Look at it this way...if a scam, then those patents will make it a legitimate enterprise. Let's face it, we lost the ball thinking that we had the market cornered, and could take the competition (scam) to court for copyright infringement.
Now the shoes on the other foot, and we stand a chance to get "taken" to court, or at the least have to deal with the company we wanted to sue so as to remain viable with the biometrics on board. If Medbox don't get licensing, it's over!! Like diving into an empty pool, it's going to hurt.
Regardless of how detailed these patents are, there are those who see the sky as orange, and there's no convincing them that it's blue.
I can understand reluctance to believe after all the distaste held for the company because it seemed like it wasn't going anywhere. That said, it's time to re-think what this company is all about now that we have a vehicle that will propel us into the stratosphere.
Do you really think that with all the time vested in this venture by Stephon, that he's in it to fail??
I spoke to him last week, and there was nothing I picked up that made me feel I'm in the wrong stock. Like a cop whose heard it all, I can tell the difference between real talk and fluff!!
It's clear that we missed the boat here by not obtaining the earliest patents that were just bought up by another company. Now it seems we need to get licensing for our existing machines as well as for any new ones we want to roll out.
Our lawyers must have been half asleep when researching patents to see if ours was indeed solid.
Down, down, and down we go, where we stop everybody knows.
What better link than the PR stating the facts!?
ERBB obtained these patents. Obtained!! That's the keyword here. A link other than what was released is just a follow up to the facts.
What is it your looking for?
BARCHART WENT FROM 60% SELL TO 40% BUY, AND THEY ARE PRETTY ACCURATE!!
I've followed this site for a while, and every stock I own, they have been on the money with their analysis, and at one point it showed a very bleak outlook for ERBB until we got those patents.
Now they have turned a negative view of ERBB into a positive, and possibly by Friday we should see a 100% buy.
I'm a long with all my stocks, and as far as ERBB, I could have made a nice little profit just following the recommendations of Barchart, but why take the chance of selling "any" shares and risk the chance of not being able to buy back lower than what you sold it for.
Let the day traders take that risk. That's what they do best.
We hang in, and no amount of outside influence is going to change the direction of ERBB.
We have a real winner here friends, and celebrate we will a little ways down the road. Long and strong.
Good question as to how were these patents purchased. Can you say $$$$$$ that we allegedly do not have enough to even put a down payment of a gumball machine. This of course the sentiments of many who think they know what ERBB is all about. A SCAM!! But as we move ahead, and own patents that will move us far beyond our expectations, lets enjoy the fact that we do have money, and got the patents, which in my humble opinion should put the minds to rest of those who might feel those who posted negative statements about the financial security of this company. Long, Strong, and confident about ERBB. Buy now before it's out of range.
WHOOPS...I BURPED AND IN THAT TIME, WE MOVED UP, AND ALL BUYS!!
Might not even have to wait till the end of the day to see .02, and that would be a great start going into the weekend. Bring on the negative comments, it really doesn't matter, we are going green!!
VOLUME UP ON ALL BUYS...GOOD SIGN.
Not overly excited, but do feel a lot better that we get these slight upticks in a soft period. End of day should give an indication of what lay ahead for the next two days, and hoping to see 2 cents by then. After that, should we reach it, it's most likely a gradual increase in both price and volume till we hit those high volumes of the past, which incidentally was high on just what the company was doing before getting the patents.
LOW VOLUME, NO UPTICK...COULD BE LULL BEFORE THE STORM?
Normally I'd be worried that with this type of action after such good news with the patents, that something is wrong.
I call it an adjustment period of sorts. Many investors are waiting to see what these patents will produce via licensing to others, as well as designing newer units to accommodate the type of products companies would like to dispense using these units.
Having these patents opens up a whole new chapter for progress as plans are most likely in the works for getting the most from them.
This all costs money, and is one of the main reasons for the PPS at this time.
Once it's clear via the next PR as to what the company is doing with these patents, investors will part with their money for the purpose of investing heavily in our company.
Meantime, don't let the PPS and volume be of an concern at this time. There's no going under, no tanking, no guesses as to the future of this company. It's all good, and time will tell as to how great things will be for one and all.
Let your imagination run wild on this one. Shearin will be losing sleep contemplating how many different types of machines that would have to be designed to meet the demand for other products that can be dispensed by his units.
This time next year, the color green will cover the entire nation as units are rolled out in different states to cover the products other than MJ. Meanwhile, a little tick up here, another there, but up we will go, and continue to do so until we are a company to be reckoned with. Barring any setbacks, this is what I visualize for us longs.
