OMG, can't believe they don't have processing in NC.
Trying to keep up with all things $HEMP. Somehow I missed that...
Thanks
You can't short $HEMP or-any other penny stocks. I was just discussing this with a Rep from a brokerage.
Maybe they can't process their 50-acres of hemp-at-this-time.
That may be because Hemp Inc has their own network of farmers in NC and surrounding areas and they have to process their farmer's hemp first per their agreement.
They could be weeks away from processing anyone else's hemp... By that time the fields may be overgrown or rot and mold, unless the harvest timing just happens to be perfect. If some of the local farmers planted late crops maybe some additional processing can be done for other farmers.
As far as I know, if the buds are left on the plant too long, eventually they will turn to actual flowers. I have seen this with my own eyes with MJ.
Let's Do Some Hemp Inc Math Shall We?
Bruce just recently stated in the last FB video that he posted: "The Oregon grow will now produce an estimated 200,000 lbs.
200,000 lbs = 90,718,474 grams x $5 per gram = $453,592,370
Ummm, that's a lot of cash if you ask me! Even if Hemp Inc and Uncle Brucey only get a "meager" "sarcasm" 40% of that one Oregon grow.
$453,592,370 - 40% = $181,436,948

SMOKING-CBD-FLOWER?-CBD PRE-ROLLS COULD BECOME THE NEXT BIG THING (ESPECIALLY-IF-YOU-WANT-TO-QUIT-SMOKING)
I did a search for "cbd pre-rolls retail" as suggested recently by a user here on the board and this is what I found. This user claimed that "there is no market for cbd pre-rolls." That's not what this article I found on the first page of the search that they suggested said. LMAO! This article claims that they sell out constantly in NYC! LMFAO!!
Bruce stated that CBD flower is a huge "insatiable market" and it sounds like he was right. And, Joey from the Hemp Shack said the same thing.
As Bruce also stated, About 80% of the hemp buds will be used for smoking and 20% for CBD oil.

Rock On $HEMP!
That could be. Maybe they are trying to drive it down before it takes off to reap the biggest gains... I read that on this board somewhere...
Sell volume is now higher than the buy...
It does seem inevitable for take off...
Major disappointment week after week for several weeks-now...
Looks like I'll be holding for a while unfortunately in hopes to get back the 49% I'm down.
Losing hope fast...
Yeah, definitely seems to be at the bottom.
Thought it would start moving by now too with harvest starting, but I am not surprised the way the cannabis industry is lately. I think the only thing that will start moving this is big earnings news. And, even then who knows how much of an affect it will have. I have seen very solid financial news come out before on a bigger company and it barely even moved the stock...
All I can hope for is that $HEMP starts auditing financials and proves the earnings to investors. An upgrade to OTCQX would be nice. I think those two things will move it for sure. Financials posted in a press release don't seem to do squat.
Investors need to see financials and being that $HEMP is not showing audited financials, it is keeping the price down so low.
The sell volume is now higher than the buy... Like a Yo Yo I tell ya.
Buy-volume-is-significantly-higher-than the sell. But it's going down... Doesn't make sense...
Looks that way. Time to average down for-me.
Yeah, $1000 on one trade Fucknut.

I hear you about the pre-roll post and would have to agree about it being over $1. That could be kind of iffy I suppose if it could not sustain that price. I guess that I can envision $HEMP to be over $1. It just seems logical that a company doing it as big as Hemp Inc could easily hit $1+ and maintain it...

In A Perfect World, I Know, Keep Dreaming...Maybe-Someday...
Sales start flowing (This seems evident...)
$HEMP gets upgraded to the OTCQX market and actually reports revenue...
$HEMP becomes penny stock exempt as it hits $1.00+.
Shareholders start to increase and institutional investors start buying into a company that seems to have potential.
I can dream, can't I...
#DayDreamingThisAfternoon ;)~
I assume that this pertains to Dixie Elixirs as they mention cannabis/weed not hemp CBD in the article, but I am not sure. I am wondering if Dixie Botanicals that makes CBD products and appears to be MJNA's product is the same company as Dixie Elixirs that makes THC products? The logo is the same, so it leads me to believe that they are the same? Anyone know if they are in fact the same company which is owned by Dixie Brands Inc? I can't find any info on this...
If so, I would think that this would be good news for MJNA...

