Yes SECI has the evidence and Feb is going to be a pivital time for whats going on here. The defendants will not let this see trial. Mediation it is then.
You are welcome JM. This is going to be a big event the way it's looking.
I don't know what the pps will go to but I am really looking at the fact that SECI is looking to file RICO charges, with the charge being fraud and they can only file that once. If the defense wants to make a deal, I think it needs to be substantial because SECI appears to have the evidence they need to stand strong in a real federal case. They have been connecting the dots with their lawyers. I think think SECI may also only want RICO by their language in the PRs. Very exciting end to the year and a real good beginning to a new one :)
They said that they want everything in the last PR. I don't think they are bluffing. They have to have the good evidence and the Feds are ready to accept the job ahead. You don't go into RICO to waste the Feds time. That's a bad idea. With Treble damages awarded I will say right now that I am very fortunate to be a part of this story with the rest here and elswhere. This is pretty big.

Well, It looks like they do have evidence that they are very confident in.
New tweet and PR out everyone. Have an amazing Monday!

Just got some info that another ticker left the Greys recently and had a rather nice run. The take home message here is what some said is not possible. A stock can come of the Greys and do quite well after it does. $SECI, we are with you on this journey.
He doesn't know what is going to happen and neither do I. I do know one thing, I still have 589 shares.
Do your DD and don't listen to the people who are spreading false info here. New Year is coming, mediation and trial are scheduled to happen. Real info.

The certain few you don't see here are still here. I am 100 percent certain of that. Strong longs with a 40+ percent share of the remaining float. Trial coming, hope you're at the bank. $SECI
I really can't blame them for trying, no. I'm just glad I thought to get the majority of my shares when they were 5 dollars. They are not for sale.
Lol, that's correct. If the defendants don't settle with Sector 10 by February 7th, we go to trial in May. If that turns into a rocky road, the Feds will seize assets and proceed with a "RICO" trial that has not been scheduled yet.
Correct, Mediation by February 7th or a 5 day trial in May and then a RICO trial. There is no RICO trial scheduled yet. Good luck to them when there is. Also, the price is being manipulated like myself and a lot of other people have talked about here.
I saw that wording and to me it's a confident thing for them to say. Feb is mediation, May is trial and March lands right in the middle of that.
Wow, thank you for posting this. I have more to study now.
What trial? What case? Now no relisting? $SECI files on time, (again). $SECI
New people visiting, welcome. Ignore the noise, mediation is February 7th or before and then a trial on May 11th. You can go to www.sector10.com for details.