All that you mentioned is a reality that will be forthcoming. ERBB is riding the inside rail train with the opportunities that these patents represent. The demand for these machines, once we put it out there, it will be such that they'll have to hire many more workers to keep up.
This stock is what dreams are made of, and as word spreads, thousands will be jumping in at higher and higher prices, because no matter what the market for that day, they still will make money as it rises even higher each day.
Some of us can see the future for this company, while others maintain a pessimistic view.
I'm always optimistic about a stock I choose. Due diligence is key, for without it, we rely on info that is about as scattered as glass hitting the concrete.
While there's a lot of volume, they don't need to run up the price. As long as enough buyers are taking them up on the bids they stand to make decent coin.
Never saw such amounts on the bid. Seems like they want to accumulate as much as possible on the cheap.
This is strategy being used so as to maximize profits on the buys. They know there's big bucks to be made and as long as they can keep it down, they can make money on the volume.
Once it rises, the volume will drop accordingly, and as long as longs hold, the bid will only be attractive to those who stand to make profits short term.
We won't tank, but eventually, the game is over for fractions.
Have to remember that day traders are satisfied with fractions and make money on volume. The huge amount on the bid clearly shows we're ready for some real action.
By comparison to other companies, ERBB puts out a fraction of PRs, and only puts them out when we have something solid to read about.
Compared to other penny stocks, this company shows like a shining example of what a start-up that's headed for greatness is all about.
Price is ticking back up, and we should close higher.
WHY WOULD THERE BE SO MANY SELLS AT THIS TIME?
One would think we'd fly instead of drop. I can't imagine having shares only to unload them on great news. Am I concerned? Not really!
MMs are priming for a big upswing once they're satisfied the PPS is as low as they can get it. Then it's out of the cage.
If you don't think that they have a lot of control in the pennies, you are mistaken. They have ways of driving the price either way, and it's called manipulation, which they can, and will do to affect the PPS.
A simple method of this practice is they have ringers who will sell off a few shares at the bid, and do this in increments so as to not lose much. The can drop the price by selling a dozen shares.
On the other side, a buyer can cause the price to spike simply by offering to buy higher than the ask by buying only a few shares so that it reflects the price of the buy, and therefore showing as the last, which can give one false hopes that were taking off. Then we start chasing it, only to have the cycle repeated.
It's a sick game, but very effective, and only by holding onto your shares do you stand a chance to make your money as the MMs lose control of the price as a result of positive PRs. Don't worry. This happens all the time, and until we have meat to grind, we'll have to settle for oatmeal for a little while.
Possibilities are limitless for ERBB as more and more ideas for using these machines become a reality rather than just a thought.
Japan is utilizing them in a way that covers just about everything that can fit into these machines. They are even thinking of how we can buy cars just using these machines to place their order.
Another way of using these units is in restaurants that want to sell bottles of wine, but don't have the license to do so.
The owners of the machine places them in the lobby of the restaurant, and the owner of these units has the liquor license for dispensing the wine. All the restaurants have to do is to make room in the lobby for these units.
Novelty items, men and women's personal products, DVDs, USB sticks, reading glasses, cameras, etc.etc.etc.
What can "you" think of as you read this post that can fit into these units? Countless varieties of merchandise simply for convenience shoppers. Are you kidding me?? Our company has all of this to consider as we move ahead with machines designed for other products besides MJ.
In short, ERBB is the Tsunami of the vending machine world.
That's some sensible posting and a seemingly sincere effort to warn everyone not to be to eager to invest here. But I'm betting on now and tomorrow because we have the deal that will lift us from what you present about the company. I do know the feeling of too many times being burned in the past, and can understand the feeling you show via your post. That said, keep an open mind about what this acquisition means for the company. It separates us from the junk pile.
WOW!! Several say, run by crooks!? Penny stocks run by crooks it was echoed. Now that's some enlightening news for me, a 20 year veteran of stock trading. Ah well, it looks like the statement might include Stephon Shearin in that "all pennies are run by crooks."
Tell you what...if he "is" one, whew!! I'm glad we're invested in "his" company. Any crook that can land the holy grail of patents is okay in my book. Go Stephon, long live ERBB.
More and better things to come by the way...just my humble years of experience talking!
So just what will I find out shortly about Shearin being dishonest. Do you know the man? Is that something factual that can be researched that would lend itself to what you are saying? While I appreciate any concerns, I can only appreciate what is fact rather than hearsay.
Give me particulars whereas Shearin is as dishonest as you say.
