It shows in my account but if I am looking at Trade Armor like I was going to place a bid etc it doesn't show I have any...but it does show under my account info

just don't see the big deal about the high volume is all...7.5 million volume, ok great...pps is up .001 so volume is not equating to much here.

AmeraMex International Announces a One-for-Fifty Reverse Stock Split
Shares of Common Stock Will Begin Trading on Split-Adjusted Bases December 21, 2020

CHICO, CA / ACCESSWIRE / December 18, 2020 / AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTCQB:AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment for logistics companies, infrastructure construction and forestry conservation, today announced that it will effect a one-for-fifty reverse stock split of its common stock at 5:00 pm ET today.

Beginning with the opening of trading on December 21, 2020, the Company's common stock will trade on the OTC Markets on a split-adjusted basis under a new CUSIP number 02356P209. The symbol for the Company's common stock will change to AMMXD for 20 business days following December 21, 2020.

The Company's stockholders approved an amendment authorizing the reverse stock split by a written consent in lieu of a special meeting of stockholders on September 11, 2020. The reverse stock split was effected by filing a Certificate of Amendment to the Company's Restated Certificate of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada.

The reverse stock split will be effected simultaneously for all outstanding shares of common stock and the ratio will be the same for all outstanding shares of common stock. The reverse stock split will affect all holders of shares of AmeraMex International common stock uniformly, including officers and directors. While the number of shares each stockholder owns will decrease, their percentage ownership of the Company will remain the same. No fractional shares will be issued in connection with the reverse stock split, and all fractional shares will be rounded up to the nearest whole share.

The reverse stock split will reduce the number of shares of common stock issued and outstanding from approximately 753.4 million to approximately 15.1 million.

There will be no change to the number of authorized shares or par value of the Company's common or preferred stock following the effectiveness of the reverse split.

Pacific Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC (PST), based in Las Vegas, NV is acting as the exchange agent and transfer agent for the reverse stock split. PST will provide instructions to stockholders with physical certificates regarding the process for exchanging their pre-split stock certificates for post-split shares in book-entry form.

I have a general rule about PPS...when PPS stays at .02 to sub penny for a decade or more it means it is just a typical OTC stock

Well if they do they do but it will not help IMO. They touted getting audited and moved off the pinks for years and years and how that would give them greater exposure and how they could really do an awareness campaign and promote the stock. A year and a half later after finally getting audited and moving up to the OTCQB they can't maintain a .01 pps and received 2 letters for falling below the required .01 bid price. (which is still below .01) Just seems like a R/S is a desperate attempt to turn something around that they have never been able to do before. They actually did better on The Pink Sheets and paid no annual fees etc. Guess we will see

I doubt it...20 days after they mailed the info to investors which was just last week before they can even submit the paperwork to the state. Could be this year but between that and holidays my guess is 1st qtr 2021

They are not remotely able to up list to Nasdaq even with a R/S...Can barely maintain OTCQB. They actually did better pps wise on the pinks and no annual fee. Nasdaq is an impossibility price wise, pps wise etc etc

We are not talking about the entire world just AMMX. Just saying they may use Covid as an excuse this year but it is still just a typical AMMX year with or without Covid. If this year was extremely low or an odd year overall pps wise I might say oh yeah it had an affect but since this pps is typical for AMMX I say same ole same ole