Oh thanks for the help. They will get the bad news before the trial then? That means by February 7th they should have all the bad news they need to settle before they go trial. Thanks buddy, you're the best.
And if it is not handled/settled in mediation, they will go to trial and the new evidence will be presented and the defendants will then realize that the RICO trial comes after that and they will get all of their assets frozen before that trial even begins and their families will start to understand the gravity of the situation when dad says he is going to jail for a few years but they will have visitation rights so not all is lost, just the houses in the Hamptons, Aspen, the place in the south of France, both jets, the boat, the cars, the jewelry and all of the staff. They may be able to recover some of the sentimental things on a Government auction website. $$$Good Luck$$$ $SECI
Thank you for this comparison. I may have already said this but if you look at how some of these guys conduct business you will see a pattern. I'm important, I'm smart, I'm above the law, I'll win by any means necessary. I can get away with this. Rico charges inflict maximum damages on these individuals to deter future bad behavior.
Oh you beat me to it John. Many failed attempts to derail Sector 10. None worked.
What about Treble Damages? Oh yes, they are appropriate. Ouch!!!
Grounds
Treble damages are awarded at the discretion of the court, but the court needs grounds – a legally acceptable reason. The individual you've sued must not only be guilty of some wrongdoing, but he must have committed the act deliberately, knowing it was wrong. This is in contrast to negligence, which can occur out of ignorance or oversight. An order of treble damages is meant as punishment, not just to compensate you for money you lost because of the defendant's actions. Courts generally award treble damages in corporate lawsuits, such as antitrust matters or patent violations, but they can extend to personal injury lawsuits as well.
Purpose
Courts generally award treble damages as a deterrent. The intention is to convince the defendant – or anyone else considering the same crime, for that matter – that he really doesn't want to commit the illegal act again because the repercussions might be far greater than he ever anticipated. Treble damages are typically awarded in situations where the defendant violated the public good, such as excessive or repeated drunk driving charges that finally result in a fatality.
Burden of Proof
Judges and juries don't award treble damages lightly. If you or your attorney believe that the defendant in your case acted with intentional malice, you must prove to the court that this is so, that a law exists that should have prohibited him from taking the action, and that he willfully disregarded the law. You have the burden of proof to establish these things, and you must usually establish the request when you begin your case, requesting such an award in your initial lawsuit.
Calculations
Lawsuit damages typically fall into two categories: compensatory and punitive. Compensatory damages compensate you for some harm or damage, such as physical injury, lost wages, lost income, or interference with your business. They're also sometimes referred to as actual damages. Punitive damages act as punishment and are typically awarded in addition to compensatory damages. Because treble damages are also punitive in nature, you may not be able to request both these and punitive damages in your lawsuit – it's double-dipping in eyes of some courts. This can vary by state, however. When calculating treble damages, the court triples your compensatory award, not the punitive damages. You don’t get the original compensatory damages in addition to three times the amount – you receive three times the amount in lieu of the original compensatory award.
Disadvantages
Although recoveries under tort lawsuits are not generally subject to federal income tax, the Internal Revenue Service taxes you on at least a portion of treble damages. Only the amount of your original award is exempt from taxation. You must claim the other two-thirds as income. For example, if you receive treble damages on a $500,000 compensatory award, the first $500,000 is tax-free, provided it meets IRS rules for tort lawsuits. Tort suits stem from a violation of law that causes harm to another. You'll have to pay taxes on the additional $1 million representative of your treble damages.
ABBA, Step 2 is a real zinger. That's confidence right there. $SECI
If that is what the defence is going to use to explain why they stole Sector 10s technology, I don't think that is going to work out for them. In fact, I hope they bring that up. That is deflection. Not hard to recognize. $SECI
You said it takes 100 to move the price up and they sold 100 and moved the price down so you are correct, it moves the price.
You were saying...
The last two orders I have put in were limit orders at $30 dollars. First one filled at $28.00 and the second filled yesterday at $29.90.First one was 50 shares and the second one was for 30 shares.
Hey, welcome. Pretty much a ghost town now here, we've gone underground. The reason you can't get shares is because a large group of people you don't see here have almost 40 percent of the float locked up, 132k shares is the float. Try smaller buys, like 30 shares at a time. Keep the shares you get. We do think they will be quite valuable but that is up to you to decide. Happy hunting friend.
Order executed, 30 more shares locked up. Thanks
I have an order in to buy 30 shares at 30. $SECI
Sounds like Brass Ball confidence to me. $SECI
$6540.69
I'm with you on all of it expect double that amount. Treble damages are triple the amount.
50 more shares @28.00. I am the captain now! Lol
Nice cut and paste from the Google article.
I'm in if it happens. I support this company 100%. Firefighters for SECI.

The Importance of Shareholders in Business
by Chirantan Basu; Reviewed by Michelle Seidel, B.Sc., LL.B., MBA; Updated February 04, 2019
The Importance of Shareholders in Business
Shareholders are the owners of companies. A small business may have just one shareholder, the founder, while a public company may have thousands of individual and institutional shareholders, such as mutual fund companies, pension funds and hedge funds. Shareholders play an important role in the financing, operations, governance and control aspects of a business.
Financing of a Company
One of the primary reasons for going public is to raise funds from investors. In return, the company's founders give up part ownership to these new investors. Private companies and startups may also raise funds through private placements, which are share issues to a select group of individuals and institutions.
The founders of a startup company, including venture capital backers, may also provide additional capital in exchange for a higher percentage of the ownership. Unlike bond investors, shareholders do not get periodic interest payments or their original investment back from the company.
Operations of a Company
Shareholders play both direct and indirect roles in a company's operations. They elect directors who appoint and supervise senior officers, including the chief executive officer and the chief financial officer. They play an indirect role through the stock market. Investors stay away from companies that cannot meet earnings expectations but invest in stocks that consistently beat expectations.
Therefore, company management is under constant pressure to meet and beat sales and profit projections. Companies that generate significant free cash flow often face pressure from shareholders to return some of the surplus cash to shareholders in the form of dividends or share buybacks.