I'm invested heavily in this stock, and if your right, then I and everyone else is making a big mistake.
But so far, nothing stands out that spells dishonest on the part of this particular CEO.
Thanks anyway!
Only a dishonest CEO would do so, and so far, this CEO has been on the level. Had a lengthy conversation with him a couple days ago, and I've dealt with CEOs in the past, and having said that, I'm convinced as an experienced penny stock investor that Shearin is the real deal and wants us all to make money.
As a matter of fact, when I said this stock will fly to certain highs, he was modest in what he felt he should rise at this time. He could have said, "oh yeah...we'll probably fly even above that."
But he didn't. He was very conservative in his expectations, but yet is optimistic about the direction we'll be heading as a result of these patents.
While I appreciate cautionary posts such as many put here to persuade us into believing we've invested in a pig, I know differently, and time, a very short time will tell.
Why no big bump in PPS....it's normal!!
Investors in the know, understand that this is huge for the company, but only when the company utilizes the patents for what they were intended. Also, keep in mind that this puts our company in a position to monopolize the industry in that every company who wishes to go biometric, has to do it via of our company.
The PPS isn't a negative sign, it just reflects the reality of the softness of this period for pot stocks.
The real move will start when PRs come out stating that ERBB is beginning to provide the licensing for other companies, as well as putting out these units now that we don't have to worry about copyright infringement.
I believe our main competitor will be waiting in line hoping to obtain the right to keep putting out their machines. Also, we can now go international to a point whereas those wanting to do business in the US will have to obtain the rights to do so as well. The timing is perfect, the opportunities limitless. Buckle your belts, it could happen at any time whereas we see a huge spike as soon as the reality of what our patents mean to the biometric vending industry. Are you glad you put your money here??
THE HUGE IMPACT OBTAINING THE PATENTS WILL BE FORTHCOMING!
The next few days volume and price should be interesting as the news spreads throughout the investor population.
Sometimes the lull before the storm is normal, and this may be the case with this recent news.
Regardless of what may come in the next few days, the future is bright enough as a result of these patents as it provides us a vehicle by which we can move ahead, and eventually dominate the entire sector.
Exciting is is a mild term that can be used to describe our future here, and no amount of negativity by those who would like to derail this company is going to impact our progress in any way.
Congratulations Mr. Shearin, you did well by your investors. Now for some serious upswing in the not too distant future.
NOW IN POSITION FOR PUTTING OUT MACHINES FOR ALL REGULATED PRODUCTS, NOT JUST POT.
In Japan, they have large Supermarket stores that are filled with row after row of biometric vending machines. In short, it is a super-mart whereas all shopping is done via these machines.
I'm sure they would like to do the same in the states, and until now, they didn't have access to a patent that closely matches the technology used in their machines such as the patents we acquired.
Now it's a matter of Shearin contacting these companies with an offer of licensing so as to begin infiltrating the American market for anything and everything that can be dispensed via biometric vending. Hold tight. We have the means now to build this company to an eventual billion dollar business.
Daily Toke...often many companies remain in business with little or no bottom line because it all goes into building the business. What ever is needed to make it work, takes money, and sometimes they operate in the red.
That said, there is always the Cinderella story, and also there is no hope some others.
The reason you should "stay" with ERBB in your thinking...should this deal be signed anytime soon, you will be hard on yourself for not jumping in. You did ask, and I'm just being honest.
Hope you make it in before it moves up and have to chase it. Good luck.
RECEIVED A CALL FROM STEPHEN A WHILE AGO.
Happy to say, the call was a vote of confidence in the direction we are heading.
Without going into detail, I strongly feel that Stephen will come through for his shareholders as he moves toward finalizing his agreement with Mr. Tomassi.
I bought into this before his last announcement of entering an agreement, and since then bought more.
I feel that through the conversation, there was a lot of optimism on his part, and whether or not it's because he and Mr. Tomassi may have sorted out the details of the agreement, there is this sense of us moving forward, and as one who has had many conversations with CEO's, I can't say that I've has a more honest and sincere reply to my questions by what Stephan offered without providing anything sensitive.
So for those biting their nails, I say just relax, and your patience should be rewarded.
JSTIC, everything you say I'm in total agreement. What I am saying is that Shearin can't afford not to make a deal that is satisfactory for the patent holder.
Do you realize there are major companies like Hitachi who have these machines outside the US, and do not posses the patents to move into the States?
If a huge company decides to look into his patent and realizes that the only way they can do business is via his patent.
That said, I don't care what the agreement entered was, because if it was good, it would have been signed, sealed, and delivered, and we'd have a PR.
