This passés that means in Wisconsin no matter whose in that dang ol GOP they can't touch CBD , even with a lil THC in it.
https://legiscan.com/WI/text/SB10/2017
Well this is an interesting read. Wisconsin is moving to reschedule cannabidiol with THC as long as ACCOMPANIED by a doctors script.
Didn't I say last night cannabidiol might be the medical part of the medical marijuana?
https://legiscan.com/WI/text/SB10/2017
Really, you can't make this up.
It's not the same- if it was this hard to have people understand how CBD differs from THC how long will it take them to be able to differentiate between recreational THC and medical THC- I know some that probably never will see a difference.
What about people that are older, and they've thought is marijuana as simply a drug and this is what they've believed for fifty or more years?
People don't like to change- they don't like to think what they've believed their whole lives is wrong. Maybe it's not simply how marijuana gets you 'high' but the stigma behind it as well, is keeping it in an unfavorable medical light. In my opinion the one (medical) can't coexist with the other (recreational) for a long time....but that's just how I see it.
I feel the same. I'm not interested in bickering the difference between the two and how they will be distributed either. The point of my post that, what if there were no 'medical' THC, what if the medical side lie in the CBD. Because that's the way it's looking for now.
If it were the other way around then there would be more news about how THC helps and could cure ills, but instead really- all points to CBD, even the CBD nutraceutical market is booming...
I'll have to check. But I'm feeling that there's more research going on with CBD in terms of medicine- and that balls already need set in motion it seems.
How will marijuana be medically insured in a plant form, when I can just take that and sell it to someone on the street if I'm hard up for cash, or really, if I just want to make some big money?
Something else has to happen.
Tell me what is the difference between medical THC and recreational THC? No one can answer that.
Maybe that's the real reason why THC is not legal on a federal level in...well,
Can anyone tell me where THC IS legal on a federal level?
How can people at all tell the difference between the two (rec and medical) Even if you make one strain different or more potent than the other that still would cause problems and confusion. If a cop pulls someone over and all they have is bottle of weed from a dispensary but they SAY it's medical- and the person has a card- still how can the cop know the MJ in the jar is the kind you say it is if the difference between the two is just potency?
Also let's say I run out of my medical marijuana, but my neighbor has some rec- well, I'm going over his house.
As far as my credibility goes, I'm not against rec at all, I'm a smoker myself, but as things push along- I have questions also. 'Which is more researched' just came to me, honestly. But I'll check.
Is CBD more researched than THC in a medical sense? I wonder if it is.
What if THC has no medicinal properties, but CBD does? I don't know for sure- but what if CBD was to become the medical side of the plant and THC the may back have fun side?
That would make sense to me- but again, this is just speculation. ...
It makes sense if you think about it. Alcohol is for partying and having fun. You wouldn't give the person sitting on the porch in the sun whose very sick from chronic pain or mental illness the same beer that you're drinking while flipping a steak or playing cards at night...if you did it wouldn't really do much and would be pretty stupid...
So then why would you give them the same rip out of a bong you're taking? That might make them feel better, and I think it would be a bit more responsible than giving them a drink- but, what to do go to one the many dispensaries and buy them weed?? And how is it medicine if the guy standing next to me is simply over 21 and buying the same thing?? How is this medicine? And why is he paying more for it? That all doesn't make sense...
http://mjlawhub.ceb.com/CEBArticle.aspx?ID=444
What if we take away the label, change it up...what other surprises are coming?
Why is CBD so researched right now?
CBD is the way to go right now- recreational marijuana looking wayyy too shaky- cannabis is heading medical-
http://mjlawhub.ceb.com
If you put it all in a bigger perspective the more you load now, the more money you'll make later. That's how this stock works, more in the pipeline. Like the write up about the study for MJNA's 'RSHO CBD' oil said-
'This is only the beginning'
Patience is one of the best tools in the market, especially with a stock like this.
When you really think about it- marijuana IS a drug. Probably the least worrisome of them, still a drug...anyone who smokes or has smoked knows that, but might not want to admit it. How you gonna have the same thing that's a medicine also be a drug for sick people?
If people had trouble seeing through the Cannabidiol-THC difference and separation, how are they ever gonna see the difference between medical marijuana and adult marijuana any time soon?
What if...hmm
If you look at other countries who've gone fully legal- they went medical first.
