Maybe the Klaw brought YA to their knees!!!!!! lol
Seems like a nice little turn around here...would be encouraging if we end up in positive territory today...
I think you are better off picking a lower price and if you have a reputable broker they will make sure you get the best possible selling price. I know Schwab will sell at the best price for me.
Any thoughts?
Amazing all of the companies that are pushing 2D Barcodes!
They will be paying Neomedia for this tech!
Reminds me of overhearing the CEO of Scanbuy saying we need to settle with Neomedia, they have us over a barrel and we are going to loose!
Ultimately, that is exactly what happened.
Imagine, when other companies start making lots of money with this tech...they will either gladly pay Neomedia their portion or they will risk a lawsuit or having their campaigns halted. My guess is they will gladly pay Neomedia! The likes of Microsoft, Google, etc may require a little more persuasion, but eventualy Neomedia will get their money.
Resolves with Scanlife (i.e revenue for Neomedia)
Those in the inner circle of Neomedia have been contacted and asked to get the word out regarding such deals and partnerships!
HP is huge and so is this deal with Neomedia.
HP's posted net revenue in 2010 was $126.3 billion
Compared with Ebay: FY 2010 Net revenue $8.7 billion.
And around the time of the ebay news, the stock went from $.07 to almost $.20 in about a week.
What will happen this time? :)

Just scanned with Neoreader, AT&T Scanner, ShopSavvy, MobileTag reader and they all worked nicely!
Resolved via NEOMEDIA + BUONGIORNO!
Very very nice....this is a big player!!
I don't claim to know the ins and outs of that lawsuit but I would suspect if a law firm believed there was a great deal of merit to the case and a lot of financial gain possible, we could find such a firm.
Imagine, Neomedia suing google or microsoft....I'm pretty sure we could find a law firm to take the case!
I do not think there are a lot of companies out there that are making a lot of money with this technology...at this point. From a strategic standpoint does it make sense for Neomedia to sue these companies now? I do not think so...
Consider Blackberry and the little tech company in Virginia.
It seems to me that if they would have sued Blackberry early on they may have been awarded 50 Million, but because they waited until Blackberry was huge, the courts awarded them over 500 million!
Perhaps this is Neomedia strategy?????????????
Regardless, this space is huge and is going to keep getting bigger and Neomedia's day will come.
If Jagtag is worth 5 million, then what is Neomedia worth?
Very very cool! As we have said many times...there are millions of possibilities!

Bullish Indicator: Williams %R
Tells Me: For bullish events, we seem to be in a new uptrend now that the price has recovered from oversold (dropped below -80 then rose above). The opposite is true for bearish events where we seem to be in a new downtrend now that the price has recovered from overbought. Meanwhile there is clear evidence that the trend has reversed (continued through the -50 level). Williams %R is built on the premise that as prices increase, "close" prices tend to be closer to the upper end of the recent price range, and vice versa. The oscillator looks at the most recent "close" price as a percentage of the high-to-low price range over a specified period of time (14 bars) so when %R is high, it's likely we're seeing upward pressure, and vice versa. The line fluctuates between 0 and -100 with -20 and -80 often used to identify overbought and oversold conditions. More...

Opportunity Type: Short-Term Bullish
Close Price: $0.05
Bullish Indicator: Inverted Hammer
Tells Me: The recent decline is approaching its bottom, as the balance between buyers and sellers evens out and there's an attempt (though failed) at higher prices. The Inverted Hammer appears during a downtrend with a long upper shadow reflecting an attempt a higher prices, and a small real body at the lower end of the range reflecting an evening out of the balance between buyers and sellers as the bears have lost some control. The price may have reached a bottom and ready to turn higher. More...