I've said all along the deal is done because of the term "entered" not tentative agreement. But apparently it's not done, and Steve won't let you or anyone else know the status.
My whole reason for my post as it was, is to hopefully have Steve re-think his proposal, or what Mr. Tomassi proposed, whatever the case may be.
But if Steve thinks he's going to obtain such patents whereas the company will be worth billions in time, then what price is too much to offer this guy for his patents?
If he wants to chance losing his offer to another company, then he loses, we lose, and all dreams are on hold.
He needs to wake up to reality that he has a chance at the Holy Grail of patents as there are none before, and is years ahead of the rest, and best of all, it fit's ERBB's model perfectly.
I'm a 100% positive about this company's future, but we need those patents, and Steve has to do whatever possible so as not to lose them. Call him, and let him know the gravity of the situation.
MESSAGE TO MR. SHEARIN....
It has crossed my mind reasons that since the PR about an agreement entered for patent rights, that Steve hasn't released any update stating whether or not it's a done deal.
That said, if I were a president of a start-up, and I knew that there are large companies out there that could offer almost anything this patent holder wants, it behooves me that he hasn't signed yet.
Two reasons come to mind. Either what ever Mr. Tomassi was offered wasn't enough, thereby leaving the door open for other companies to steal it away, or he was contacted with much better offers.
Losing this deal is a monumental loss for both the company, and those of us who invested thousands into this company.
I know Steve is a savey business man who can spot an opportunity to move his or any company ahead.
However, if negotiating with the patent holder in the hopes that he can get this deal signed by low balling so as to get away cheap, then he loses it all for both him, and us as stock holders.
This isn't good strategy with so much at stake.
My advice Steve...Call him, offer him something he can't turn down. You know and I know that the settlement for obtaining this patent could mean billions for your company in the end, and to play the offer and counter offer game is the lamest way to deal with this opportunity.
If I were Medbox, I would be contacting this guy in the hopes he would consider providing the opportnity to do business. Any company for that matter will be banging on his door.
You were offered the patent rights Steve, and you need to think about what proposals you may have offered, and re-think about an offer that would make sense to someone who holds the future of any company in this field.
Also you should realize the potential not for just weed being dispensed, but for all regulated products from pharmaceuticals to alcohol and tobacco and everything in between.
So get with it Steve, we need this deal. Do what it takes.
Been with Joes since I got in over $3.00 ps. Held tight all these years. I haven't talked to Joe since we hit bottom. Checked out the stock, and couldn't believe it rose to .35 cents and still holding around .20, which means that this isn't dead by a long shot. Insiders are most likely passing info to friends who pass it along to their friends, and hence some of the buys to keep it going at this price. Whatever might be the driving force with absolutely no news what so ever, it will be made public sooner or later. Hang tight.
Relax Nick, it reads either way, and usually what one posts is never taken the way it was meant. When you say "ERBB issues a million shares," even though you say "lets say," it still can be taken as though you answered a post whereas it "was" said...it then sounds like it did happen. A simple reply with what you meant would have been in order rather than making like I can't read your post right. The word hypothetically should have been included, and you wouldn't be replying in a defensive way. Now...do "you" get it!"
Regarding million shares issued to Mr. Tomassi and him being so broke I had to buy him a hot dog. Just kidding! I do know him personally, and if he was issued a million shares, I still wouldn't be putting it out there, and it behooves me that it was posted that he did get it. Steve would not disclose such info as that is inside info, and would not chance violating the rule. I can say this though, there is a lot of optimism that we have a deal, and should Bob decide to sign, we all make a ton of jingle. So take time to relax a bit, and let the wheels go in motion. Nothing is written in stone yet, but I have the strongest feeling that things will turn around before long. I have the highest respect for Bob, and I know he'll make the right decision, but I'm not him, and I can't speak for what is in his mind right now, but I bought into this stock before he entered the agreement, not knowing which company he would choose, but I'm glad at least he is considering ERBB.
Apparently this board has died a slow death, just like Medbox. Ohhhh the humanity. Why of why didn't I listen to a couple of investors that asked me to jump into ERBB. And I had to say noooooooo, Medbox will rebound, and be number one. But much to my shegrin, I am losing not only my shirt, but my sanity as well. Thank you Medbox for having lawyers who can't even advise by looking into the real patent that would have made us rich.
Regarding a million shares issued to Bob Tomassi. Well, let me say, I happen to know him personally, and I had to buy him a hot dog today he's so broke. He also was worried whether or not he'd be charged for the ketchup packet, and he left his last 57 cents as a tip for the vendor. So much for a million shares issued. Gimme a break!