Seems to me if half the rest of the world is essentially in a race to find an FDA approval treatment for an otherwise incurable disease or malady than that would be more important and a bigger money pot than a simple recreational legalization...but maybe that's just me.
I'll just keep buying more and waiting for that day when I turn on the news or look at my phone and see that good ol cannabidiol got the thumbs up from the stubborn FDA. I won't even look at my account then right away. I'm gonna take my favorite dog out, give him a CBD kibble, and take a long trip up the coast, thanking MJNA for leading me there!
It's medical grade cannabidiol, almost 100% pure with no THC, how can it look bad under a Trump presidency?
https://www.wellspringcbd.com/real-scientific-hemp-oil-rsho-gold
When was it ever illegal? Outside of a misunderstanding with it coming from the cannabis plant? That's in the past. Countries, not just ours, have meetings and conferences scheduled about studies for cannabidiol (CBD) now.
We're talking about cancer research and a possible- seems to work so far- treatment for childhood and adolescent seizures, there's no other treatment that we know of.
I think legalization may first lie in the realization that cannabidiol is separate from THC, then we move with the THC. Or maybe not, but will people turn their backs on cannabidiol stocks? I don't think so.
And what if the rush for the next big legalization lies up north? Is that true? With countries like Israel and I believe Italy looking to legalize as well?
And a few more...is this sector dead, at its defining moments?
If I go to a car lot and I like both a Lamborghini and a Bugatti, but one of the guys who helped brainstorm the body design of the Lamborghini a few years ago might be facing criminal charges now, I don't stand there and talk loudly about that trying to turn people off from the car simply because I myself don't like it because I think it shouldn't cost that much.
I know really, If I don't like something for sale I don't go complain about it's price.
If I go to the counter at McDonalds and I don't like the Big Mac I don't stand there and complain about it being more than five dollars-
Can you imagine me standing at the counter at McDonald's and shouting that the Big Mac is overvalued?? No, that's just my opinion.
I think not only the nation, but I think the world is waiting on some updates too.
California sold 31 billion dollars worth of wine domestically in 2016, we're buying up land in other states to grow weed-
We've bought dispensaries in other states recently- why is that? Just for the fun of it?
A state with the biggest economy in the nation and 6th largest in the world, now in a battle over some really serious issues facing the country, a major decision recreational or medical- or both- to be decided in just a month- how California isn't global news now and won't be later?
More to come...
I don't think it would be out of the realm of possibility at all that not only much of the US is awaiting March 7 vote on California cannabis laws- but parts of the globe too.
I wouldnt wanna be caught with my pants down- MJNA is almost everywhere. Not long until ppl take even more notice- the difference with MJNA is that they specialize in CBD and have for a long time...
Also, the never be involved in marijuana- I don't know that that's true- AXIM new product if approved will be not only be CBD, but the company did say that they would and do have a product in mind and ready once the fate of THC for the U.S. is decided and has more foundation.
I think I know what's gonna happen next month, and California medical cannabis stocks look really good in my minds eye.
I really don't pay attention to any of that- not trying to be rude.
But until someone can show me that MJNA is not in Brazil and hasn't been working at it for the past two years, until someone can show me that MJNA does not own almost half of AXIM and all of Hempmeds Brazil ($140,000,000) not to mention Kannaway....etc...
What someone did that was involved with the company- doesn't matter to me now.
I'm curious to know how MJNA lawsuit for $100,000,000 was decided, did they win or not?
News wasn't all that great anyway- just a reason to pick up more shares.
The company is in Brazil importing their CBD oil- but then what? In my opinion grab all the shares you can...they'll be more news and also financials...wouldn't wanna be without shares when more news hits the wires.
Company's*
If it's true and MJNA has a hold in advising and operating mmj collectives in California, this companies about to get a lot bigger in the public eyes...or were they in the beginning just covering all the bases in print before things got underway?
Who knows...but there's a good chance they are into collectives and advising medical marijuana coops...only time will tell.
3 billion shares- 3 billion shares- market cap- market cap too high, that's all I hear.
Thing is tho- MJNA is a holding company. Hempmeds Brazil or Kannaway make an IPO, or even any other companies that Medical Marijuana Inc. may need involved in...that'll eat up a good portion of those shares.
Market cap can't be deemed by anyone anywhere to be 'too high' it is what it is.
