SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT!!...There seems to be a lot of attention paid to the up and down tick of PPS, and this is frustrating to those who expect to see a run based on PRs.
We can hit .03, and then end up for the day at .0155 simply by one sell at the bid if it was that large a spread. All it takes is selling 1 share to drop the price in half if in fact that is what the bid was and the ask was .03.
This is plain and simple manipulation so as to cover, and then pick up shares cheaply. To us, as investors, we wonder why we have such dips when we know we have something solid that should propel this stock way above what its doing right now. But for now, it's in the hands of he MM's, and they will play it like a fiddle till the strings break and can't do so any more. So take a breather from stressing out, it's all normal, and we are destined for greatness regardless of what it seems to be right now.
ERBB WILL HIT HIGHS AS NEVER BEEN SEEN BEFORE....and this all wll come about as a result of utilizing the patents for doing business with huge retail companies and pharmaceuticals. Once we start getting contracts with big business via licensing these patents, ERBB will be swamped with new blood, and PPS and volume will fly off the charts. How soon?? Anyone's guess, but Steve being as sharp a business man he is, it could be before the end of the year that we land something other than dealing with just pot.
We are the gateway for all other companies that would like to use our systems for the purpose of a convenient and secure way to purchase products that would otherwise have to be handled via store clerk or other.
BASED ON CLOSE OR LAST PRICE....dollar amount comes to $471,184 thousand. Volume and price need to increase much more, and it will come soon. This is speculation on my part as well as many others who share the same based on experience in trading the pennies.
Talking profitability? Money made at this point goes back into the business, and not much money at this point is being made. So far as of this post $350,342.00 in trades so far today. Expenditures eat up this kind of money in no time. Once we are stabilizing our acquisitions and other expenditures, profits will soar, and so will PPS. But you have to remember, we are still considered a start up, and it takes a while, even with the good news like we've had. So relax a bit, and invest as you can. You won't lose on this one.
MARKET MAKERS LOVE THE PENNIES....Volume and low PPS is one of the best reasons why they make money. They don't care about a continued uptick in price as long as they can take a profit by selling fractions. So all this concern about share price is all about nothing because when it's time, they will have to let go, and just be happy with trades that are as a result of investor influence on the PPS rather than the games they love playing so much.
Whats the problem with "cornering" the lighting systems?
THIS COMPANY IS A REAL DOG.......
It's a big dog, with big teeth that is biting chunks out of the competitors ability to succeed. Before we got the patents, we were just a pup with no bite, just a little bark.
Pretty soon there won't be much left to bite, and once full, we can sit back like fat cats and enjoy the ride.
Although I do agree that when we reach triple digits, anyone who chased at .10 or .15 will not consider it a chase at all. However for those who could have got in under a cent, or even under .02 cents, many lose that urge to buy higher when they had every chance to buy it so much cheaper.
Then you have those who do not look at it that way, and invest anyway because they know it's going to move up much more.
In other words, there are many like myself who want a large volume of shares on the cheap, and when the window of opportunity is gone for those really cheap shares, they find themselves looking at much higher PPS, and just drop out altogether.
But when you consider .10 .15, or even .20 being cheap compared to what it can be, then I agree 100% with what you say. Got to remember, not everyone thinks along the lines as you posted.
Good thinking!! Nothing comes without risk, and I have several friends that will not budge with investing their money unless the Pope says it's the real deal, and even then, they show too much skepticism. I've always been a risk taker, but doing research on ERBB, as well as Steve our CEO, I came to the conclusion that the risks are few, and now I see no risk what so ever, and anyone who still wants to sit and play the wait and see game, well...it's a long hard chase once this gets moving, and then it's too late. What do they say then??
I'm no lawyer, but as a layman, it just doesn't make much sense that they can feel so confident at this point. We were discussing this just a while ago, and even though they maintain that they have something different, they still need to present proof of ID, and if it's via biometrics, then somehow, someway, we have leverage on enforcing the copyrights for our patents. I can honestly say that Bob Tomassi is not your average day dreamer who came up with an idea without careful consideration for what is needed to protect his interests and that of ERBB.