RatFink, thanks for posting the links. Most have been aired in April, including others I've found. Also a link showing negative reports, numbers, direction, etc. Still it's exposure. We need more, and of a positive position to stop the slide. Even entering an agreement for the patents did little to help, and I expected this to happen. Always does when an announcement of this type, regardless of what company puts one out, and will continue to drop till about a week before they announce the signing, if and when they do, but when they do, we should spike considerably. A lot of profit taking will happen along the way, and the price will stabilize until the use of these patents are clear and what they will cover, as well as company's intent to offer licensing to others in the business. How about Medbox for a start!? Sweet vengeance!!
Ratfink, sounds great, but share the link from which you got that info. I think all would love to see for themselves that this is in fact being featured on all these media coverages. Not that we're in doubt as to the direction we're heading, but news coverage...that's big news as far as the exposure we need. So favor us and post the links, thanks.
Darn...not to quote some lyrics from "Clockwork Creep it's down, down, down, down down. Wonder how they knew our demise? Hope those that bought in the $90 range had the good sense to sell, unlike myself who knew what to buy and when, but the ol greed, wanna hold onto it, it's gonna go...well...it just has a way of biting you in the shtooka. Here we are losing still.
Note to myself...consider some ERBB just in case.
About the frauds and scams...another reason to invest in ERBB. It's because ERBB is not a fraud, nor a scam. Notice the wording in Shearins latest release. It's not exaggeration when it comes to the reason for the release. He can't say something that wasn't factual like "entered" into an agreement if in fact it was just looking over the terms, and is uncertain. That said, it was great of you to post these warnings. Makes all ERBB holders who read it, feel a lot more secure in that they invested in the right company. I bought a lot higher initially percentage wise, and kept averaging down. I like the positive feel of his latest release.
ERBB obtaining exclusive patents...Really!??? Read on!
Time and time again we see Pr's or news releases that are full of fluff and misleading statements so as to keep shareholders thinking that everything is moving ahead, when in fact it's all bull.
Statements like, a letter of intent, or we've reached a tentative agreement, or we are excited about the prospects of meeting, or obtaining etc. as well as we are having lunch to discuss, etc. etc.etc.
All of these and a lot more are just designed to provide false confidence, and every company does it.
So what's so different about the news release from ERBB? We still don't have a signed contract, saying we have the patent, right!?
That may be true. But it's the wording that was used that I can say with confidence that I believe we "will" have a signed contract, and the reason is as following.
First off, it doesn't say "tentative agreement." Instead it says "we've entered an agreement." Big difference!!
That said, why wouldn't they go to the table? Why would Shearin pull out of a deal that would not only save the company, but would forge it ahead to heights never imagined? Why would the present holder of that patent pull out if he stands to ride the cash cow to millions?
Entered an agreement means exactly what is means. Both parties agree to terms, and are agreeing to a signing. How much more clearer can it get?
He made a definitive statement, a positive statement, not a vague term like tentative which can mean the terms still have to be worked out, and unless it's satisfactory to both parties, no sit down for contract signing.
But we have a positive statement by Shearin in this case which is not misleading, nor something he can say if it were not factual.
That's why when we read news releases, we have to look for the key wording that separates the bull from reality. The reality in the case of ERBB is that there is every reason to believe that this is a Cinderella story come true.
Seasoned investors know the difference and what to look for in a news release. The skeptics here, remain skeptical because they failed to digest the true meaning of what was stated by Shearin in his release.
In past posts, I've said that this is a done deal, and that was based solely on the statement "We've entered an agreement" which to me means they don't need any more to be said and are ready to sit down. Cheer up bashers, you still have time to invest in a real dream rather than making pennies from a company destined for the bottom. Hope this sets many doubtful minds at ease. A little more patience, and unless some unforeseen reason pops up as to not signing a contract, we are going to make a lot of money with ERBB. My sentiments...buy, hold, and sit back.
The signing will be forthcoming. It's a done deal, no turning back, no second thoughts. The patents are falling into the right hands, and Medbox will at the mercy of ERBB for licensing their machines or taken to court. How Ironic! Medbox wanted to take ERBB to the cleaners, and now it's the reverse. Can you spell dumb?
My post says it all. Medbox will continue the downward spiral till it's back where it started. The only way to stop it is if they obtain the rights from ERBB when the contract is signed, and then they can continue to operate in the same manner. If not, then they have to remove all biometric technology from their machines. What a move by ERBB. Caught Medbox sleeping.
