Agreed. Compare this to otc pink bio-turds that have accumulated deficits in the hundreds of millions with nothing to actually sell, SIRC is pretty swell.
My bad. Revenue was $5.3M, cost of sales was $3.8M. $1.4M gross profit. But operating expenses was $1.9M so the Net profit was -$440,000.
The 10Q said 8M revs and 9M liabilities. That’s a loss isn’t it?
$400k net profit, before they pay off their debts. They still had just over a million dollar deficit last quarter, and an accumulated deficit of $10 million.
They’re going in the right direction, but I still don’t see a .25 PPS when they’re still actively buying up companies with money they don’t have.
I still go back to the fact that SIRC has no cash on hand to pay for any of these mergers or acquisitions. The only avenue I see is for them to issue shares and dilute stock. Even if it’s a smart business decision to do so, the market is going to be hesitant to go in hard on SIRC when they know they’re going to be losing value in the short term.
I’m only assuming, but why would a company voluntarily submit forms when they’re not required?
It seems like they’re filing because they either have, or will soon have, assets over $10M?
$SIRC tweet says they’re about to file a Form 10. This form is only required for companies with over $10 Million in assets and 750 shareholders.
The 10Q issued only a month ago showed assets of $8.1 Million.
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/sec-form-10.asp
That was me. 100,000 total.
$SIRC has no cash on hand to buy up these companies they keep signing LOI’s with. The only way to do it is by issuing shares. Everyone should be extremely careful holding right now.
Massive volume increases that are mostly sell orders are a bad sign.
News that they’re partnered with Tesla? Who wants to bet that it’s just talking about Milholland which is already owned by SIRC and happens to be a certified Tesla Wall installer?
So basically, not anything new.
$roku has 43million active monthly users and a $22B market cap.
$fubo has .4 million active users and $1B market cap.
With more channels offered, integrated gambling, and a slightly higher monthly subscription fee, it’s not a matter of if, but when will $fubo be valued equal to, or higher than $roku ...
With the current OS, that’s a PPS of $325 per share.
Just buy and hold this gold mine for 3 to 5 years and then retire.
I’m still holding from .062, and the bags are getting pretty heavy.
Broke through 50DMA and the lower Ichi cloud. Next support is .40
Annoyingly, they’ve already given guidance (back in August) of $20M revs through the end of the fiscal year, so it’s all priced into the PPS unless there’s a new PR or earnings statement that exceeds that guidance.
glta, but this looks like it’s going down in a heap.
$SIRC releases a PR full of information that’s already been released more than once in the last half dozen PRs.
Newbs buy a bunch of shares, but the price doesn’t move. They panic and sell for a loss over the next couple trading sessions which takes the PPS down.
It’s unfortunate, but nothing about SIRC has changed. The value of the company is still north of .10 per share, I would say up to .20 per share.
It’s going to take patience to get there, though. The next leg up isn’t going to be until Q3 forecasts are released.
Ok that makes sense. They have been saying that it would be a $5M quarter for about a month and a half now, so I guess I can buy that it was priced in.
Will be interesting to see what the future news updates will be.
I disagree that anyone is waiting for the press release. It’s just an 8k that says, “hey these are the numbers we already posted the other day.”
Waiting for the audit seems reasonable, but unless they are wildly bad at math, I wouldn’t expect anything but a confirmation that all the numbers are correct.
Just doesn’t seem like there are any eyes on this one at all.
I agree, Is it because they’re still operating at a loss? Super odd that releasing financials has basically affected nothing, one way or the other.
This may be a stupid question, but does anyone know if loans are counted in the revenue line?
$5.3M in revenue sound awesome, but it sounds less awesome if you have to add in the $997k in PPP loans.
Is there any kind of mandated blackout period before 10Q’s are released? I kind of thought their sudden silence was related to that, but I’m not sure if it’s a thing.
MM signals? Lol.

Now the only question is, does he live on the first floor, or his mom’s basement??
Youtube analytics on these videos must be like:
“Hey this is Clay and this will be a video chart on ticket symbol G-V-E-O, we will take a look the 30-minute time frame. If you don’t know what...
*skip*
*Clay illustrates support and resistance lines*
Real quick before you go I wanna...
*end*”
Valuation of the IP is supposed to be 1000% more than the current market cap of the stock?
This is one of those things that sounds too good to be true, which means it probably is.
The OS is 108,707,392 as of 03/20/2020. They’ve either traded the entire OS in an hour and a half this morning and then some, or they’re dumping shares and about to announce an offering AH. Protect your profits.
Must be your first Clay video?
“If it goes up, that’ll be great, but if it goes down, that’ll be bad.” Every time.
Of all the things that didn’t happen, this email definitely didn’t happen.
From the March 3rd prospectus / offering:
“Unless we indicate otherwise, all information in this prospectus supplement is based on 55,066,162 shares of our Common Stock outstanding as of March 3, 2020, and excludes, as of that date, the following: (i) 10,348,329 shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of outstanding options, at a weighted-average exercise price of $4.20 per share; (ii) 4,006,613 shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of outstanding warrants, at a weighted-average exercise price of $3.77 per share, and 5,710,000 shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of warrants we have agreed to issue, at an exercise price of $10.00 per share; and (iii) 8,874,087 shares of Common Stock reserved and available for future issuance under our equity incentive plans.”

160M OS, and traded 140M today.
I bet they announce an offering AH and drop down to the OTC.
It’s the kind of giant FU I would expect from this ticker.
If they’re not doing a R/S to maintain listing, what PPS do they need? $1.00 ?
Agreed. I can’t trade pre-market, but no sense being greedy after a 100% gain.
So I’m up big from $5.50, but I still don’t get how a ticker with an OS of only 400,000 trades 1.6 Million shares in a day.
Should I be worried about a dilution notice or what?
I’m starting to think this isn’t enough to move the needle. The PPS already puts this company valued at nearly a Billion dollars.
If you want it to even go up 50%, they’ll have to sell 5 to 10 million test kits, which just isn’t happening.
I’ll be back in 4 weeks.
Feels like I’m watching paint dry.
We don’t know if the government funded them. They were at the meeting, but no one knows where the money is going yet.
Honest question; does IBIO have a documented history of bringing vaccines or drugs to market? Or, have they been an instrumental team member in other biotechs bringing vaccines or drugs to market?
I know the stock went crazy during the Ebola crisis, but did they actually have any part in the solution?
IBIO market cap is $161million
We could see another 5-bagger from here if even $500m of the funding came our way.
INO went up 100% on CV news this afternoon. TNXP is next.
It’s not like coronavirus disappears because of an offering. Company is still hugely undervalued.
Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but the share structure is essentially unchanged since the Ebola scare in 2014?
Ebola Sept 2014 - OS was 67 Million
CV February 2020 - OS is 76 Million
So we can go just as high, if not higher because Coronavirus is much more widespread, than we did in 2014?
My price target is $15
What are you talking about? It closed at 1.40 and it’s up to 2.00 this morning. It’s going to attack 3.00 today.