Many times an idea comes to market, but with so many loopholes. Bob thought out everything, and as a result, here we are sitting with the best possible vehicle for moving forward. I intend to keep in touch with Bob as I feel I know him enough that we can communicate thoughts and ideas about the future. I don't expect him to disclose any sensitive info that can't be shared on the board, but anything that can, I'll be only too happy to share.
Meanwhile, don't let this MM manipulation sway your thinking. We are solid, and we now own the market. Sit tight, and enjoy what's ahead.
So what does this latest PR prove?? As long as there are biometrics being used in any way or fashion, they will need licensing from ERBB to continue operation with biometrics in their system.
Once again, their lawyers as well as their CEO failed to realize that they needed Tomassi's patents, and instead allowed ERBB to quickly snap it up. Why?? Because they were confident, and smug about what they felt they had and didn't bother to go into depth and research what our patent really entails.
Their loss, our gain. We are still not in the limelight that will bring big money into the company as most are confused as to what these patents will mean down the road because of the conflict between ours and theirs.
Next two weeks we'll be at the crossroads whereas a decisive move will show us as the company to be involved with.
That said, don't let the profit taking sour your innards. This is normal. Look at the big blocks on the spike compared to the small increments that MM's use to manipulate to their advantage. Once we have a few very positive PRs, it will be beyond their game changing methods, and we'll be free to climb where we should be.
Try to cheer up!! lol.
GAP UP DESPITE COMPETITIONS PR SEED TO SALE PATENT OBTAINED!! Yep, this should be interesting as biometrics is used, and we have the real patents that precedes all others.
As they sit comfortable as though the patent granted gives them immunity from ERBB's right to take em to court for infringing on "our" newly obtains patents.
Steve right now has to have been dancing on the ceiling ever since he got these patents.
End of week can show a spike up to .10 cents at this rate. Wishful thinking, but yet possible.
Too often a potential investor be it in ERBB or other, when they check the boards they want to believe the positive posts, but it's easier to disconnect via the posts that degrade the company. There are still some die hard posters who think they can still persuade us into thinking this is a scam.
That's why it's important for me as well as others who do know the heartbeat of the company, to keep things in perspective. If ERBB "was" a scam of sorts, I have to ask...what scam company can say they cornered the market as we have done, and this is just beginning.
Stay put, weed out those who degrade us, and only pay attention to posts with substance, and not just opinions based on wishful thinking.
Due diligence is the key in order to post sensibly, because longs can tell who's just posting to have something to say. Some have an inside track, but can't post what they know, and just have to put out positive statements without disclosing insider info.
In addition to the requirements I posted for NASDQ listing, there are six forms that have to be filled to comply with what is needed to be in compliance with Nasdq standards.
Seems like a lot to deal with, but it's routine bull that all companies have to deal with as they move from the pinks, and over the counter trades. But we're fast becoming what we need to do to move on, and we're at the starting line, and the finish will say it all.
IN ORDER FOR ERBB TO GET LISTED ON NASDQ, we must meet at least one requirement out of three standards.
We must have a minimum of 1,250,000 traded shares upon listing, and that does not include what is held by owners, officers, or directors which is more than 10% of the company.
There is a bid price of $4.00 or more that has to be met, as well as having a minimum of three market makers.
In addition, we need to have at least 450 "100" share shareholders, with at least twenty two hundred shareholders and averaging over one million average volume for 12 months.
We need to have pre tax earning for the prior three years of around eleven million, with no net loss.
Also, we need a cash flow of around $27.5 million for the past 3 years with no negative cash flow in that period.
Our average market capitalization for the year should be around $550 million, with revenues for the fiscal year at a ,minimum of $110 million.
When we "do" get listed, we must maintain certain standards to continue trading, and failure to do so would result in delisting.
Being on the pink sheets has it's advantages to a point whereas certain filings with the SEC are not required. But Nasdq is where its at to be recognized as those who are on it are considered better quality companies.
I don't see any problem with us being on Nasdq, but there are requirements to be met, and as we do, then we can think of being a billion dollar company to be dealt with.
Now that America has finally been educated as to the medical wonders of pot, and how safe it is for recreational use, I doubt that with the coming elections, that not too many in government are going to chance losing an election as a result of being against legalization in their state.
