Believe it or not.. I'm seriously considering averaging down from .70s....
I don't want to argue with you brother.. You should just find me on Twitter again if you want to chat..
I am not the enemy.. Just diligent, and some things I turn up are good, and some are bad...
Even though in the early days I expressed the potentially harmful ingredients, I also said that this is the same kind of stuff all other brands use too.
I have issue with being misleading and saying that FIZZ is a health drink, but Diet Coke has huge sales, so hopefully FIZZ will too, but until I see a super awesome tangible development.. I will have to remain skeptical.
Also, you're too quick to dismiss any argument that goes against your agenda. I am in NO WAY an 'alarmist', but EDTA has its issues too. A handful of ingredients in FIZZ are cause for concern, and I understand you have a lot of money tied up here, but that doesn't mean you should be so naive and blind to reality.. Find me on Twitter if you want to chat some more...
What are the risks of taking EDTA?
The most common side effect of EDTA is burning at the IV site.
Chelating agents can also have serious, even life-threatening side effects. One of the most serious side effects of EDTA is kidney damage and kidney failure.
Other side effects that have been reported in patients taking some forms of EDTA have included:
Anemia
Chills, fever, or headache
Blood clot in a vein
Lower levels of magnesium and potassium in the blood
Diarrhea, vomiting, or nausea
Fatigue
Abnormal calcium levels in the blood
Insulin shock
Irregular heartbeats, which can be severe
Low blood pressure
Thirst
Aching joints

I have researched this before, but to refresh my memory I just did a quick study tonight.. When I have time I may or may not dive into this further.
I am not 'bashing' the stock, I am just a realistic and honest person..
From WebMD:
Sodium benzoate (ingredient in VitaminFIZZ)
Why it's controversial
It's suspected that sodium benzoate, in addition to artificial food color, may increase hyperactivity in some children. Sodium benzoate in soft drinks may also react with added vitamin C to make benzene, a cancer-causing substance.

I am not making this stuff up, and this is just one of the many questionable ingredients in FIZZ.. I am not bashing, I am just not naive and unprepared.. I encourage us all to take an honest look and keep an open mind, something the MINErs simply won't do..
It is called drowning dude... Not exposure to toxic lab made chemicals..
And lets not pull an SS1 and try to obscure the topic..
Is VitaminFiZZ made up of more than 2 chemicals?
very weak argument..
Cap'n Crunch Cereal is Vitamin Fortified too.. Is that good for you?
Just calling it what it is brother.. Isn't it?
I agree with that too... Many people prefer the sugar in Soda, as opposed to the chemicals in Diet Soda..
Sadly, VitaminFizz is a chemical concoction..
I agree... The moment I saw the ingredients in FIZZ I was very disappointed, as it is a chemical concoction, and in NO WAY is good for you..
My health conscious friends even mentioned that to me at the time too, but I was so blinded by the kool-Aid, but I knew from the beginning that they would pose a problem in the long run..
The Sparkling Water category is going to evolve, and already has.. FruitWater is being changed into something more healthy, and has already been replaced by Refresher Ice which contians fruit juice..
Where do you think Minerco will get the money to keep up? Spark Ice has already been established, the next brand will have to be a step up, and it is the ingredients that will set the NEW brand up for success.
FIZZ has horrible ingredients..
Only 10,000 stores by 2016 end? That really isn't that many, and the Island Style carrot has been dangling for a year now..
You honestly didn't know this about the warning label? Yes, they knew before hand, they had to redesign the packaging to include a warning about some potentially harmful ingredients..
The UK versions have warning labels on them because of certain chemicals.. In a culture where health is becoming more and more important to people, you honestly think this will do well when the label says WARNING..?
If Walgreens was still in play Vanis would have included it.. He didn't, and so they most likely aren't..
Just like when I spotted Ezra was no longer included on the PRs and I said he was out, Bryce had a meltdown, and then a few weeks later we find out Ezra is out..
The Giants in the Shadows got out for more reason than Vanis lets on..
The rhetoric for the 'Workhorse' initially was that the product was in place, and was already making money..
