How do you try and burn through 3 billion shares at around 15 cents then up from there.
Can it be done by averaging up? I think it can-
Looks like the CBD market is here, is it though? What will happen after march 7? No matter what, that's gonna set a new tone to the sector and the market overall. California reveals new pro state legislation- this'll be separate from the GOV....AB64 gave med mj in California new assertion.
What will the Bible Belt do? What about Arkansas?
Iike that write up from Hempmeds Brazil website said- "this trial is only the beginning of the studies that will be conducted on Cannabidiol'
History being made here.
Wasn't MJNA awaiting a decision on a 100,000,000$ lawsuit? I thought that decision would be in this month or was it last month?
MJNA headquartered in Dan Diego, San Diego's been studying medical cannabis for a long time. http://cmcr.ucsd.edu/images/PDFs/Med_cannabis_APA_Denver_08-06-16.pdf
And MJNAs been combining this knowledge with other countries. Some of the greatest minds in this movement.
This is where the cannabidiol study on children and adolescents will be conducted in Brazil
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Faculdade_de_Medicina_de_Ribeirão_Preto very prestigious place
This is what it says at the bottom of the page where it shows a picture
of the university
'Cannabidiol, one of the compounds of the plant, will be tested in more than 100 children and adolescents with severe cases of epilepsy. And it's just the beginning.
Portuguese main focus is cannabidiol (CBD), one of the most famous cannabinoids around here. That's because it became news when Brazilian families began trying to import supplements with the substance to treat patients with severe forms of epilepsy, who do not respond to conventional treatments. Anvisa had to start issuing special import authorizations, until finally taking the CBD off the list of banned substances - today it is considered "controlled use" such as antidepressants"
They're going to clinically test Medical Marijuana Inc's Hempmeds RSHO for thre treatment of child seizure disorders.
MJNA- time to average up.
They'll try to bring her down- probably a lot of people mad about MJNA, but it's time to average up- hit the ask while not paying ask if one is already holding shares..
Looks like the company has been doing what they said, it's only more news from here, I can't imagine any of it being bad. And in just a month now we'll see the mmj ordinances passed out to California from Los Angeles, this is just the start.
I would my friend- but it seems like MJNA might be the next biggie- I didn't know ahead of time- just looks that way...still alive- all the shares even make sense now...
Either MJNA is the chance for people to catch what might be the next GW, or well, it all doesn't look like a 'scam' anymore at this point...at least I don't see how...
That article might have been first printed in 2014 but if you look at the website provided toward the bottom- check out he dates there- last week- RSHO kickin' in Brazil!
https://www.hempmeds.com.br
Keep in mind- this is the same land GW is selling in.
This says here RSHO was the first CBD import... http://general-hemp.com/portfolio-companies/hempmeds-brasil/
I know of a few thriving CBD product companies in Brazil-
Again it's the same thing as here...they are nutraceuticals. Unless they are selling the same CBD to treat seizures as they are for facial zits? Are they? Because that wouldn't make sense to me?
But since you know so much about the cannbis branch from root to stem why don't you tell me?
What makes MJNA unique is that CBD sold in America online by these other smaller companies will be viewed mostly as a nutraceutical, probably forever, you can buy that stuff on eBay , but the CBD used to treat seizures and chronic pain like the RSHO brand made by MJNA are of a certain grade and quality and just not anyone has access to.
We're talking sales throughout whole countries here (like Brazil) that have not had any legal or major access until fairly recently- to medical grade CBD- that's medicine to basically an untapped market that really needs it. And unlike our pharma hungry FDA these countries are declaring CBD full medicinal rights, and recognition.
GW started selling thier products in Brazil after 1/2017, MJNA is importing Hempmeds into Brazil http://www.medicalmarijuanainc.com/hempmeds-brasil/news-press/ pretty big deal if you ask me
I don't need to dig that deeply- name me another CBD penny that has their own LABELLED product selling in the same country that such a giant like GW is?
That alone is impressive and one can imagine where things could go from here...
I see posts about 'averaging down' but what about averaging up? If I buy some MJNA right now, I can buy more as it goes up, and as it goes up I won't really be buying it at the ask
price because I'll still be holding the shares from this entry point at .16
That means I can accumulate shares buying the ask later and never really pay the ask price because I'm holding shares bought previously at this level. Averaging up seems like a good investment tool.
It's where they sell it that's unique, big foot in the door in Brazil according to a news release Friday, also GWPH just started selling in Brazil- Brazil looks like the next big market.
That's what's unique.
Lol, sales are down? Sales of what and to whom? MJNA supplies whole countries with their RSHO brand hemp oil. Sales are down? Do you live in Brazil? Where both GWPH and now MJNA are selling product?
Didn't know that did you? GWPH is in Brazil now.
These days 'Marijuana Entrepreneur' can be more accurate than the term 'Pot Head' for those in the know.
Get rich from the plant and spread the knowledge- this'll be the biggest year yet!
Im hearing that after the vote in March licensed dispensaries in California may no longer be operable, but what used to be not for profit collectives will now be for profit- now in California- you can start your own http://startyourcollective.com/
No big pot chains or shops allowed unlit 2021- trust me, it's true.
MJNA dipped after its .50 start date.
https://www.splithistory.com/?symbol=MJNA+
No doubt there- but put pretty much any cannabis sector stock in there, and search, almost all have dipped.
