I wish SCNA would build/sell some greenhouses up north. Canada goes full recreational next year. It would be the perfect environment since they have shorter grow seasons and could benefit fully from controlled environments such as the smart green houses they sell.
It’s funny that you and Ebota like to hang around the board and voice your discontent for this company. It’s kinda like keeping tabs on a shitty ex. You broke up but yet still care what they’re doing. I sold some stocks that didn’t do well and that was that. Moved on and didn’t waste time following its progress. I hope the others did well that stayed but I don’t hate on them if they made money after my exit, nor would I rub it in their faces if they stayed to continue losing more money. I guess it just keeps you folks entertained. whatever your reasons good luck to you and your future investments I hope everyone makes money in the end.
Until the federal laws change these MJ companies will never fully thrive like other sectors. They can’t take advantage of any tax breaks like most companies do. They could go around the banking system and use crypto currency, like bitcoin, but they still have to deal with mostly cash. Hopefully Canada has success when they go fully legal and maybe US will wake up and follow. Eventually the states will all one by one want a piece of the action, but it could all cease if big fed wanted it to. Just my 2 cents.
Amen to that boss man. I own both GRNH and SCNA and there is no comparison. John and Don have done way more in less time than James Haas has over the past 3 years. Everything that this company has said they'd do, has been done. Not always as quickly as they would like, but that's the nature of this business's. I am confidently waiting until the day my shares profits will wipe clean any losses I've taken with greengro.
Yo mr diesel, I was simply asking a question. No complaining here. Is it not ok to ask questions on an open forum anymore?
has anyone else's brokerage firm taken a while to update new ticker symbol and info? I use Fidelity and none of the new info is available yet. I can't see share price, cost bias, how many shares I own or what they're worth.
how many shares do you have?
Did we halt trading? 500 volume is making me worry.
Just being a semi new investor, 3 years buying stocks, this is a very young and promising company. But to see this with such a high share count, low share price, and revenues only starting to come in, it makes this a very risky stock to invest in. Not all people are gamblers like us. That's part of the reason I only have a small chunk of shares. I've been burned by OTC gambles in the past. Hopefully John and Don can keep the business firing on all cylinders and then good things will follow.
Wow that's some big cohones you got. I got burned by a bio-tech company on the OTC. I know it's not the same as the MJ sector, but it was an OTC stock none the less and it cost me $13,000. Second biggest financial mistake I've ever made. Now Ive just decided to put some small buys in several MJ companies hoping they'll pay off one day. Im not trying to hit home runs off of these gambles anymore. I give you lots of credit, 600,000 shares is a nice lump of money even if you had an average of .03 or less.
Im with you on the management. It sounds like John Taylor has his business running better than Haas is doing it with GreenGro. If he can deliver on his promises, this company will do well. Both of the companies sell almost the same product, however we waited a long time for Haas to deliver on deals that never came to fruition. Taylor seems like he'll complete deals he sets out to get. We shall see.
Maybe they are confident with the sales lined up that the share price can climb without having to restructure. Then they'll use that to purchase other assets as they are a holding company.
I have 20,000 of each, but my average sp is nearly double for what I paid here. Im seriously thinking of dumping GRNH. Even though the share structure here is a little bit spooky, I am very pleased with the management of this company. Haas is trying had but is getting nowhere. Taylor says they are already profitable and that sounds good to me. I think I might have to bite the bullet and shuffle my stocks around to put em all on this play instead. I feel more comfortable with Zerez's business model. Just my 2 cents.
it makes me happy to see this rising again, but I bailed about a year ago after holding on to a 20 something cent average for 2 years only to sell when this was trading in the .07 range. I felt smart when it went all the way down to the 3's. but now i feel like I might've lost faith too early. I loved what the company was trying to accomplish years ago, seems like I needed to wait another year. Maybe it's time to jump back in and see where this puppy takes me.
lol I was about to correct you. But I see you caught your mistake. I wish I had 5,000,000 shares too, but I wouldn't have the balls to risk 50,000+ dollars. Assuming he got in sub penny.
Great news and exciting to hear it's the beginning of a four year deal with $100 mil. Weird that it came out so late in the evening though. Let's see what happens tomorrow!
Well that was short lived. Lol. Scoop up the cheapies
.065 to .074 in a flash! What is going on?! I was literally away from my stock site for 5 mins then it jumped a nearly a penny. Well broke through the 6¢ resistance. Onward and upward we go!
Totally agree, if it were at all possible to invest more I would. But even the several grand I have can be multiplied many times over when this company blows up and gets big. I think it's only matter if when not if. Green gro already has a deal in place to build a huge project in Ohio. And that's for fricken lettuce! When they start building some marijuana producing facilities it will boost revenues way more. I will continue to buy when I can and hold until we start trading on the NYSE.
