and there was probably not much to report on the NEXTGEN side anyway...
Unless I missed something here, then my bad....

Agreed...we all need to see the company's gameplan...
Mr Kurtz wouldn't completely bring collections in house unless he secured a reasonable outside line of credit IMO......
I do wonder if maybe they are being conservative with their ability to collect in house and possibly are not recording as much net revenue as we'd like to see and are maybe considering a higher percentage as doubtful??....I do remember July being approximated at 21 mill, but I have a hard time believing that gross billings dropped off that much for the last 2 months (esp August).....That's what I'm pondering, for what its worth..

Ugh...wasn't a bad day until the last 2 minutes
Could be an "all or nothing" trade for 250k?
