Well i have to say that I was optimistic the way this was trading and maybe a little too optimistic. I was on the NAFDAC website the other day and have yet to see a registration number let alone anything about Lodonol when you search the website. Also I cant see how a company that doesnt have a pot to piss in is going to throw an informal meeting at the citrus club, and then again what's the point of an informal meeting. Based on the sales of the last two days it looks like the music may be getting ready to stop. So I might suggest grabbing a chair when you still can
Does anybody know if we are stuck holders now?
He happens to be spot on
and things continue to become more interesting

I think we all get to certain points in our life where we learn to have fun, do good things and make money.
my experience has been that deals with less then 20mm shares out tend to act better then most, over that it's anybody's guess
I may be a little green, but I learned enough about OTC land, that deal guys make money it's just a matter of being on the right leg of the trade
Got the .18, next .20, then good leg up
GREAT NEWS !!! the guy does what he says he's going to do, better then most
Good news !!

I would like to build a position in here
you can't fight the tape, acts good. just hard to buy any position, just have to be patient
so far so good, vol, albeit thin, is good. going from pinks to bb, BETTER. Let's see where this takes us, but so far the pieces fit
I like the chatter on IMUN, vol good bids good, through .18 it's .20 through .20 it's gone, the tape doesn't lie and the tape says something good is coming
200,000 share bid, GOOD MORNING IMUN !!!
another decent day. good volume love to see it get through that .165 then it gets a little better to the upside. No news yet but the tape looks good
got my +.15 close on volume, expecting a good leg up from here
I got my .15 on volume so if it holds up on the next leg to .20's
THIS IS EXACTLY WHY WE ARE HERE. This thing could have some real legs
https://www.yahoo.com/finance/news/pfizers-opioid-painkiller-manipulated-abuse-fda-152035640--finance.html
seems to have settled down, so my hunch is that loose paper has come and gone. A push thru .15 would give me a great reason to add for a trade into the .20's to start. anything to come out of Europe would be a BIG plus. just like to see the vol pick up in here and then I think we catch either a good trade at worst if not the first of a few good legs up
It's hard to build a position in this because it's apparently pretty thin but it does continue to trend well
I like the way this is acting I'm buying more
BODACIOUS VOLUME TODAY, volume precedes movement should pop
RFB, the offer being undercut is a no brainer, it's inexperienced seller after another leap frogging. If i'm right and I usually am, somewhere between a small shareholder and somebody that got stock in a settlement for past settlement issues is banging away at it with no regard because they don't care, it's not necessarily free money persay but they just don't care. As far as I can tell IMO, nobody shorts an .11 or .14 deal the risk is to great. My instinct is, as you could have done it years ago when doing a financing with these little stocks is some sort of hedge and believe me it was done way before the ink ever hit the paper so I doubt seriously the new guys are in doing anything. To that end I believe it's settlement paper and I will have to go back through the filings and try and figure out the timeline. Let you know
can anybody shed any light on this? I like some of the numbers around this compared to those in the space
RFB, look I have not always have pom pom's waving on this trade. Let's back up for a second and take a intelligent look into this. First of all throw all of the technical out the window unless your looking at break out spots and support on volume, everything else don't apply. It's a small biotech that holds a lot of patents on a good application with LDN CAN'T DENY THAT, even me. With most of these small co's that needto take financing that is sometimes a tough pill to swallow but I haven't yet seen where there has been a financing that was a total spiral slap in the face. My hunch is that with some of the deals that were cut to either settle lawsuits and or previous employee compensation has come to roost. To that end if you are a believer that the LDN story is good and that the FIDSON and NAFDAC stories are legit, and we haven't come up with definitively yet they are not, then this could be one of the best trades you can add to at these levels. Even if it does get back to .75-1.00 and you sell it at .30 you've done well and will kick yourself that you didn't participate. If you think about how much paper is out there, they have a base of long term players otherwise this would be way worse. The point being is that potentially this is very cheap.
RFB, normally I would COMPLETELY agree, however.
If the FIDSON and NAFDAC application is correct then the point is some what moot on the dilution. While we all agree that the road here has been previously let's call it "Bumpy" LDN has merit, that's even something I cant deny.
that's like a drug dealer going to the police complaining that he was robbed.
ps they fire Andrews you know he is feeding info the BS RS. everything these two touch turns to crap

To those that know me understand that our tentacles are far reaching. I will remind everybody I have ALWAYS liked the LDN story, I have found some negatives in the past and have always laid my unbridled sentiment on the line. After drilling down into the FIDSON and NAFDAC developments, our initial feedback from folks we know with boots on the ground there, appears to be surprisingly positive. We should know more in the coming days and may have an update on Monday. Under the assumption that this proves to be true, we could make a significant change in our attitude towards the trade
Stable? this thing was 10 bucks once, now it's in the basement DILUTED TO DEATH
I would venture to say that there are probably shares being hedged by JMJ not to mention Ron Brouilettee has shares that are getting blown out, Noreen sold shares, RJ Dailey and all of the other cronies that have been doing notes and other nefarious things have tons of stock. There is an old and fast rule, one of which if there is liquidity today take it, tomorrow they may be subpoenaed. The other from a dear friend from Bear once said, God made big bids to hit them. There have to be close to 40mm shares in the system. Remember that Ron B takes shares at a DEEEEEP discount for his fee's then he lays them off to unsuspecting people also below the market. So for example if Noreen owes Ron Brouileette money let's say 100,000 she will sell him 200,000 worth of stock, for say 5,000 or 10,000. he will in turn sell them to some poor bastard at 150,000 the buyer looks at it on paper like he got a good deal he's already up 50K so what do you do then, you go out and sell them
7.9mm in the float HAS TO BE A TOTAL FARSE
still not sure if I believe it BUT...... what does this do for Cytocrumb shareholders?
And even if it is right , which would be great Ron Brouilette THE FELON could still take this down
The devil is ALWAYS in the details.......
why is it Noreen NEVER lays out the specifics of a transaction?
This new binding agreement for the CAR-T tech and data, was it for cash, stock and cash? She doesn't have much cash and the latter is more delusion, sorry I meant dilution
my hunch is that they only got about 300k out of it between the St George payoff, legal, fee's extc..... so what are they going to do with 300k other then maybe pacify some of the settlements that they have made with others that she hasn't paid the bills. I think one of the things that bothers me most is that there are very few announcements only info is really released through filings. I would prefer if they made announcements so regular people who DON'T know to look at the filings kind of get the short end of the stick
So here's the rub.Without revenue how do they service the debt? She is just going to keep having to sell stock so the whole thing doesn't spiral. I would love it if the issued a statement for the use of proceeds
Outside of the St George payoff for first position, does anybody know what the use of proceeds is for the balance?
does anybody know if this is our fearless leader?

IMHO.......
so the stock that Noreen sold, ref previous post, was sold at a discount to the market,IMHO, in a block sale hence the reason for the volume and IMHO was probably an"organized" event. There was no publically announced reason for people to buy the stock so probably more then not it was most certainly organized before the event of course IMHO
oooops must have slipped her mind

OMG It's official..... you're an idiot on multiple accounts. This will probably get deleted by the Quality Stocks moderator and or admin from Ihub, but it's official you with your 160+ IQ are a moron.. Noreen is a criminal and is working with Ron Brouilettee the fact that is still trading is a mystery. I am so done trying to help, my call on Monday goes to two places in DC, the first FINRA, the second SEC. Then start the timer for 6 months
