No words needed, wrong again, not only in my opinion but by definition.
Regarding the index Sigma Labs is in, Indexes do not control stocks.
The funding of an index is from the funding of individual stocks collectively. If 500 stock are green and 600 are red, the index drops. If 600 are green and 500 are red, the index rises.
Accounting for percentage movement and market size of each company of course.
Ie. If you buy into an index, your money is placed into a mutual fund that is predetermined mixture of companies in the index.
Stock of multiple companies are purchased, which would increase the value of the index of a whole.
Shares of companies are purchased, there's no such thing as buying or selling an "index", only buying and selling shares of companies within an index.
The only way to move and index is by buying or selling shares of companies within it.
Sigma Labs has to deal with slander and nonsense, very unfortunate, but I guess there's one in every bunch.
Big yikes.

Wrong. The indexes do not drive the stocks, the stocks drive the index.
If anything, being part of an index favors a company's valuation by being more likely to fall into a mutual fund and other large investor categories.
Stocks are generally added to an index while performing in a positive manner, such as Sigma Labs, especially with continued revenue growth and industry activity with multi-billion dollar companies.
A 5x increase in shareholder equity in a year's time would be a significant reason to catch the eyes of any investor, especially those involved in picking mutual fund winners.

Correct. It was only a miss for the investors who missed it.
The market saw tremendous value in a microcap stock signing contracts with multi-billion dollar corporations, and the market valued Sigma Labs extremely high temporarily.
Any competent investor knew this was a good opportunity to take profit.
Ie. Due diligence based investors knew when the company was overvalued from a market fluctuation, and profited.

And still no valuation stated.
Just that this one is apparently too high and going to halve for almost a year now, but yet to happen.
"No sales" yet continued development and contracts with multi-billion dollar companies are valuable enough to increase shareholder equity 5x since last year.
Continued advancement in patent acquisition has done the same.
Clearly the market has decided Sigma is worth $40 million, not 20 or $2 for the guessers.
Long term investors who did due diligence and understand basic English continue to make great profits.
The former holds a bag.
Clearly a better theory and technique remains a better option.

So, what is a good current valuation on Sigma Labs?
Call a joint sales agreement and beta customer commercialization whatever ...
the fact remains it's a Joint sales agreement with the largest software provider in the AM industry, one that happens to work directly with Sigma Labs customers interested in an IPQA solution.
Materialise integrated Printrite3D into their MCP and will be selling the joint technology. Hence, Sigma Inside.

$4 and a +40 million dollar market valuation, which even from the early days, I've always said I thought a 50 million dollar valuation was a good price target for Sigma Labs.

That would be true, except Materialise and Sigma Labs integrated their products together to achieve closed loop control with further development from the original contract.
The Materialise MCP can have Sigma Inside.
First contract was an MOU for the integration,
second was for a joint sales agreement using the combined product for commercialization.
SANTA FE, N.M., June 18, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sigma Labs, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGLB) (“Sigma Labs”), a provider of quality assurance software, and Materialise NV (NASDAQ: MTLS), a leading provider of additive manufacturing software and 3D printing solutions, signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate in integration of the Materialise MCP Controller with Sigma Labs’s PrintRite3D technology. Combining the sophisticated control technology with in-situ process monitoring for metal additive manufacturing will give customers maximal control on the production process, allowing them to become even more productive. Commercialized Integration to Enable Closed Loop Control
SANTA FE, NM / ACCESSWIRE / March 5, 2020 / Sigma Labs, Inc. (NASDAQ:SGLB) a leading developer of quality assurance software for the commercial 3D printing industry, and Materialise NV (NASDAQ: MTLS), a leading provider of additive manufacturing software and of sophisticated 3D printing services, have agreed to evolve their previously announced memorandum of understanding (MOU) to cooperate on the integration of the Materialise MCP Controller with Sigma Labs' PrintRite3D® technology and have agreed to enter into a binding joint sales agreement to begin beta customer commercialization of the integrated PrintRite3D® and Materialise Control Platform (MCP) product.
The MCP is an embedded hardware and software solution that addresses the growing need for broader and more straightforward control over the additive manufacturing process by giving full control to the end-user. The companies have achieved the integration and are now positioned to offer a unique product solution for retrofit of existing machines, OEM machine integration and closed loop control.

Yes, but the controller software is used in metal printers, hence a Materialise-EOS-Airbus partnership printing Plastic parts, could easily continue into a Sigma-Materialise-EOS-Airbus partnership, as metals become standardized.
As mentioned.
Once companies develop a process together, they replicate it to maximize profits.
Especially when both are printed parts for aerospace which require intense qualification processes.