MJNA's moving back up- and look where the company stands today in terms of growth and position in the sector. MJNA's a whopper of a company it appears.
Seems like MJNA is the shell that moves the turtle that bites the rabbits as$$
That's a lot of news back there!
Says in there MJNA has proprietary rights to 85! delivery methods of cannabis/cannabinoids.
85!
Here's some news from Friday about MJNA's recent footing in Brazil- what could be the next Cannabis monster market http://oracledispatch.com/2017/02/03/medical-marijuana-inc-otcmktsmjna-brazil-expansion-represents-legislative-diversification/
Also cannabidiol was just authorized for medical use in Brazil. http://www.internationallawoffice.com/Newsletters/Healthcare-Life-Sciences/Brazil/TozziniFreire-Advogados/Cannabidiol-and-tetrahydrocannabinol-authorised-for-medical-use-in-Brazil pretty big news.
MJNA has a big footing in Brazil.
Imagine seeing 'CBD Oil, the Mew Miracle Cure'- they announce something like that on the cover of Time Magazine I know where I want my money.
Seems CBD news lately- there's just more and more about it.
Israeli university opens first medical marijuana course http://ireadculture.com/university-israel-opens-first-medical-cannabis-course/
Remember that meeting the President has set for the 15 this month in Washington- Israel is huge Pro medical Mj!
MJNA here in Culture Magazine- this company's getting a lot of attention lately, big moves being made!
http://buff.ly/2kyenxK
Sometimes MJNA gets moving so fast you can trade the sucker accurately on just your phone even. Zigging along like your favorite song!
I don't want to give the impression that MJNA is the only ticker to trade out there in this sector- that's not true- but I think it is a good trading stock until March and perhaps beyond.
There's something about how they seemed to know and keep their product within the guidelines of not only California, but the nation and other nations as well. If they aren't paying attention and just putting out fluff pr's well it's strange then how their steps follow perfectly the movement in the sector. Are they following or are they leading?
California will be to weed what it is to wine. The writings on the wall, what is it going to look like just a little over three weeks from now when those ordinances are out there from LA and in the news for the nation, by the end of the year?
It's looking like Trump is going to have a rude awakening-
I don't think he'll be saying anything about marijuana legalization. Even if he does we're not backing down to anything he says here. There are already enough signatures to put a 'calexit' lol, on the ballot for November.
There are already officials here (Los Angeles) saying they will not comply with his building a wall, many border officials feel the same this side of the country...police not going to search for immigrants---etc--etc--- if he thinks that California will put aside and disband something we've been researching for decades he's dead wrong.
All that I've said about Trump has come true so far, I know how the majority of California feels, I have no fear from him or anyone in Gov that has plans to stop marijuana research and legalization- not gonna happen. And I get the feeling Trump is about to be dethroned.
Okay, sounds good. If they had a meeting about it might be something good as a result...
Yes, it does say on a website from Florida the new rules have not been published yet, I mean the meeting was just yesterday.
Thinking about it now, who does supply Floridas doctors with the cannabis? Unless they changed the law yesterday during the meeting at 8 am the doctors in Florida cannot use ANY method of electronic transfer for cannabis. So what's going on? Where's it coming from then? Or where WILL it come from might be the question.
But who waits for eventually in this market? Not unless the reward is worth it, the case there is a big thing- but really not all that big of a deal if they change it- its supply and demand, demand can't be all that great if Floridas own doctors can't call in for medical cannabis themselves.
And if Floridas doctors can't even call in their meds then who is supplying them?
Maybe it's not always MJNA writing those pr's, if it is then yeah, that's lame.
It's like there's a set of rickety stairs and three people have to go down them. Now if someone goes down first and they trip and fall on the third stair, the people still standing at the top will know to avoid that third stair.
Now next if someone else goes down and this person avoids the third stair but steps on a rusty nail on the fifth stair- whoever is left at the top will know now to avoid the third and fifth stair.
Now, let's say there are only six stairs to make it down- well, that person left at the top, let's say they are California, and they are left standing at the top- well, it's not so difficult to make it to the bottom is it? Pretty good chance California will get down those stairs now- let's say those stairs are marijuana legalization and now California will be the only one to make it down the stairs with the strongest legs. Seems like that's what's going on here.
I was reading this morning that California based Medmen marijuana company owns a couple dispensaries in New York and is buying another in in New York State.
It's weird tho- Colorado and Florida doctors can't order Cannbis by electronic means, but they can in California, I wonder where Colorado and Florida doctors are going to get their weed? This is mind boggling, it really is.
This here is an amendment vote for set take place the third of Feb. (already happened) states that even doctors can't tele-order medical cannabis? That's strange https://www.healthcarelawtoday.com/2017/01/11/florida-board-of-medicine-hearing-on-telemedicine-and-medical-marijuana/ I wonder where they'll get it from?
I know, no telemedicine exams is a big problem for people who aren't easily mobile, especially if they are in pain or sick and can't get around.
Doesn't make any sense really.
That's right, you guys have to go in physically- can't order over the phone die to the telemedicine ban? https://www.healthcarelawtoday.com/2016/12/12/florida-no-telemedicine-exams-for-medical-marijuana/ is that can't order for delivery too I wonder?
