End of year and new year seem like the stock performance is the best. Which makes sense because of flu season, winter, etc. But it's also insurance time for coverage elections. If there's ever been a time not to give up it's now. Worst time of the year judging by the stock performance over recent years.
I haven't recently. I'm biased as I've been around a long time. So I just shake my head that there seems to be an excuse no matter which year we're in. First it was they needed more time to audit financials. Then it was about NASDAQ uplisting. Now it's about the S-1. If all of those things were legitimate reasons at the time, and this is just one big coincidence, I will be the first person to say I'm wrong. But after a while, I just shake my head that they haven't done it yet. Especially when there's pink sheets that are SEC compliant. Even for the sake of garnering new investors Armen is smart enough to know to go SEC compliant. So I have no idea what the reason is to answer your question. I'm trying to stay positive but years go by fairly fast now for me and nothing seems to change.
Have a great week all. Hopefully this thing starts to turn around. Need certain entities off the ask...
Bro they had REDDIT WSB in this at one point in Jan/Feb.
I was convinced that last spike WAS THE ONE.
And they let it stop around the past resistance.
CRAZYYYYYYYY
I don't want this to be a meme stock or apes stock.
I want to see this grow long term. But damn how do you screw up that volume
I will leave it at this since I'm out of posts for today (thank god).
I would rather be optimistic about the company's plans and goals, and Armen. Then to be a pessimist.
So I will take that route and hope for the best.
Like I say I'm still buying this and still hold my core
I mean in terms of their strategy and the timing of when they said it would happen. From what I read nothing changed their core business and yet they didn't follow-up on the SEC stuff. I know it's not required but what exactly is the hold up
Well one way or another it will come out. Better to get it out soon if there really is something. Why wait, get people excited and then deflate the air later?
I would get it out in the open ASAP
What bugs me is I know they read this forum and other social media posts. How have they been able to talk about NASDAQ and SEC for years without actually doing it LOL. I mean what the hell is Jimmy thinking? Where are ya buddy? 3 years ago they made it seem like it was any minute.
Still nothing now?
LOL now I sound like a troll. I'm not I swear. I just am older now and not understanding this bs
Could be but eventually they know they have to be SEC compliant. I don't think waiting enough time would remove them from liability. I know this is all speculation but I really don't know. It's a good question
Yeah it would. But how many shareholders actually read the filings?
I still think the benefits outweigh even the risk of bad info getting out.
If this turns out to be a huge company and the share price goes to $5 one day you will say it was all worth it.
So let's not be ignorant and assume.
I make that mistake a lot. We have no idea what will happen. We THINK we know.
But being SEC compliant will bring in more money than toxic debt. What are they waiting for?
Maybe there is a legit reason....hopefully we see soon
If he didn't help to grow the company that's one thing. And I would have been out of this by now.
But I have to still give him credit for growing the company. So it's a matter of how much credit we give him in conjunction with how he is paid.
But he's not an evil man. I just don't agree with some of the things he's doing. No one is perfect in business
He doesn't have to spend as much money his way.
But that's the mistake most businesses make.
It's called the scarcity mentality.
We don't want to spend money in fear we won't grow. Or that expenses get too high.
The irony, as you stated, is that if they actually did spend some money they'd make out better.
You know way more about the situation than I do. I just have always had this gut feeling that Mars and Armen are on two different wave lengths.
Mars was more sympathetic to shareholders while Armen is more of a businessman in my opinion.
SF = stockforce
Sorry for the confusion but thank you for the reply.
Yes bro he knows how to play the game. I'm not gonna sugar coat it any more. I'm not bearish or shorting, in fact I bought more since this is oversold.
But yes he needs to get his act together.
Many of the OG crew, myself a little later, and others have known Armen to be an issue.
But it wasn't until now where it's starting to undermine the growth.
And I mean this in the sense of getting SEC compliant. I wish I knew the reason that they're hesitant.
One could argue Mars left because she found out Armen didn't want to do the right thing. That's my take
Do you own any shares SF? I always remember you posting positive things about RXMD. Just went back and it looks like you found some things out that don't make you feel good about the company. Just curious if that's a fair assessment? Like I say I always remember you to provide excellent DD but lately sounds like you think Armen is just sucking up free money from shares converted.
LOL I'm buying these people are nuts selling here
Support levels here go all the way back to 2015. I'm not worried at all. Under book value now.
Now is the time IMO....
Yup I'm still in. I just don't have the energy to keep up with the latest on anything. It's more of a hold for life to see what happens. Although I've been smart and traded around my core to buffer any potential issues in the future. But with low volume even that makes no sense and is impossible. Even trying to accumulate down here is hard to do unless you hit the ask.
My humble opinion is buy as much as you can down here. In the short term it's very oversold. We did finally break below 5 but that was inevitable since it's summer.