It has now shifted to, it might make money in the first year..
This tells me that it isn't locked down yet, and there is ZERO gurantee that it will be profitable.. If you remember on the CC, Ezra said Fizz was the workhorse which would do the heavy lifting to get the other products in, but that fell through..
A yo gabba gabba line will not impress me, and I highly doubt that will do the heavy lifting.. Another marginal market..
Minerco will have to sell 10s of millions of cases to get that pps market cap reflection/justification..
If neither is profitable for another year, you can count on more dilution..
Hmm... I like what some of the fact sheet says.
Some interesting things I see:
1. PowerBrands is still listed on the Minerco website, and if you click the icon, the first PR is that Level 5 retains ownership of PowerBrands, but we now are Athena.. So does Athena own PowerBrands?
2. Walgreens looks like it is out.
3. Workhorse rhetoric has changed.
Minerco started exploring the possibility of a workhorse brand which could reach profitability in its first year
4. New Employee? Tony Schor investor Awareness
This is interesting... I hope something substantial does develope.. Thoughts anyone?
I used to put a lot of faith in his open market purchases.. I don't anymore, it was most likely a smoke screen so that people think exactly what you just stated..
Don't be fooled brother, Vanis has most likely made his money back..
To all you hardcore Miner's.. This thing is at .0175, which pre split would be .0001... Rock Bottom.. So while you're touting nonsense about the Bid and L2.. This thing is at Rock Bottom..
MINE is a mess, and literally a laughing stock.. Sad thing is, we were all warned.. Sorry to those of you who dropped more than 5k into this penny stock..
I said yet... Doesn't exist yet.. I think the yogurt was a trademark they are trying to get, but that is another saturated market space..
You're grasping at straws BudGuy.. Minerco is broke, and they will continue to use shares to run the lights, only to R/S you again..
This is not a good investment for us 'First Wavers..' Lets hope by some miracle we pop past .50 cents..
And how many do you think will be used throughout 2016 in an effort to get this thing started..?
I was just at the Chicago Grocery Store Jewel, and FruitWater has already been replaced with Refresher Ice, which has a vitamins and a small percentage of 'fruit juice..'
The sparkling water category is beyond saturated and I highly doubt it has the longevity that we will need. It is already changing right before us, and Minerco doesn't have the money to keep up.
Minerco is struggling. The Q's report this, and Scott Vanis' actions the past year shine the light brightly on this fact..
They need a 'work horse' to bail Fizz out.. Want to know why we haven't seen any confirmation of it the past 4 or so months, because it doesn't exist yet.. It is a carrot, and this is the most logical and reasonable explanation..
All the new money entering the OTC during the Pot Rush, mixed with The Wolf, 420i, and Twitter is what pushed these things to unprecendented levels..
Those days are long gone, and the interest in MINE is dead.. Too many people got burned, too many people have learned a lesson, it will take a miracle to get this thing even past .50 cents...
Lets hope that miracle comes.
I am very skpetical of how much 'skin' Vanis truly has in the game.. Most likely an illusion, diversion, smoke and mirrors, etc..
Nice.. I stand corrected on that one. My apologies.
You've posted some gems today brother.. Seems only a few of us want to have a real discussion about MINE..
I agree with what you said earlier. I'd love to see a logical, well thought argument from one of the hardcore Miner's about why they are still so gung-ho..
For me, there is no denying that Vanis has been misleading, given us mistruths, half truths, and out right lies. The track record has been awful this year, almost EVERY single carrot he dangled in front of us has never come to fruition.
- There is absolutely NOTHING on Athena. No website, and at this point it is nothing more than an idea..
- There is no proof of a mysterious 'work horse' that is going to bail Fizz out..
- There are so many Sparkling Waters out there which whether you want to accept it or not is going to make it really hard to achieve any market space..
Remember, we sold 30,000 cases x's $7.. We are going to have to sell 10s of millions to get this company anywhere..
- What is the longevity of this type of product anyway? This market is going to change fast, and already has. People are demanding healthy products, Fizz just isn't that..