You can churn out and up 3 billion shares in the meantime. The complete wants to uplist- that's really what's got people so pissed- those who know anyway.
This is what you wanna watch http://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billTextClient.xhtml?bill_id=201720180AB64 if the stocks go down- let them, I'll grab more where I know the grabbings good
It's the tax from the sales of medical and marijuana in California that will pay for measure M- http://theplan.metro.net
Not the other way around- things get confusing I understand.
Well, if that's the case that'll be out of sync with what other mj companies are doing- I don't know what you're reading. But march is gonna be a big month. At least here in California it is-
Medical Mj as well as future recreational ordinances will be further classified on March 7. People are taking about a measure M, but that's really in relation to the new metro overhaul that's taking place.
http://theplan.metro.net
The measures detailing medical marijuana ordinances throughout California will be further drawn on March 7, but that may be a bit of surprise to people.
This green rush, be careful what you read.
People are writing about cannabidiol more than ever https://connects.catalyst.harvard.edu/Profiles/display/Concept/Cannabidiol time for me to pick up some more cannabidiol stocks for my portfolio More MJNA too, the mother load, This is looking big- this cannbidiol approach to massive amounts of research something's gonna give here, FDA news involving cannabidiol CBD oil won't surprise me one bit!
Looks like MJNA has is moving on Puerto Rico cannabis legalization
http://420meta.com/medical-marijuana-dispensaries-now-open-in-puerto-rico/
Weird this all is, with the national news and all...
Instead of swinging it to average, bigger hits will allow you to swing while not just averaging- but averaging up.
Collect at the lows, watch your account grow green as MJNA climbs.
Pretty certain California will open a University devoted to the study of MJ? Or maybe San Diego (same city as MJNA Hq will devote a full branch of UCLA to the study of cannabis?
I mean look how much UCLA San Diego had devoted already to medical cannabis research. http://cmcr.ucsd.edu/images/PDFs/Med_cannabis_APA_Denver_08-06-16.pdf
I'm going to keep my head straight among all this and keep averaging up. People who make the right calls will become very rich this green rush, no doubt. Happy to be holding my MJNA and adding more.
More about MJNA gold label here- the bigger tubes retail for over 1000$

This is high quality stuff!
What else will find out about CBD? Medical CBD looks like the road to acceptance in the path to legalization of the cannabis plant- https://www.hempmeds.com.br
MJNA has a lot in its pipeline. Real Scientific high quality CBD by MJNA starts at around 300$ a bottle. Check it out here! https://www.wellspringcbd.com/high-content-cbd-hemp-oil
Not even just that- what's the California CBD nutraceutical line gonna bring in? That is when there is a nationwide and global understanding of Cannabidiol is adopted tho- which might not be for a while?
How trendy can California make Cannabidiol nutraceuticals so that the nation will buy them like they do Californias wine? Pretty trendy, but maybe not THAT trendy?
Money looks good right here. I'm just gonna keep averaging up and maybe down here and there if I have to- 3 billion to get through?
California wine sales in 2015 just in the US alone brought in 31.9 billion dollars. http://www.wineinstitute.org/resources/pressroom/07082016
What's this medical marijuana market gonna look like?
Some people feel that if the President did cut off funding to California then that would make California marijuana even bigger because with the ties some companies in California have to other countries California could support itself, selling hemp and marijuana would only be more lucrative.
Farmers were worried about trade agreements that were broken recently due to the changes in the White House. What if there were no longer any fed law for California and its cannabis market?
This is real stuff- people might laugh- but this is happening....what's gonna happen?
Remember, last financial said Hempmeds was valued at $140,000,000 it was I believe?
News from Friday on Reuters said MJNA was trailing 7 mil on 12 to 12?
That's a lot of money.
What happens if president Trump withholds fed funding from California? http://ktla.com/2017/02/06/trump-threatens-to-withhold-federal-funds-from-out-of-control-california/?utm_campaign=trueAnthem:+Trending+Content&utm_content=5899719f04d30137044288c8&utm_medium=trueAnthem&utm_source=twitter
Biggest green rush yet!
How big is MJNA in Brazil? Are they involved in this trial? That website looks darn good. What happens if Hempmeds Brazil breaks away from MJNA thru an IPO?
What about the ticking bomb that is AXIM?