If you look at any other healthcare or ehealth related stocks, they all fall right before Q4 and insurance election time.
Then they go crazy in Q4 and the new year.
So this is accumulation time for me as we wait for the months ahead.
No it has nothing to do with that. You guys are reading into this too much lmao. We had the same low volume 3-4 years ago when things were more energized. All it ever had to do with is one simple fact. We're on the OTC.
Every time I come to this board it's just the same old tired lines.
Get off the OTC or I don't know what to tell anyone
Just stopping in after my hiatus to say it's hilarious they still can't get this below .05. They were calling for .01s, .02s, .03s and .04s. Nothing in sight. Only up from here.
It's just like what we saw with reddit and meme stocks in early 2021. They would have rather bought GME and AMC versus buying an actual value stock with growth and dividends.
It's like saying a musician is really good just because they make a lot of money... so what?
The PPS is down..sO tHaT mUsT mEaN tHeRe'S sOmEtHiNg wRoNg....
It's not at 1.50 so the business is horrible!
It's not like that stock at $2 that has no revenues and no actual business.
Yeah I'm so so jealous of those stocks lol...
Lots and lots of day traders and short term scared money in RXMD from what I can tell. They'll always do worse than long term investors. Always
With what OS? With what hype story? You're comparing apples to oranges. The OTC is a cess pool for people just trying to play hype stories. That's why everyone knows this is a diamond in the rough. RXMD is actually a real business.
The OTC market eh? You mean the market where institutions can't buy in yet prior to their uplisting? Yeah the OTC is truly the gold standard when it comes to valuing a company lol. You're lucky this really is only at .05 right now. Once this gets out and people get the business and story, .05s will look like .005s. If you think the PPS can be taken seriously on the OTC level with low volume and OTC volatility that's hilarious.
You don't know what valuation is either lol. Why can't you answer the question of why this can't get below .02?
Do you know what a long term curve or trend is?
Or do you just work in daily mode?
Have you seen this at .005 since 2015?
How about .01?
Have you seen .015 lately?
How about .02?
You continue to ignore the fact that this was in the subs. And now it's at .05 with a HIGHER OS.
Don't get confused. MARKET CAP is what's important. The company has INCREASED OS and yet still growing their share price. So they have a LARGER MARKET CAP than they did before. Market cap can be higher with a lower share price. It's a growing company. But one thing is for sure. .02 hasn't been seen since 2017. No chance in this lifetime of seeing that again. Especially .019.
No matter what is written or posted THEY CAN'T BREAK .02. Haven't seen that since 2017. Almost 4 years. How come? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm
.005 > .01 > .02 > .03 > .04 > .05....
Are those not gains?
Where's your starting point to say the PPS is declining?
A spike at .19 or .26? LOL
They grew their company without an RS and without any insider selling.
And they also added to their OS for operations while still appreciating share price.
They actually did a LOT. It's a thing of beauty
If that's the case what do you think of Amazon or Microsoft? You think Gates and Bezos are clean? Lol this forum is great. Facebook.... who else can I name...geez just about any tech company out there. Those liberals in silicon valley are treasonous. Zuckerberg and Dorsey squelching free speech. Total liberal scam jobs. But yet we hear about Oleg. LOL
Nice...it's a reminder that long term investing is actually a thing
Back then we heard the same cries. "PPS decline...blah blah blah"...
They can't break this below .02 again. So they have to whine about it going from .19 to .05.
My .005s will always look fat. They hate that.
The equation used is spelled out by the company/debt holder. I used to track all of these t-trades every day. It uses the average price and average volume to determine amount of shares. It's all defined in company docs. It's actually a very smooth process and gives shareholders the benefit of making sure the buying/selling is orderly.
I think it's more simple than that. They know the OTC is volatile on lower volume. So I don't think they thought this would stay at 19 cents forever after the spike. All of this is math. If they can make a deal at lower levels, they would probably like that, yes. But that's just part of the volatility. My view will always be the same. Until we uplist, the price swings are to be taken with a grain of salt in either direction. But there's no question, we have bottomed in certain areas. This is a long-term hold.
Low volume with no bear catalysts. Move is insignificant. Fundamentals haven't changed. A/D line strongly positive. RXMD still above it's positive slope so all dips are bought for record highs. Shorts haven't been able to get this below .02 since 2017/2018. Good luck getting back there. OS has increased along with their revenues and yet we've successfully bottomed/appreciated. Think about that.
.005 was a bottom
.01 was a bottom
.02 was a bottom
.03 was a bottom
.04 was a bottom
etc etc etc
The company has a valuation. It's just math.
Math over emotion
Low volume day. Nothing out of the ordinary. No bear catalysts and no volume. That means the move is insignificant. Yawnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