- You are a fool if you don't understand that Vanis has to use shares to run this business, and that the OS will be maxed again, which means what? Oh yeah, another R/S..
I could go on and on, but I can't think of one hardcore Miner who has written a post with any substance like the one I just wrote..
I'd love to hear about what they truly still believe in..
It will take them years to get their act together, and using shares is how things will be paid for until then.
This stock I am fairly confident will not be good for any of us first wave investors.. Many of us who have been here 2 years or so will be lucky to just break even..
For the record and to all the copycats... Chalking this up to 'bad trading' is the dumbest new response being thrown around this message board..
You have to learn how to address the issues and not attack the messenger. I've seen all the things you've posted about me, but I deal with issues, and Minerco has a lot of them..
Lets see if Vanis is able to come through, but his performance in 2015 doesn't give me much enthusiasm..
I've lost 3-5k, not the end of the world for me, but for now on lil guy Bryce, lets stick to the issues, and leave the name calling back in 8th grade?
Just the fact that Vanis won't or hasn't responded to my follow-up suggests to me that he doesn't want to be and isn't a very honest person..
You notice how you and Jtoews come with real questions, real insights, numbers, and SS1 comes with smiley faces, and his 'new' purpose is to just obscure the debate..
I was going to say snegatomething similar.. Minerco runs a negative cash flow, a defict... What money?
Hooray.. .10 cents, please don't tout that as some accomplishment.. Lets get real once and for all.
So much has been built into the pps, and just about all of it was a disappointment, and I am fairly certain any news we get will be a disappointment too..
Interest in MINE has dried up, no new money will come in since most people have learned their lesson as to what a mess this has been..
It will take a miracle to get this thing going again.. Fingers crossed that I get 50% of my money back.. #LessonLearned
Agreed. Vanis was definitively talking about uplisting to a 'Major Exchange' and it was posters like SS1 who have obscured the debate into it being about varying versions of PINK listings..
Minerco does not have the ability to uplist to a major exchange, and no word from Vanis on my follow-up.. I think it would be too incriminating for him to answer the questions that I asked..
I agree.. Why waste money on differing forms of OTC PINK.
I think you're grasping on to straws at this point.. This company has no money, the sparkling water category is most likely a fad, there is already another sparkling water on the shelves in Chicago Jewel, Refresher Ice, which has vitamin D-B-C-Niacin, etc...
Minerco sold 30,000 cases at $7 whole sale, and we don't know the profit margin, but they will have to sell 10s of millions to turn a profit..
Try this experiment, ask as many people as you can if they like Sparkling Ice, and I guarantee you that 70% or more will have zero clue what you're talking about..
Lets hope by some miracle we run to .50 cents.. Highly unlikely, but fingers crossed..
I almost posted earlier.. Its just traders and flippers looking to make money before Thursday..
What do we really think can run this thing.. It is all built into the pps already..
I think it is just a fad until a more healthy option truly hits the market..
In the end Fizz is nothing more than a chemical cocktail..
only difference is that SBUX had an original idea..
How sad it has become when people are excited that it will go to .05 cents.
Won't be worth me selling until after .50 cents.. At this point I'd love to get half my money back..
I agree.. There are no new investors coming into this thing right now, and if you are blaming 'shorts'.. Lets get real for once, that is non-sense..
Look on the Twitter MINE feed.. Tim Sykes probably has it right.
First wave MINErs got the shaft.. From .02 to $1 (Break even pps) will be a Miracle a move.. A miracle to break even..
If by some other Miracle Minerco becomes a success, you will be R/S again.. This just isn't good for us first wavers..
Vanis hasn't responded to my e mail.. Think about all the misleading statements he's used On the CC and since...
The Sparkling Water 'Fad' will most likely be just that, until the newer and true more healthy brands start emerging.. People are demanding healthy, not chemical concoctions. Where will this leave FIZZ? Scott has already mentioned that they have to update the formula to keep up with competitors..
Which means he's going to use shares to run the lights for at least another year.. As of now, Minerco is a broke one trick pony whose time is running out..
I was thinking the same.. All we do is trend down..
