Today is the 9 year anniversary of my mother-in-law's passing from metastatic breast cancer. Please get this deal done and carry on with your research.
I'm not sure why you are making this personal. I'm long and that's my business. Just pointed out some facts that I knew about our company from our time in FL.
Rolling - this was from 2012 when the company was headquartered in FL. They don't maintain an office there any longer.
There was a post by TRDG Post Number 11989 about a rejection in March 2016 for one of their studies. This was covered then, and they did discuss it at the time. They never hid or not mention it. They moved on.
There's a reason they only offer this security to accredited investors, it takes a long time to develop and bring to market and you may or may not make a dime. I've been in this since Allen D Allen was still around and IMHO we've come a long way and are on track to bringing relief to many struggling with HIV.
I'm not sure why some of you are compelled to tell those of us who are long that we're stupid and foolish for staying long. Just move on to a different security. Please.
Thanks for the positive thoughts Chump! Have looked for your posts here and back in the Yahoo board. GLTU!
Trding you probably already know this - ETRF is Fidelity. I trade through them and noticed a couple of months ago that my limit orders were being executed almost immediately, as though not being sent out - for what that's worth.
I wish - Sorry - small m - only 4,000 today.
I only had enough cash on hand to pick up 4m shares at .49. If this hits, who cares about 2 cents, I'm picking up what I can.
Same - I actually have a lot in the green - got filled on the bounce up from 41.
Current funding - what do they know about this group? - Iliad Research & Trading LP - John M Fife, is also CEO and Chairman United American Healthcare Corp - UAHC. They're either a visionary with their various companies or I'm not sure. Not much information there. Do we care where their money is coming from?
Agreed. Brilliant Tony. As long as we don't spend too much on patent protection. That was a hefty number with cytolin. Excited by this news.
I've averaged down my share price and might sell off enough to cover my initial investment, and ride the rest. Until then, I keep buying when my other holdings pay dividends/interest.
After the Colangelo debacle and of course the Russian Bots on FB, who knows?
Maybe its just me but I came away with a positive feeling after reading the PR; I could actually understand the scientific description for Pro-140.
When we bought Pro-140 we thought we were in a middle of testing that would continue, but Drexel pulled out and we went through a series of science professionals for hire, and we tread water and that was extremely frustrating. I think Dr. P went through quite a bit of learning on the job during that time and he kept searching for avenues to move this forward at the prodding of Allen D Allen. We were able to keep the lights on. I soured on management then because I thought they didn't care, just wanted to collect their paycheck which, IMHO, didn't match their qualifications and they were happy to tread water.
But over a few years we learned about new testing facilities, found the current testers in Maryland which appeared to add legitimacy, IMHO, and they found Tony, or he found them. I was keen on adding Dr. Berger (until that other poster mentioned his stewardship of a prior biotech), but he does have connections that may prove fruitful if they give any attention to research which seems to be the case. I then decided it was Dr. P who did the research and put these pieces together and deserves credit for that.
Its been a long strange frustrating trip and I hope we make it but in my opinion we're finally headed in the right direction.
I hear ya
Nice - up $44 today! Do they have anything other than price in common?
Patrick Iverson appears to have a solid scientific employment history and a company he was associated with, Sarepta Therapeutics, SRPT is publicly traded at 94.98.
This article is from 9/6/2007 and he was added to the board of Paulson.

Does he still serve? Does it matter? Do they keep the lights on without them?
Found this after I posted - he resigned from Paulson's board in 2014 but still serves as an advisor, https://www.cnbc.com/2014/01/28/globe-newswire-paulson-capital-corp-announces-changes-to-its-board-of-directors.html
Allen D Allen passed in March 2017. Don't know how much he held, whether restricted, etc.
Perhaps an estate gifted shares to an institution or another beneficiary and they liquidated upon receiving the gift.
Thank you for your service D0lphint0m
For a long while it seemed there was a revolving door at Chief Science Officer and we were adrift. I actually took some profits between SP 3-4 many years ago. I'm feeling more confident with Dr. Burger's influence and Tony on board. Added to my position and will tuck it away for a while. GLTA
Bucky - the shame of it is we have superior science but we've been out managed by a foreign competitor with a similar antibody with inferior delivery mechanism. This company has paid a lot of money for management to learn on the job, in my humble opinion.
Thanks for the information. I've been in this stock since Allen D. Allen's antibody which was dropped when we purchased Pro140. I get so discouraged when something which sounds inferior to this therapy already has FDA approval. This companies salaries are so high, I'm cynical about their motives - to actually bring this to market or just continue to raise funds, dilute the stock, and collect their salaries. My 2 cents. Good luck to all, I'm hopeful but also discouraged.
Did this news curb the enthusiasm? I'm not a scientist and don't understand all the similarities or differences. Anyone familiar with this Canadian drug?

That's great, but its from 2007. I have a hard time reconciling that if its so good and the others are so toxic, what is the good doctor waiting for. Why would he sit on his funding?
What are they good at? Raising just enough money to continue to pay their inflated salaries and jumping from one effort to another with limited results.