Seems the majority of people want it legalized, and money as well, is the key factor in turning the negative attitude around for legalizing weed.
What this means for ERBB is a continued move forward until every state that allows weed is displaying these machines one place or another.
If that thought doesn't wake up those on the fence, then investing in stocks is not the answer. Have to know a real deal when it comes, and make no mistake, ERBB is for real.
THERE WILL BE A CHANGE IN THE WEATHER....meaning that whatever ERBB was in the past, this is now, and there are many changes now that Steve had the good sense to obtain these patents.
Newbies (new to ERBB) read these boards, and quite often are scared off by the negative comments.
So it's up to those of us who "know" what is going on, to keep new, and potential new investors on the right track.
As I've stated before, I had 20 years of doing this, and the first was the hardest because I didn't know who to believe, or trust with what is presented in these stock forums.
Thankfully IHUB monitors these boards faithfully, so there are no personal attacks allowed like they do in many other boards.
But the damage done by those who want to discredit the company still goes on, and the best way to get the truth is to follow those who consistently put out good sensible posts, and to research as much as possible anything and everything about the company and it's CEO.
That said, at this point and juncture, it doesn't matter much how many posts are made to discredit ERBB. We have what every other company wishes they had, and that is the right patents that cover just about everything these machines were designed for.
So it's a no brainier as to the direction, and success that is forecast for this company. I honestly can't see any loopholes that say this is a chance you take. We are solid, and we will make good money, just hang tight, and invest more.
So the dollar amount for todays trades was $2,147,753 and this is just at 0.0199 a share. Wait till we have volume and higher PPS.
Wow!! Funny you mentioned the dot coms. I was telling Robert today at lunch about how a China based company started on Monday at a nickel, ended up a dollar on Friday, opened on Monday at 9.00 bucks a share, shot to 115.00 by end of day. ERBB so far hasn't come close to that level of gains and volume, but today's showing has been nothing short of celestial. We are on the threshold of being the darling of the Nasdq when we move there. Going from a single digit in millions to a trile digit million dollar figures, this company has something to say.
Come to think of it, my nephew lives out there. I'll have to ask him to look it over, maybe some detailed video or pictures. Never thought of that till you mentioned having a friend out there.
Good question, but for one, we just talked about where we might end up, which is anyone's guess including Steve. But his enthusiasm does speak volumes. So whatever way he was compensated, it had to be decent for both parties. If not, then there is discontent right off the starting line.
I'm glad he decided to give Steve the opportunity to make this work. From what I read about him, he has credentials enough to bring this to the levels of a NASDQ gem.
With Roberts visionary traits and ideas, and Steves business knowledge, makes for a win win for ERBB.
Not too worry hardknox1, ERBB is actually bar far one of the best investments at this time you can make. ERBB has all that is needed to be the number one company in this sector, and also as we move into other products that can be dispensed by these machines which would be tailored to those products, we will be a billion dollar company down the road. But right now, we all stand to make a lot of money at these prices. Load up if you can. I been doing this for over 20 years, and in all my experience, I can tell you this is bar far one of the best ground floor opportunities.
Why didn't our team see this coming. We had to know that these patents existed before our own, but yet no one at MDBX looked into them because maybe we thought they may have expired, or the holder forgot about them. Regardless, we missed the ball, and now we will have to discontinue our method of delivery, or obtain licensing from the very company we were going to take to court. Had I known how lax our management team would be with something so important, I would have steered clear, and put my money on the winning horse, and that's the one with the patents.
While on our way to lunch today, Robert and I were joking about what song title best fits ERBB, and then twice, the station played Santa Claus is coming to town by two different artists. We howled because how much more truer can that song be!? Some excited investor probably made the request to play the songs as we ticked up on PPS. and exploded with the volume.
This board is alive and well with positive attitudes, and next week will definitely define who ERBB really is.
Perhaps soon, we qualify for NASDQ?
When I talked to Steve over a week ago, I said now that we have the patents, we should see .10 to .20 cents in a short time. "Really" he said. "I'd be extremely happy if it did that, but for now I'd be happy if it hit .03 for now."
How is that for modesty and honesty. Well Steve, be happy. After labor day, you'll see .03 and then beyond.
