It says more about the owners of the 7 myn shares that sold. There are two ways to sell a sizeable chunk - at the market, because They don’t care about the other shareholders or the company and They don’t care about how Their trade affects the price - OR, they instruct the desk to sell 6-7 myn shares over time because they don’t want to kill the price. The sellers didn’t care how they affected the price and one could draw the conclusion that that was their goal all along.
41k from product revenue per last form 10Q. You can access form from sec filings
There has been revenue booked.
I think it was there in 2010. Still here.
As long as the affluent have compassion for those with disease, follow the research, and listen to the doctors such as Dr Jay, the company will continue to be funded through private placements if necessary.
Well, Dr Rechnor believes it saved him from Covid19 and he’s been a welcome addition. Step by step.
Thank you Misiu for your passion and activism toward getting this molecule through studies, with the goal of saving lives just as it saved your son. You’re a successful, retired physician living the good life and could easily sit back and count your interest and dividends. Thank you for corresponding with management and all government officials that will listen. I appreciate your efforts.
Excuses to you, logical explanation of circumstances to me.
Pestell couldn’t get his trial started at Northwestern. First they were waiting for a lab, then Dr Cristofanilli said they were having good results with a competing drug at Northwestern. Pestell said he was left in the dark. Huh? Pick up the phone. Get on a plane. Throw your weight around. He was too busy buying condos on the beech 3000 miles away from his lab. Dr Patterson, much respect, but don’t patten our drug and we don’t need to buy your lab. Been there done that. Mahoob - I believe he left after Dr Rechnor was promoted to COO. All of the hiring is happening in the Southeast. Dr Kelly is righting this ship and he’ll use Nader’s talents as a fundraiser because he’s done it in large numbers without compromising the IP. Look at Pestell’s old company - he raised 15 myn total. Dr Patterson has had three companies in the last ten years and may have 5 myn revenue. I’m voting current management.
Any deal that includes the IP.
I think Dr J’s letter speaks volumes about the importance of the Brazil trials. I’m not interested in changing strategies at this juncture.
My understanding is the FDA requested data from our monotherapy trial which was a larger size and ongoing. So these were placeholders for the future data.
My guess is it had nothing to do with Nader but rather the team he wanted to hire to complete the BLA. After he was hired, Dr Rechnor was promoted to COO and he had a team of specialists he wanted to hire/contract. That’s my read.
Bill thank you for that perspective.
Great hire IMO. What comes to mind is Dr Jay stating the FDA has our trials being reviewed by the anti-viral division and they don’t under our MOA. I do believe these recent trial “failures” as some would call them, and the successes together with his experience in bringing a MAB to market put us in a positive position. Great hire.
Praying for your children.
A big welcome back Trding!!
From one mother to another, I’m beyond thrilled for you!
Misiu that’s the BEST update! I’m very happy and will continue to pray. Thanks for contacting Dr Woodcock. Let’s hope for another miracle. The world needs it.
Wow! Thanks for the update. Answers to our prayers! Thank you Nader and Dr Kelly!
Stock, I don’t know if right to try is treated the same as EIND. I’m hoping and praying the feds leave it up to the doctor to save his life when time is critical.
Thank you for the update on your son Misiu. I wish they would currier it to the hospital and add it to his IV drip. Still praying.
I’m praying for your son Misiu
It was bought in the name of Cytodyn. Just curious what the plan for it was. It was bought and then nothing transpired. Just thought you may have been privy to the information.
Do you know why KVN as CEO bought a couple of lots of land in FL right before he stepped down? I always wondered why that was done.
Does anyone know if this Patterson organization is still active? This is an article from 2015 and the website referenced is no longer operational.

Not now , not ever
What’s also interesting is the directors of the company at that time, Tony C and KVN hired him knowing his past.
Humble, I’d make certain of the email used. The clinical trials.gov site lists Kush Dody’s email at AmarexCRO.com.
As their friend, I’d email the company directly and let them know what’s happening.
That doesn’t sound like our company - they’ve been extremely responsive to people needing assistance, especially Dr Jay. Did you try emailing Dr Kelly?
Thanks CT Medic. Not sure why people have to be to condescending. Appreciate the Saturday morning science. It’s a nice reprieve from the constant drama and name calling.
This just keeps getting better and better. Misiu was right again
Yes - on HR matters it’s a guess - as stated.
My guess is Mahoob left when they made Dr Rechnor the COO and the director of clinical operations and Dr Rechnor demonstrated the ability to build a team with people on a southern wage versus northeast wage for Mahoob’s team. That would be my guess.
I think the odds that Dr Rechnor are still with the company in the future are very strong. Prior to joining the firm, he contracted COVID and received Leronlimab. Learning about this molecule is now his passion. Your conjecture is just that and it’s not based on any fact.
Agreed. Thank you Dr Rechnor and the entire team. We’re building a solid foundation.
It was the dose justification study, that was its only purpose and happily a good number of recipients survived.
It will be meaningful to anyone who’s held the hand of a loved one dying from breast cancer.
There are many wealthy people who have lost loved ones to breast cancer, and prostate cancer, and friends to HIV who will continue to support the company in spite of Nader’s continued exuberance. They offer hope. There are plenty of doctors available who will attest to the science without requiring a payout for their support.
Less than 4%, but of that 4 pct what percentage are earned by small bio techs that outsource to a CRO compared to large pharma. The dose justification and RO may not be newsworthy, but they are a step in the right direction Dr Rechnor is a step in the right direction.