In a recent interview, Bruce claims that there are hundreds of stores just waiting for their hemp cbd pre-rolls and I'm sure that they will have packaged hemp joints too.
He stated that the demand for smokeable hemp was bigger than CBD oil now. About 80% of hemp grown will be for smoking. Many people want to quit smoking tobacco cigarettes and smoking hemp is a much safer alternative. And, people can make CBD oil from the buds if they would like.
I personally tried a CBD pre-roll (not from Hemp Inc) recently that I bought from a local store. It was hydroponically grown hemp and it was good. It definitely worked for me and I could feel a calming effect. The taste was good and very smooth.
Die of old age, that's a good one.
Hemp Inc. will of course. Well, Sort Of...
In regards to the hemp processing bottleneck:
Bruce stated in a recent interview that local farmers have been contacting him to process their hemp. One farmer with 2000 acres recently contacted him to process their hemp. The farmer failed to plan ahead and make sure that he had the ability to process that massive amount of hemp.
Bruce claims that most of the 2000 acres will rot or mold in the fields because no one can process that amount of hemp at this time. You would need buildings much bigger than what Hemp Inc currently has to process millions of pounds of hemp. There are going to be a lot of failed harvests similar to this.
Of course, Hemp Inc cannot harvest/process 2000 acres when they have their own fields to process throughout their massive network of farmers.
What this means to me is that hemp inc will have all the processing business in the near future that they can handle and then some. When the processing infrastructure is further built out in the future, I am sure that hemp inc will be able to help and work with most requests that they receive.
$HEMP-Inc-Would-Basically-Have-To F-Up Everything To Fail At This Point. That's the way I see it. I just don't see that happening. I think that they are well positioned and are "too big to fail."
I am more worried about the pending SEC litigation against Bruce. Has anyone heard any new news about this?
If you are referring to the banks/credit unions, it has everything to do with hemp or cannabis in general.
No or very few banks or credit unions can provide banking or loans to cannabis companies no matter if it's hemp or marijuana. They are both considered cannabis. Most if not all banks and credit unions have been prohibited by law and cannot work with any cannabis companies. That is all about to change as they finally see the big picture and potential in this massive industry.
I personally know the owner of a hemp CBD company and their merchant accounts which they process credit cards through have been shut down on at least a few occasions. I know of another huge hemp CBD company that has experienced the same issues. They have each had to switch merchant accounts at least a few times because as soon as the merchant account issuers found out they dealt with hemp CBD they shut down their accounts.
A third example of this I just experienced with a local company that just opened a new store in my town. I bought a hemp CBD pre-roll 2 days ago and the receipt that they emailed me said the store name was "Something Blank Blank Cosmetics." It did not have their actual name on the receipt or any mention of what was bought. This means that they most likely had the same issues as the 2 other companies stated above or they were trying to avoid having their merchant account shut down.
Even hemp CBD companies that mostly sell CBD oil and other CBD products have to be sneaky as of right now until the banking laws change. Sad and ridiculous, but true.

Awesome trade for sure! Nice move.
I got your message. Good question! Not sure of the share structure, float or restricted shares. I will be looking onto this and will let you know if I find anything.
I bought this stock about a month or so ago and the market cap was only 3 million at the time... As a few weeks passed, the market cap went down to 1 million. At that point, I got tired of it going down and sold. I lost about 50%. Not too happy about that and I hope to make something back on this... I lost $500 of my $1000 in shares I bought.
I just checked my brokerage account and it is showing a 281 million market cap... Not sure how it went up so much...

My next step was going to be calling the company who handles the actual Rolls Royce stock and confirm RLLCF was in fact tied to RR.L. I saw their contact info on the RR website. Your message was a good reminder to do so.
Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. This means a lot! I was not looking in the right place and now you have confirmed the legitimacy of RLLCF for me and I can't thank you enough. I still may call just to double verify, but now I feel like I don't really need to.
*It is people like you that make iHub an excellent resource for investors to use. I have learned so much from people like you and for that I am grateful. You should become a moderator for this board.
To be honest, I have a moderate amount of trading experience. My brother was a stock broker over 20 years ago and taught me the basics of trading. I have had to learn most of what I know on my own as my brother is very busy and we don't talk much these days. I can use all the help I can get and every little bit that I learn helps a lot.

The old C shares ticker was RLLRF which has been changed to RLLCF in Nov 2018.
Contact JPM if you need further confirmation that this is actually connected to RR
-------------------------------------------------------------------
I've been all over the Rolls Royce website, but it doesn't say (nor does any other source) that the ticker RLLCF is directly linked to the actual Rolls Royce company.
There are 2 other holding companies that I found that appear to be linked to the actually Rolls Royce company. I only say that because the PPS prices and market cap are much higher than RLLCF which makes more sense to me. The Rolls Royce site does not mention these 2 other holding company's ticker symbols either.
I get it about the C shares. If it simply said somewhere on the Rolls Royce site that the dividends are issued as cash or RLLCF stock (in the form of C shares) that would be a clear explanation and then people wouldn't be so confused as to what RLLCF Holdings actually is. See what I am saying?
Thanks for the response.
Best info I've found yet! Thanks for posting. I just followed you on Twitter.
I would like to find more info on how this stock is tied to the actual Rolls Royce company...
From what Ernie stated on this board, this stock is the dividends that are issued from the actual Rolls Royce company. Ticker: RR.L
I couldn't find any info on this stock after doing several searches. Ernie on this board states that it's easy to find info and perform DD on this stock. I'd love to see a link or two as I could not find anything as I said... I am very good and thorough when it comes to research and I still come up with nothing on this one. I ran an E-commerce business for 15 years and internet marketing as well as research was a daily activity. A moderator should post a link in the description to any site(s) that may have info on this ticker... Actually, I just checked and there is no moderator for this board... Hmmm...
Yes,-500K-lbs-for-biomass,-not-hemp-CBD buds.-Huge-difference.-Biomass-is-only worth a fraction of hemp grown for CBD buds which is turning into a massive market.
Let's do some math per Bruce's statement:
150,000 lbs of Hemp CBD Buds (to be harvested soon) = 68,038,855.5 grams
68,038,855.5 x $5 per gram = $340,194,277.5
Bruce states 40% of that is Hemp Inc's profit. The rest goes to all others involved. That sounds like a tidal wave of money about to come in to me... Not to mention biomass sales and the new plastic pellets they are now positioned to start selling.