A few coins between the difference between $2 and and $3 is 50%.
That's a lot off, not just a minor miscalculation.
3 to 9 jump with a 2 call the day of cost investors 300% profit, while guessing a drop of 50%, for a total miss of 350%.
Considering this incorrect call went on for a year now, it's potentially damaging to the tune of literally 1000s% profit when accounting for the multiple runs to 4, 5, and 9 that have occurred regularly over the past year for Sigma Labs.
Especially considering there was no factual information to account for the incorrect outcome, it's clear to see guessing does not equal profits.
Due diligence and facts led investors to hundreds of thousands in profit.

Sigma Labs target market OEM Farsoon, as mentioned in many quarterly and annual filings,
inks deal in Japan to expand AM printer reach with Japan 3D printer co.
Sigma Labs connections with DMG Mori gives Sigma great access to the Japan market and into China.
https://3dprintingindustry.com/news/3d-printing-industry-news-sliced-farsoon-amcm-america-makes-spee3d-bcn3d-evonik-and-more-190463/
Farsoon expansion shows the continued growth of AM market with the biggest players in the region still expanding significantly and creating partnerships like this.
Sigma continues to expand globally.
Germany and Japan are very large and advanced markets for AM, a 5% capture rate of either market would correlate in relatively near term exponential growth.
5% capture rate in each would correlate to tens of millions in revenue and significant market value increase for Sigma Labs.
Each just a slice of the pie as Sigma Labs continues to grow their worldwide footprint.
Great growth ahead!

Let us know if they respond to your inquiry for the due diligence they've obviously done to come up with that number.
The reasoning was described in the report but perhaps there's more.
Is there a different number projected based on Sigma Labs current trajectory and the reasoning behind it?

Does anyone recall if the 65% chance retracement ever occurred? I know it was "predicted" a few months in a row for Sigma Labs PPS to drop to $2 but I haven't seen it happen in at least 6 months
Recent news of additional target of $6 by HC wainwright seems to contradict the prediction.
Is there any data to back the original hypothesis of back to $2?
Seems to have been incorrect thus far...I wonder if HC Wainwright's coverage of SGLB had any data to back it up when they did their thorough report with expert analysis.

Comparing GE part redesign most certainly is off center and misunderstanding of the market in which Sigma Labs participates, in my opinion.
Sigma Labs is not in the business of redesigning parts for companies. This would be extremely time consuming and require costly expertise and additional software involved.
Sigma Labs technology and expertise is in process qualification and part certification via inspection and real time monitoring of the build process
Redesigning parts is a different market.

well, this statement from GE proves the theory wrong, as the additive market continues to grow exponentially.
GE Aviation moves production of four land/marine turbine parts from casting to metal additive manufacturing.
additive manufacturing in its whole isn't "for the masses" , its for high quality and highly specific aerospace, medical, automotive, etc. markets. its for a market that serves approximately 20 billion in sales as of now, growing at a cagr around 10-15%. its a very significant market to which Sigma Labs product addresses a significant quality assurance issue.
Considering Sigma Labs already has multiple OEM agreements, it's clear there is a substantial market for Sigma Labs product, which could benefit a majority of end users in the market of creating high end parts. This would be enough revenue to equate to a successful business model for Sigma Labs and recurring revenue in the tens of millions as implemented.
https://www.tctmagazine.com/additive-manufacturing-3d-printing-news/metal-additive-manufacturing-news/ge-aviation-moves-production-of-four-landmarine-turbine-part/
“This is a game-changer,” commented GE Aviation Additive Manufacturing Leader Eric Gatlin. “This is the first time we did a part-for-part replacement, and it was cheaper doing it with additive than casting. To make sure we demonstrated cost competitiveness, we had four outside vendors quote the parts and we still came in lower with additive manufacturing.”
maybe the random hypotheses should be left off this page where investors are trying to share actual data and important facts based off of science and industry professionals, not poor outlooks, in my opinion.

Not sure how marketing is "selling shares".
All new technology needs an education and marketing campaign to initiate the market. That's business 101 stuff and luckily Sigma Labs is well past the early stages of this,
With studies completed by
DARPA,
NIST,
OERLIKON,
ADDITIVE INDUSTRIES,
ANSYS,
DMG MORI,

Again, the logic here does not work at all in my opinion.

As a current holder of SGLB, I agree...it would be very strange if someone was doing that, for that specific purpose.
Anyone who understands the technology and has done due diligence would more than likely agree in the positive actions of the company, and agree the company is well positioned for growth into the future.