Bullish Indicator: Commodity Channel Index
Tells Me: The price is relatively far from its 20-bar average price. The Commodity Channel Index (CCI) measures the deviation of the price from its average value (comparing to a chosen moving average, typically 20 bars). The oscillator is normalized by dividing by the typical deviation, so we get an oscillator fluctuating roughly between +100 and -100. Many traders use these as overbought(+100)/oversold(-100) markers and watch for signs of reversal, but original use was to consider long positions when CCI is above +100 (bullish event), and short when below -100 (bearish event). When the price crosses back in between +100 and -100, another event is triggered to indicate an end to the prior bullish or bearish situation and a possible opportunity to close out such a position. Bullish Indicator: Triple Moving Average Crossover
Tells Me: The price is generally in an established trend (bullish or bearish) for the time horizon represented by the moving average periods. Moving averages are used to smooth out the volatility or "noise" in the price series, to make it easier to discover the underlying trend. By plotting the average price over the last several bars, the line is less "jerky" than plotting the actual prices. In the triple crossover method, a bullish signal is generated when a faster moving average (4 bar) crosses above an intermediate moving average (9 bar), which in turn crosses above a slower moving average (18 bar). In this state, the price is likely in an established uptrend. The opposite is true when the 4 bar crosses below the 9 bar which in turn crosses below the 18 bar, triggering a bearish event. More...

BULLISH ENGULFING
Type: Reversal
Relevance: Bullish
Prior Trend: Bearish
Reliability: Medium
Confirmation: Suggested
No. of Sticks: 2
Definition: Get the highest rated stock from Americanbulls for this pattern >>>
Bullish Engulfing Pattern is a pattern characterized by a large white real body engulfing a preceding small black real body, which appears during a downtrend. The white body does not necessarily engulf the shadows of the black body but totally engulfs the body itself. The Bullish Engulfing Pattern is an important bottom reversal signal.
Recognition Criteria:
1. Market is characterized by downtrend.
2. Then we see a small black body.
3. Next day we see a white body that completely engulfs the black real body of the preceding day.
Explanation:
While the market sentiment is bearish; we see some subsided selling reflected by the short, black real body of the first day. Next day shows bull strength with a closing price at or above the previous day’s open. It means that the downtrend is now losing momentum and the bulls started to take the lead.
Important Factors:
The relative size of the bodies in the first and second days is important. If the first day of the Bullish Engulfing Pattern is characterized by a very small real body (it may even be a doji or nearly a doji) but the second day is characterized by a very long real body, this strongly indicates that the bearish power is diminishing and the disparity of white versus black body is indicative of the emerging bull power.
There is higher probability of a bullish reversal if there is heavy volume on the second real body or if the second day of the Bullish Engulfing Pattern engulfs more than one real body (which essentially means we see two or more small black bodies preceding the long white body).
The reversal of downtrend needs further confirmation on the third day. This confirmation may be in the form of a white candlestick, a large gap up or a higher close on the third day.

Some Beambe does Neomedia trade on the German stock exchange? onvista.de ??????
Somebody is hoping they can sell about 900,000 shares at $.048!
What does that mean? Please explain.
Well, then again you have not been around that long to read many of my posts have you! Alias born: 06/29/2011 10:25:05 AM
You should do more reading!
Here is my link: lol

Forgive me for saying so but is this what you do when you have nothing specific to say about Neomedia---you talk about Mobile Barcodes in general! Come on Neomedia, show us the deals and the revenue!
Well Cloud, ostensibly we are all in this to make money and having a general idea where the stock is heading is rather germaine to that goal.
There is no I told you so going on here...I am just trying to make money with this stock and I am here, like I have always been, because of the potential of this stock. Its that simple...and I am done with the days of just sitting and holding and hoping.
If you read it correctly I am not saying anything...only sharing what americanbulls.com is saying. This is an information and discussion board and I am just sharing what I learn with others. That is all and as for my predicting a move, that happened (at least for a while), didn't you notice the day we were up 62%?
Down 18%!!!!!!!!!!!
This has probably been posted but in case anyone missed it, here it is....
Pretty interesting / sad that the MobileMarketer would blog about this...
http://www.mobilemarketer.com/cms/news/legal-privacy/6177.html
I looked under Yorkville's selected investments page and could not even find Neomedia listed....pretty sad!
This cannot be a good sign for today...only 10,500 shares traded in the first 10 minutes! Wow...Is everyone else still in bed or what?
What explains the rapid rise in price yesterday?
Perhaps there is a person or there are people who either know something or think they know something good.
Any other thoughts????
And people are probably reluctant to oversell this in case something is set to come out Monday morning????????
Looks like a very strong finish!!!