What do you gain to by posting things like this? Even if you're completely correct and GRNH is garbage, it proves nothing other than you were correct on guessing a 50/50 outcome. Either this stock will rise and make people money, or it won't. All this "haha I was right" is kiddie bs. I personally believe in the company, but the day it makes me a bunch of money, I will hardly feel the need to return here to write "haha you were wrong"
As we can all see, GRNH continues to make deals for big projects, they stand to bring in significant revenues compared to prior quarters and years past. What more will it take before we can safely trade on a big board? Do you think there is potential to do so near term? Lastly, would a R/S be necessary to make the PPS requirements or do you think we could get there on our own here on the OTC?
just want to get you and some of the other longs thoughts. I know there can be big money made on this trading board, but serious companies trade on the NYSE or NASDAQ...not the OTC. I believe GRNH stands to become a major company in due time. It's a matter of when, not if!
That makes sense. The faster the rise, the faster the fall. Slow and steady makes for stable SP.
lol you're too funny. Is this the next leg up you all keep talking about? I like seeing the small pull backs followed by bigger run ups. I hope this isn't manipulation. I hope this is big money making a move to get in at the bottom because they know this has the potential to be a highly profitably company for years to come.
Why does that matter we don't celebrate Columbus Day? My man never ever step foot on North America, therefore no reason to celebrate him as a national holiday. I'm just saying. But this little GRNH run is with celebrating. It's been a long time since I've seen more than half my holdings turn green.
Great article porky, as a long for almost 3 years, I am proud to have held on to my shares. Even as it was nose diving from the 2014 hype-highs, I've held on because I've always felt there was more to this company than just little weed grows. The article said it so well, if the world could get going on GRNH set ups and equipment, the farmers could produce huge amounts of food to places that otherwise wouldn't be able to. That would be a major game changer as far as shareholder value goes. All it would take is some government contracts to purchase systems from us and we could BLOW UP globally! I could easily see us moving form pennies today to dollars and then some if that happened. We'd end up on the NYSE and fund managers would throw our stock into their mutual funds and the sky's the limit!!! I want to be there when we move off the OTC to the big boy exchange.
Alright, way to finish green. I'm patiently waiting for the morning when I login and see a large number with comas in my GRNH portfolio :)
Right, my time frame was off by a few months. Haven't grown in awhile. But my point was well taken. It's not a problem with small time grows bucking the system. I mean people could brew their own beer or distill their own liquor, but the costs far out weigh the gains. It's simply just easier to buy the stuff in the store. That's why if they ever do legalize it, or if more states just take their individual system legal, Greengro will be successful. The big time growers will buy our products to manufacture and cultivate mj.
I thought about this same issue, but my thinking is this...even if people were able to grow it themselves, would they? Could they? It's not as easy as it sounds. And besides, Americans can go to the store and get groceries and cook meals themselves, yet we still go out and buy fast food. Why? Because it's easier and convenient. Growing a plant from seed takes anywhere from 8-12 weeks(clones will be a little faster) and that doesn't include dry and cure time. Also quality is not guaranteed. So I've tried to grow marijuana, once for sale, the other Time was going to give it to my mom who suffers from chronic back pain. But both times didn't yield the amount i desired, and I spent hundreds of dollars on soil, nutrients, pots, the lights, vent fans, the seeds themselves. In the end if we had a dispensary where I live, I woulda just got a prescription and bought the damn thing. Just my opinion from personally trying to grow it at home.
hopefully a 180 spin, because 360 would put it right back to where we are now. which is stuck with old ways and old rules. But I knew what you meant ;)
Not sure if this is a repost, but I found a more current article about the possible Aug 1 reschedule. Exciting stuff indeed!

They need to continue bringing in revenue, then get on a real board, like NYSE. Start trading like a big boy company. OTC is not the place for us.

Monday I could be interesting. Even though this doesn't directly involve GRNH, it's still a small win for the industry as a whole. I feel we will get better action on our SP when the revs come out.
Woo! You're much more ballsy than I. I have access to a line of credit, but I dunno if I got the nerves to pull the trigger on an order made with borrowed money. I hope it works out for you buddy!
I bought back in Jan 2014, held on hoping for something special, then sadly watched it slide all the way down to .018 the other month. Luckily I never sold, and even managed to almost triple my position over the past two months. The major difference from this run vs. 2014 is like you and all have been saying. GRNH has actual revenues this time around. And positive year over year sales. That sounds like the making for a successful recipe for stocks if you ask me. If only I could get my stupid tax return sooner! I'd invest it all in GRNH in a heartbeat. We have a solid foundation and it will only get better as the sector grows. GL to all!
