Those are the ones Rookie. It'll be interesting to see what happens early January when those get converted.
I think it drops back down, idles a while then picks back up on the opening of the new stores sometime in the spring. I'll pick some shares back up maybe mid January when the price cools off a bit.
We'll make some money on this one come 2017 GB for sure. Once news of revs gets out on the 10-Qs to people not normally on these boards volume will spike again and this surpasses the dime mark EZily!
I'll keep lowballing the bid Zig and maybe it hits 0.015 by Wed! I'm probably buying right up to 2017, weak Decembers are the best time to buy MJ stocks & this one is ripe!
Reason why this is going down is because people that own are either profit taking or getting jumpy. Nobody knows about this stock, nobody knows about the Cali lab acquisition or the revenue jump it's expected to report. TRUST me, picking this up before they report a revenue positive 10-Q is a win. With spring coming up this thing runs, long term this thing is a beast in 2017!
December is generally the worst performing time for MJ stocks from what I've seen the past few years. With revenues not showing up yet on financial reports nobody knows about the increase yet. I randomly came across it researching this stock by chance.
Completely unknown MJ stock with 4 million in future yearly revenue with a market cap of only 14 mil?!?!?! Get da fk outta here, LOL easy buy! picked up 250 000 today, keep the cheap shares coming, I'd like to get a position of at least a million shares on this one and laugh this spring when it goes up to a dime.
My bad, I just realized that EAT and SPLIF are on the marijuana indexes. Never saw em before on there. Anyways, I think this starts getting some more attention in 2017.
Could go either way. . . .probably loose general promises and views for expansion into Florida and Cali without actual hard time lines or solid plans.
Maybe loose dates for the opening of the next two stores in 2017 with re-iteration of the increase of revenue.
I doubt Craig will address things like the ownership of the 45% stake of MJAI NOT controlled by Kaya holdings. The hundreds of thousands of dollars of notes scheduled to be converted in less than 2 weeks or the actual involvement of ex fraud criminal Dave 'dirtbag' Jones in KAYS.
Color scheme is kinda weak though. Red white and black like that? You need something that's gonna stand out from other products on a shelf. . . other than that it's exciting to see products getting ready for sale 2017!
Been steadily accumulating over the past few days. Any dip and I keep buying!
This stock is so under the radar it's not funny. Took me a few days of research to find it. Doesn't seem to be on any marijuana index that I've seen. I think it's a good thing for us here getting in cheap.
I think once 2017 comes around and they start reporting revenues, with the expansion they've done this thing hits 50 cents EEEZZZ if not higher!
When they finally open 3rd and 4th stores this will go up for sure. Question is how long are we gonna wait for that to happen. From having followed this stock a while I think this won't happen for another few months. Chances are cheaper shares are still to come before they ACTUALLY open their new stores. Then it'll be an easy bank double.
Just looking at their press releases from here;
http://nutritionalhigh.com/home/
They mention dispensaries in Illinois, how many do they own and do they own them outright?
http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/nutritional-high-announces-grand-opening-of-the-clinic-effingham-in-illinois-cse-eat-2159506.htm
Here's the Effingham clinic, do they own the Mundelein clinic as well?
Just looked at their website;
http://clinicillinois.com/
and it listed 2 Illinois dispensaries and couldn't figure out what the arrangement is exactly. Anybody know?
Cheers!

Any forecasts for revenue in 2017 given out yet??
It'll be interesting to see what Craig's expansion timelines are gonna be. Been waiting for the 3rd store for years. I think everyone that's been hanging around this board the past year made $$$ on this last little pull up. I think if Craig follows through with the next 2 stores this thing pulls up again. I've cashed out till then. . .maybe buy back in if it hits under .25 again.
Just bought a position in at .28. I think this rises 2017 for sure. Gonna do some more reading on them and see if I go in for more.
I think they'll start getting edible revenue in 2017, gonna go exponential after that!
I just read they marketed the rights to use Jimi Hendrix in their promotions for edibles! That sounds like it's gonna be a awesome MJ brand
Just getting this one on the radar. Do these guys sell marijuana products at this point?
Cheers, thx in advance.
After following this for a while the likely owner of the other 45% stake in this company is ex-securities fraud convict William David 'Dirtbag' Jones;
http://www.offshorealert.com/schlien-jones-guilty-pleas.aspx
He happened to come on board as a consultant just as AFAI incorporated MJAI. However, due to his criminal past cocaine Craig knew that bringing him on as a company officer would spark SEC investigations, so he's the shady ex-con consultant slithering in the background of KayaHoldings. However I wouldn't be surprised if something along these lines ends up happening here with the cast of characters the KAYS has assembled;
http://www.genengnews.com/gen-news-highlights/ex-ceo-among-six-former-insys-executives-arrested-on-subsys-racketeering-charges/81253531
What is most concerning with KAYS is that only 55% of MJAI is actually owned by Kaya Holdings. Leads me to believe there's 45% of the company owned by who knows who. Although after doing some digging around I have a fairly good idea who the mystery owner is & where cocaine Craig attained the initial funds when AFAI switched to KAYS to start up this whole racket.
The way things slow down around Christmas with Government agencies, and if 2015 is any indication, chances are no new licenses will be issued by Oregon 2016 now. It was disappointing not seeing any Kaya licensing within the 4 or so pages of licenses that were issued out a couple weeks back. With the over $815 000 in "consulting fees" in the last quarter it makes me wonder what Shady Frank and his gang is cooking here.
I agree MD, been following this one for a couple years now. The more they increase revenue the better chance they have to becoming earnings positive eventually.
I could see this pulling back for a number of reasons. . .
If these guys have issues opening 2 more stores more than a year after initially predicted in a state they're established in I doubt they'll be successful at expanding into other states with their current business paractices & ineffectiveness. Turd stock floating in the OTC market pool until CEO gets his head out of his arse
These guys look like they haven't been doing much to expand the business or increase investor share value. Just bonuses, late filings and empty promises going unfulfilled. I wouldn't touch this one further with the shit end of a turd stick.
It'd be nice seeing these 2 stores open up given the amount of time thats gone by. Expansion plans into the newly voting states would be nice to see. They need an agressive expansion plan now that double the states could be voting in legal MJ
Thanks for the update Mike
Anybody been to the scam shack lately or the sites of these buildouts? I'd be surprised if they stick to their word & open these 2 stores up, prob just pump PR bs
Having a sh1t bag like Dave Jones associated with this company isn't doing it any good. No amount of projections or positive PRs will get traction given the nefarious intentions a scum bag like Jones probably has with this company and investor's (i.e. sucker's) money.
Having a white collar criminal scumbag like Jones lurking in the background of this company should be a concern for investors. This guy stole millions previously n now he's reformed?! Pffff, I don't believe it. Who knows how he's planning on ripping off investors this time around.