HAD LUNCH WITH BOB TOMASSI TODAY, asked a few questions, and he just answered with a smile and continued to eat his sandwich.
He saw my post this morning claiming we'd hit at least 90 million in volume, and I was dead wrong. We hit almost 108,0000 at the close with a high of 0.023, we feel this is just the beginning of a nice run after labor day which usually is a time that investors feel a bit more comfortable about making a move in the market.
Good luck all, or I should say do we really need luck at this point?
Nope...luck has nothing to do with it. We are solid, and this is the year of green in every way.
AMAZING HOW MANY POSTS ON THIS BOARD, AND "0" ON THE OTHER. Apparently we have lift off, and as lift offs go...once off the ground, it's faster and higher. Love weed, love ERBB!!
AT END OF DAY, I SEE .03 CENTS OR ABOVE WITH 90,0000 PLUS!!
OHHH THE HUMANITY!! WE DROPPED 6 THENTHS OF A POINT...WHAT AM I GONNA DO NOW?? Go ERBB, provide me richs that I've never enjoyed before....
AS THE SONG GOES..."I CAN SEE CLEARLY NOW" BY JIMMY CLIFF..."I CAN SEE CLEARLY NOW THAT THE RED HAS GONE!" No more steekin red for ERBB. We are going green, green, and more green.
C'MON FIFTEEN MINUTES AFTER OPENING BELL!! I anxious to see how we open!
One cannot deny that almost all prescription and some over the counter drugs have many side effects, and even has caused many deaths as a result. Pot= "0" deaths, but causes one to drive very slow, and want to stop at every burger joint. So in essence, ERBB stands to grow freely status wise in the stock market, and NASDQ is just a matter of qualifying, and I see no reason why we couldn't do so. Every positive PR will spike us up in the dollar range soon after, and then it's double digits, on to triple digits. It's all possible, and here we sit at the bottom to ride it to the top.
Japan also has large stores filled with biometric units which allow quick transactions. All customers need to do to shop these units is to get an ID card from the company who puts out these stores. Once registered, you need no money, simply insert the card and use thumb print, or eye scan, or voice recognition etc. Not that many need biometric security, but using biometrics, it allows for cashless quick transactions. So many shoppers love convenience, and these types of stores packed with vending machines are perfect.
And ERBB can capitalize on what works overseas by doing it here. Run in, then 1-2-3 your out off and running. I go for that!! This all falls in under the patents if Steve so desires to venture into that type of operation.
Now that we have the patents, I'd like to see a nice size store filled with rows of Biometric vending machines dispensing anything and everything that can be dispensed. Somewhat like a convenience type of store whereas you walk up to the machine of choice, no lines, no money exchange, just biometric ID, and you got that little flash drive, over the counter meds, DVDs, smokes, and whatever else you'd like to just quickly walk in make your purchase and go. They have giant supermarket type stores in Japan, all biometrics, and they are doing fantastic.
To be really honest, the possibilities are almost limitless if Steve wants to explore every aspect of what he can do under these patents.
SPREAD THE WORD!!
I sent this link to our East coast CBS News in the hopes they would air our Zazzz machines for all to see. Do the same. Flood the news channels with the link so that they might air the segment in your area. The more exposure, the more investors will jump in.

AFTER LABOR DAY, SHOULD PROVE INTERESTING.
Quite often, investors hold off until labor day, and with ERBB investors, I'm sure this is also the case.
Volume up again, with PPS up, and with any good news as to what is being done via the patents we obtained, we'll never see a penny again. And no..., other manufacturers will not fight us in court to avoid getting licensing from us. Instead, they will line up like it's a soup kitchen, and only be to happy to have a legitimate non infringing method of doing business.
Coverage on CBS news tonight, 6:00pm in Denver, and I would suspect 8:00pm on the east coast, which should provide more info as to what to expect.
Sorry to disagree, but the patents are "not" hearsay, but your right, until the company is audited, files a registration statement and registers its shares with the SEC., many do not share the optimistic attitude that so many others display here.
Regardless, it's a done deal, and once it's seen that the SEC. is satisfied that all is in order, then what can be said then!?
Better yet, because channels differ for different areas, is it CNN, or some other that we can tune in, and what time as well?
