I highly doubt that ESGRE will stop trading altogether. I expected to hear about the late filing today, but have thus far been a bit disappointed. But it's very unlikely that this is a scam operation. My growing lack of faith in management is discouraging, but the fact remains that Energas has a wealth of potential in its KY operations (not to mention KS, etc.) Long term, I truly expect to see growing profits and a higher share price.
In case you haven't visited before, DYDD (dydd.com) has a great discussion post going on EGSR. One of the founding members, Jack, is planning a personal trip out to their site at the end of the month. Jack is in continual contact with management, so can provide his insights into current operations, etc.
